Came on at end of evening, serviceable food was great, very reasonably priced

I really loved the aesthetic of the place, staff were friendly throughout and the food was delicious.

Have been here several times before but this visit was disappointing overall. Service was very mixed with my meal arriving 5 minutes after my family and there was also a delay waiting for black pepper and Parmesan. Not asked about desserts. Food was ok however. The wine list is outdated on the website, which the waiter acknowledged but there is a £6.50 difference on a bottle of Pinot Grigio and I note several weeks on that it still hasn’t been updated. Male toilet was also needing maintenance and looked as though it had been like that for some time. Other choices are available and therefore would return.

Popped in for a drink before going onwards for our meal elsewhere. I gave 5 stars for food to be fair but didn't eat. We sat at the bar as no tables were available to sit. The atmosphere was lacking warmth and feels like a cold space. More like a cafe of old. We were greeted after about 10 mins to order. We tried to make ourselves visible several times but we were made to feel like we were a bother. We order drinks which took 10 more mins. 1 pint and 1 cocktail, which they got wrong. It's supposed to be a tab service but was asked to pay for our drinks. We were planning to have 2 but left after one and will not be back. A few people were distributing tickets that could have helped by serving their customers. I sense they were top good to help their colleagues.

Lovely meal last night, food was delicious

I had lobster linguine. The lobster was very small and it was over cooked. Tough and chewy. Disappointing considering the price.

Minestrone soup and lasagna menu. I think this was frozen, and if it didn't look like it. Frozen French fries. Attentive waiters.

Well placed for central Glasgow. There were 4 of us out for family dinner. One meal was very spicy, the other two were nice. I decided to spoil myself and had the lobster linguine. It must have been the smallest lobster they could find. It was over cooked and dry. Very disappointed considering the price. The linguine was nice and the sauce was tasty, but it was all spoiled by the lobster. So many restaurants to choose from on the area, I wouldn't go back.

Good place to go if you're looking for a good little set menu for lunch, the food is nice enough. The drinks are expensive though. Its never too busy, you can always get a table.

This restaurant is a chain so didn't have high expectations. The staff pleasant enough and attentive and food portions were very generous. Although some of the food tasted bland. No attention to detail just lettuce thrown ontop.

The lunch menu is very reasonably priced. We loved the Haggis Fritto starter. We also had desserts, but the cheesecake base was too thick for my liking.

Great value, excellent service, good portion sizes. Best cup of tea in Glasgow !! Chicken Supreme is just so delicious I took mine home!!! Definitely be back and recommend

Service was first class and found us a table at short notice . Foot was perfect and great value for money. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

No better than a chain. Poor vegetarian selection. Unhygienic, no cleaning of tables in between customers. Don’t sit near toilets as doors bang.

We were 2 minutes late for the lunch menu which looks amazing value. We will visit again but keep an eye on the time. Ordering off the dinner menu when you just want a snack is always interesting. It was bitter cold in Glasgow and we were parked across from it. We had been having a wander and were very glad to get out of the cold and greeted by a friendly face. It has a proper Italian feel to it inside. We had a booth by the window which is a must to do some people watching. I had lasagna I think you can get a proper feel for a place from their lasagna and this didn’t disappoint. Layers of fresh pasta a beautiful cheese flavoured tomato sauce. Sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan. Clean lines and well structured with just the right mix of bolognaise and pasta. You know this is a stable cooked a million times. He opted for a chicken Caesar salad with the dressing on the side. One of us has a photoshoot next week. He enjoyed it but I could see him eyeing my splendid plate of pasta. We rounded it off with some beautiful coffee and a chat with the waiter. Wonderful relaxing early dinner. As we left I noticed the attached cocktail bar. We defo be part of my next day out with the girls. The lunch menu is 12-4 daily except Saturday I regret not having sides but I always feel stupid asking what food comes with and it wouldn’t be the first time I ordered chips/ salad/ garlic bread. Only to end up with double as it was served with it.

Real good value and the food is lovely as are all the staff. Love it, my friend and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Window seat which is a must!!.. was in just after 12, ordered and freshly cooked meals were delivered within 10 minutes. Recommend the Bolognese & Pork Milanese.. Lovely attentive staff.. Partner loved it so we will be back again shortly!

Amazing food, staff are amazing and attentive. And the med lounge Friday and Saturday is a great atmosphere with Roberto live singing and playing piano.

Fabulous restaurant ,went with friends ,service great food amazing and you could see into the kitchen which I love . Being an Italian and going to a new restaurant can be as bit hit miss but I was extremely happy with all of my food and I tasted most of everyone else's ,well you have too. My tip is to book and go for the set menu,even though there a la carte is not expensive for the city centre . Thanks guys I will be back and recommend you to my family and friends.

We popped in here for dinner after being at an event all day across the road. All the food was absolutely delicious and the portion sizes were huge. My daughter is autistic and has issues with eating certain things. The chef happily made her another Italian dish that isn't on the menu as it was her favourite and she doesn't eat much else. We had a Young Italian gentleman with glasses serving us who was so friendly and helpful. Overall we could not complain about a single thing, all the food was perfect and the staff were lovely. The bill was very reasonable too considering how much food you receive. We will definitely be going back for dinner again.

We visited this restaurant over 5 years ago ( visiting Glasgow again today ) and were delighted to find it once more ! Our previous experience was fantastic and this visit was also fantastic, very welcoming staff and staff were attentive although not overpowering. We had some amazing food tonight , lovely environment and cannot fault the restaurant, staff or environment. As a vegan customer the only constructive criticism I can give is to have more vegan menu choices going forwards.

Quite a good menu 😋 although I thought £8 50 for a small glass of Prosecco was outrageous 😳..Loved my Chocolate Fudge dessert but at £25.00 for a lunch ??? I doubt I'll be back ...

While walking past on a Saturday night we decided to go in for a few drinks. The place was almost empty which caught my surprise. We sat down and were told it was table service. My partner asked for a gin and I asked for a whisky neat, to which I got a screwed up face from the waiter and I had to repeat myself 3 times as he didnt understand what I was saying. Eventually I gave up and said neat.. no mixer... no ice. He then had the cheek to say "well why didnt you say that in the first place" then walked off. Next thing from what I can describe by looks as the manager, sat down at a table beside us with member of staff. We could hear the whole conversation due to how loud he was. Saying to the poor boy "if you want more hours you gotta work, you wana hand in your notice then do it" it was very very unprofessional and for a manager to speak to staff like that on the floor is appauling. Conversations like that should be done in an office. All he did was make a fool of the boy and put him on the spot in front of customers and staff! Safe to say we drank our drinks and left... wont be back... Management need to realise whats acceptable in a work place! and from what I saw, should maybe start caring about their staff. Id happily give the young man a job after the way he was treated.

Had an absolutely brilliant experience last night.From booking the table to leaving after our meal,we received outstanding service. The place was buzzing with Christmas revellers but they managed to find us a table promptly, even although we hadn’t booked. I had the chicken skewers which were succulent and very tasty followed by beef chianti which melted in the mouth, oh and that sauce. . . . It was delicious. My husband had Minestrone which was thick and tasty, followed by prawn linguine, both were full of flavour. Pepe was very attentive and flew around the dining room like he was on roller skates. We went here for our office Christmas lunch - for the second year. We pre-ordered our food as there were 20 of us. The staff were lovely, the drinks came quickly, followed shortly after by the food. Absolutely delicious food, clean plates all around. The service seems to run like a well oiled machine. Can't wait to come back with my husband to try the normal menu and cocktails 😋 🍸🍹

The staff were attentive and friendly without being overbearing or constantly hovering. The service was reasonably quick but not lacking in attention to detail. The food was good - full of flavour and texture,it certainly wasn't bland. I was pleased with the prices and I was happy to leave a tip on top of the service charge, as it was a Sunday afternoon it was always going to be a little quiet but all in all a pleasant place to eat and drink.

Food was brilliant. Loud and jolly - most of us enjoyed it but my wife didn’t as she found it difficult to chat. Waiters were friendly - but things kept getting forgotten - I’m putting that down to it being a busy night. Absolutely loved the penne salsiccia piccante.

Was there 10/11/23. Food was wonderful. I must mention Tan who was our server. He went above and beyond. From taking photos for us to going back n forth to the bar. He was a lovely young man who is an asset to this establishment.

We arranged a 60th birthday here and it all went smoothly. We were impressed with the food and the service and would come here again. The only thing that would have made the experience better was if staff had offered to take a group photo.

We have been going to this restaurant for a number of years now and I think things are slipping slightly. When I booked I requested not to give us a table next to the entrance door and we were put at the first table in the restaurant. Does the staff not read the requests and as it wasn't busy they could have carry out my request. Meal was OK. When we paid the bill they had put on a service charge for only 3 covers never had that before. Just as we were paying our bill the waiter asked if it was just the total we were paying it seemed as thought they wanted us to add another tip. Very out of order. First time I have been disappointed usually it is first class. The dishes you have asked us recommend none wee on the menu that we had. We did enjoy the lunch but soup wasn't too warm. Wine was nice.

Me and my partner went in for a quick lunch as we had to catch a bus after, customer service was quick and extremely friendly and inviting, our drinks and food arrived within 15 minutes of ordering, I highly recommend this place would come again on a day out, we payed 31 pound for two pints of cola, pizza and a lasagna prices very fair in my opinion

One of our favourite restaurants

Very nice place. The food was quite good. I had the beef tagliatelle and the burrata with tomato starter. The starter was fresh and lovely. Mains was good too. And service was also quite good. All in all, happy with the whole package.

Absolutely perfect! Me and my boyfriend went for our 1 year anniversary no booking as this was very last minute. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, i was already stressed about missing my train but the staff being so friendly actually calmed me down and the food came out so quick and was very delicious so we had plenty of time to eat and be at the train station on time. Would definitely come again!
