Furthermore it was undercooked amount of chicken tea I got was negligible it was the size of a large sausage roll daylight robbery after such good portions and quality the last few times. What happened tonight I suggest you sack the person that did it all the best to you Raj happy Ramadan Kev

I have rated Mias for years and so has my family, I ordered 3 kebabs none came with salad when the menu says all kebabs comes with. I called up to see what happened thinking it was a mistake but nothing no apology nothing at all very rude and not caring, and one of the kebabs didn’t even come with garlic sauce which was my original option. Very bad service and have gone from top listed to very poor and won’t be going back….

Nowhere near as good so used to be probably try somewhere else next time

Orders at 1:25 you close at 2 I ordered food with little or no preparation, it is now 2:50 and no sight of the responsive workers at mias fast food. Thank you for wasting my time.

disgusting food. meet dry and taste old. cheep sauce. couldn't eat. chicken really really small I'm not recommended

Over an hour for delivery. said delivered even though it hadn't been, then arrived 45 minutes later and food was cold, driver said not his problem.

Very nice thank-you ,but why do you not make the naan bread like you used to? They are too thin. I do not hold a meeting so you can grab them with both hands like the old days Raj. If you read this it's your friend Kev take note please all the other restaurants are doing the same don't cook corners on your nan breads the customers will stick to you and come back time after time including me your mate Kev

I ordered a beef burger not a cheese burger because I’m allergic to dairy so couldn’t eat my burger as yous had put cheese on it

Ordered over an hour ago was told 45 minutes ago it was on its way still hasn’t turned up and the restaurant is closed is this some sort of joke? I’m starving and now can’t even order from anywhere else because it’s too late

they didn't have any salads left or tortillas left so they sent me an item I didn't order instead without letting me know, if I knew I wouldn't make an order at all

my food was left outside no one bothered to call or ring my door and someone had taken it when i called the shop the man said it was left outside 15 minutes prior to the call so my food was stolen i will never be ordering from here again.

Pizza not the best . Made worse when its mash up in the box on delivery... sort your drivers out.

When I received my order both items was very cold I called the takeaway and told them thay sent me out the same order but it was no better both kebabs went in to the bin wot a waste of money so no I won't be ordering again from here

Order was wrong and what was delivered was swimming in grease, i have photos to send. Mias refused to help and put phone down. We cannot afford tonthrow £40 in the bin and still be hungry

Both mixed wraps had very under cooked chicken ( pink and fleshy ) they were un edible. Undercooked hidden chicken , fit for the bin , don’t waste your money order else where.

Absolutely disgusting! Firstly delivered to the house half an hour early so I was actually still at work. Only one person's meal was actually edible, the rest were disgusting, there was meat in vegetarian dish and everyone ended up ill despite most of us barely eating anything. Every time I have tried to contact the restaurant nobody has answered so I emailed and surprise surprise I have had no response. It's not the first time I've been ill after eating from there but was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt. Never again!

Worst kebab I have ever had the misfortune to try to eat, i gave up, it was disgusting. The chicken donner meat was just all fat, no chicken on it. Absolutely terrible.

Normally when I order it’s reasonably good however this time I Asked for bbq sauce on the mias special burger was Given Mayo which I really dislike so didn’t really eat the burger the cheese on chips I had in the same tray as the burger (as it was a meal deal) was alright but cold… then the other portion of cheese on chips I had ordered separately had came with a weird tasteless clear cheese completely different cheese to what was on the cheese I got on my chips in the meal deal so basically th

what is wrong with these people a Corby Kebab was equal amounts of donner meat,chicken tikka,and lamb tikka and a good sized sheek kebab, please people think we are stupid two pieces of chicken Tikka, two small pieces of lamb Tikka, a mammoth amount of Doner meat which is rasteless rubbish, one piece of tomato, one piece of cucumber and a mammoth amount of cabbage red cabbage very little sauce. They also forgot part of my order when I rang so it's okay I can have it next week is the next door Well Raj that is the owner by the way your Nan bread is rubbish half the size that used to be half the volume and a half ago on onto

I wish I could rate higher as Mias is usually pretty good, but on my first bite of kebab I bit into a small segment of bone. I thought "ok, it happens, it was reasonably priced. No harm done". Until the same thing happened with every mouthful thereafter, to the point I've slightly chipped my tooth. I managed 4 bites then gave up. See for yourself though, it sounds odd but rub the back of the lamb doner meat, you're likely to feel multiple of these small hard chunks. Save yourself a chipped tooth and don't eat it. The chicken doner was pretty nice though I have to say, so was the apple pie. The wings could've been better but you get the quality you pay for. I wouldn't let this completely deter me from Mias in future, however, I would definitely change what I'm ordering and avoid the lamb doner at all costs.

Took over an hour and a half from delivery to arrival and was 25 mins later than the estimated time. When I called to chase up I just got ‘yeah they’ve left’. Naan roll was tasty though.

The food was shockingly disgusting and unedable Everything went in the bin no one was answering the phone when I called to ask for them to come back and collect it all. Won't be ordering here again

We ordered 2 HOURS ahead of time, for dinner at 5.30 because we had plans after. Dinner was over 30 mins late. Food quality was awful. Almost cold. We had no time to complain or ask for replacement. VERY disappointed as the food and service from Mias is usually very good. Greasy, lukewarm and disappointed. Hardly any salad on the kebab and no garlic mayo as requested. Overall quite cross.

Shish kebab was really tasty, wedges were nice and crispy, they changed my burger sauce for a chilli sauce by mistake but not a big issue, all good *****

Delicious, but not super hot. Had to microwave the curry, and the chips could have been crisper- but no major complaints.

Delicious food, plenty off it, that's the good bit. Unfortunately it wasn't delivered hot. Had an update to say driver on his way at 6.42pm he arrived 7.19pm, I could have walked it from the restaurant to my home quicker!

As I write this it’s says my food has arrived, obviously, as I have been asked to comment. Unfortunately my food has yet to arrive so I have no idea how it’s tastes. As for service and delivery time, I think that speaks for itself. I’m hoping I get to find out how it tastes, but I don’t hold out much hope at this point. It looks like I’m having toast.

Mias is great as always. Normally call to order but went through Just Eat which was a mistake. Ordered half 6. ETA of 7:20-7:40. Didn’t arrive til 8. Then it was cold! :(

Can’t fault the serviced received at all. I am staying in a hotel and not only were they early, but went above and beyond by coming to my room to deliver it. I was expecting a call when in reception. Food was amazing and those chips 🤤🤤🤤😍😍 Wish I had a recipe for those, wink wink! Nudge nudge! 😂😂😂😂 Would definitely recommend they are an 11 out of 10 xx

very bad experience my food was almost freezing cold took almost 1 hour 15 mins to arrive which was really upsetting i would appreciate if i could have a full refund for this order and most definitely won’t be ordering from this shop again thank you.

Cold and minging. Chicken was full of gristle, fat and bone. The lamb donner should have been a large but was half the size of the chicken. It too was cold and tasted of cardamon. Take it there’s a new chef at Mias. 🤢last time of ordering there for me
