Terrible full of acne filled teens who don’t wash their hands. Tbh mate I wouldn’t bother ever going here again they were slow and were handling phones and touching food before washing hands. Disgusting . Also didn’t mention some emo playing if ur my life into pieces loud on speaker . I must admit it was fairly entertaining watching him dance

i’m now traumatised from the mcdonald’s wallpaper the chickens are made of eggs which is their own dead children unbelievable!!!!!!

Usually the food here is good and they don’t usually mess up our orders however this time I ordered two large fries and the pictures show what we got as soon as we brought them out of the bag (no chips at the bottom of the bag) by the time we got home and saw this it was too late to go back maybe they had a potato shortage and we’re rationing the fries

First taste of fries and I could tell the oil was in dire need of changing. They tasted stale and of overused oil. No correct packaging - Big Mac arrived in a fillet of fish box. Ladies toilets smelled of stale urine - really smelled, like someone had pee'd on the floor repeatedly and the floor had never been mopped. Not great.

So clean and quick staff very friendly especially the lady that was looking after the restaurant Credit to this world and unusual to find at Macdonald's

As an ex employee, worked there many years ago, it’s hard to say this, but every time I call they “NEVER” get my order correct and the food is always cold. I accept there’s a high turn over of staff, but the standards are very poor. I will not be calling again for a very long time, they owe me so much money after getting my order wrong and cold food! Sort you act out 🤷🏼‍♂️

I've called here twice in the truck over the last 4 weeks to have a break and twice it's been shut. There's staff there, but never open. It's bloody annoying!

Utter shambles! 30mins queue due to slow service. Food was diabloical! Burger came out with 1 gerkin, 1 slice of onion and hardly any sauce. the burger was like it was 4 days old and was so hard you could have used it as door stop. The bun on top of the burger was mangled like it had been used for target practice!! Never again, useless!!

We called at McDonalds Cross Hands at approx 3am on 12/12/21. We ordered at the drive through, no mention of did we require a paper bag. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, my partner ordered a chicken festive meal. The guy who served us the food clearly displayed by his actions that he did not want to be there and seriously lacked any customer service. We waited for order to be cooked. My partner took a bite into what she thought would be chicken and then looked at the contents. This was a mix of 2 beef burgers and bacon. My partner walked into restaurant to ask for replacement. The same guy did not even apologise for the mix up. when eventually the correct meal was ready, all was thrown into a bag with no care. Again no apology. As for the meal itself, the burger roll was not fresh, the contents was not as expected. Would not be recommending.

Clean enough, simple ordering points are easier than explaining to a server but only two means it's not much quicker. Small eat in area and food about the Mcdonalds standard. You cannot give a Mcdonalds more than three stars as the food doesn't warrant it.

Very good C19 precautions. Staff polite and helpful. Food was hot and presented well. Clean facilities. Clean and tidy within restaurant too.

Don't often call here and wish I hadn't. Ate in the car park expecting hot food but oh no, food wasn't even luke warm. As it wasn't open to sit in couldn't even complain about it. How hard is it to serve hot food in a fast food restaurant? Oh.....no sauces in stock that we wanted either!!! Such a disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

If you like your food cold and dry, and strawberry flavoured chocolate milkshakes. It had obviously been left standing quite a while. No point in complaining, they don't know what hot food is in these places. Wont be returning.

Every time I come to this mcdonalds I always have an issue. I ordered a plain mayo chicken, and was order number 4. Instead I came home with a grilled mayo chicken which states ‘no lettuce extra mayo’ which was for order 5. The worst of it was even though this wasnt my order, they still had it wrong and put lettuce in it. Also i did not recieve the sauces that was on my order. And I never got a receipt so I could not even do a food for thought. Honestly, poor management skills and awful staff.

Although living locally this is the first time we have visited here. The place was very clean and today, far better than most. Excellent friendly service. Like all McDonald's a good choice of food for all.

Always good food and service, plenty of seating, comfortable and spacious , staff ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy despite some customers best efforts to trash the place and show off their bad behaviour!
