Incredible quality of ice cream, friendly, great Italian vibe. The staff were really nice to us, they have so many unique ice cream flavours, I tried Christmas pudding and Apple and cinnamon crumble. The coffee was also good and they sell some really nice products from Italy. Will definitely be back!

I phoned on Wednseday originally to see if they did crepes. I spoke to Diane, explained my sons liked crepes with Nutella, that it was their birthday and we were going to stop in on our travels . She said she was sorry they didn't do crepes but did waffles & also pop dots with Nutella, and then with no promt from me said she would go and get a 9 candle. I had to then tell her thet were twins and that it was ok i had candles I could bring in, she replied that it was no bother and she'd go and get candles and tell her colleague to expect us as she wouldnt be working. Sure enough when we went in the lad came over with dots and waffles with candles and he couldn't have been nicer. Coffee and toasted sandwich was amazing ,and shop was also spotless. Great wee place, and lovely friendlier staff you couldn't find. Thank you again my boys were delighted as were we 👏👏

My husband and I are rather partial to good ice cream, even in the winter! We stumbled upon this little place whilst staying in Aviemore this weekend. We had to visit more than once! We spoke to the owner who said he’d trained in Italy. That was evident by the quality of ice cream! The triple chocolate is to die for, it’s not ‘icy’, it’s dense and really creamy. My husband tried the Raspberry Ripple. The flavours give you a ‘mouth explosion’. It’s a friendly place, not expensive and the hygiene is top notch. You can sit in to eat it too. We have visited quite a few Scottish Ice Cream parlours whilst visiting Scotland, from Oban, Fort William, Inverness. This is by far the best ice cream, and they make it! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Best Ice Cream in Scotland Worth a visit, you will not be disappointed

My wife and I dropped in for a coffee and ended up having a hot panni as well. Excellent friendy service and very keenly priced. Coffee (flat white & latte) was perfect and the Italian meats panni was fantastic, wife throughly enjoyed her ham and cheddar panni too. Will definitely drop in again a credit to thevtown and the owners.

Service with a smile. We visited twice after long days in the mountains. I went for the frozen yogurt with berry compote and granola and WOW. It was that good I got it in the second day!! Boyfriend tried 5 different flavours over the two visits and loved them all!! We will be back!

We popped in whilst on holiday in Aviemore and so glad we did!! We sat in to eat in the small seated area. The restaurant was clean, staff friendly and there was a good selection of sandwiches and ice cream to chose from. There ice cream is out of this world and the position sizes were very good. There was also options for dairy free too. The prices for there sandwiches, ice cream and cakes was very reasonable as well.

Nothing to fancy about this place. Very busy. Good ice cream. That is all there is to say. We would go there again if in town.

It’s the best ice cream I’ve ever had in this country, so many flavours to choose from and there’s always new fun ones every time I go. Warm chocolate sauces for ice cream and donuts are just amazing and worth every calorie😅

Sadly the Mocha we had at £3.25 each was like warm at the most and served in a paper cup. At the price it is and with the fancy barista machine in the.corner I would have.thought a hot cup of coffee would be easy enough to obtain

Their Ferrero Rocher ice cream is the best ice cream I've ever had! You won't be dissapointed. Lots of other nice ice creams too.

This is the best dessert place we’ve been too! I’d drive all the way to aviemore from Somerset to this place! Absolutely recommend this place! And cannot wait to go back next year! The children loved it!

This place has so much choice! I’ve never been in the past due to big queues but oh my goodness I’ve missed out! Ice cream doesn’t always agree with me so I was ecstatic to find a dairy free chocolate ice cream! I couldn’t even tell the difference! We wished we’d seen the selection of Italian pastries sooner too! Will be coming back!

We visited this place 4 times in three days, and we had ice cream, milkshakes and cannolis. It’s a fab little ice cream parlour. We had forerro rocher ice cream and salted caramel ice cream. So many flavours to choose from. The milkshakes are amazing.

Spontaneously stumbled upon this establishment as the weather changed from an overcast day to rather sunny and I had a notion for an ice-cream. Upon entering I was greeted well and got chatting to the staff and ordered some canollis to go with my ice cream. All food was truly delightful and I would highly recommend to all dessert lovers out there!

Took kids in for a couple of scoops of gelato. Staff friendly as always, great choice of flavours and absolutely superb gelato. Good value for money and it felt like they'd thought about keeping customers safe from Covid-19.

We visited the parlour today for some much needed ice cream on a hot day. I was delighted with lots of choice of flavours. I would highly recommend this place!! Go for the salted caramel flavour it’s gorgeous.

Real Italian Gelato in the heart of Aviemore. Lovely friendly staff who served you as quickly and efficiently as possible with current social distancing. We visited a few times over our holiday. There are different flavours every day. All we tried were amazing. Highly recommended.

Found this lovely ice cream parlour today - Ferrero Rocher gelato was amazing, and my husband had a great chocolate milkshake! Social distancing/safety was really well thought out and sensible. Wish we were here longer to try some more flavours!

I was waiting like cattle outside the shop with social distancing measures, with a smirk rely from the owner stating I had to wait outside, their was no one to let me know if this was the measure then underneath the actual sign was a sticker, come on, you have to do better than that, then he really wanted to argue the fact I wasn't 2 meters apart from the couple even tho the couple replied they not bothered, get a rain check on an ice cream store, and remember that with this situation not to treat others like cattle.

These guys have worked very hard during lockdown supporting the local area with their ice cream. They have just added Panini and Pizza Focaccia breads this week.We stopped in to get some on Thursday to take for a picnic on a walk round Loch Morlich.We had one of each, warmed to take away, they were delicious and excellent value. Fantastic Gelateria that I would love closer to home. I grew up eating Miele’s Ice Cream when I visited family in Forres and was delighted to see the shop in Aviemore when my wife and I were on a weekend break. We shared a Sandwich and Pasta Pot for lunch which were both nice but nothing compared to the Gelato we had afterwards. We had Banana and Ferrero Rocher and the memories of how good the ice cream is flooded back. My wife had never eaten their ice cream before and she was amazed at how good it was. Thankfully she also ordered 6 Pop Dots with Kinder Bueno Sauce (she could not stop raving about them) so I got to finish off both ice creams. We enjoyed it so much we took our daughter there the next day while the snow was falling heavily and the cold wind biting away but noting was going to stop us having another treat. This visit my wife had Raffaelo and another portion of Pop Dots, my daughter had Red Velvet and I had Raspberry & Dark Chocolate and Sticky Toffee Pudding. There were so many options it was very difficult to choose but I was more than happy with the decisions we made.Highly recommended and will definitely be back whenever we are close by in the future.

Great wee Gelateria with all the gelato flavours you can think of and some you haven't thought of. Grandkids had a blast choosing their favourite flavours and trying new ones (free taste). Staff were better than helpful......one child asked for a flavour not on display and the server seemingly magically made this appear (not real magic ha! ha!, but grandson was delighted). And just when I thought it was all over I tasted the delicious Italian pastries (we had one of each in the cabinet) and had a fabulous coffee.

Lovely cafe, freshly made pasta pot and sandwich for lunch were great but even better were the doughnuts and waffles for dessert!

We were walking up the street in Aviemore and stumbled across Miele’s Gelateria and what a find it was. Lovely selection of ice cream, doughnuts and delicious cannolis. We noticed they serve a wide range of pastas too. Definitely stop in if you’re in Aviemore

we visited the shop while on holiday, the shop was virtually empty when we came in. the girl behind the counter was visibly annoyed to see us. we asked for some ice cream and she served us with the longest face you could imagine. the ice cream was ok...very heavy and over sweet...overall a bad experience as we felt unwelcome and ice cream was like a brick

Wow what an amazing place, the staff are super friendly and very helpful. The gelato is the best I have ever tasted, so many amazing flavours, they even did ice cream that was dairy free and soya free for my daughters with allergies. The pastries, doughnuts and coffee were also fantastic. Would recommend to everyone ! FABULOUS !

The gelato here was as amazing as the best reviews indicate. Portion sizes were generous and the flavor choices were fabulous. I had the Ferrero Rocher with chocolate hazelnut sauce and it was amazing. I can't wait to go back...

Friendly and helpful staff. Great range of flavours, I had cappuccino and pistachio. Wow! Hubby loved the mango. Big selection of canolis, I treated myself to a lemon filled one. Range of doughnuts tea, coffee etc. Excellent quality. Can't wait to go back.

We visited over the weekend for some seriously delicious ice-cream. My husband enjoyed the turkish delight whilst my daughter and I opted for butterscotch. Friendly service, area to sit and enjoy your ice cream too - will definitely be returning for some of the white chocolate filled cannolis!

Took family and friends several times last week. All very impressed. My Brother-in-Law from South Africa was particularly impressed by the Mango gelato. Queued out in the hot weather but worth it. Well worth more than one visit!!

Went for ice cream several times while we were staying in Aviemore. There are so many flavours I had different ones each time. The Biscoff one was unbelievably good and so was the dairy free chocolate one - In fact they went perfectly together. Good selection of different cones, my favourite was the chocolate wafer with pieces of honeycomb.

Went here the morning after a 24 hour walking challenge and found it to be really tasty and the lady who served us was great! Flavours were lovely, I had Apple Crumble & also Toffee Mallow - would def try this place again!

The TripAdvisor algorithms always seem to put Mieles second or third to other establishments in Aviemore when the body of informed opinion and footfall undoubtedly put it at number one.

Be sure to visit this ice cream shop. It sells so much more than just ice cream and loads if flavours. Very reasonable price too.

What a fabulous choice of ice cream! This was complimented by being served pleasantly and with a good portion for the price. My wife had a 99, as good as it gets, but I had a 99 with Ferrerro Rocher ice cream.

You’re spoilt for choice here with ice cream flavours let alone choice of cones, waffles and hot sauces. The melon ice cream is the best.

Come rain, shine or snow I just love a wee ice cream treat. The staff are just so pleasant and seem like they enjoy doing what they are doing. The ferrero rocher and the bounty ice creams are just to die for. Love telling people about this place and no doubt will be back very soon for more sweet treats

I am from Naples and I can only say -fantastico! Espresso as you drink it in Italy, at the bar accompanied by a smaltalk and a "grazie and have a good day". Is absolutely recommended. We return for sure

Went in early on a Tuesday, the place was very quiet, but the gentleman serving was friendly and polite. I tried a tub of salted caramel and strawberry ice cream, it was so good I had seconds. Would recommend!

A fairly impressive selection of ice cream and sorbets to choose from and the quality is up there with the best ice cream parlours I’ve tried in the north of Scotland in the past! The ferrero rocher is a standout!

First point - Trip Advisor address is wrong! Gelateria is on main drag in Aviemore not in Glenmore which is 7 miles away! Area address has been confused with Geography - trip advisor need to fix.

I cannot daily this place at all. The selection of flavours is unreal and always bringing out new ones for you to try so you never get bored. I once suggested a flavour and they actually made it ! Real customer service with every visit, you feel like you are part of the family from the happy chirpy staff. Hot kinder bueno and Nutella sauce from taps. Unfortunately they wouldn’t let me put my head under haha! Can’t wait to go back.

My friend loves coffee ice cream and thought they’d have it in here being Italian. When we got in the young lad said they didn’t have any, but he went to check and found some! He was such a nice young man and the gelato was truly delicious I had pistachio and Turkish delight. Hope we have time to go back whilst we are here.

A new (to Aviemore) cafe serving Canoli, Aragostine, Donuts, Ice Cream and coffee. The Aragostine is to die for ... if only they could be eaten by the dozen!! We haven't yet tried the ice cream but this also looks fabulous. The staff are friendly and helpful too. We have been coming here (Aviemore) for 30 years and this is definitely a welcome addition to the High Street.

I am literally freaking out about how epic it was. I am six years old and when I had my doughnut I couldn’t stop licking the cardboard to get all the sauce. On a different day I tried jammy dodger ice cream and on the last day I had Ferraro Rocher ice cream. We are going to Inverness soon and I want to try more flavours in the other shop.

Visited here several times during a weeks stay in aviemore. The ice cream is to die for, vast selection of flavours you just can’t mske up your mind! Several cone choices too! My daughter loved the donuts and had several! Lovely staff young and older, very friendly with great service

I must admit since this has opened I'm a frequent visitor. I love the variety of flavours. My favourite one is skittles, it tastes just like skittles but then they all taste like the sweetie that is in them. I love this place. The staff are very friendly and very patient decisions like this cannot be rushed!!

We visit Aviemore every year so are delighted to find this new Ice Cream parlour open. It offers an amazing selection of ice cream together with toppings. We have visited every day during our week long holiday...the Ferrero Rocher ice cream is amazing !!!!

We only visited this place on our last evening which is a shame although my waistline would probably appreciate that! There was a huge selection of ice-creams and pastries and all looked delicious. There are a few tables you can sit at inside the shop and there is plenty of room. There is also a takeaway service with insulted containers. The ice-cream is a bit expensive but great for a treat and very tasty, There are some very unusual flavours.

Went there first night in avimore and just had to go back before left for home. Such a selection of ice cream and also coffee that you can buy packet of if you want to make at home. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. This is a must stop especially on a hot day. All this is made by the shop aswell as the nice cakes such a fantastic shop. Would go back when in avimore or Inverness again.

We stopped in on a scorching day -- the hottest in 20 years to get an ice cream to cool down with. What a find so many delicious sounding flavours it took some time to make a decision. We had a very nice conversation with the serving assistant-- she made us feel so welcome in the shop. The flavours were true to their description -- I had vanilla and hazelnut and was tempted to have another different selection before departing the village as it was so good. You would be a fool to walk past this establishment.

Amazing ice cream! Lots of selection. Staff even used a clean scoops as my wife has a nut allergy. Maybe something to think about maybe having set scoops for the nut containing ones to avoid cross contamination.

It was an incredible privilege to be the one to get this location listed! Hurrah! What a fantastic ice-cream place! - with homemade flavours every day and hot sauce fountains - and the most brilliant and friendly staff. The pistachio flavour is fantastic and we took some of the home-made sweets and pastries home as presents only they didn't make it that far. Noticed the name of the shop and realised it was the same one we have tried in Inverness. These premises are much bigger than Inverness but the products on sale remain outstanding. The 'ice-cream' remains of the highest quality but I have to mention the doughnuts. The owner told me he had gone to Sicily to source these items. I tried the lemon ones and I have never tasted a more delicious doughnut in my life. If you are on the A9, take a detour into Aviemore and visit this place. It is fantastic!

What are the prosecco sorbet and I couldn't taste anything in it. As they after a few bites I was ready to throw the entire thing away it was that bad. Maybe other flavours are better but I was not impressed.
