Make sure to always check your bag because they ‘forget’ to put in hash browns or fries. It’s probably not on purpose but always best to check because they consistently miss things

Terrible I have ordered my meal and I got the complete wrong one and my calls are not being answered neither are my messages being replied to. Do not recommend go another place

THIS PLACE IS GOING DOWN THE HELL. ONE OF THE WORST PLACE TO EAT. I DONT KNOW WHO IS GIVING THEM THESE WHITE SHIRTS AND ACT LIKE A SHIFT MANAGERS. THEY ARE USELESS CARELESS. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM IGNORE EVERYONE. Ignoring the customers ignoring the delivery drivers waiting for over an hour. They have over 20 people working inside. Just walking up and down. They should allocate everyone to each section. Its a mess everyone is everywhere. disappointed

I traveled from birmingham to see my family in taplow , decided to buy McDonald’s for the grandchildren. I have the app but I wasn’t sure how to Oder using my points I asked a gentleman behind the counter his name is NAZEEM, he was so patient and very knowledgeable, he went through everything for me step by step . I really hope his management sees this . Thank you NAZEEM .

We got there at 10:58 and were so pleased that breakfast was still being served. However, we got no hash browns with our breakfast meals and the hot chocolate tasted just like hot water. To be fair, we went back and we got our hash browns, but really how hard is it to complete someone’s order.

This average of mcdonald's was minging I was trying to order but all of a sudden I want people to order for so I can have my food to myself

I have ordered from macdonalds over uber eats for my family multiple times, they always forget to put a couple of things in the order, eg, burgers, chips, drinks, apple pies even a whole happy meal once. I ring them up to complain, they say the food is there. I can go and get it if I want, the whole point in me ordering is that I don't drive, so I have to give my food to the child who's food hasn't come. I never complain cos always think its probably cos they're busy. But today I ordered the simplist order, multiple fries and 2 boxes of nuggets thinking they can't get that wrong. Food gets here, colds chips all here and 1 box of nuggets but they did put all 8 ketchups in. Nice. What an absolute joke. I'm never ordering from them again.

Went through the drive through and placed our order from the new menu. Two big tasty BBQ for us and chicken nuggets for the kids. We were asked if we wanted sauces for the nuggets. Yes please just BBQ the kids favourite. We got home and were frustrated yet again as the order was wrong. We got two big tasty with bacon. They were dry AF! And the kids nuggets were inedible as they were also dry and I reckon had probably been cooked for a while. At least the dog was happy because in all honesty it’s all it was good for and that’s an insult to our dog 🤬🤬🤬

Missing food after ordering on just eat. Tried to put on app that the items didnt arrive and it stated i couldnt get a refund for it.

Poor communication, ordered mozzarella dippers but surprisingly they served all burst out dippers . And also fries were so soggy. When I asked lobby girl could u pls change it she said u need to go to manager and ask her to change it... then when I asked her name she rudely asked me why and then walked away on my face.. what a rubbish customer service!!!!

24 hour drive through option, this restaurant is always clean when we eat in, and although busy for drive through almost all the time, the queue moves quickly and it does mean you get fresh food which is generally still hot when we get home. I would recommend.

Odered food from the just eat app for me and my family. The order we placed had half of the food missing and all of our drinks it was over half an hour late and the food which we did recieve was cold and inedible i had called up to get a refund as very un happy with the whole wxperience very helpful response from the team but was only offered a maximum of a 20 pound refund when the whole order came to 31.92. Very unhappy would not recommend anyone to order or eat from the bath road mcdonalds in slough very unhappy will not be going back to them again

There was a fly in my large coke! I’m disgusted so much, I will never go to any McDonald’s ever again! A fly in a drink - that’s a good safety hazard and a gross misconduct! How did that happen?!

The Grand Big Mac really was excellent, but rather than piping hot fries, they had obviously been sitting there a while, as the grease had soaked into them, making them soggy. I hate the paper straws, too. They go soggy quickly, too.

Nice McFood served here. Much better than my local branch. I really enjoyed the meal with my families here.

I went in to this McDonald's with my friend this was my first ever visit to Slough... The service was good, food was nice... When I next go to Slough I'll go there again.

Visited the McDonald's restaurant in Barrow in Furness Town centre at lunch time today with my sister and both our sons. It's years since I previously visited and I won't return again in this lifetime. Service was very poor, dreadfully slow to the point where I actually thought we were in a comedy show. We both ordered fish finger happy meals and chicken sandwich meals, as it was lunch time you would expect they would have the basics ready - no think again. No fish fingers or sandwiches ready, our server decided to get a head start on our meals and so put the fries into the happy meal box for us all. These boxes then sat on the side for over 10 minutes whilst waiting for the special order of fish fingers! These eventually arrived and we're thrown into the happy meal box along with the cold fries. Not one to complain usually but was fed up with ridiculous wait and the attitude of the staff. Hence requested hot fries for us all, which were provide along with a huff and slow walk back from the counter. If this is their idea of a fast food restaurant then it's not mine, if training had been given then retraining is needed. You are meant to provide a service not attitude and rudeness.

If there is nothing else then you can always rely on macs as you can never get sick of macdonalds, and if you have been somewhere late you can always find a macdonalds that is open.

Decent experience. better than the one on main street. Staff was pleasant and food standard churn of the mill. Will go here only if I have no other choice.

Never had bad service or bad food from this outlet of the chain. Well placed on the Slough trading estate so very convenient.

Of all the McDonald's we frequent in Slough as a team the restaurant is fair but the take away is frustrating. A high turnover of staff reflects in the inability to provide a service. The inability to take the order properly on the drive through means you have to check the order every time and also ask for any suaces or salt. Often the food is dry, stale, cold dry and items missing. In the restaurant is better, I wonder why? The one on the Bath Road is better.
