Milano's in Antrim

Great takeaway. Pizza is always perfect and quality chips. Always clean and tidy. Staff always very pleasant. Good hygiene rating too. Travel out of my way to get food from here 10/10

Milano's Chippy in Crumlin is the Worst Chippy EverMilano's Chippy in Crumlin is definitely one takeaway to avoid at all costs. Ordered some fish and chips for the family as a wee treat as we seldom do takeaways. After waiting 3/4 of an hour the "food" it finally turned up after us having to call them to ask what the delay was. When we unwrapped the "food" we knew straight away that the chips that came with the fish must have been reheated again and again and were totally inedible. The fish fared little better was at best severely overcooked and at worst totally rancid. It had to have been cooked through and through until the fish itself was welded to the copious amount of batter and was also disgusting to the taste. When we separated the batter from the fish [with some difficlty] it was plain to see that Milano's thinks that if you add loads of batter then the fish will look all that much bigger. Absolutely revolting. We contacted Milano's to register a complaint only to be met with denial after denial with the owner/manager washing away our complaint. Finally he agreed to replace half the order while still protesting what a great chip shop he ran but after 5 minutes had passed he called us back and said he was withdrawing the offer of replacing the muck that he had delivered to our home. And after a few heated and brief interchanges. He slammed the phone down.Let this be a warning to all that would patronise this establishment that if you continue to do so then serving up this type of sewage will go unabated.

Horrible people, horrible food. These people don't deserve your business. Overcharged my son for food and made him pay a fee for paying by card. Food itself was greasy and poor quality.

Was on holiday, dog sitting and after walking along Crumlin Glen came across this place. As I'd dog couldn't go in so I asked if I could order from the door. Staff were so helpful and friendly. My Pastie Supper was huge and v tasty. Ate it back at the Glen carpark.
