I did not enjoy my experience I got violated and made to sit down the stairs I saw a rat or mouse I was not aloud to go up for a pee and I was not aloud in the disabled section

We ordered food and you cannot call this a ‘fast food’ restaurant after we waited 40 mins for the food. We needed an extra bag for burger chips and drinks and Rabecca behind the counter said its 10p for a bag and said we should pay in the queue just for the bag so we said we will attempt to carry the items after we said this rabecca offered us a free bag which was kind but she literally hurled it at us and offered no help to put the items in the bag. I was not happy with this customer service and I expect a good reason for why this happened so a response to this would be nice.

The food was good but Rebecca behind the counter was very moody gave a lot of attitude and threw a bag at me and her shot was so powerful and accurate she should play darts it was not pleasant experience

Not great no milkshakes and no filet of fish.

Stopped in for a quick late night treat. My spouse’s McFlurry had a piece of METAL in it. Luckily he didn’t bite down hard on it or we would have spent a whole day of our holiday at the dentist.

The Inverness high street MCDONALD'S got the best view of city and mountain could sit there whole day

The fries and chicken nuggets were extremely dry and the beef burger was very salty. After ordering, the machine crashes quickly and the number cannot be seen. The waiter was extremely indifferent. A chaotic place. .

Ordered food for 3, got 1 napkin. None on display anywhere. I ask for "a napkin" and got offered like 12. Also, if you could put the slice of cheese in the hamburger, that would save me scooping it off the box. Then I order a coffee, no sugar offered and none on display either. Up your game, Mackie, you're the leader, act like one. Full disclosure, I'm a former McDonald's employee, so yes, I have very high expectations.

I took my daughter in here yesterday and I had an appalling experience. First we go in to order and then we look for somewhere to sit. After walking around for several minutes, we find that there is nowhere to sit. So we wait for a while till a table frees up. When we sit down we find that the table is absolutely disgusting and highly unsanitary. After getting someone to wipe it down for us, our food arrives and we start to dig in. To our horror we find that our order is completely wrong! I ordered a big mac with no gherkins and I also ordered a coke zero. When I open the box, I find that there is infact gherkins in my big mac and also I don't have a coke I have a fanta. Then, I turn to my daughter, who ordered 9 chicken nuggets and a chocolate milkshake. She opens the box and finds chicken pieces instead of chicken nuggets and she also has a strawberry milkshake not a chocolate one. I am very unsatisfied with this and I won't be returning any time soon.

The toffee latte was really nice and I had it quite a few times. Also had the signature McDonald fries which didn't disappoint. Other than that due to lack of halal options we had to stick with vegan/vegetarian options.

I hate to make reviews but some common sense should be in place and training , how can you spray sanitizer chemical on counter where all the food is served all orders its common sense and training is needed for those employees after he was told by manager not to use that nothing was cleaned just left it on that counter I will be reporting this further as this is health risk

Both branches of MacDonalds struggle at peak times. Advise going outside normal meal times. And try to order standard items from the menu. Customized orders will invariably cause delays.

Absolutely shocking, £30 spent on food and not one thing has come correct inside the bag. Phoned them and the service was absolutely terrible.

Great McDonald’s. The food is tasty and the seats are comfy.

It's a standard chain place it does what it does. The app reduces wait times but can be a little finicky. The mcflurry is an insult to the potential of ice cream. Do yourself a favour and go to James in nairn. The specialty burgers do provide some tasty novelty.

I just collected my order and look at this adorable packing of triple cheeseburger. And it happened not in first time

The service was bad! And that time, around 10:30-11pm on the 26 of Dec 2023, there’s a teenager boy (maybe he worked there??!! who just walked straight inside the counter (where the cash register counter, drinks and food are) without taking his jacket and just talking with the Manager and the rest of the staff, and all. I’m worried about food hygiene and etc… the whole place was like not cleaned….

ordered food, waited 2 hours for it to arrive for it to be stone cold with wrong and missing items

Came in today with my sister to get some lunch. There was a man guarding the stairs being very rude to customers claiming there was no tables upstairs and pointing in these young ones faces. When I approached and asked if there was seats as an adult, I was pointed at seats downstairs, when I asked why younger ones were being allowed upstairs I was waved away. Promptly went a spoke to a manager who resolved this issue. I do not believe someone with such poor customer service skills should be at the face of this busy restaurant on a weekend lunch rush.

Fast and friendly staff, take your order quickly even when it was busy

It's your typical Mcdonald's, but with a great window seat upstairs!

The only decent burger they ever did, was the Philly stack and now they don't do it anymore. . Also don't so in at the weekend it's full of stupid of pathetic and dumb school kids and the service is even worse than usual. They should have a separate till for deliveries.

Drive thru constantly getting my order wrong , either items missing or the wrong items in my order when I arrive home to very disappointed kids...

The food was okay, but this could be mainly down to UK McDonald's (I am used to Australian McDonald's). Sausage patty is interesting, no whipped butter with hotcakes. Service was friendly, restraunt was clean.

Globalement les tables sont sales, et les toilettes sente l'urine (très fort), tellement fort qu'on le sens dans tout le restaurant et que c'est très désagréable.

To much carry-on behind the counter. The chips were horrible and soggy. The burger buns were all slightly over toasted. As for the the toilets, they were disgusting 🫣

Our grandchildren always love visiting McD's so couldn't walk past on a hot day without going in and getting them Mcflurries and milkshakes. Nice little break for all of us.

The machine didn't print the receipt, so we had to hunt for our food.

Had a nice meal here in April 2023 while on vacation. McD's was one of the few places open late in the evening. Good service and clean restroom. I tried the chicken Big Mac for the first time. Not bad!

Food was decent but I probably wouldn't eat here again as I saw the employee pull out the milk container in the coffee machine and nearly vomit.

Wasn't busy, used the touch screen to order, no receipt given, out of paper. There wasn't a rush to refill with paper. Seemed all the touch screens were out of paper

Food was hot and fresh which seems tk be a struggle for most mcdonalds these days. Staff was friendly and helpful and quick service. Atmosphere was a little loud

I never go or eat at takeaways so decided to have a cup of tea then I decided to try cheese and bacon flatbread disgusting so salty threw it away

Ordered the grand mac deal burger was cold and cheese was ice cold I went up to get new one and the new one was same cold cheese and barely cooked bacon. For £7.99 a meal I expect it to be hot or at least warm. Didn’t go up again I just ate it as was starving. Not first time this has happened food is always cold at McDonald’s.and they don’t really Seem to care.

Great place, as always, to stop off for a bite to eat from a menu that caters for all tastes and diets.

It's not the restaurants fault, it's the idiot teens that use and abuse this place. Hate taking my kids there even though they love it, purely because I don't want them subjected to the foul language etc

Priority seems to be given to delivery services at the cost of slow service for walk-ins. The toilet had overflowed and the place was overrun with children. The ticket printer wasn't working but at least the burger was fine.

The receipt of my order was very quick, unfortunately both the burgers and fries I ordered were both lukewarm as they had obviouslybeen sittingfor a while. I should have returned them, but didnt, my mistake. I would not recommend and will not visit this Macdonalds again.

Sometimes only a McD hits the spot. Dont go as often now as i did when the kids were young. But still worth a visit every so often. This one in Inverness was the usual fair. Busy, but quick with service. Place was clean too.

As Mc donalds goes this is a good one. There is a good choice of free add one with the burgers such as lettuce. The staff are friendly and the restaurant clean. Iv never had a problem with my order here. When iv been here not to busy which is good for customer. The location is great on high street and upstairs has a good view.

The Grandchildren love it. The food is what you would expect at a fast food restaurant. The staff are pleasant and patient when needed! The electronic ordering system is easy enough to operate and seems to work well. I think that's about it!!

Food was good could of filled the drink up a bit more as was more like a small than a medium drink

I walked in the shop, walked up the stairs to order upstairs to have my food delivered to me, As soon as i got up the stairs an older employee (red haired woman) kicked me out - from which i’m assuming is my age (under 18) - I feel like i have been discriminated against because of my age. This is unacceptable and disrespectful to a paying customer

Even though it's a busy restaurant the service is exceptionally good. High standard of food quality, with hygiene of the highest standards including the toilets.

Upstairs toilets needed a good clean, almost understanding considering the mid day visit but the food was also served cold, don't think I have yet enjoyed a good satisfactory visit to McDonald's

Attitude of a manager (Carly) was awfull, she treated her staff with no respect in front of the customers shouting at them. Staff was definitely working under stress. Someone who's higher than her should put her in a place or she should no longer work in here. Talk about power trip.

Wernt many seats downstairs though. Had to carry pur tray upstairs and that's not a good idea with me. I drop a lot of things. Have arthritis.

Clean and tidy, tasty breakfast served on a busy Saturday.
