HORRENDOUS.I ordered burgers with extra onion.They sent bone dry no sauce no onion no nothing CRAP Burgers.Last time ill ever be in that S#@!hole.

Excellant shop usually go here for lunch when I am shopping. Tbe place can be very busy during the summer but whenever it is busy I will ise another store.

Went through the drive through and waited over 30 mins in a parking bay for the order. It never came out so had to go in to actually find out where the order was - lost our order!!!

I went in to buy 2 sausage mc muffins with hash browns and 2 teas. I requested 2 tea bags in one cup as I like it strong. I got 1 muffin one tea the other (supposedly tea) was a cup of hot water. I would not recomend or use this place again. .

Waited two hours to be told no drivers ended up going and collecting my order got the food home and it was cold definitely won’t be back

Came in for just fries a Diet Coke and a McFlurry and waited 45 mins for it whilst having to watch people get there meals within 2 mins

Used the drive through tonight. Ordered a Big Mac meal with milkshake. Got home to find 6 nuggets, fries and cheesy bites in the bag. No Big Mac! I’d hate to see what I’d have got if I’d made the order slightly bigger or harder! It’s not the first time they’ve managed to get my order wrong. And don’t even think about ordering online. Sauces missing, that have been paid for. It feels like you order and they just give you what they have.

Order on just eat and you'll defo be wasting your money. When half your order arrives (missing 2 burgers 2 chips and a milk shake this time) its freezing cold. Absolute morons

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to and sadly it’s my closest. Order is always wrong and staff putting the wrong stuff on item. Food is ALWAYS cold or lukewarm. Takes forever to get your food even if it’s a small order. I work in fast food also, and the service is so bad. Managers on fc with phones out taking selfies, while team members swear and shout inappropriate stuff while making orders. If I order extra pickles and get none, you know there is a problem lmao. Sort it out ♡

Ordered chicken nugget happy meal with plain cheeseburger, no chicken nuggets somebody obv didn't read order properly, grandson was not a happy boy nothing worse ordering something and not getting it, especially when it's been paid for.......it's not that difficult a job,.......and obviously if you complain you just get cheek and ignored got to be one if the easiest jobs out, ...

4th time just eat order hasn’t arrived it’s a joke just eat should be removing them. When food has arrived before its came with multiple missing items. It’s been open long enough so staff should know how to put orders together or are they all thick!! What a joke of a place. Avoid this McDonald’s as it’s the worst ever!

multiple times i’ve been here i’ve had food missing or cold, it’s once taken them 50 mins to hand me my food while i was inside the restaurant.

40 minute wait time, in the restaurant when you place order. Just eat drivers take priority, so very little non driver orders come out.

No salt in whole restaurant. You would think they would tell you before you spend your money that there is no salt to season your food. Chips were cold.

Ordered a McDelivery, waited over an hour to receive 2 freezing cold burgers, NO CHIPS and no straw for the drink. It’s not hard to read the receipt attached to the bag and check nothing is missing!! Tried to call restaurant but surprise surprise no answer!! Not the first time having issues with Irvine branch, will not be using again.

It was enjoyable, but then again, it always is when you're with grandkids. My only criticism is that the service can be occasionally slow as home deliveries seem to take precedent over those who've made the journey to be in store.

Absolutely shocking waited 30 minutes for my food after coming through the drive through! FAST FOOD FOR A REASON. Disgrace of customer service as the older woman at the window would not fufill my order as I wanted the new cheese sauce added to a burger. Utterly disappointed the kids didn’t even get toys with their happy meals. Once we got home the food was stone cold and some items missing. Won’t be back at all.

I have heard numerous comments about someone called amanda who works there. Who has had numerous complaints about and how she is downright nasty and has been talking about people of colour in a derogatory way. Definitely won’t be back after hearing about this I suggest you do the same

These folks pack your burgers on thier side so you then have to rebuild your burger! I asked the lad why this happens, he said it wasn't me! they are all the same!

Ordered chicken nuggets happy meals on just eat for my grandsons .., order arrived … no chicken nuggets there only chips ! Try explaining to a 7 year old and a 5 year old why their nuggets aren’t there . Totally defeated the purpose of me ordering online . How hard is it to check nuggets are in the bag .

Chips were freezing, burger was cold and tasted old. Service was abysmal. This is what happens when you prioritize JustEat. Place had lots of small flies buzzing about. I would suggest environmental health pay a visit asap.

Usual substandard service. No chips, no dip(that I paid for) no dips with meal. I reckon they must owe me about £50 in missed orders now. I only go because my young daughter likes it. If not for that I would not go near the place.

We are waiting for a long time for our food. The last time the food was cold, the mcflurry was melting already and the coke zero watered down.

Can’t deliver anything in time, can’t complain within the app. Driver has been changed after being told food was ready for pick up. Orders at 5:30 and still nothing here an hour later

Ordered a double sausage and egg mcmuffin meal, didn't receive the egg and no hash brown. Extremely poor service from the staff inside, particularly the young girl with pink and black hair.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever came across, I’m sick tae the back teeth of ordering on the app and picking it up tae get up the road to find somethings missing, and drive-through is just as bad. Today the missing items consist of no crispy onions, no pickles on the 3 Philly cheese burgers and the toffee apple donut was missing, the milk shakes were below the fill lines by quite a margin and one was tae be a chocolate milk shake but was vanilla which my wife does not like and when you try to phone they never answer. Absolutely raging and I think in future I will drive the extra 3 miles to another store, which I have never had any problems with.

Usual online order. Food missing…they hate giving any sauces despite the meals coming with it as standard. Food cold. Try phoning them is just a laugh

Stopped in at drive thru half hour ago. Handed drinks, waited ages for food. Got food, chips were dry, shrivelled and freezing, cheeseburger was freezing. Wrap was hot, so obv everything else has been made and left to lie til wrap is ready. Left car park, back round drive thru, girl very rude, snatched food from us and closed window. Came back almost 10mins later with fresh fries - which were crisp and hot. She then proceeded to throw cheeseburger at me, which was still freezing, so I expect it was the same burger. Asked for salt, got them firmly (aggressively) placed in my hand. Fox got the cheeseburger on car park. That girl needs a refresher in customer service and also maybe train staff how to manage order so that all food arrives fresh and hot at the sametime. Attitude was stinking, food not much better.

Foods not too bad when you eventually get what you order online. Never use the app or the drive thru as every time you will have things missing and need to drive back down. If you do have a check before leaving as guaranteed meals not in bag.

It’s a joke you can’t give this place 0 stars cause it’s that bad. Staff can’t put orders together properly cause you’re guaranteed to be missing something. If you order on the app for delivery it’s 100% gonna be cold. Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to and the staff don’t seem to care. A shambles of a business and the jokes on me for giving them the money.

Worst chips I've ever had. Palid in colour, cold, floppy, but chewy like they were days old. I'm not fussy and McDonald's chips are much of a muchness, but these were so bad I couldn't eat them and they went in the bin. No issue with service, staff were helpful.

Gave me the wrong order twice!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And when I went they were very rude. She looked like she wanted to die.

Place is a joke, food is never fresh. Any orders on the app are always missing items and the Uber drivers do a tour round Irvine before coming to your house. Could smash a window with the burger buns half the time

Will not eat in here again. Will just do drive through. Restaurant is plagued with flies. Don’t know when it last had a health and safety check. Need to install fly traps. This cannot be healthy. Please do something.

New updated restaurant very nice but the new self service machines don't make it any faster, you just end up standing about waiting on your order.

They miss items from order. Last 5 times zero sprite as soda water. Unfortunately only realised when my daughter tasted it at home. They need massive improvement

Without fail, every time I come to the drive threw here, they mix the order up, been handed other peoples orders several times, or something else goes wrong 🤷‍♂️ unbelieavable!! Maybe get it rite one day!!

Paid for McFlurry Galaxy Salted Carmel, found "three" small chocolate buttons, not good enough, I'm a regular customer.

Ordered food yesterday (09/07/23) in the restaurant, after waiting 30 minutes asked for a refund after watching no customers being served other than just eat delivery drivers. We were order 20 when we left there were 30+ more orders placed after us. Staff calmly chatting away behind the counter while no orders came out! Worst service i’ve ever seen! Appalling!

DO NOT EXPECT YOUR FULL ORDER WHEN YOU GET A DELIVERY FROM JUST EAT. Past 3 times now we have ordered a delivery here and every time a meal has been missing and what food that does get here is poorly constructed cold, and the juices are spilled everywhere in the bag. Never had this issue with any other mcdonalds establishments. Really poor performance from McDonalds Irvine, really letting down the side and disappointed the wee one.

I order a chicken burger with no mayo on it and with cheese on it instead off of Uber eats and when I actually get the meal what I get is a chicken. Burger with just the chicken and mayo In it

I am writing this review about a visit to this restaurant as a disabled driver I was disgusted that once again there were just eat drivers parked in a disabled space and also in the online order spaces. This constantly happens I guess Macdonalds and just eat don’t care enough to tell there drivers to use the normal car park spaces !!!!

Got order wrong even though was ordered on app. Waited 30 min for order. Prioritise there delivery pickups rather than customers in the building.

Got told to put on a bigger top when it was 27 degrees while all my friends wore bikinis tops and I wore a crop top , she made me wear a jumper or I would get kicked out

If the two reprobates working the microphone (yes, it takes two to get an order) are finished feeling each other up, you may get served if the first 10 minutes, but it's unlikely you'll get the correct order, or in a reasonable time.

It is what it is. Making two drive through lanes that merge into one before you hit the first window is just asking for hungry phychotic road rage.

Ordered from just eat and they sent the complete wrong order and when I tried calling the store no one would answer at all and I was trying to call on and off repeatedly for 35 minutes, absolutely terrible customer service. Don't think I will be going back to this McDonald's for that reason because if they can't answer the phone to rectify Thier mistake then I won't be spending my money there again

Place is useless, they never get an online order correct, always miss something on the order and then the customer is expected to sort it through Just Eat!! Its the idiot Mcdonalds workers that pack the bags not Just Eat! Food is always cold too!

Ordered a chicken and bacon salad. What I was handed was a box with a slab of limp soggy chicken and some shredded lettuce. No bacon, and 90 percent of the salad was missing(cucumber, tomato? No?). The food went straight in the bin, I didn’t even take one bite of it, it was disgusting, and absolutely not what I ordered.

Never leave bad reviews but am rough as today and was buzzing for this. Delivery, didn’t get any chips, no dips for nuggets and the burger was cold. Only thing they got right was pouring a cup of juice. Better just going the extra distance and going to Stevenson. Will get a refund from just eat but a would have paid 100 quid for those chips today.

The portions have shrunk big time, we have breakfast this morning and we got wrap cheese and bacon, it was so small it was embarrassing…. Do you think customers don’t see that?

Getting sick of this place. Wouldnt bother if it wasn't for my kiddo wanting nuggets. As it goes we got our delivery and kiddo never got her nuggets in the order and the happy meal box was still flat packed and just thrown in the bag. So no nuggets and they couldn't even be bothered to build the kids meal box! Not exactly the hardest job in the world. Absolutely the last time we are gonna use this place, pathetic.

We stopped off while shopping today and looking forward to a delicious lunch of burgers fries teas and cola drinks First the machines where not working and after asking for assistance we where told that they play up constantly and to use another one We did this only to experience more problems so requested help again but it took over ten minutes to get someone when we eventually received our meals my burgers where cold and the ice free coke I ordered was not coke As we could not get someone to help after waiting another long time we left the food and drinks on the table and left the restaurant I have used Your restaurants for years but this was the worst service we have ever had To serve cold food which should be hot after being freshly prepared is dangerous and to be ignored while trying to get assistance is disgusting

Just been to McDonald's Irvine placed a simple order ten minutes later it was still not ready although 4 delivery people came in after me and got served before me.. Luckily for me the wireless connection at the touch screen was down so hadn't paid rather than waste the rest of the day waiting I walked out never again

I ordered a no cheese big Mac, but was given a Big Mac with a no cheese sticker - with cheese on it. I ate half of it without realising and the outcome was not good! So thanks for mildly poisoning me at 7 months pregnant 😒 basically avoid this Macdonalds if you have any allergies/intolerances, they don’t care. Also, as other people have mentioned, flat drink with no ice and the ice cream machine was off which seems to be a common theme to these complaints

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by a so called manager or supervisor. Spent ive £30 on food to take away. Went to take a bite from the double cheeseburger and it was cold and had been sitting a while. Took it back in store to be asked what’s wrong with it and I said well it’s not fresh, then I got attitude and told not to be rude, about it. I then hear her talk to another colleague saying she’s not in the mood for people like me!!!! Like me?? Oh sorry I wanted a fresh double cheeseburger and wouldn’t accept your mediocre food. A fresh burger was made and then sat and watched it sit there as I waited, if she was sorting other orders I’d see the point of why I didn’t get it straight away but no seemed like absolute pettyness because I wasn’t happy that I got attitude for not being happy with 1 double cheeseburger Maybe if you can’t handle criticism maybe work elsewhere. Disgusting behaviour and if that’s the type of person that is in a position like this I can only imagine what that’s saying to her workers. Maybe just an apology next time and hand me my burger and you won’t have a scene in your store. Good luck to people having to deal with people who have no customer skills because she wasn’t in the mood.

Very Food Delivery oriented now. As the food delivery driver just push themselves to front. They are very slow must be due to the priorities of drive-thru and just eat first. My food was like every other McDonald’s but my Coca Cola was more like water with food colouring as it only tasted like water The place also smells like sewage all the time when I have been in.

Hi so i am just doing a mcdonalds review here goes i eat in mcdonalds a lot i always get the big mac meal and large fries along with a drink of sprite i sometimes also get the ice creams but not always the fried from here are so good nice and salty and the big mac is so delicious fast food tastes so good so anyway not much else to say i will give mcdonalds 5 out of 5

Food - cold and observation of others returning theirs cold due to undernoted** Service disjointed **Priority seems to be given to justeat orders whilst observing customers food going cold on trays whilst waiting for drinks On the last few occasions machine doesn’t print receipt which means you need to queue with others to get the receipt

I placed an order on just eat and when it arrived the order was wrong I received 1 cold cheese burger the driver told me to phone the restaurant which I did 5 times and they ignored the phone absolutely terrible customer service!!!

Its a fast food restaurant and they only had 3 customers but it took 20 mins to get our food. Just eat and deliveroo took priority over in person customers.

As usual rubbish service from the kitchen, no structure throughout making it a comedy. Items missing from order, cold food, chips thrown in upside down, totally pathetic children as staff that couldnt run a creche. Probably end up being poisoned.

Touch screen ordering printers were broken and was so crammed with people waiting for orders. 15 orders showing on screen for collection but definitely more than that waiting. Could be classed health and safety or fire risk because so packed in together. Waited 10 minutes from ordering to collection so a very busy place at lunch time rush.

Waited over an hour for delivery. Then we were only brought drinks (not the drinks we ordered) no food delivered! Driver said nothing to do with him phone the restaurant. Tried that, just ringing out! Shambles!

Got a double quarter pounder with cheese plain, i then opened the burger box and there was a normal cheese burger that wasn't plain

Well, what can I say about irvine mcdonalds franchise. Well my gourmet burger sizzled to perfection, my fries absolutely stunning if anything a little too hot, my carrot bag, fresh as the day as long. All these moany faced people banging on about cold food live in Tarryholme. Get it round ye ya wannabe middle class plebs. Mcdonalds Loyal 2k23. Aww Naw I was missing a dip better throw it in the bin.

I don't know where to start! Mcdonalds in general is no longer a 'fast' food chain! Drive through from start to food in your car is about 30 mins, walk in is about 20 mins The Irvine branch are a special breed though, they get at least half the orders wrong, maybe more! Everytime they ask me to park up I send the mcflurries back because after the 15 min wait in the car then And you should just take milkshakes off the menu. A totally shambles of a place.

Shocking sevice only ordered one meal and a wrap. Told to park up 15mins later still no food 5 cars past threw drive threw order came burger missing. Eventually got burger not one member of staff was interested wont be back plus it was cold 3 times to get it correct then get it cold

The food there is amazing the staff and always kind and the atmosphere is great

Can't comment on anything other than food and service since I always do drive through or takeaway. I'd say they get the order wrong 50% of the time over around 10 orders in the last year. Always forget an item or 2.. when they do get it right the foods always good. Never had complaint with flavour and they are normally very quick, probably hence the errors/mistakes

Never again only 2nd time for home delivery, food was extremely cold couldn’t be eaten, called the shop but no answer I then had to drive there myself ( with the flu) 😡 they gave me another order but honestly it’s not good, should be shut down…… oh they said it’s Deliveroo fault 😡

Order two Happy meals. (Drive thru)One nugget one PLAIN cheeseburger. Cheeseburger had pickle. Grandson not happy. Ordered apple pie. Confrmed by staff that yes they definitely had. Charged for it and yet again no apple pie in bag. This is the fourth time in 6 months that this has happened. How hard is it to read a list and put item in bag. Too far to drive back and complain. Today was last visit to Irvine. Definitely won't be back. Stopped going in with grandchildren as service appaling and food cold. Seem staff are only interested in delivery drivers. Very disappointed.

Ordinary and loved MC, good fries, burgers and wraps, i personally choosed wegan option, which are good. Near are a lot shops and railway station. Good place, a little bit crowded but decent.

Thought I would try there delivery again wish I hadn't bothered yet again food was freezing and the drinks that I ordered were not in with order and when you phone them they pass you off to uber who are an other nightmare

I went in to collect my order this time as had some monopoly food prizes to get. No wonder food is cold, seen some orders sat there for ages waiting for drivers and the drivers there weren’t collecting that food. I worked in KFC and would never of had food sat there going cold we’d of put it together when driver was there so could make sure food wasn’t cold (might of changed since I’ve left). Explains why when I did get deliveries it was always cold and ice cream melted. Honestly avoid as never get refunded for missing items and never get called back after so called managers promise to phone back.
