Mc Donald's always pulls ye out of a hole if your hungry and want something to eat yesterday. But the downside is that your hungry 10 mins later

It's McDonald's what do you expect. Don't go with any great expectations for healthy delicious food and you won't be let down. Bring back Ronald

Went to drive thru very disappointing how hard is it to get an order right when they are looking at your reciept and packing your order. Was missing a burger .

The food is bangin but they wont let my mate come in and eat his food after ordering because hes a different race from the white community

The service today been very poor

Last week i ordered a couple burgers and fries and i was watching an employee wiping her nose with the back of her hand multiple times and sure enough she had to be the one to hand me my bag of food. Couple days later i come down with a bad dose of the flu. Absolutely disgusting service you really need to start hiring better staff or at least tell employees not to come in if they are sick it's been a week and I'm just about getting over this flu.

we ordered chocolate raspberry pie. I would have given it to my daughter right away, but I noticed that it expired at 12:26. It was 15:06.. we gave it back to the lady at the window, who consulted her manager, then brought another one, which, as it turned out, was the same, only the date was changed... :)

Mcdelivery arrived after 1 hour of ordering it was cold missing bits of order and drinks spilled tried calling told nothing to do with them because ordered through app eventually 2 days later received vouchers for 2 free medium meals in my opinion a full refund should been given... Tonight just tried to use 2 vouchers waited for about well over 1 hour for delivery only to receive message to say they cancelled order but points from app taken aswel as vouchers still waiting refund for amount paid... Will now be boycotting...

ordered off uber eats and ordered my burger plain it came fully dressed along with the chips being stone cold and hard also got 20 nuggets which is supposed to come with 4 dips and i paid for an additional 5 and they only gave me the 5 i paid for

mcdelivery was over 1 hour to arrive cold, Sauces that were paid for missing and drink spilled.. Compensated with vouchers to just over half of the price of the original order only to when vouchers used to been made wait a further hour or more for the delivery then to be told the order was cancelled and they couldn't complete... Now after firstly having to reheat a 5yr olds burger and nuggets 2 nights ago to just before writing this review explaining his food isn't coming. Absolute disgrace of a restaurant and no answer on the phone after countless attempts... Tried neighbouring town they answered withing seconds...

My dad purchased a triple cheeseburger with no pickles and mustard for me, instead they gave me a double cheeseburger with no pickles and mustard, and the sticker label even says triple chesseburger, no pickles, no mustard. Every time when my dad goes to McDonalds, the employees sometimes forgets their other order, and sometimes mixes up the order

Summer and cant be bothered fixing theyre frappe machines always “sorry machines broke”

most of the staff are brilliant but a girl maleeha (don’t know if that’s correct) but she is very rude and snatched money off you and doesn’t say plesde or thanks when serving you

Orders coming incomplete, its not acceptable this has been happening more then 3 times. Example i ordered: 6 Nuggets 1big mac meal w/coke 1Mcrispy ”missing” 1mcafé iced There is always something missing idk if its organisation or employees not looking at the orders before putting in the bags, it’s just unacceptable and not professional.

Cold food,flat coke, Not to mention putting your change in charity box without asking

The chips were cold . We got a drive thru and the chips were stone cold yet again and the Big Mac wasn’t that warm either. This is a regular problem

If you love McD's then this is great, relatively clean but depends on how busy they are. Staff friendly

Every time ordering food never gonna be all products always missing 1or2 burgers calling at McDonald number never gonna pick up

I ordered a delivery and i was surprised when i opened the box and there was no chicken big mac i paid for the menu and it wasn't there i called mc donalds but no one answered. I think they should be more careful and attentive when they looking at orders and it is very bad for someone to pay and not receive what they ordered.this is not the first time has happened.please be more professional.

Good for a quick feed but I wouldn't be too fond about going in. The drovethroughvis quite tight to get the car around and it tends to be better just ordering through the app and pick a designated spot to get it brought out. Kids regularly ask if they can go to 'old McDonalds' lol

Asked for 2 mc crispy, got 2 spicy ones ... Also the store looked very messy...

The lady clearing tables and floor is what I noticed. She was totally absorbed in her work. No wonder the place was spotless.

My son got cheeseburger and cheese dips tonight. Vomiting since.

Nice place but don't trust staff as many times my order was mixed up or even some items were missing. Recently its just "common" that something is missing in orders. And very unprofessional staff (especially managers). Honestly if You won't experience: 1. Missed or mixed order. 2. Cold food and unsalted chips. 3. Really bad customer service. AVOID AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

Its alright, The food is good but everything else is just not that good, the rating of the McDonald's compared to KFC and BK is unholy, BK and KFC is so much better than McDonald's in NI, But yes, its alright.

Bang Average. Food is Mediocre at best, terrible atmosphere but the service is good.

Decided to call in for a breakfast for the first time in many years. Unfortunately they don't do the breakfast anymore, so I ordered the Sausage and Egg McMuffin. It was disgusting! Barely warm, but the amount of cooking oil was not only disgusting, but highly concerning. I used 7 of their napkins to soak the oil from the sausage patties, the egg and the muffin. Even the paper wrapping was oily, as if it had been sitting in oil! This was a highly unimpressive experience and I will not be going back to McDonalds any time soon.

Just had an awful experience in McDonald’s Drive-through. Just had an amazing evening with my friends to see a show and wanted to finish off our night with a McDonald’s, but I am left shocked at the attitude I just received in the drive through. We asked for red sauce and instead we get rolled eyes. After that we asked for curry and we’re actually refused! I tried ringing the shop to complain about this girl and no answer! She had no name badge on to even know who she is. I am raging

Forgot are burger and mozzarella sticks and poor hygiene in store. Except from that food is ok same with drinks.Staff is forgetful and the bathrooms are outrageous 😡😡

Pure dung always get my order wrong only got a single instead of double burger, either that or I get salad on burger or completely plain without cheese. Chips are always soggy and cold and drinks only half full. Servers are extremely unhelpful and rude when ordering.. one called benn

Very slow, takes orders from car behind on the 2nd machine while you wait at the 1st machine and the car behind revving the engine because they think we are slow lol..

My first visit here really good shopping mall top names very clean and tidy really worth a visit for a good shopping experience and there is a good selection of food outlets available plenty of parking

I got a mcdelivery today and waited over an hour to get ny food. When the food finally arrived the chips had sweated in the bag and were not nice and all the food was freezing. So disappointed with the long wait and the terrible food.

Horribly restaurant with useless ignorant staff and horribly prepared food. 0 quality or effort.

This is a place to purchase very poor quality food , I expect a much superior quality of service than I received, but it's a very popular service as it was very busy .

Today I visited McDonald's, as always, I made an order, but something was not added to it, last time there was not enough nuggets, this time coffee, very unfriendly staff, they did not even apologize for their mistakes, and there were very few people, I am not happy with this attitude towards customers. do not recommend McDonalds in Dungannon!

It's a McDonald's what more can I say. But the road layout getting into the drive thru really needs sorting out.

bad workers ordered food and was waitin at a desk and 30 minutes went bai none of the workers even bothered puttin the food on the tray and bringing it it cane after i mentioned its been that long and also was already cold and stiff disgraceful some people are in a rush workers like that dont help

Terrible frenchise food wrong all the time. Staff helpful but management rude and ignorant. Order is wrong or buts missing every single time 5 months later still no improvement. Paid for extra bacon and cheese got a standard one see pic.

Very busy at peak periods but relatively new reconfiguring of car park helps flow for those who prefer McD collected by car

Food is okay, but staff is not properly trained, they always mess up my order. They even gave me an expired fruit bag!

Service was quick...table clean...so no complaints. Don't often go there but might do more in the future. Just can't get used to ordering on inshore computer. But friendly help at hand.

McDonald's sent me an offer of " 6 chicken nuggets for 99p " through their App, this was an offer not to be missed. The fries however were meant to be large but as you can see it was more medium.

I go every now and then with my friends and I've yet to have any problems 🤷‍♀️

I would never eat at McDonald's, I never eat at any of the take aways. The food is poor and tasteless, I would rather spend the extra and eat at a proper restaurant.

Very busy car park to get into the place. They are very quick at saying it's ready on the screen but when u ask it's not ready.

Nice staff, very good service. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but there's a delivery options if you don't want to wait.

Not ideal but it'll do..... Most of the time, the staff are much to be desired when it comes to manners and efficiency with customers. You would maybe get a pleasant staff member (usually someone new on the order/pay section) every 1-3 months. Personally, it's usually a last resort.

Never gets an order right the burgers are for kids they're that small no hope to feed an adult way behind some of the other countries I've been too.

Date:26th July 2021,Time:11.45pm We arrived at 11.45pm,parked the car.Front door closed already ,an employee showed an X sign from kitchen to us.Adivised us to come through drive through,walked to the drive through ordering point,employee said in mic ,you need to be in a vehicle.Back to car park,got in the car.Time 11.54pm.Started ordering,my friend sitting on the driver seat,me sitting on passenger seat,tried making order,the employee said he only can accepts order from the driver.He made us difficult in every way possible to order. I have 11 people in 2 cars including children. Looks like they didn't like our closing time arrival. Employees need a lot of training here to make them behave professionally. They showed us a waiting point in car park,finally the food was delivered at 12.20am. May be there are other good employees there,we are not happy with people on that particular shift.

It's McDonald's if that's what you want

Fast service while under extreme circumstances but they coped, keep it up now you have mastered the queues.

Every time I have ordered here for the past two months I have received the wrong order, by the time I’ve got home (walked) and opened up boxes it’s too late to bring it back sometimes I’ve had to just throw food in the bin because it’s been completely different to what I have asked for. What’s the point in having an option to remove or add things to an order if is never actually done? Anytime I have ever mentioned it to staff they have rolled their eyes or just ignored me, I doubt I’ll be back after the latest order I’ve got.
