Very attentive staff and a good meal.

Had a great day at the Ramble inn where there was an antique fair on Easter Tuesday. Bargain Hunt was being filmed at the fair and I met the presenter and the experts.

Lovely food , very attentive staff/excellent friendly service. 10oz sirloin cooked perfect followed by sticky toffee pud very nice.... washed down with a pint of Guinness ..... excellent lunch thanks.

My wife and myself were here for a late lunch on a recommendation from a family member. I had the burger and my wife had the chicken goujons . A very friendly atmospheric place and the staff were very friendly and courteous. Both meals were absolutely beautiful and out of the kitchen very quickly. 2 meals and 2 soft drinks just over £40. Brilliant value and we'll definitely be back again . *****

Called in on Easter Sunday, met with smiles and warm greetings from all the Staff. They were very attentive to our needs and courteous at all times. The Food was excellent, well presented and there was plenty of it! We don't get to call very often but when we can we really look forward to Dining here. Thanks to all concerned!

Portions were a little small for the price. I had peppered chicken and champ, the staff were lovely and cosy feel to the place.

A1 service and food very nice Sunday lunch

My Wife and I called in for a meal on the way back from a trip to Belfast. The place itself was very tidy and had very nice décor. The staff were nice and friendly. It has a good menu for all tastes - not certain about Vegan but I believe I saw some options. I had the Home made Pie (Chicken and Gammon) which was very very nice, if anything the portion size was a little big, however that is better than walking away hungry! Prices etc. were around average for the places we have eaten in recently. All in all we really enjoyed our visit and would happily call in again.

On way home from Ballymena stopped here for dinner. Food delicious and good portions. Staff friendly and attentative.

Proper food, great venue, always a good time

Visited mid week for some lunch and had our dog with us. Called ahead to see if allowed dogs in bar and was given a yes straight away. Staff very attentive and claire (I think) was amazing with Stella she lapped up all the attention. I do apologise to the other member of staff who was very weary of her which I completely understand and I can only tell you that she is a gentle giant. Food was prompt and the garlic bread and mushrooms was amazing! Thank you again!

Food was fantastic excellent service

Have eaten here a few times now, breakfast and lunch. Food has always been excellent as have staff whom I've found to be polite, professional and friendly. What more could you want.

Good stop on the road North for a filling lunch, will call again.

Called at the Mclarnons Ramble Inn last week in Antrim with one of my work friends before I got off this week. Loved this place, the staff were lovely, everything clean, food gorgeous and gluten free options available. Will definitely be calling again to sit at the warmth of the stove

I went in for a evening meal one of the best meals i had for a long time The meal was piping hot and the food portions were fantastic definitely be back and the staff were very friendly and helpful 👌 one happy customer

Went to see Clubsound in their last performance..brilliant as always. Xmas meal was very good but afraid the service was questionable after being forgotten.

The starters arrived fairly quickly after ordering. The portion sizes were pretty good and the food was hot and very tasty. Likewise the main courses. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. This was our first time at the Ramble Inn and we would have no hesitation in going back.

Must recommend this place . Thursday evening big fire going in small bar and great friendly atmosphere. Food was excellent and lots of staff providing great attentive service. Main thing I feel was the competitive prices including the wine. 2 coarses drinks and a bottle of plonk for £70.

Excellent food and presentation. Lovely country style atmosphere. Staff are excellent. Dermot very welcoming to customers as usual and makes a point of going around to speak to everyone when he can.

Lovely pub, great vibe, staff were excellent, Guinness was good and the fish and chips were delicious and the portion very generous.

Pretty bad food. Too much waiting time .

My friend and I visited today and were very impressed. I chose carbonara which was absolutely full of flavour, and my friend chose the roast beef which he also thoroughly enjoyed. It's a lovely place with character and the staff were very quick and attentive. Definitely worth a visit.

20 minutes to get the order taken and the starters took 25 minutes to arrive. Mediocre food and staff who acted like they were totally disinterested. A bad experience.

Absolutely fantastic food. Came to eat with 4 adults and 3 children. The food was gorgeous and sweets were so good, we waited till others departed and went back in for more pudding 😋

The bar area is quit small, making it a very friendly and warm atmosphere. Toilets were spotless. We hope to pop in again soon to try out the menu 😋

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired.Wait for food unreal ,overpriced and an owner who has an unacceptable attitude. Card transactions a disgrace and on suggesting putting a sign up for cash only was ignored.

Delicious food with lovely fresh vegetables. Cheesy garlic bread mmm delicious and great puddings. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only one thing card machine wasn't working and we weren't told until we arrived... not a problem for us but a quick phone call would have been appreciated.

Delicious food but unfortunately for me as a vegetarian there was only 1 option for me. Luckily it was good and everyone else's food was excellent.

Popped in here for dinner, the pub is lovely, plenty of parking but there was no welcome here, and the food was not up to scratch, it was hot but not much taste, got the impression the mash was packet and some of the food microwaved. Not sure if it was just an off day so dont want to slate it too much but we definitely left disappointed.

Food is absolutely delicious here, but on Sunday when we where in there was an electrical problem. The staff were lovely and were very understanding to the customers. Will not put us of going back. Absolutely lovely place and lovely staff 😀

Lovely spot, very friendly. Busy so quite a long 40 minute wait for food as others were served before us. It might have been that we had to reorder due to the pork escalope being off so perhaps our order went to the back of the queue. Staff Lovely , food excellent and place spotless. Fantastic menus for celiacs.

Staff were pleasant and explained the menu. However I found that although big bulk for basic fish and chips it was cold before eating half of it. Would have enjoyed smaller, lighter portion. My wife had chicken Maryland which was ok. The batter was the same on everything. We have eaten there quite often and like the ambiance. We had landed from our first foreign holiday since COVID and found prices unjustifiably high compared to Lanzarote which really did represent good value for money. However we will give it another go as we have enjoyed it in the past.

Had a lovely welcome to the Ramble Inn on Saturday afternoon. The food was excellent and the hospitality was beyond good. Take a trip to the Ramble inn for a meal. You won't be disappointed. Please note I have no connection with the owners of McLarnons

Fantastic menu. Went here for the Sunday lunch and we weren't disappointed. Good pint of Stout there also. Great staff too.

Not busy in the front bar. A dance going on in the lounge. Fire was lit. Nice and cosy.
