Have a take away on a regular basis. Have it delivered. Also excellent service. Hot when it arrives. Don't have to wait a very long time, usually 30-45 mins. They usually give you an estimated time.

We ordered a takeaway for delivery after a leaflet had been posted through our door. The driver dropped off our meal on time and was friendly. It was easy to place our order over the phone. We were absolutely delighted with our food, it was freshly cooked, full of fresh ingredients and delicious. Slightly more expensive than a usual takeaway but well worth it. It was gorgeous and we can't wait to use them or visit the restaurant next time.

We ordered food from here when it come was charged £39 when unpacked my sons chips was not there when rang to tell them was called a liar and told didn’t order them this is the breakdown according to there menu on prices and was charged for something I didn’t receive be careful if ordering for family cos when they mess your order they just call you a liar. 2 x chicken fried rice @ £7.80 each 2 x sweets & sour Chinesse style @ £7.20 each. 1 x sausage @ £1.90 1 x bbq sauce @ £2.10 1 x delivery @ £2.00 as we are 2.7 miles from you which is a total of £36 I also ordered chips which made bill £39 but I did not receive and was charged £39 but told didn’t order them. Can you also tell me why the driver would not give us the receipt and took back with him it is obvious he got peckish and ate my sons chips that you charged me for so I would like the money I was overcharged back or I will be going to trading standards to report over charging or charging for food then calling people liars when you don’t deliver Whats been payed for!!!!!

My son passed his driving test today so we thought we would celebrate and have a takeaway for tea. We never complain but felt this needed to be said. Firstly a meal was forgotten so my husband had to go back to collect it. Then we went to dish up the food to find the prawn crackers were stale. Apparently when I spoke to them about this they said they wouldn’t be a fresh as normal as they are due to be done again!!! The noodles were extremely dry and crunchy, The chips and spring rolls had bin cooked in stale fat you could taste it and my sons salt and pepper chicken was disgusting wet soggy and had a hair in in. We have eaten from here many times and never had an issue but today was just terrible. We bagged all the food up because it hadn’t bin touched and they have refused a refund. We are not happy at all with the service the lady was unhelpful and very much in denial and wouldn’t take on board the complaint at all and basically said the food was fine when it certainly was not to the point we have kept the food and will be taking this matter further.

My sister and I collected our takeaway and it was the best Chinese we've had. We ordered salt and pepper chicken, satay chicken, chicken fried rice and chips. All were 10/10. The satay chicken was the nicest one I've ever eater and my sister's s&p chicken was also her favourite. It was proper chicken sliced up - she describes it as the Michelin version of s&p chicken. Would definitely recommend.

I had ur food last night with my BF and daughter and it was cold and has made us all ill it was not worth 32.80 And because of everything going up only have a take out once in a blue moon I'm so disappointed

Really delicious, it arrived piping hot and 20 mins early. Partner said 'it's one of the best Chinese I have ever had.' Will definitely be ordering from the meimei again.

The food was delicious and hot, big portions and super friendly staff! The order came right on time and was still very hot (i had it delivered). My kids LOVED the honey chili beef (if you can handle a little bit of spice , i would highly recommend), and the chicken nuggets, I inhaled my sweet and sour king prawn , and my husband just loved the duck and pancake, we also ordered chicken sweet corn soup and chicken fried rice along with salt and pepper chips and fillet chicken, they were so so nice. I would definitely go again, it is now our favourite place to takeout.

We will not be using this take away again, ordered banquet half of the food missing, phoned up and attitude of staff was disgraceful.

Ordered our meal at 4.20 pm to give them plenty of time to deliver it is now 8 35 pm and food still not arrived, spoke with them twice and they said its on its way! Not happy at all, will not use again!!

Amazing chinese !! Had this chinese delivered tonight , it was very quick , lovely delivery lady , no contact and it looked amazing and tasted fabulous!! Definitely won’t be going anywhere else now !!

We made a order at 7:30pm , and was told 90minutes roughly so assumed about 9pm.I rang up at 9:20pm, was told it was on the way, I then rang up again at 9:50, again told on its way, it finally came at 10pm, so only 2 hours 30minutes after the first phone call.After all this, they forgot to include the salt and pepper chicken, the salt and pepper chips were cold and atrocious, the duck was average, the sweet and sour chicken tasted so very bad.A £1 B&M chinese microwave meal tastes better than this garbage.

I regularly come to this takeaway because it is, without a doubt, the best in buckley by far. I always order the pork and chicken vermicelli because no other takeaway do it like they do. I come on most Saturdays and its extremely busy so it generally takes longer but it's worth it at the end of the day. I always look forward to coming here. i would 100% recommend Meimei!

Waited 1.30 minutes for a takeaway. 2 phone calls later, meal arrived. Pork instead of prawns!! Lukewarm beef. Disgusting food.

Waited 1.5hrs for food to be delivered when told 45minutes.Food was Luke warm and inedible,Salt n Pepper Chips were soggy and were just plain chips with a few slices of onions.Duck rolls were soggy & not much duck in them.Phoned to complain and they weren’t interested, said they could offer a discount on future orders but not interested in a refund or resending another order as too busy, take out in the bin, never again.

This was a home delivery that arrived 45 minutes late. The sweet sauce was missing from the sweet and sour. The food on the whole was dry, tasteless and barely warm. There was a dish supplied not ordered which brought nothing to the table. A very disappointing experience that we will not repeat.

Wouldn't normally write reviews but this was up there with the worst food I've ever had! Odered 2 currys and both were just swimming in water and oil, and the chicken in the chow mein was border line cooked. All went straight in the bin! If you fancy get a takeaway from here I'd just play it safe and get a few bags of prawn crackers!

i come to this takeaway every friday as a treat after a long day at work and so far have never been disappointed. the prices are reasonably priced and the staff are ever so friendly and helpful. the food are always piping hot and delicious plus they sell cold drinks. the takeaway are also really clean and tidy. the waiting time isnt too bad either, i would advice you to come at least 10 minutes late on fridays and saturdays as you would end up waiting there for ages. thats the only bad thing bout it. best takeaway in flintshire, worth trying, never disappointed :)xx

Collected a takeaway consisting of Chicken Fried Rice and King Prawn in black bean sauce plus Sesame Prawn Toast and Prawn Crackers. Sesame Prawn Toast was good - all the rest was average at best and ended up in the bin.

First time have used Mei Mei ordered a large multi dish takeaway for 7 people to be collected. Impressed on several levels firstly the food which was excellent (best we’ve had locally for some time), secondly impressed whilst phoning the order through it was obvious all dishes were being entered on a system so no errors and the cost was given straight away. Handy parking across the road (albeit private but business was closed so assume ok).

Delicious hot,food delivered on time. One dish was missing but was delivered immediately after I phoned. Have eaten in the restaurant before but was not disappointed with the home delivery service and the range of dishes available. Will definitely use this service again.

Horrendous food delivered last night. We’d had starters, tasted our mains and they just weren’t going down well, so decided to keep it until today to check it wasn’t our taste that was off.... crispy chilli beef that tasted like acidic vomit and a Singapore chow mien that has meant out toilet roll bill has rocketed significantly. Yet they don’t want to know! Shoddy service ‘Apparantly spicy dishes so to be expected’ yes dishes we’ve ordered many many times before and never been so disgusting! Not amused to have spent £25 on an awful takeaway!!!!

Unfortunately we have not visited but have ordered take out from here.

Ordered a takeaway from Mei Mei and l have to say the quality of the food was dreadful. How anyone can ruin a simple dish like Foo Yung (it’s only a glorified omelette, after all) l’ve no idea - it was like chewing on rubber and it was as dry as a salt mine. As for the chips, well apart from being cold (obviously good quality potatoes aren’t used), they tasted as if they were re-cooked several times over. Needless to say, l won’t be ordering food from Mei Mei again.

Ordered last night and was told it would be about half an hour, 10 minutes later it arrived which instantly tells me it's not fresh! I went to dish up my meal and they'd given me chilli chicken instead if garlic chicken. I cannot eat spice!! Rang them 3 times to rectify but they hung up on me all 3 times!! Terrible customer service! Food was vile, never ordering from there again!!

The best Chinese in the area! Tasty food that is always hot when it's delivered. Staff are friendly and efficient taking orders on the phone and food is always delivered quickly.

Just had a takeaway from Mei Mei. When we ordered we were told it would be 35minutes. After 10 minutes the food arrived !!

We had a takeaway from here last night and it was excellent.Freshly prepared ingredients gave a lovely flavour unlike most fast food takeaways.Piping hot and plenty to go around.

Found about the place not all too long ago, apparently it was a restaurant so we did go for a sit down meal but it has been turned to take away only, didn't bother me all too much.

We arrived back from holiday, it was an appalling weather outside, really heavy rain, so we decided on a takeaway, rang through an order, arrived about 20 minutes later, gentlemen who delivered was very nice, we really enjoyed our meal, piping hot, and will definitely use then again

This used to be a restaurant but now just a takeaway, efficient service, nice clean set up and decent reasonably priced food. Not too salty like some Chinese takeaways.

First let me explain I have 3 children who I love dearly, however to come to a restaurant with a 4yr old child playing games at full volume and screeching whilst we eat is a bit too much. Particularly when that child is obviously the owners (having seen before when ordering takeaway which incidentally would have rated a 5 for the food)A couple close to us paid and left for the same reason as I felt compelled to write this review. I have to say today's food was nice if unremarkable but the enjoyment was completely ruined by listening to v young children's you tube or similar and screeching. The poor waitress having to work around this.I would recommend this place for the food but as a restaurant I would say go elsewhere. .. we left stressed and upset as the aforementioned child skipped around the restaurant.

Trying to find a good chinese as we recently moved to the area. Found this one using trip advisor. We called up to order. Order was ready when we arrived. The price of our takeaways was really reasonable. We drove ten mins back home. Food was hot when we arrived back home and it was satisfactory to taste. They used non slimy chicken in the curry which was a positive.

Met up with friends for a birthday meal here and it was lovely, we had a variety of food as we picked from each others dishes and they were all nice.

We go every few months it's always good. Good menu loads of choice. Service is quick but not too quick. Recommend for a good night.

Yet another great meal. Six of us had the five course set menu, all of it very tasty and good value for £12.99. Excellent. One of our favourite places. Visit here often.

Best Chinese in Buckley in my opinion... Never had a bad meal. The hot and sour soup is lovely. Not really much more to say...

My wife and I had been here a few times, and when we moved closer, we realised we could get deliveries from them, too! It's a great little restaurant, run by a lovely family who serve some fantastic food. Be careful on the stairs to the W/C though, they're very steep!

This is a decent local eatery, that is usually fairly busy with people eating in and taking out in a fairly rough & ready part of town. The food isn't anything particularly unusual, there are all your usual favourites, but done really well by friendly staff for a reasonable price. Parking nearby can be tricky but worth a couple of minutes walk, if the local car parks are full it's not to far to find a side street with on road parking.

I've had a takeaway from here many times and it's always been lovely. A good Chinese is hard to find in this area but this is one I'd definitely recommend. The portions are very generous and it's a reasonable price. Staff are very friendly and the service is always quick! I'll return again and again

I have ordered from here consistently over the last three years and have had good and bad, however this last two times the food has been absolutely terrible. I'm not sure if they have a different chef these days but there's a huge difference in the taste of the food. Tonight I ordered a chicken Chow Mein, which is usually lovely, however it tasted like fish, with slimy chicken. I called them, they brought a new one and the delivery driver wouldn't leave until I handed him my original meal. Its replacement was even worse - much more salt added (or soy sauce, given the new meal's new colour) and the chicken was absolutely disgusting - again, slimy and fishy. I will NEVER order from this terrible takeaway again - what a pity - I used to love it. GET A NEW CHEF, MEI MEI!

Lovely food. Excellent priced. My family visit regularly and are always impressed. This place deserves more publicity for the food they provide. Staff are always smiling and can't do enough for you. I would definitely give it a go! You won't regret it

I have either eaten in for the 5 course mid week meal with friends or called in for a takeaway and it has been consistently good over the 2 years that I have used them and the staff are lovely

Decided to try this restaurant on a Thursday evening as we have driven past it many times. There was an a la carte menu and also a 3 course menu at £9.99 and 5 courses for £12.99 before 7.30 p.m. We both opted for the 5 course meal and it was lovely. There was chicken and sweetcorn soup for starters, then you could choose any two dishes each for the next course from a varied selection. The third course was duck and pancakes, followed by the main course which again could be selected from quite a varied choice. The final course was banana fritter or ice cream.Everything was hot, fresh and tasty and really well presented.The waitress was lovely. Very pleasant and helpful.Total cost for 5 courses for two, a bottle of house wine and a pint of beer was just over £40.Overall, this was an excellent, value for money meal and we will be returning very soon.

I love this place. The food is delicious as well as cheap (£12.99 for 5 courses on weekdays or 3 for £9.99). The staff are great as well, can't do enough.

as a party of 12 people on new years day we chose the five course set meal, there were plenty of choices and everyone was very impressed, the service was excellent, the waitress was brilliant she helped us with the choices and we ordered within 10 minutes of seating, the soup arrived very fast and was hot and tasty, the two starters i ordered were crispy seaweed and bbq ribs both were really lovely and big portions for a starter, we all had crispy duck and pancakes next and there were plenty for everyone to share, the duck was crispy and moist and i picked at the bones to get every last bit off, we waited 10 minutes for the mains to arrive and again good sized, lots of rice and i really enjoyed my crispy chilli chicken, as did everyone else with the mains they had ordered, my husband had the curry which was really hot but he loved it too, we had the deep fried banana to follow and it was the icing on the cake, cant wait to go back for my birthday next week, would highly recommend to everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fab choice of dishes. Welcome and table service is second to none, their special menu is great value for money.. Car park to use is across the road .

went here with party of friends and family. Service good, set meal prices very good and a la carte reasonable. Food was well cooked if a bit bland, little chilli in dishes entitled 'chilli..', lamb burnt and tough expected it to be like crispy duck but came sliced and looked like 'leftovers'. As a group we had a very pleasant evening out, enough variety of dishes between us to have a reasonably good meal overall, but had it just been one or two would have have been disappointed. Service was good, friendly and humorous - this also helped to make it a pleasant. Not somewhere I'd rush back to but ok if on a budget or if you are in the area carefully choose your dishes and it will be fine.

Got this take away recommended to us and decided to give it ago. We rung through our order which was easy enough and weren't waiting too long before collection. Arrived back home which is only a couple of minutes drive down the road. We asked for crispy chilli beef it arrived in a sweet and sour sauce no chilli whatsoever all the food was Lukewarm, told us they didn't do a beef rice so went for the beef chow mein. The chicken sweet and sour wasn't that great either. Chips were rock hard.

We had Chinese meal last Friday we had Singapore vermicelli and salt and pepper fillet chicken curry sauce it was so delicious we are very enjoyed thank you meimei we will order again for you!!!!

Just been to the Mei Mei and what lovely food and very friendly service we had. Took the kids and they were made to feel very welcome and with one fussy eater they were happy that he could have chips and tomatoe sauce!! And would recommend here to anyone.

This is our usual Chinese and it 'was' usually very good. Tonight's takeaway though left a lot to be desired. Was told it would be ready in 30 mins and waited nearly an hour. Whilst waiting I overheard a customers telephone call to a flustered staff member, the customer had been waiting 1hr 30 mins and his meal delivery hadn't turned up.So to the meal. My usual, exceptionally good Singapore chow mein was barely edible and what would usually be left overs for lunch have gone straight in the bin, it was terrible and tasted nothing like chow mein.The 1/4 crispy duck starter, whilst ok resembled a starling rather than a duck. Perhaps slightly exaggerated, what I mean is the portions have dwindled substantially since our last visit and was just enough for 3 pancakes, let alone the 6 supplied. The hoi sin sauce provided had probably shrunk threefold since last time and the container now with cucumber etc in it is tiny.A shame, as it has always been good upto now, but I fear our custom will now be taken elsewhere.

a lovely King Prawn curry and fried rice, and lovely customer service , I would highly recommend, I always have a curry and here it is superb, good atmosphere too.The meal is just enough, not too little but not loads either, You can take the family or go with friends.
