The best fish and chip shop for miles, dot look at the silly one star reviews, you always great great portions and cooked to perfection. Never had a bad meal from there, everybody who we have bought fish and chips from Miguel’s say the are the best fish and chips they have ever had

Best chips I've had. Hands down the best.

Potions very small, large chips would be regular size in most chippys and gravy sauce large size but normal size not enough for 2 adults both chips and sauce overall poor no flavour to the food. Won't use again. Nothing wrong with the service, just regular nothing above and beyond.

This is a large chips £3.85!!! just got them now had to wait 10mins for them to be cooked (which is not the issue)...but when I politely ask are you sure that is a large to the girl and she sarcastically says no I was shocked.... when asked again the manager looked over but same reply....I don't like to make a seen just got home but this review is the best way to explain it!!! shocking if they are that desperate for money I would give them a bit more, rather than ripping people off for some measly chips!!!

Always a pleasure to go here. The food is fresh the owners and staff are great. They don't take card but there's a card machine next door.

First experience of Migels, The Avenue chip shop has gone to the dogs so it was time for a change. Really tasty food, good portions and crispy batter. Pies were spot on and reasonable value. Only issue is that its Cash only, which in this day and age is a bit of an issue. I'll definitely go again though.

We really thought the food was nice but nothing special. Cash only. Prices were good compared to what we're used to in Bristol. We haven't tried any other chippies in the area.

Visited for first time today and it was the best fish and chips we've had for a very long time. Fish was obviously very fresh and good quality. Lovely batter and chips were also amazing. It might become our regular even though we don't live too close.

Perfect portion size, not too much and not too little, the staff were polite and chatty even though they were busy which made it a more pleasant experience, I thoroughly recommend these chips!!

One of the best fish shops in South Wales imo. Chips are crispy on the outside and soft inside, fish is proper. Owner and workers are such friendly people. Everytime I come to lanelli I come here.

Amazing fish and chips, service always friendly and the best food from any chip shop I've ever tried. I'm not too keen on ordering fish as I can't stand it if the batter is soggy or the fish is full of bones but it's always lovely here. Definitely recommend

Best fish in llanelli by far a little pricey £9.45 for large fish and chips. That's more than seaside resorts,however the fish and homemade pies are delicious.

This shop is spotlessly clean, and the staff are pleasant. Every Friday is family fish and chip night. Normally around five or six families. However so disappointed last night, there were two out of the three fish ordered, hardly any fish, just batter. This is not the first time unfortunately! Its too far to drive back and point this out, the last time the owner was really good and took money off our next order, no issue there. BUT this is not good customer service, surely you can see at the time of cooking that this is unacceptable. Majority vote is we now go elsewhere!
