I have just spent £24 on a family breakfast on the way to visit my mother who is seriously ill in a hospice in Newport at the moment. The quality and presentation of the food here is abysmal - luke warm, thrown together and not appetising at all. It’s not cheap and you expect much better. The cheese and bacon wraps were disgusting and the eggs in the sausage and egg muffins looked as if they had been scraped off the floor - greasy and chucked together too. Do yourself a favour and use Magor services as it’s much better in my view. If the Manager and staff do read this review, please do address this as it isn’t good enough and you pay far too much for this rubbish. Truly horrible and will not be going back soon.
