Absolute joke… ordered a chicken Shish and it came with 5 of the smallest pieces of chicken I’ve seen in my life (look at the pics) after calling to complain no one spoke English… eventually managed to speak to someone that was completely indifferent… was told the manager will call me back… obviously that didn’t happen… don’t waste your time or money

if you ever order food from this place make sure before you pay you check your food, they never send right food and they send uncooked donner out to customers. i dont recommend anyone buy from them . when you call for complain they all act like you didnt order from them

I ordered Yogurtlu Chicken Shish. Every restaurant I ever been to knows what it means, chicken shish in tomato sauce and yogurt on top. They gave me chicken shish drowning in just plain yogurt, it looked like sick. I went back to tell them that they’ve forgotten the sauce, he instead raised his voice and tried to tell me I’m in the wrong that it is what I ordered. I did not want to continue that conversation as he is “the professional” and tried to make an idiot out of me in front of other customers. I went back home thinking maybe I was wrong, but low and behold a simple google search and every picture that comes up with my meal HAS sauce on it. They clearly don’t care, as I called them explaining this and they were having none of it. I payed £10 for that meal and got nothing. This is not the first time we had problems with them but I wanted to give them another try.. clearly my fault here.

I order ch.wings and ch.shee both meal was smell bad they was OFF even dry meat and bad tasty .NEVER AGAIN

Just collected meat and chips. Cost me £8 for essentially burnt offerings. Looked horrible. Didn't taste good at all. Never seen meat and chips in such small burnt pieces. Never buying from there again. Very disappointed. Was hungry after a long day at work. Never again!! Waste of money unfortunately.

I ordered the Chicken Shish and the salad and bread, Everything was wonderful, the chicken, the chips, the great salad and the bread, Also, great hummus ! love this place.

Worst Turkish food I have ever had. Will never order from here again. The food is not freshly made. So disappointed.

Hot food and very tasty. Slightly dissapointed in the chunks of meat being a little small but probably just being greedy. Good selection of food.

Lovely place, friendly staff, meat quality very high. Been here regularly and always happy with whatever I order. Can’t fault :)

The food here it’s delicious, all the ingredients are very fresh and testy. The customer service is very very good. I used to live in Enfield and we always come to eat here or just order a take away, now we moved to East Barnet and non of the kebabs shops in the area doesn’t compare with the food I have here at Mervlana, so I prefer to drive 20 min and eat my favourite food here. I came here with a friend as we were in the area and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Not just a typical kebab shop, they also sell Pide (Turkish pizza) as well as stews, soups and lots of side dishes. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. May be worth ordering in advance as all the food is freshly cooked and there can be a wait if there's a queue.

Very friendly staff... full of smiles ... food is really tasty and authentic.. would recommend this place to any one

This is a nice little local in my area. I had lentil soup which was really nice, I will visit again to try their kebabs.

Like the title says, this is a restaurant like many others in North London. Simple seating, a counter where the grills and the kebabs are cooked. I had one of my favourite Turkish dishes, the lamb soup. I also tried on one of my previous visits the thin Turkish pizza (lahmacun) and the lamb kebab. This is the "real meat" kebab, where pieces of meat instead of a donner paste are being roasted on the vertical spit. I must say (as a fan) that the soup was excellent, one of the best I had. The prices are quite good (£4 for the soup, £1,50 ayran, £2 the lahmacun) and the service fast and polite.
