Level of service has unfortunately reached a new low....today the manager was very rude and aggressive...which led to us asking for a refund....and will never return....this slow food restaurant is a disgrace to the lovely county of Pembrokeshire 😕....

Be great if they'd stop making errors with the orders. Half the time something is missing or wrong item.

Said it was open 24hrs Friday and Saturday, 0100 Saturday morning and closed. Poor effort.

Missing items and when complained had attitude and got told I can’t go get the food that was missing and hung up on me

Parking is minimum very busy due to location near Pembrokeshire college

Staff where rude and food wasnt even in box. It was just dumped in the bag. Won't be using them again

A very busy atmosphere where a lot of kids hangout, but the service was great and the food was fresh and tasty

probably the worst mcdonalds in the uk,in order to work here you must be slow,and incompetent,unless your willing to spend 20 minutes waiting for food(even though the app was used to try and save time) then having to take it back in to correct it,and then still leaving with the wrong order I wouldnt bother, pathetic place should be closed down or manager should resign

Absolutely disgusting taking orders online knowing they have no couriers waiting for people's orders to time out the sending them refunds 3 days later is not good enough. Said I would come collect my order they told me it's not possible it'll just be automatically refunded an they haven't bothered doing the orders. I'm disabled an can't no get down to the store. To take people's money knowing they can't deliver is disgraceful

Very busy with kids at 17.30 but staff coped well and it was clean.

Bad layout. Drive through lanes are usually full and if you park in a designated space, you are then unable to get out due to the drive through. Burger was missing from my order and VERY under staffed.

It is busy early evening, we ordered on the screen, picked the table number, found a table, had to wait, because it's so busy, friendly service, great atmosphere. Parking available. Recommend the chicken wraps.

Sign says 24/7, but the one time I'm here it's closed, so not very 24/7 of them

Used to be a decent McDonald’s but seems to be gradually getting worse. They are getting slower and sloppier with every visit. Had an Uber delivery which was cold probably Ubers fault to be fair despite the fact I live less than 3 mins away but even though it was stone cold it was shocking put together. Massive chunk of burger missing on one, wrap had half the contents missing and loosely wrapped. Burger patty overcooked and dry. Used to be great but last 3 times I’ve been it’s gradually got worse.

Today was the worse Mcds I've ever had. Cold and dry. Burger labeled as plain had Cheese, staff didn't care.

I finished work with my work mate at 2am wanted a MacDonalds as they have a 24hour open 7days a week sign however when we got there it was locked up and we called and a worker who we saw through the glass was aggressive and told us that he'd shut it and wouldn't open it because he wanted to shut, not happy after finishing a long day of work.

This one is the best McDonald's of Swansea so if you're visiting definitely got to this one. Always hot and fresh and cleaner than most of them. Fast food is actually fast here. We only usually have to park up for the mcplant burger which is totally fine. Lots of parking and shops nearby too.

Nice restaurant, can get very busy with local students. Instavolt charging available here too.

I ordered a meal for delivery today. I paid for extras they didn't pit them on the meals. I also asked a double cheese burger no ketchup because I'm allergic and they put it on. I called the haverfordwest mcdonald's and they said I need to get hold of uber and its not an easy process. I'll never order from them again, very disappointing especially paying extra and not receiving it.

Went through the drive thru...waiti time perfectly acceptable, quick response by the order taker at the speaker, order taken correctly, paid at the first window, again the service was no-fault and then on to the second window. No dramas, no errors, good service, correct order, good quality food....no issues :)

Google. You asked me what I thought of McDonald's. I'll tell you. It's a bit like going to the toilet - you know you have to do it, but that doesn't make it enjoyable. The staff are always friendly and smiley. Well done, guys! The company is desperate to burnish its green credentials and has made some significant improvements in many areas. However about half the car park is occupied by cars with their engines running whilst their drivers sit for ages watching their phones. How many tons of CO2 are generated every day in your car parks, McDonald's? You should find out and then do something about it. Thanks for the (very expensive) car charger. It is the only reason I will visit.

Me and my husband decided on our way home from visiting a friend, we would stop by this particular McDonald's for a milkshake. The milkshakes were fine, no problem with them. This review, however, is about the awful customer service we received. When we ordered, we ordered at the touch screen and added on a bag to make it easier to carry as we drove home. Our order was placed on the counter with no bag, no problem they must have just forgotten, so I politely informed the young woman that I had ordered a bag too, she gave me a dirty look and repeated back "a bag??" As if I shouldn't have needed one, I still remained polite and said "yes please, I added one onto my order", she huffed and tutted, reluctantly got me a bag, slammed it on the counter and walked away. No apologies or anything. I understand that people work long hours, or have off days but you don't take it out on your customers.

I only go there because there is no real alternative. Burgerking could make a fortune The place and food is just a disaster. If u have time go to a proper macdonalds and drive to St clears or Cross hands. Haverfordwest should send their staff there to see how it is supposed to be done. Tried a delivery hoped it would be better. Stuff missing from order when I phonedt to complain I was told driver won't return. Tuff luck. Use only if desperate. I can't belive Macdonalds allow them to keep the franchise and ruin their reputation

Any business that sells a product in this case milkshakes has not had them for a week with excuses we are cleaning the machine, or we are still cleaning the machine or it's broken, do not deserve to run a fast food business.

Really clean and bathroom was really tidy

All good except that I could do without having the previous customers floor mess swept from around my feet while I ate.

“Sorry, we don’t do milkshakes”. Food was mid (ok), but not the best, and the McFlurry was half melted. I don’t recommend, but is the only one if your by the coast of the Irish Sea, (St Davids, Solva, Fishguard)

Food was fine but no BBQ sauce and grumpy service assistant then said if you want that sauce you can only have the 10p ones, wouldn't have minded paying if the service was even slightly polite....it wasn't.

Slow services. There was no lettuce in my burger or much sauce or flavour. Fries were okay

App was not the easiest to use, didnt recognise I was in the restaurant! Froze even though connected to McDonald's WiFi! Food was good and it was brought out to my car.

Horrendous service. Makes me sick. I went through the drive through for breakfast with my Mother and brother. They were both disgusted. Upon arrival, we were spoken to in a rancid manner by the woman when ordering, When we placed our order: 1x sausage and egg McMuffin meal, 1x bacon and egg McMuffin meal and 1x bacon and egg McMuffin meal without cheese, and sighed and sounded exasperated and annoyed. Is it really that difficult to leave out the cheese? Anyhow, we brushed it off, and continued ordering. When we got past the payment station and collected our order, we had to drive off, unfortunately without time to check our food. We have learned to do this, as sadly we have had many horrific experiences with McDonald’s. Upon driving off, I look down to see that I’ve been given a bacon and egg McMuffin without egg. Additionally, WITH CHEESE!!! I cannot eat cheese, so was unable to eat this. We decided we were not going to waste more time back in that repulsive establishment, and did not go back to raise the issue. Partly of fear that the annoyed woman would become petulant! As we drove further away, my brother opened his McMuffin to see a long dark hair in it. He felt perturbed as to how any McDonald’s could be this unhygienic and have this disappointing level of customer service. In short, DON’T COME TO HAVERFORDWEST MCDONALDS!!

The cheeseburger I've got there was cold, cheese unmelted. Staff is chatting around having your order in hand, instead of serving.

Food is OK, they get the order wrong more often than they get it right though, chips are different everytime too, sometimes crispy, sometimes mushy, sometimes there's almost no salt and sometimes way too much.

Drive through given the wrong order. Walked in and then given 1/2 the right order so had to go in again. Milk Shake machine broken again. A quick option turned into a long drawn out pain.

90% of the time we order McFlurrys here, they are only filled up halfway. I don’t bother ordering drinks anymore but they also used to have a bad habit of under filling large drinks as well. Seeing as they’ve raised the prices, they can afford to raise the ice cream to the top. For the most part, the staff do try and they must encounter a lot of abusive people throughout the day but some of the staff really do have attitude problems and point blank refuse to do anything when you go to them with a problem. Remember folks, respect is earned.

It was my first time going there and The employees have a good customer service .even though it was a busy hour I still got my food hot and fresh .well done 👍

Today myself and work colleagues ordered £47 of food to be delivered. Delivery time was 11.30am. After 3 updated delivery time notifiocations, last delivery time supposed to be 1.30! Called the 0800 number that you can call if delivery is in excess of 15 mins (think 2 hours late counts here!!) We were informed order will be with you as soon as possible! Phoned McDonalds Haverfordwest - employee said its nothing to do with her, order is here getting cold, if you want to come and pick it up it is up to you!! Eventually at 2.15pm McDonalds cancelled the order!!!!! Here we are 1t 4pm - no refund yet. What an appauling service, when speaking to our customers, they all slated HAVERFORDWEST - rude staff, dreadful customer service, food virtually thrown on tray when you eat in - learnt a lesson - read reviews before orders - I'm with the opinion of our business customers - NEVER AGAIN!! We will spread the news!

For once a McDonald’s was well staffed. Very clean, quick service and overall friendly staff. One even stood by the door sometimes and greeted us when we entered and left. Well trained and good care was put into presenting and preparing our food. Well done. Would recommend a stop by

Ordered 3 meals. Given one sauce when asked for more was charged 10p each for them, which I'd of been fine with if I was given enough for the number of meals I had in the first place.

Raw bacon in the wrap that i had. Also had eaten half of my 20 chicken nuggets and had found what looked to be a maggot inside the box along with hair.

Cannot believe that such a huge enterprise still doesn't offer any cow milk alternatives - so I had orange juice which was 'served' in a plastic bottle. When I asked the assistant, I was told they get a lot of requests for milk alternatives 😡

Toilet were awful, very dirty but food was fresh and quick. Car parking was terrible, not enough spaces and cars waiting for spaces so blocking the car park.

As always we were parked up, but didn't have to wait long. We asked for BBQ dip with the happy meals and got tomato, so that was the first replacement. We also asked for the book at the order window, they gave us a toy, when I asked if they could be exchanged he said he didn't think they had any more books... The toys were complete garbage (a column tin head on a cardboard body), and are yet another thing that will end up recycled/landfilled. The burgers tasted good enough, though looked like they had been hit by a car. All in all, it was lunch, not fantastic, not terrible.

Banging food I once worked here part-time myself so I can personally say that it is a clean fine establishment which take a lot of care to keep the place sanitary and keep the food tasting lovely would highly recommend if you are passing by

i got served today by the most helpfull employee, he went above and beyond to ensure i got everything i needed. I then witnessed this boy help a young disabled girl eat her meal as she was unable to. His name was woody walters and he needs a raise!

Got all the way home to discover food missing. When I went back I asked if I could have a coffee to cover inconvenience of time, fuel etc wasted. They were rude, couldn't even understand why I'm inconvenienced. No coffee anyway and awful service. Rubbish management, this isn't the first time food has been missing either.

25 minute wait for food in store and when it arrived my hot chocolate was cold.

forgot my medium coke zero mate! man had a monopoly sticker for a free coke and then ordered it and never recieved it, i felt like releasing absolute tom foolery!

i went to this establishment a few days ago and this little chubby manager with an ugly ponytail served me and she was the rudest little troglodyte i have ever had the misfortune of encountering. she is a useless tub of lard and i hope she experiences sheer pain and torment on a daily basis. food was alright though i won’t lie

Unprofessional staff i was having my meal in my car and ask from a staff to move my car beacause is for customers not for me but i was just ordered from them.i told the lady to let me to finish my food but she was insist to move for other customers..and the toilet you cant go in what smell it is .

Can't get a basic breakfast meal correct. Twice failed to receive double egg and bacon meal. First a sausage meal received. Took it back. Looked at me like I was I the wrong and actually said " well it's double sausage ". My response was its not what I asked for. Then was given a single egg and bacon at which point it was obvious the basic order was beyond their understanding. Don't pay the extra for double egg. You won't get it.....

Waited 30 minutes in the Que which is whatever. Drove to the hospital only to discover no knife or folk for my crispy Chen salad and no balsamic dressing.

Ordered, paid with my mobile, received part of my order (incidentally the wrong drink). I was then instructed to park on the road outside as I had a trailer. I politely said I could not as the road is double yellowed and as such they were asking me to commit a parking infringement and risked a £70 fine. The server got his manager who asked me to park on the road. Again I advised that I could not. She informed me that I should park on the road (double yellows) or she could give a refund. As I did not have the credit card linked to my mobile this would not have been possible. I asked her how long my order would be, a few minutes was the reply. 10 minutes + later a burned burger was brought to my car. What a pathetic outfit.
