Went to the C2C show and walked to this McDonald's as it was the only place open nearby. We had Vegan burger and Vegan nuggets. Incredibly busy and the staff were so on it and polite not sure how they coped. Customer's pleasant and no trouble. Deliveroo drivers were getting angry with staff (only saw 3) but they remained pleasant.

Clean and tidy but constantly under staffed, not fast food anymore. Takes ages

It is so cold that I had constant goosebumps.please see attached the evidence. My friend has to do some jumping jacks to keep warm.

It's McDonald's. You kinda know what you're going to get. Ordered on the app for my colleague discount, so I honestly never spoke to anyone, but the food was decent as the fries were fresh and the meals were rapidly made. The only few downsides are that the seating area is pretty small due to the locations tiny operating area, alongside delivery drivers hogging space or being rude (like they usually are), plus - when it gets busy - it seems to be popular with rowdy kids or loud teens which doesn't bother me much, but could pose issues for families trying to enjoy time. Rapid, fresh food, and decent service, and I would head back again.

No one served at drive through. Had to go in. Staff weren't bothered. Super slow service.

The machine I used to make my order kept freezing and took ages, do something about the McDonalds, they're a hinderance rather than a help. Food was good and staff efficient.

Fast and kind service, great location. Not so many people on tuesday afternoon.

Air-con on in the middle of winter. Too cold to be enjoyable.

Food arrived burnt. Missing extra cheese ordered. Staff ignored customers.

Don't go here after the concert! They can't handle stress, soggy unseasoned fries. Didn't get a receipt with my order number. Tried to talk with an employee that just ignored or couldn't help. I would give it a 0 if I could.

it's colder inside than outside. the food cools down in 2 minutes before it is served

It's evident that they prioritize using fresh ingredients and healthier cooking techniques. Rest assured, this won't be my last visit! In fact, I'm already planning to swing by for a convenient drive-through order soon.

I go to this McDonald’s with my friends often after school and on many occasions staff have been rude to me and other children the food was decent but one of the staff members were kind but most are extremely rude to the school children

Worts McDonalds in Glasgow. Waited 1 hour to get my food, and when I got it it ended up having items missing. I get it was busy as there was a gig on at the hydro but come on...

Tea was not boiled and then apple pie was not hot and burgers were cold as well. Girl who dealt with me was very nice but when I took the burger back the manager I think he was said food's made fresh every day I said it's cold he then went through and heard him. Felt uncomfortable being talked about..My partner and my granddaughter were there.

Gave me the wrong order at the drive thru window. When I had to walk back to change it was told " oh we realised that"..... clearly not enough to walk to the car park and give me my order!!!. Once back at the car I found I hadn't been given the sauces I ordered.

Main sliding door is stuck, no notice to say what you should do. Managed to squeeze through and then told the team who seemingly are already aware. Food was standard McDonalds no issues. The service though wasn’t great. My number was ordered and by the time I got to the counter she had already walked away (was going to ask for milk and sugars). There was no other customers waiting to be served (inside atleast, can’t speak for the drive thru). Place is tidy and clean.

Anderston, Glasgow. Very busy inside, reasonable service. Member of staff mopping and keeping the place tidy. Nice treat once in awhile.

Very busy restaurant with limited seating. Can be a hectic place later at night with people spilling out of bars and all the delivery drivers waiting on food. Has a drive through. Car park has restrictions so can't park here for SEC events

The slowest McDonald’s drive through I think I’ve ever experienced. Then they have the cheek to make you wait in a bay for them to give it to you. What are they actually doing in there. Surely a city centre McDonald’s should be much more efficient than this. Food lukewarm after the wait as well

Had a awful experience today. Ordered two fish fillet meals and coffees. I was given one fish fillet and had to wait an extra 15 min for another one. Then when i asked for sauce, the manager was very rude and demanded 60p for the sauce instead of apologising for the delay in my order. Stay away from this store!

It's a McDonald's. Very handy for the SECC and Skypark, always busy for it's size. Service can be a little slow, but the kitchen looks very small so understandable.

Drive-through helps pick up food on the go. Usual standard McDonald's food and service like any other McDonald's.

A very cramped and run down McDonald's. Cleaner was constantly working away but everything is so past its best it always looks dirty.

The worst experience ever ! Chips not cooked, still white. I asked them to cook them for me. She made a fresh order which was the exact same. Not cooked. Again I asked could they cook them only to be told this is how they cook them here. I sat down and heard the staff member say " she must be in a mood. Shocking attitude". I went over and said yes, your cooking is shocking. Terrible service with a terrible attitude to customers. Not interested in slightest to help a customer. They couldn't have cared less. Will never be back to that branch. Go west end retail park, they cook their chips and they also don't insult you while you are there.

Not a normal visit. Fire alarm went off. Staff were fantastic and communicated well. As soon as they were able they got straight back on and caught up fast. One on the better mcdonalds for service.

Violently ill after eating here. Two of us had chicken, one wrap, one nuggets and chips. Both began being sick within a couple of hours.

The food was fine, but there was a constant cacophony of beeps and alarms which drove me round the bend and made it one of the least pleasant burger joint experiences of my life. Felt like I was eating my burger and chips in an Intensive Care Unit. How the staff put up with the constant noise baffles me. My ears will be ringing for hours and my brain won't be able to relax for days. This place was torture.
