We recently visited the Wewar Heveliat Radcliffe. The experience was exceptional from being met at the front door and being shown to our table. The food was delicious and the service was out standing. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

We just had the most wonderful experience at this restaurant. It was to celebrate my brother’s birthday and he loved it, we all did. The service is exemplary, the food exceptional. We have already booked to return. Thank you to all the staff, you are all doing such a wonderful job.

If you want to experience something truly wonderful this is the place to go. From the moment you walk through the door you are made to feel like an old friend, helping with your coat, a napkin on your lap. The staff are attentive and all look amazing. The set menu is delicious giving you the opportunity to sample the many delicious dishes. A small mango sorbet to cleanse your pallet between starter and main. For dessert the crepes are a must as they are prepared at your table. I cannot praise the owner enough as they fully understand fine dining and how to treat all who vist.

So my wife and I really fancied an Indian meal we normally would travel to the centre of Nottingham but decided to try the Mewar Haveli. We were Not disappointed. They knocked it out the park, the service was perfect very friendly and outstanding attention to detail. The food... Omg...... Truly fantastic. It was for my birthday, and it was one of the best dining experiences of my life. Highly recommended!!!The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and they even played me a special bday song which was heart touching. We enjoyed our visit from beginning to end. Thank you team Haveli!

I absolutely love this place! Every time I come here I feel so welcome and the staff always remember us even though we don’t come everyday. The New Year’s Eve set menu was outrageously good as it always is, the food standard is so high here I am never disappointed when we come. I highly recommend coming to this tasty and friendly restaurant when you visit Nottingham.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating . With our food requests they were able to provide one bespoke meal and one meal that wasn't on the menu ; they also do early bird offers.

Best Indian restaurant/ takeaway I’ve been to, I’ve tried all the local Indians and haven’t been able to match it at all. Value for money, incredibly tasty food, staff are the highest trained and friendliest people you’ll ever meet. This isn’t your local greasy takeaway curry this is Authentic cuisine cooked superbly. You won’t be disappointed!

Christmas banquet Wow! For the first time in many years we decided to eat out on Christmas Day. So pleased we did. HAVELI was fabulous! A great experience from arriving to departing. Food was delicious, service efficient and so welcoming. We enjoyed the choice and variety of the meals. Presentation was so special. An additional bonus was being driven home by the charming owner.

Our first dining experience here was fantastic! The food was amazing, nicely presented, and the portions were just right. We started with prawn puri and onion bhaji, both delicious. The Haveli chicken and Desi lamb were tender with perfect spice levels. Popadoms with chutneys were served first, and a tasty pineapple sorbet cleansed the palate. The staff were delightful. We'll definitely return soon!

Requested a fantastic experience for my parents 25th Wedding Anniversary. Service beyond measure , allowed us to choose our seats , gave recommendations and the food was fantastic especially the Naan. They sing a traditional Nepali song for the celebration and also gave us a small cake 🎂 which we weren't expecting. Absolutely stellar service from the whole team !! Looking forward to coming again

My wife, sister in law, nephew and I had dinner at the Mewar Haveli, Radcliffe On Trent this evening, Wednesday 22 November 2023. The welcome was warm and friendly. The meals were outstandingly good. The decor and ambiance could not have been better. The service was first class. The servers were all dressed in national costumes and the whole experience was second to none. I cannot possibly overemphasise how enjoyable the whole experience was.

We booked Haveli for my daughter's engagement party as a private function. Bikash was the manager in charge of the event. All the guests complimented the restaurant for the hospitality and service of the staff and the excellent food. Bikash went above and beyond to set up the venue for the day, respond to enquiries promptly and to ensure the event ran smoothly on the day. The guests said they wouldn't hesitate to visit Haveli again and we will definitely be returning soon!

Food excellent we had to wait for our table as there was a big Indian door on but we'll worth the wait . Really funny thing my children booked it for a belated birthday dinner for my 63rd all the staff came out in traditional clothing with drums and music and picked the wrong person in our group with a birthday cake !! Vicky only 57 they put a hat on her it was really good so we didn't mention it to them !! Excellent evening

We were celebrating a birthday, family of 8 and 1st time at the Havili. The staff are fantastic. We received a very warm welcome and attentive service throughout the meal. 6 of us opted for the set menu and 2 a la carte. The food was amazing ! So fresh, tasty and so much of it ! Having wanted to visit this restaurant for some time, I booked it for a group of 6 family members as I was celebrating my big birthday and having looked at many reviews I simply couldn’t wait to go. The restaurant on Radcliffe Road Nottingham was easy to get to and on entering the restaurant we were greeted immediately by a lovely member of staff and took to our table. Every member of staff were in traditional dress and looked fabulous. The restaurant itself is decorated with gorgeous touches which almost transport you away to somewhere exotic. The tables were beautiful with really nice touches which just added to the whole experience. Our-drink orders were taking which very quickly arrived, Cobra being on draft which was perfect. Staff arrived to say ‘Happy Birthday’ to me which was really nice and our orders were took. The menu isn’t extensive but what an array of dishes to choose from and we couldn’t wait. Now this is when this fabulous restaurant came into its own…. Wow! a line of staff came from the kitchen carrying our starters, dry ice coming from each plate of food, OMG, the drama was immense, it’s was truly fabulous. It really was a shame to eat this beautiful food that had been carved to perfection and placed lovingly causing a stunning picture on each plate. We were all mesmerised at the table, such an experience being served by the most attentive staff I have ever been fortunate to be around. Our main meal was glorious and again attention to the detail played a major part in the service provision of the amazing staff. Wow, what a meal, traditional Indian curry that no other Indian restaurant in the area can compete with. The food served here is 5 * Why on earth would you go anywhere else? Tambourines and drums sounded and every member of staff came to our table to sing ‘Happy Birthday’ with instruments in hand and a birthday cake with candles, how fabulous it was. Now this is fine dining at its best, the food is pure perfection, the staff were outstanding and couldn’t have welcomed us any better. It was truly an experience I will never forget. Thank you to each and every one of you, it was amazing.

Outstanding Sunday set menu meal. Excellently presented starters. Such a fantastic variety of main courses on the set menu. We went for the non-veg between 2 and then veg between 2 and was more than generous and was superb.

Absolutely brilliant experience. We were anxious to take our young kids (5,9) as they are often lively in a restaurant, but they were very impressed and devoured a chicken korma. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

First time coming here. I felt the staff were abit full on, and in your face. I cannot fault the presentation, it was perfectly presented and looked appealing, however looks can be deceiving as the actual taste of the food was very underwhelming. The curries we had, had no depth to them, were very tomato based, not what a balti should taste like. It was just nothing at all to shout about. My starter was also the same, very fancy presentation but lacked any flavour. I prefer to have tasty food than a fancy plate personally. It's also very expensive. I won't be returning

My favourite Indian in Nottingham. Amazing lamb madras, really cheesy cheese naan, which helps take the edge off if things are getting a bit on the spicy side! Perfect service with knowledgeable staff who treat you like a special occasion!

It was our first visit to Haveli today. We stopped on our way back from Newark, and I’m so glad we did. The food was full of flavour and beautifully present. It was absolutely delicious. It’s a little on the pricey side, for where it is. Every member of staff was really friendly and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be back.

Lovely people, but poor value for money especially given the atmosphere is always going to be limited by the fact its a converted little chef. Very expensive restaurant. Food is good but not anywhere near what you'd expect for the money.

Excellent place for a family dinner. Had the set menu. All food perfect and a good variety. Staff very attentive and help make the birthday event with their band. Fully recommended. Only possible issue was a bit slow on the courses and the meal took 2 and a half hours. Did not bother us but could upset some.
