Ordered before and was ok. Tried this place 5 times through scoffable and just eat, every time cancelled order and no reason. Won’t order again as wasting time.

Food arrived cold and was told what do you expect it’s cold outside also 2 mixed bursa with only donner meat won’t be using this place again well as long as it’s cold outside anyway 😂😂😂😂😂

Food was cold and almost an hour late. Chilly sauce wasn't spice but sour. Salad cone in separate box... best think in my order was can of coke...

This used to be one of my favourite places to get takeaway from in Aberdeen, but since they've moved locations the menu has shrunk (losing more than one of my usual dishes) and the food quality has deteriorated hugely. Very disappointing as I used to love there food.

Very yummy HUGE kebabs, only downside was that they did not have the hot mezes we ordered but got a call straight away offering alternative/ refund. Will definitely order again!

No curry sauce..was given chip and cheese instead...no curry sauce for kebab although it was paid for. Food cold on delivery.

Food was good when it eventually arrived, delivery time was appalling.

Visited with the family and throughly disappointed. Food quality not good. Service terrible. Food arrived very late. Waited for one hour and 35 minutes. Avoid at all cost. Will NEVER visit again.

Two of us ordered the lunch menu which was decent but the fast foods tasted like they were taken from the freezer and heated up (which they probably were). The staff was friendly though so with better food this might have been a 4/5.

2 and a half hours still no food no refund , rude staff who lied to Just eat and myself. Took money ...didn't deliver right order ....bag sat waiting for them to come back which never happened. Called them multiple times got spoken to like an idiot from someone called MO. Stole my money and left me with a bag of cold food. They also do not read the allergy box so beware. 1st time ordering from here in over 2 years... we used to be great customers and knew the owner well back then...got a dodgy order so we never returned till now and shows that was a bad choice. EVERYONE AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF and out of pocket.

Best Kebabs in town. Only downside was that some of the onion rings were burnt to a crisp. Would definitely get from here again.

Que venga aquí un par de veces al mes y su siempre fantástico, la comida es siempre fresca y sabe genial siempre me dan un Kebab de pollo. Normalmente estoy aquí después de trabajar, y el dueño siempre me recuerda y dice hola por lejos la mejor llevar en Aberdeen

My order was more than half an hour late in arriving from the delivery time given. Chicken pakora cold, kebab disappointing and also cold, Not the best experience I have had. Certainly think twice before ordering from them again. I called to query why my order was late, and only received an apology. No compensation offered at all. Very disappointed overall.

Brilliant food packed full of flavour, lovely polite staff, would always recommend for a good proper Turkish delight, never been treated less than a 5 star for care, attitude and food

Stone cold and took an hour and 25 minutes! Brick hard pakora and congealed donner kebab! Absolute rubbish! Cheek to charge £13.50 what a rip off!

Pizza, burger and chips, perfect take away with fantastic service always friendly and offer to call you a taxi, Rico is particularly attentive and offers everything he can! Great take away!

There is a reasonable range of food, at good prices. Service was rather slow - possibly the takeaway facility stopped waiting staff giving diners full attention. The tablecloths were grubby. Menus were shabby - broken plastic lamination, and felt sticky to the touch.

I wrote on the comment box any drink but coke/pepsi due to flatm8 being allergic but at delivery wewere given a 1.5l bottle of coke.....called the takeaway n the boss was so freakin nice about it!!! He gave us 3 smaller bottles of fanta as dnt have big ltr and said it be possibly half hr which i said that was fine...not even 10min later and delivery guy buzzed with the drinks!!! Customer service at it best!! They were real friendly and nice and food price was good as well as taste... Will defo be ordering from them again

Rather disappointed. Ordered a chicken pakora kebab, veg pakora kebab and curry & chips. But when order came i never got the veg pakora kebab. They just sent veg pakora which was rather annoying as it was suppose to be a meal. Not impressed. Wont be ordering again.

We ordered hummus, chips with cheese and curry sauce, a calzone and a munch box. The hummus had hair in it and only came with one pitta bread. The chips with cheese and curry sauce wasn't delivered. The calzone was under cooked and ice cold. When we called the driver to say our delivery was not complete the driver was not sympathetic to our situation. We won't be using Meze House again.

La comida y el servicio Pisana, que he visitado este restaurante de mi ruta a Londres, y yo no estaba contento con la comida. No vale el dinero. incluso el pan no sabía muy bien.

Solo tengo las mejores cosas que decir sobre Meze House. El dueño era muy acogedor y se ofreció amablemente a ayudarnos elegir de la amplia selección de laberintos. Sólo alrededor de £11 cada uno, nos dieron una cantidad enorme de pequeños platos y absolutamente cada uno estaba cocinado a la perfección. Mejores hummus que jamás he tenido, tan fresco y muy sencillo! Encima de eso, Sirvase usted mismo, que es muy de agradecer y amo tanto perdido en la vieja aberdeen. Sin duda es una de las joyas donde vas y realmente no sabía qué esperar y son tan impresionados por lo que es todo lo que puede hablar acerca de regreso a casa.

Food tasted great but portion was tiny. Took a long time to deliver, delivery driver was polite. Forgot hummus and salad, man on phone instantly tried to start an argument, offered a free kebab but I won't be claiming it.

Food is almost always great. I order pretty much the same thing every time. This time, they didn't read my instructions and got a sauce wrong. It was great, I just didn't quite get what I wanted this time

Fuimos allí para el cumpleaños té, nos apetecía del hijo en un lugar en el que te puedes llevar tu propia bebida, por £2 por tasa por servir licor de cabeza optamos por Meze House. La zona de estar es básico, pero tiene un ambiente encantador y muy relajado. Nos preguntaron si queríamos recomendaciones pero preferimos elegir algún meze y Main. Todo lo que comimos estaba delicioso, todo mezclado tiernos verduras, humus, pakoras y turca salchichas todo muy sabroso. Los platos principales fueron también increíble, no pude terminar, por lo que me llevé lo que se quedaron en casa. El cordero era muy bien preparado, el pollo estaba jugoso y la salsa increíble. Mis hijos y yo disfrutamos mucho de la comida y el chef incluso vino y pedía a todos si todo estaba bien. Sin duda volveremos y ahora será pedir mi lejos de allí también : -D

I hate to think how much money we have spent eating here... we can't stop going back! It's hard to find good vegetarian food in Aberdeen... but you're spoilt for choice here. Best to skip the 'mains' and let the staff pick you a selection of meze... we've never been disappointed and always end up liking things we never would have ordered. Staff are friendly and generous, and it's great value for money (especially as it's BYOB!) as we're always absolutely stuffed afterwards.

Food was cold. The delivery driver thought he would have a full argument with me regarding my address and he also thought he would tell me it was wrong. Instead of letting me explain he continued to be rude to me. Not good service at all. Very dissappointed

I paid £6.50 for a large chicken kebab. This 100% was not a large. Also paid for 2 litre bottle of diet coke and only relieved a 1.5 litre. Ripped off.

I hate to give any small restaurant a bad review but this was really terrible food. I always check reviews of places serving vegetarian food and this one got very good ones.First courses so so but my vegetarian main course was pretty disgusting comprising variety of undercooked vegetables topped by some form of sauce which tasted like it came out of a jar.My partners lamb seemed to have been warmed up and she could not finish.Maybe we were unlucky. I hope so for the owners.Avoid.

We ordered some pizza to take away last night. We ordered one Istanbul and one Meze special and I have to say they were the worst pizzas ever. Pizza was so greasy and all the ingredients on it were terrible as if they were cooked ages ago. Definitely I won't recommend it. AVOID IT!

Wont order again!!! Missing sides and my salad was beetroot & onions REALLY!!!! I used to say this was the best kabab shop in Aberdeen not anymore Kabab was disgusting binned it after 1 mouth full. Cant get in contact number is "BUSY"

Wrong address, terrible phone service, shouting angry and arguing while on the phone. Arrived 65 minutes late. Took 2 hours to arrive since phone. Won't be using again. Food was cold on arrival.

This was my first visit to Meze House, in the city centre of Aberdeen. There are not many good options for vegetarians in Aberdeen, but this was an excellent choice. There was a wide range of fresh, tasty, hot & cold meze's and definately the best hummus I have ever had. My friends opted for the Meze House special, and thoroughly enjoyed.The staff were very welcoming and friendly and provided an excellent service and there was a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend Meze House - excellent food, excellent service, will definately be returning!

Went for dinner last night, we had a selection of delicious cold and hot mezzes. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were really friendly and couldn't have been more helpful! If food is more important than the decor then this is the place to go! Great value for money and BYOB too!

Myself and work colleagues booked a table for a staff night out meal, service from staff was brilliant and catered our every needs and the owner was a great laugh and friendly person. We all ordered different food and the kebabs chicken/doner/bursa were great quality, fresh salad, tasty sauces and very flavoursome. The kebab shop is called meze after all and the choice of meze on offer is amazing, highly recommend the hummus, tuna and baklava. An overall great experience, rest of work colleagues really enjoyed the food and experience also and is now a regular spot for a kebab after a night out.

Have ordered from meze house before and it's was good, unfortunately this time it wast, chips cold and soggy, burger was very chewey and didn't anywhere enough cheese! Pakoras were also not fresh and a bit like rubber!!

Been enjoying Meze’s food for years, but the last two time has been very disappointing. The last time we ordered a takeaway, the kebabs came without salad! Give the staff there due, after complaining, a replacement and a free starter appeared within 20 minutes. However last night, only one donor arrived after two had been ordered, after trying to phone for one and a half hours and getting a constant engaged tone, we contacted just eat, who were also unable to contact Meze. Finally ,after two and a half hours, I got through to the staff, to tell them how disappointed I was with the service, only to be told by the staff “ what was I phoning up two and a half hours to complain for “. To the staff and owner, the reason I phoned was to tell you how disappointed I was with the service and to complain that I did not receive a donor kebab which left me £5.50 out of pocket and donor less. A very annoyed regular customer.

Used to like the place. Order arrived an hour before I wanted it when was not home. Driver assured me it would be all new food. It arrived in a charred and re heated form. Phoned to complain as spent over £30, spoke to some incompetend Scottish numbnut who agreed it was not new food and would be in that state and said he couldn't do anything about it and hung up! It's not even that good, have since found better and wouldn't put up with this rubbish again both food and people!

This Aberdeen restaurant is on Rose Street in the West End. It has many other takeaways and restaurants nearby offering different cuisines but this is defintely an excellent choice. The food here is suberb with probably the best humus in the North East - freshly made each day. The owner Mohamad is a friendly person and is very helpful explaining what different dishes are. I do tend to have takeaways from here, but have been in the restaurant side on a few occasions. On every occasion over the past 6 years the service has been fast and friendly.I love the chicken dishes that I've had and the sucuk, bruschetta and pakora are amazing, and the Shish and Shishlik kebabs are outstanding.Well worth a visit!

It was good. Although the pizza was nowhere near as good as usual. Not fully cooked in the middle and almost burnt on the crust. Unfortunate but have ordered from Meze House many times and this is the first disappointment. Would still order from here again.

Finally, lean lamb pieces cooked just sufficiently and not tough! Donna meat WAS lamb and tasted lean and not too fatty. It's great that you can buy traditionally flavoured kebabs instead of pre bought frozen revolving meat. Highly recommended!

Late delivery, food cold and food missing from the order.

Wasn't overly impressed with the pizza and kebab. Kebab meat was overcooked and accompanying sauces lacked flavour. Had to wait for pizza to cook after I arrived at time food was due to be ready. Did get a free pizza due to one being cooked too early.

Is -1 possible??? Delivery took almost 90 minutes! Food that came was cold, part of the order was missing. Called them and was told it'll be another hour.... last time we use mere house!!!

Got food delivered from here and was not impressed at all I ask for the food too all be in separate dishes as my partner has allergies and everything was in the same box apart from the salad. I will not be ordering from here again.

The borek as ever was amazing however you only get small amount everytime I order they seem to give me 1 less

Perfect kebab as always, but didn't get my soft drink. Still my favourite kebab shop though x
