Michael Courtney Hog Roasts in Chichester

We used Michael Courtney Events as caterers for our daughters wedding at Grittenham Barn on the 9th November. The team were there the day before to help set up and dress the tables as well as preparing for hog roast we had chosen for our meal. Being a full service catering company they provided all the plates, cutlery and glasses for the day. Their staff served our drinks immediately after the ceremony and then set up and stocked the bar ready for our late afternoon and evening celebrations. We chose a selection of canapes which they served and which were delicious. Our excellent hog roast was served to us on platters straight to our tables and this was accompanied by stuffing, roasted vegetables, cole slaw and garlic & herb mini potatoes. Their staff kept our wine glasses topped up and ensured everything ran smoothly. After the meal their team cleared everything away and moved tables around ready for the evening. Sam & Neil ran the bar in the evening and worked extremely hard to keep our guests well supplied with the alcohol that we provided. At the end of the evening they stayed on to ensure everything was taken away and the venue left tidy. When we arrived back the next morning to ensure everything had been removed all that was remaining was our unused alcohol and two big tupperware containers of left over hog roast. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would like to thank them whole heartedly for helping to make my daughters wedding celebrations so memorable.

We can't recommend this company enough. They were so helpful when we were arranging our party. Leon and Sam who came on the day were so friendly, we felt like they were old friends. The pig was seasoned & cooked to perfection. We would definitely use them again and thank them for being a big part of our day.

I have never been disappointed in the quality of the meat. A lot of it is locally sourced. Friendly staff who have been there for years. Highly recommend it.

Reservamos Michael y su equipo a preparar un asado para nuestro hog 40 aniversario de boda recientemente. El catering parecía sin esfuerzo y nosotros y nuestros invitados quedaron muy impresionados por la comida deliciosa, servida de manera tan profesional. Así como el cerdo más tierno que he probado nunca, había una deliciosa selección de ensaladas y encurtidos, y nuestros clientes vegetarianos también estaban bien. Sin duda el uso sus servicios de nuevo y están dispuestos a recomendar a mediados de Sussex Hog asado.

Michael Courtney consintió boda con un menú de parrilla muy variada. No tienen el hog roast pero nos quedamos satisfechos con la carne excepcionalmente y artículos adicionales que proporcionaron. Fueron muy amables y nada era un problema. También estaban muy limpias y ordenadas. Sin duda recomiendo nuevamente y reservar de nuevo para un gran evento. También una carnicería muy bueno!

Asistí a una hog asado por este carnicerías fueron personal fantástico. El hog era muy sabroso, junto con todos ensaladas bocadillos, etc que sirvieron con él. Suministraron el bar para ir con ella. Para una familia grande o corporativa reunirse sin duda recomendaría entonces. Se puede modificar el menú a su gusto, por ejemplo hog asado. Una barbacoa o una mezcla de ambos. what an excellent service, promptly set up, friendly and courteous staff, amazing food with the best crackling you'll ever taste, salads and bread rolls lovely and fresh, spotlessly and discretely cleaned up and away, and at an amazing price too, wouldn't have been able to feed the masses the same without spending four times as much on a buffet.. ... would thoroughly recommend!! x

Courtney carniceríasEl último, repito era fabuloso.Desde que experiencia memorable, que visite esta tienda regularmente carnicerías' que tiene una muestra de un festival de maravilloso diferentes tipos de carnes y una amplia gama de exquisitos quesosEl equipo está siempre lleno de consejos con una gran sonrisa!!

Yo fui invitado este verano pasado para una gran celebración de fiesta por algunos amigos ...Es sólo hace unos días me habían dicho que el "operador para el Hog asado fue Michael Courtney carnicerías de la familia de Midhurst ...Mi crítica se aplazó por casi seis meses pero el examen de esta fiesta es aún encantadora impreso vívidamente en la memoria de mis gustos personales de ensayo!!! ... El Hog asado fue divino, el servicio impecablemente administrado en un estilo extremadamente limpia de higiene y competencia profesional ... a pesar de los 100 + clientes.Bravo ( un poco tarde ahora ) a este tradicional familia carniceros de Midhurst que son tan buena en su carne artesanías negocios y siempre hacer su trabajo con una sonrisa!Una feliz y exigente huésped.

They really know what they are doing. Fresh meat, slow cooked over coals. Yum yum yum. The hog and lamb roasts are outstanding.
