Mcdonald's Restaurants in Aberdeen City

I would like say I bought 5 chicken selects from here last night and the chicken is pink I’m made me spew everywhere I wilk not be coming back here again!😡😡

The delivery of this place is absolutely terrible. Used to be decent but then orders started taking a good hour and a half for a simple meal. It’s honestly a joke.

Located within Asda. It's not got a dri e thru. Quick service and good food.

Do NOT order delivery from here. Repeated half filled orders. Update & 3 orders later, none have arrived with a complete fill of what was ordered. Third time of refund from delivery provider. An utter joke of a restaurant.

Fast service to the table! Only thing was the kids hot chocolate was very hot. Did tell the kids this but do kids listen!?!

Very basic and Spartan layout but quick service.

Always check your bag of food as the staff frequently get orders incorrect, either leaving items out or making incorrect orders. Very poor service.

Absolutely brilliant i went in for scrim tape and a new float, they had everything I needed. Oh sorry, that was B&Q. The burger was fine though

Ordered burgers without cheese, got cheese on it so returned it as lactose intolerant and was given another one with cheese on it. Waste of money and ruined dinner.

We ordered 4 burgers, all were wrong. Took the ones that were supposed to be no cheese back because lactose intolerant only to be given more burgers with cheese. Absolute joke

Took our granddaughter for dinner at this McDonalds, which is inside Asda. Usual fayre, service was quick and meal was delivered to our table. Not to busy, food was good, and our Granddaughter had a great time.

I order a large MC Ds meal and I got it ordered to my house but took 40-50mins to get my order to my house . Food wasn’t hot and didn’t really in enjoy it . Shame on Deliveroo and Uber eats . I wouldn’t have meal their again as it was a lot of money as well .

People service great, machines struggled to work

A good example of a McDonald's. Clean, burgers like you expect and helpful staff. My 3 star isn't reflective of a bad experience but when you go to some really nice restaurants you can't give a McDonald's a 4/5star.

Don't ever get a delivery,it won't arrive

On a chilly day sitting in the restaurant is not recommended as it's too cold. Waiting time is below the acceptable level.

Standard McD's experience. But got a takeaway and found that they had missed an item off the order that I had paid for.

Very quickly served, very clean and chatty staff

I used the app to order coffee. Coffee was ready and put Aside. I watched as they took other orders and kept walking past the coffee. After 5 mins i asked if my coffee was ready. They handed me the coffee that had been sitting which was cold by then. So disappointed

Three times now, we've received our order with none of the dips that were included in the order. Incompetent is the only word for whoever prepared our order.

grand daughter thought she would give us a treat i asked for burger no cheese on label was marked no cheese but guess what cheese on burger but it gets worse my wifes chicken royal was missing although she was charged for it too far & cold to alow her to go back all in all a rip off.

Worst service in existence, always have to mess an order up without fail. A dog can be more consistent at putting my order together. They either forget to give you every item you ordered or it’s just thrown together. Food is always late and cold and the chips always come half empty like they’re rationing food. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ place is a joke.

First and only time I've went in and ordered and I wish i didn't because its put me off going through the drive thru also. The disabled toilet in the bottom main bit is something I have no words for, take my word for it, that was not checked hourly. After that, waiting for my food was getting grimmer by the minute with this knowledge of the main toilet and by the time I observed the people serving the food and seen the food, thank god it all passed in a haze. I did god forbid have a few nibbles but that was it. Love McDonald's and always stand them pretty high for what your paying for. Not this time and never again.

I ordered my McDonald’s breakfast at 7am and paid for priority delivery. They said it would be with me in 15-20 mins, however every time I checked for an update it had changed and now I won’t be expecting it until at least 8:15. I have tried phoning and getting in contact many many times and not one employee has the decency to even answer the phone. Raging!!!!! One star is generous

So slow. Seem to prioritise delivery drivers. Easily take more than 3-5x as long as elsewhere to actually get simple orders out. I think only location keeps people coming now.

Went for breakfast. OK. Not the Ritz but done the business.

Can I give 0? Probably not. Nothing wrong with the usual food but, after ordering with just eat tonight, the order got "delivered" when it actually wasn't. Tried to phone -and here comes the good part- the guy on the phone was absolutely helpless. Just told me to use "live chat" on just eat (which it doesn't exist by the way) and said there was nothing he could do about it. For £12 instead of apologizing and make it right, maybe even trying to place a new order for us, no, he just said he couldn't help and said to me to go on just eat. Well, tonight, we either going to eat very late, o we're not going to eat at all. Maybe just eat's fault? Maybe, but certainly the extremely poor attitude of the McDonald's employee, doesn't make it better in the slightest.

Been there for breakfast, not all products available, not very clean restaurant

Order took ages was wrong then took another 20 mins to cook another double cheesburger staff were friendly and polit though and also I get that these places get busy but the guys were walking about like half shut knives think they need a few more folk in there as the staff looked real tired doesn't put me off going back just thought I'd be honest if going in to this really busy store just be aware mistakes may happen and try be patient

Veg burger is fine but very less quantity, can be better in size.i have posted this a while ago but they don't bother to enhance the portion.

Totally mingin. Ordered an Italian stack. If 0 represents col and 20 represents roasting hot then the chips were 1 and didn't taste like they had been cooked properly. Should have had mozzarella, onions and crispy onions.. However, the mozzarella, onions and crispy onions managed to avoid every tase bud in my mouth, mainly on account of there not being any in the bu, Dry with a kilogram of soggy lettuce. Worst mcdonald i;ve ever had in my entire life, and I'm 65. Absolute disgrace, had to throw the chips away and couldn't finish a tasteless burger. I've never written review before but his was that bad I had to take the time to write this. My daughter uses them for my grandson but I'll never use them again. Can't describe how bad this was.

Always do things in a hurry..you pay for a bag but you dont get it...Happy-Meal?? Sometimes you get everything...sometimes fries are missing or the toy/book...nae speaking if it comes about delivery when you order...they just mix them up so you eighter get what you spent or eighter less than you paid for...completely useless!!!

After bad experiences with other McDonalds in Aberdeen (with this one too), I finally met Zoe behind the counter. Patient young lady with a nice smile, helpful and approachable. 5 stars for the staff member, well done 👍

We arrived at 7pm ordered our food to sit in. Looked around and all tables were dirty still trays etc on all tables. Asked member of staff to clean then a further r one being a supervisor/ manager, our food had arrived and table still not cleaned so ended doing it myself. This is happening every week now. Will not be back.

Yet again, only part of the order placed by my daughter via the "Just Eat" app has been delivered. The fries and dips to go with the chicken selects and nuggets were left out. Although ordered and paid for, they were never delivered. The staff making up these orders either simply don't care, or are truly incompetent. This isn't the first time and if there was a closer McD's we'd be using that. The telephone number advertised is never answered, no matter how long you let it ring.

McDonald's is McDonald's, right? You generally know exactly what you're getting. Unfortunately, today, I didn't. The chips were (slightly) underdone, my Chicken Legend had such a tiny smear of spicy mayo that I couldn't tell it was there and the cold drinks machine was on the blink, so choices were very limited.

Went in to your outlet this morning and ordered 2 breakfast (1) egg bacon roll hash brown and a regular coke (2) bacon roll brown sauce and hash brown and a cup of tea the guy brought it over and asked if we need anything else we said ketchup and milk please His reply was sorry we have no milk We told him he would have to the tea away and he replaced with a coke Not good service at 930am no milk for cups of tea For a place thats in a supermarket and no milk not good management For 930 am

For God sakes add enough tar tar sauce to Fillet o Fish burger. The maker of this burger is so stingy on tar tar sauce at Garthdee just puts in a small dot of sauce, have complained a few times to McDonald’s about this and stale burgers in the past but now leaving google review

Just sitting in but very convenient for ASDA shoppers. Home delivery is also available. Friendly staff and wide range of meals. Recommended.

Have ordered several times via Uber. Food is fine, occasionally a bit cold but it is a delivery so understandable. What is really frustrating though is that they frequently neglect to include dips that have been ordered (for mozzarella sticks and the like). Pretty disappointing. Uber's solution is to phone the restaurant every time we order to remind them to include dips :-/

Second visit - both time’s chips cold and not the normal standards - although Big Mac and burgers were - let down by cold chips again!

Ordered through just eat and didn't receive all my order, phoned branch and they were very helpful in getting the order sent again. There wasn't any delivery's drivers so they said if I pop along I would get my original and extras. Brilliant customer service from all involved and food was great. I will return

I like MacDonald always and this plays is inside ASDA so can eat here when ever go for shopping.. Good service and very kind staff.

Nice place for a coffee after shopping.

On my visit today I ordered one of the best cups of tea I have ever had. I drink on average 10 cuppas a day so I like to think of myself as a bit of tea connoisseur. The temperature of the water was spot on, the teabag had brewed for the perfect amount of time and the milk to tea ratio was spot on. The only downside the tea was not as astringent as I would like and the water did not taste freshly boiled. But anyhow great cuppa.
