Mcdonald's Restaurants in Belfast

Basically every time I go here for any sort of a meal they forget something. You’d think the staff could remember something at least 2 minutes into the future, but they're liable to forget pretty much everything from sweet chilli sauce, a portion of chips, to a full burger, at any given visit. Absolute shambles of a restaurant, you’d get more consistency from stormont and that’s saying something. Catch a grip.

Staff don't shout loudly enough when place is busy for customers to hear orders.

Parts of food wasn't delivered. Just disappointed honestly.

Chips always have to be sent back in All the McDonald's. Our fish burger was lukewarm.

Avoid this McDonald's as much possible you can Always missing something from order

My son just got out of hospital he done an order threw just eat for McDonald's in Kennedy Centre. I waited for the delivery then I got a text saying they delivered the food when they haven't. I'm fuming at this. He was so looking forward to it. I would never use just eat ever again. Now it's saying wait 3 day's for it to go back into my bank. Witch was no good at all to me. Left with no food and no money

Normal mcdonalds like everywhere but the one thing that stands out from the rest is how clean their toilets are they even have fresh flowers in there 👌

This afternoon my daughter and her boyfriend made an order to be delivered. It was pretty straightforward no adjustments to the order. Sadly it took a few hours to be delivered. Not only was the food cold but half the order was missing. I loaded them up in the car drove to McDonalds and explained the situation. The reason I am giving such a high rating is due to the staff and manager Scott. We were treated in a friendly and professional manner. Scott had all the food remade so it was hot and he refunded the service charge. As represtatives of the McDonald brand they are living up to true American style customer service!!! Well done and keep up the good work.

For fast food its decent. 9 times out of 10 the chips are warm only downside I'd say is the burgers are just thrown together no care taken with them. Its always busy but service is decent

Don't get delivery from here. They just refuse to ever fulfil an order. Always something missing and/or incorrect

Got out off here yesterday paid 25 pound for 3 meals.which were totally uneatable. Had to throw the lot out.it was a treat for my family has put me off mcdonalds for life..warning stay away from this franchise

Just ordered a meal for me and the kids through the app. I had a reward through the McDonalds app. Reward didn't arrive with my order and the kids happy meals were stacked on top of each other in the bag, not particularly hygienic as one of the happy meal boxes was sitting on top of the other ones food. Additionally one of the toys from the happy meals was missing. Disappointing over all.

Sausage mcmuffin was burnt, given a bottle of WATER instead of hot chocolate. Unable to contact them to complain

I am OUTRAGED. End of the week, thought we'd get a takeaway (we both work hard) and although we're usually Burger King guys thought we'd branch out. Got a cheeky McDonalds as the kids say and I am OUTRAGED and FUMING and I don't know if I can carry on with my life after this event. It was yucky.

Food utter rubbish wrong food recieved when I got home , ordered vanilla milkshakes and got banana milkshakes , ordered a cheese burger happy meal for a child with autism and got mcnuggets , he wouldn't touch them , worst place I've ever been , will never be back

Today I decided to order some food and drinks so I headed here thinking service is great I reach there waiting then finally ordered my food . I was dining in so I sat there for some time and around midday I started eating my food I walked in like 11 something. Then the lady who was in charge comes to me and says “Are you done eating I want to take the tray” I said no worries thank you. She comes back after few minutes and says you need to leave because you taking space . I just said I was just about to leave anyway but there was no more customers wanting to sit I was still drinking my frappe and it was raining heavily outside. This service needs to be improved period. Why do I need to leave when I booked to dine in?

Drive through NEVER gives you your dips/straws. You always have to ask or end up going back inside to get them

Constantly items not on the menu . Milkshake machine more often off than on !! Very unreliable

I grew up next to this McDonald's. I think it's the best one in Belfast and still super consistent. I'm lovin' it.

I am disgusted at the fact that me and my friends wanted a McDonald’s and they told us they were closed and wouldn’t let us in even though there was people sitting in and eating, me and my friends were sitting beside b&m and we seen the workers letting more people in, we weren’t causing any trouble or anything we just wanted a McDonald’s!!!!!

Got a delivery, didn't get my drink, food was dry, no sauce on my steakhouse, no bacon on my bacon mayo chicken and the large fry was almost empty and didnt even have salt.

Managers sitting on there phone coke up and asked me have I ordered and I said no and he said okay then walked away. 15 mins to order and 20 mins for food.

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger chips and strawberry lemonade, it was a take out when I got home and seen the state of the burger I was shocked. It must have been sitting there for hours, I was starving so took a few bites out of it and couldn't eat anymore of it, the next day I had severe diarrhoea wasn't sick but was stuck to the toilet all day. It had to be the McDonald's as I hadn't eat much that day. They really need to stop leaving food for hours under a hotplate and selling it on, fresh burgers should be made up as ordered, same as the ice cream and drinks they pull them before food it ready meaning ice cream and strawberry lemonade melts away before it's ready to be eaten.

McDonald's as others I bit busy ,dead slow counter staff not much helpful

My son, 14 and his friend,14 ordered and paid for their dinner here, but as they were quietly eating it at a table, Cathy decided their food was for takeout and told them to leave. So they sat in the picnic tables outside but they were again told to move on by the same member of staff. It was a cold evening and had they have known that they couldn't eat their food inside they wouldn't have ordered. The next time they order I will be outside and Cathy can explain her actions to me. I will also be making a complaint through the correct channels.

Been in here a few times over the last year and there's one customer service assistant that stands out. I believe her name is Rosemary. She always happy to see you, Always says hello and chats away. She brings your order with all condiments and napkins and is just a general delight. I really hope someone reads this and gives her the recognition she deserves.

Used to really like getting delivery from this McDonald’s and visiting the drive thru, but they’ve stopped offering “McDelivery” through the McDonald’s app that uses Uber to Deliver: However, you can still order through Uber themselves, Just Eat, or Deliveroo, where there’s no points or student discount, and the prices are much much higher , I assume because the individual franchise decided to charge more and remove the delivery option that came from McDonald’s themselves. Disrespectful to customers; if you plan to offer delivery, offer it through the official channel instead of trying to rip us off.

Ordered a big tasty bacon, got no bacon and sauce which I didn’t want, got no ice in my drink, mham didn’t get his bacon

Take about slow service. Took 15mins to get our food on a empty saturday early morning.

Got what was supposed to be a big mac from Westwood. Absolutely vile. No salad, onion ect. Even the dog turned its nose up at it. Disgrace

The worst service and shocking behaviour received from them. As soon as I got into there, one male and one female staff just standing at the door asked me whether it's a takeaway or table service. I wanted a table, then they asked me to wait until they have any table available. I saw if I wait there for a table, we will be placing order even later. There were lots of single high seats available although. So. I placed a takeaway order. I gave a very small order for my child as they were very busy, they took almost 20 minutes for it. Then my wife wanted to add just 2 burgers; as they were very busy, I was afraid to order more. Some female staff who was just standing in the front and occasionally wiping trays, misbehaved with me saying rudely 'don't stay in the doorway' while I was not obviously doing so, I just went there to tell her that my order number is not showing on the screen. Then another 25 minutes for those 2 burgers. I was upset for 2 hours after this. Don't want to be there again.

Burgers are always cold.... don't even know why I keep going back... 😕. Who am I kidding it's mc Donald's, they'll always make cold burgers and I'll always eat them and moan about it..............

Excellent McDonald’s. Fantastic friendly efficient staff. Would most definitely recommend this restaurant. Caramel latte was delicious.

Terrible queue , no milkshakes available

Coke was flat and warm No dips with my nuggets. Got the wrong flavour of milkshake. Absolute shambles. Very disappointed.

Ordered through JustEat. No main meal, just ice cream and it's not the first time.

Girl at drive thru very rude , got my order wrong , then stood arguing with me , this was the second time it's happened, will never use this McDonald's again .

Absolutely shocking service. Had to go round the drive thru three times before someone would come to the speaker to take our order. When she eventually took the order she was rude and no apology. Stevie wonder would have seen our car and she still missed es. Useless

What is going on with the bread in the muffin in this place every time I get it it seams to be stale or not very fresh every other McDonald's I have went to always toast the muffin and put butter on it but not this one .Staff seam friendly enough though.

Finished work at 1am. Advertised opened until 2am so went there at 1.15am. 2 cars in front got served but we didn’t and the automated order points advertised closed at 1.20 am. What’s the point of advertising you are opened until 2am when you aren’t. Staff put the lights off at 1.58 so could’ve easily served us

Extremely rude woman giving the orders to the Delivery drivers. I was having dinner and felt embarrassed listing to how the lady talked down to and even shouted at the drivers. It wasn't even that they were being rude to her. Just asking simple, legit questions. Unfortunately I didn't get a name I just walked out as I couldn't listen to it anymore.

You can say that McDonalds are all the same. I disagree as I have been to some rough ones but this one, In Belfast, hit the top. Freshly cooked sandwiches in an extremely clean restaurant. Friendly staff. I’ll put this one in my top five. Well done guys and gals.

Absolute disgrace the way my daughter has been treated by one of the staff named Rosemary. On numerous occasions she's not been allowed in as she's not wearing a lanyard. My daughters EXEMPT and she doesn't have to prove that too a stranger. This is discrimination plain and simple. It's on the goverments website that you don't have to provide anything. I'm appalled and the staff need training especially in this area.

Kids loved it. But burgers were just about warm and baps were soggy. Had to ask 3 times for sauces, salt straws and napkins.

Food was immaculate and the quick services they provide. Would reccomemt for drive through verry safe.

The only reason it got one star is because it didn't have a no star option, just left the place chips stone cold and like rubber, burger freezing every time I go it's the same will not be back, sick of the place

The woman in the drive thru was the most unfriendly person I’ve ever met in my entire life. She was rude to me and my friends just because we were young. She said we were “messing around” and told us to “come round to the window for a chat” where she treated us like we were stupid. Subsequently, they charged me for an apple pie, and didn’t even have any in the store. Will never be back. Avoid at all costs.

Its McDonalds. But unfortunately and i believe its because of the pandemic the tables and restaurant in general are just not very clean. Service is also not were it used to be.

Absolutely shocking service today, woman refused to take cash stating it was card order only, got a large order for an office, they didn’t include one of the meals or the dips that was paid for, extremely poor display.
