This is always a stop on the way home from Loch Lomond. Always quick and never have had bad service. I am on a special diet and they are really helpful with coming up with something I can eat. Highly recommend this place.

Out there on the banks of Loch Lomond, you have a Mcdonalds which offers all the usual food and drinks. Nice sized shared car park and free WIFI. What is different is the excellent views of Loch Lomond and the range of mountains in view....

I travel the length and and breadth of the country, I use McDonalds most mornings, for my breakfast. However on using this was I was advsied I would have to pay 5p for a paper bag, as it was the law. On checking with McDonalds Head Office, I was advised this was not the case, however on speaking with a team supervisor at the unit, she could not care less and her whole customer service attitude was one of distaste.

We popped in here on the morning that we left for a hot meal. As with any McDonald's, the breakfast was good, with a good choice available. Combine this with a hot drink, good value for the price.

I ordered three items from my car in the drive through at 2am. I was the only customer there and all three items i ordered came up on the large display screen and were paid for. When I arrived home only two of the items I ordered were in the bag. One customer to deal with and they still f i-up. It's 11:58. There are less than 10 people in the restaurant. There are dirty tables and floors and staff hanging around playing with the cuddly toys. I am served cold chips and a cold burger. How can that be so ?!Travel to the Dumbarton restaurant ....it's 100% better and worth the drive.

We stopped here a few times in the morning before we started our day trips to see the scenery on the Loch or further afield. Quick service, clean facilities and good location, about 1 minutes drive off the A82 roundabout, take exit for Balloch, A811. Parking lot is a bit small if you are dining in but they do have a drive through service!

I often call in for a chicken nugget share box and have grown accustomed to variables in how hot they are but the last few visits have seen standards deteriorate with tainted flavour from the fat, mixed temps, and variable crispness.Today was the last time I will ever buy a box they were inedible, they were cold, chewy, tainted I really believe they just grabbed some from the 'timed out' bin. After chewing through two of them I was going to return to the store but decided I didn't want to see another nugget ever!. I would have fed them to my dogs but decided they were most probably germ laden being kept at that tepid temp for what was obviously an unacceptable length of time so I binned them.

On this occasion I stopped for breakfast on a day out with my son, before visiting the Sea Life centre at Loch Lomond Shores. I've used it regularly in the past as a stop-off when travelling to/from Glencoe/ the Highlands on hillwalking trips. It's conveniently located just off the A82. As McDonalds go this one is spacious and clean. The staff were pleasant and cheery. The car park is roomy and I've never had a problem getting parked.

Since I discovered a pensioners special I have gone regularly to the Balloch McDonald's. You can get a cheese burger a small coke and a portion of french ffies all for £1.75. Cheeper than you could make it.

It's weird to ask for water in the UK. They don't understand. They sold it by the bottle, but didn't understand when were asking for just a cup of tap water.

It's a McDonalds- they serve 68 million people in 35000 outlets every day - primarily by following the same set up in each of those outlets. What more can you say? If you want a McDonalds, go to McDonalds- if you don't want that maybe should give it a miss!

Where do I start! Rude staff who haven't a clue what they are doing? Filthy floor, tables and the bathrooms were atrocious! Drive thru was too slow so went Inside To use bathroom and order, boy how much I wish I hadn't. People where jumping the queues the staff didnt care, served six people who came from the back of the q before the people at the front. When people complained and mentioned they'd been waiting for nearly ten minutes the staff were noncommittal shrugging shoulders and one even put hand up as if to insinuate "whatever". Will never ever ever be back and will definitely go out of my way to make sure I warn any friends or family visiting the area. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

didn't fill me up, Didn't look as appetising as advertised and tasted really poor. I suppose you get what you pay for and won't be back in any McDonalds
