Lovely decor and comfortable seating. Staff friendly but service very slow. Food mediocre. The dips that came with the poppadoms were so vivid they must have been full of artificial colour.

Bit disappointed to be honest, I ordered a Pathia curry, which was very mild compared to other Pathia curries I had elsewhere. Service was very rushed and the restaurant was very noisy.

Lovely meal, and great service. Well worth a visit.

Placed an order with an eta of an hour, which I was happy about. After an hour and 20 mins there was no sign of the delivery, I phoned up and they told me that it would be an extra half an hour at least, that they hadn’t started preparing the order. I spoke to various staff and they were rude and disrespectful. They cancelled my order and told me to get a refund of the delivery company and hang up the phone. Really poor service and experience

Rude. Arrogant. Corrupt. Conmen. Serving extras that have not been ordered and automatically adding to the bill. When queried the manager’s true colours shone through - a truly unpleasant person.

One of the worst restaurants and food I have had in my life! The food didn't have the taste and it was so bland, The raita was a plain yogurt with cucumber pieces on top of it, no efforts and charged me £4 for it , I couldn’t even swallow the rice of biryani down the throat as it was so bad! The chicken curry had hardly one or two chicken pieces in it cut in small pieces!! If you want a proper indian authentic food, this is definitely not the place !!

Pilau rice was missing from order but rest of meal was good.

The food is really tasty, but it had clearly been sat in the car for a while, the plastic tubs were sweaty, the bag of chips was soaked through, the naan bread was hard, the onion bhajis were soggy and the biryani was lukewarm. Took an hour and 20 minutes to be delivered and we are less than two miles away so we think we were just last in the delivery list. Very disappointed as this was our favourite - when the food is hot and fresh it’s the best. Sadly we’ll have to find another place with a better delivery service.

The food here is out of this world. Also staff very friendly and helpful 👍 😊

This restaurant serves brilliant food. I really recommend the Lamb apricot main meal with boiled rice and plain nan.

Lovely meal we have been using this restaurant for around 20 years. Food is delicious, portions are smaller than they used to be unfortunately. Staff are lovely too. Well worth a visit.

Just tried to order food but the person on the phone was so rude I decided to give up. I have been ordering from here for 25 years but never again. Awful customer service, tried to order a set meal for 2, it ended up being £50 delivered. Told him ot was cheaper through just eat and his response was im busy here mate what do you want. Awful experience, do not bother!

delivered early and nice and hot, all very tasty and the achar lamb was melting and tender and the cat fought me for the tandoori however the spinach in the saag was a little bit soggy

Sorry but the food was awful and cold. Had dishes we’ve had many times but none tasted the same. Will never go back

Tried to eat here at 9:45pm on a Saturday night and was told we were too late!! Ridiculous - will not be returning in a hurry.

Ordered a chicken tikka masala which I called up to tell them it only had 3 peices of chicken in. I was called a liar on the phone and told there's nothing they can do. Shocking considering the price of the food. Wont go back again

Fantastic...from walking In until leaving great experience kids 1st Indian, think guy who took our order was floor manager he sat down talked to kids about the flavours & heat of the food & even me & the wife got some hints. Food was amazing would recommend to anyone, even when leaving the staff said goodbye to the family.

We are having a dinner party for NYE. Ordered at 1pm for 7pm delivery, to make sure we were able to place a big order and the order was confirmed by restaurant at 5.30pm. It’s now nearly 9pm and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve trying calling the restaurant and no answer for over an hour and a half and now just received a text asking me to ‘review the order’ that we’ve still not received. We’ve been going to million for years and always loved it, but this is abysmal, really poor service.

It’s been nicely refurbished pity can’t say same for food. We had mixed kebab to start was very dry. Main course tandoori mixed grill meat was chewy as was chicken korma. Service was very slow. Only one of ladies toilets working. Had to ask for air conditioning to be turned on very stuffy. Very overpriced. Definitely won’t be going back 🤬

We ordered vegetable samosa and got given meat samosa. This is not a problem of money it is a problem coz we don't eat animals . The workers should check whether it is meat or vegetable because it can be shocking wen a person who don't eat meat gets meat. This has ruined the meal and we will never get from here again . This shocking and outrageous. With standards like that it is very lucky that somebody had an allergy.

I love visiting here with my wife, the staff always nice and friendly and the food is tasty.

I waited 2 hours for the food. I called and was told it was en route and it was late as the driver had broke down. It still took another 10 minutes even though it’s less than that to drive to the restaurant. The driver told me a totally different excuse. Food wasn’t hot. Hugely disappointing

Hi, told food on the way via text at 19:55 but food arrived 20:40 ( only 10 minutes drive from restaurant). Tried calling but phone constantly engaged. Food cold when arrived. We won’t use the restaurant again. Thanks

Guys, anyone remember the Khopal? If not, maybe Passage to India? Same location, this restaurant has reinvented itself and is back to its excellent best. The refurbishment looks really good, the food top class again, I predict a happy and prosperous future. I will be back, for sure.

Dined here with friends last night at this lovely recently refurbished restaurant. As ever the food was fantastic and the staff are so nice. We ordered the Chicken Shashlik with was superb! The new look is modern and the toilets are spotless. Would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Very expensive for what it was and the £4.50 delivery charge is shocking. Food was ok nothing special.

Beautifully fitted out restaurant and food was gorgeous but small portions on the meat so didn't think worth the money. Plus don't order poppadoms or naan bread in abundance.....way overpriced!!! Beer was priced fairly cheaply.....cheaper than a bottle of coca cola! Staff lovely. Was a one off for my daughter's birthday, but doubt I'd go again unfortunately.😏

The food,as always was delicious, spicy,aromatic and soooooooooo tasty. Unfortunately it took over an hour to arrive. Not acceptable. The staff were in a no win situation. They were there, ready to serve food but the food wouldn't come. And we weren't the only table waiting. The kitchen set up needs serious attention. I don't know that this experience would put me off returning. They have only just reopened after a refurbishment (not needed in my opinion) so we'll see how it goes.

Really good food but about half an hour late. Charged a pricey £4.50(!!!) for delivery so for those prices I’d expect it to be on time!

We always order lamb on the bone,order from years.The portion going to smaller and smaller every single time we order.the food is going o more tasteless.Order Gobhi and it was absolutely awful.Not even cook properly.The lamb curry only got 7-8 pcs all together and most of the bones without meat on.i asked for more bone meat in order but it was most of the bone with a little meat on ,too oily,too salty.have to drink too much water.Their service used too be too good but going down down and down.i will never order again and not recommend to anybody.I never write bad review anywhere even with bad service but they going to be cheeky day by day.feel sorry for the owner because think they loose customer day by day.

Food was cold. Nan bread was burnt and papadom was completely crushed. Phoned restaurant and just got immediately hung up on twice. Driver got lost on street and couldn't find the building and was over 20mins late.

Vegetarian curry was just chunks of potatoes 1 piece of broccoli thin sliver of carrot. Chicken dish too sweet and boring
