Mcdonald's Restaurants in East Ayrshire

First of all...The food here was delivered wrong..twice.... Second of all..The staff and manager didn't seem to care that there was people shouting and smoking in the restaurant Horrible

Chips were undercooked - burgers certainly did not look anything like pics displayed at order point. Wrapping was poor and we had to wait for the order. All in all disgusting.

Go to McDonald’s to chill and enjoy brunch and a chat. Stay longer than 1.5 hours you will be greeted a month later with a £100 parking fine. Isn’t that service for you. Let’s scam the loyal customers. Will never return

One of the better McDonalds I’ve been to recently with decent enough food and friendly staff. Busy but clean. Would visit again.

Food delivered late, food was stone cold and hot drinks were cold too. And shock horror restaurant doesn't answer the phone! Place is absolutely useless, either something missing from order and now sending out cold food.

We popped in to this branch for a change, the service was great. The servers were very polite and greeted you when you arrived at the drive thru and we were served in no time. The food was great, very warm with fresh lettuce and plentiful portions of fries, the boxes were filled to the top. Certainly a far cry from what you get at the Irvine branch.

My family and I decided to go through the drive-through today. We were pleased as the staff were polite and friendly. As a vegetarian, the vegetarian options were excellent! I was extremely satisfied! We ordered mozzarella dippers to share but when we opened the bag to realise there was no mozzarella dippers, my family and I were slightly underwhelmed. I would recommend if you’re wanting to get a quick meal.

Ordered meal and stood in queue to collect, there were 9 delivery drivers all waiting on orders, after 20 minutes some of the drivers had returned and I was still waiting, they seemed more interested in getting delivery orders out than waiting customers, after 30 mins it finally was ready I had to dodge my way through delivery drivers to get to my table, ridiculous that the place was heaving during a pandemic with no distancing whatsoever. Won't be back.

I don't usually do MacDonalds but this was my 2nd visit with my grandchildren. I found a very clean and tidy restaurant with very nice, helpful staff. Food was as expected and we all enjoyed it Very reasonable price to feed 3. I will be back. Thankyou

Every time we have ordered, about 5 times, items have been missing. No straws, no dips, burgers missing, one time all the fries were missing, and most recently my drink was missing. Fries are consistently underfilled, cold and soggy, and drinks are placed into bag without care, often leaking everywhere. Staff are rude when you try to talk about these things. It's as if the person assembling the orders is constantly stoned to the bone, and management don't care, they come for the paycheck and that's it, no quality control whatsoever. Do not order from here, burger King is a bit more expensive but won't screw you over like these pirates

Today,I decided to have a big mac for a threat ,when the big arrived I park my car to enjoyed my burger,but when I see it ,I was disgusted it was cold,the patties look like card board I cant even see the cheese ,that burger was cooked a least half a hour ago,and no sauce in bag ,I put burger in.bin ,no time to go and speak to manager due to my workthank you mac donald kilmarnock to spoiled my threat ,your burger was a disgrace and I been a chef all my life

Placed a large order online..checked with staff at store that was ok to arrange a taxi to collect and deliver to our home for my daughter's birthday treat on New Years Eve. Driver was refused order and told I had to be there in person..paid for yet another taxi to take me to collect order as it had been paid only to be refused again and told I needed to go through drive through to collect...another taxi was needed as I don't drive...finally got order and items were missing..food was freezing cold..inedible and chicken selects were burnt.Staff were rude and disrespectful and my daughter's birthday ruined. I was offered an in store voucher from customer services which I refused as I will not be returning to this branch. Disgusted that a large chain like McDonald's think it's ok to have staff treat customers in this way and serve food that's not up to standard. £80 I paid all in for the experience to give my daughter and kids a nice treat.Thanks McDonald's!

Do not stay over 1 hour and a half or you will receive a car parking fine for the pleasure of spending your money and time in McDonalds.

Dont drive away without checking your meal is right for you, 4 out of 5 times it not right, sick of the place. I go to a few different McDonald's and have my meal a certain way which i always make clear at the time. Never had a problem anywhere else but here and all the time. I shouldnt have went back the 2nd or 3rd time but your kids want to go in so you go and try again and i end up raging eating the wrong meal. Never again. Que is always ages and then you wait and even when you try flag down the person bringing you the food they walk by you 5 times ? Honestly its a joke.

A bite to eat for the 2 grandchildren as my granddaughter loves the free toys and she loves the chips and a milk shake

Went 6 miles for 3meals and 3 McFlurrys at 10.30pm. Came home and 1 big Mac was missing but had the 3 drinks and 3 chips and 3 McFlurrys. Phoned to which was just told to come back down for meal or get it next time. Didn't bother to go back down as the other meals including the chips were cold- rotten so not worth the 12mile round trip for other meal. As stated it was 10.30pm so not exactly rush hour time. What a waste of time and money it all was. Not in habit of eating McDonalds but it certainly will be the last for a long long time.

Ordered a Big Mac no cheese as allergic to this. Twice was made with cheese and the third time I asked to takeaway as the little girl serving had a stinking attitude and started to laugh when I was explaining the issue. Got home of course it has cheese. The “manager” was very unhelpful in store and when I called and spoke to another girl she basically accused me of lying. Now need to walk 30 minutes to get my refund. Allergies can kill but I don’t believe this was taken seriously and certainly nothing was rectified!!! Certainly won’t be back.

It is what it is, good service and food always hot. Small carpark though and can be very busy at times.

Fast service with friendly staff. Colorful surrounding, great location near town centre and no problems with finding a parking space.

Popped by here on the way to the boat. Quick meal, with polite and efficient staff. Worth a visit for access mcdonalds.

Easy ordering, pleasant staff, quick delivery of food, quite clean restaurant, food was good, standard expected of fast food restaurant., good value for money.

Was looking for Chinese on New Year's Day none open so as last resort went to McDonalds. Have to say it was very good. Big tasty , excellent.

There are few surprises with McDonalds, it comes down to the store and service. Both fine here but nothing out of the ordinary. The food is reasonable and I might even come more often if everything wasn't a Mc"whatever". Sounds stupid ordering it!

a quick visit staff are always pleasant and plenty of selection for a vegetarian and i love my ice cooler raspberry ripple so happy lady well recommended serves its purpose

My husband and i usually lunch at McDonalds after doing the food shopping, it is always clean and tidy and service is on the whole fast, the food is fresh as well.

Never get your order right. Place is needing a good deep clean. Staff average. Only reason I go back is for the kids but still they get my order wrong.

No bad had a meal. And drink all good. ,,,,, good for parking good light inside. , could do more to clean up quicker. ,,,

Visitamos MacDonalds al lado del Kilmarnock Travel Lodge para el desayuno y nos sorprendió gratamente. El servicio fue muy amable, la comida era excelente y el lugar estaba impecable, aunque estaba bastante concurrido. El personal debe ser felicitado por sus esfuerzos. Bien hecho.

Great if you want just a quick meal. I like their Chips, Plain Hamburger with Onions. My Son rates McDonalds very much.

My wife and i have been going to the new macdonalds at the Q8 roundabout since it opened its always kept well clean and the staff are friendly as well

Hadn't had a McDonalds breakfast for a few weeks so decided to go for it this week, but was disappointed. Love the sausage, egg and cheese bagel, but on this occasion felt the bagel tasted as if it was on its way out and maybe they needed a fresh delivery. Service was quick in the drive thru and coffee decent. Hopefully better next time!

There is a lot of staff which means quick service. They close at 2am which is good. The good thing about McDonald's restaurants is that they offer free wi-fi.
