Mcdonald's Restaurants in Greenwich

Got charged money from app pick up. Got the the store it was closed for refurbishment. Went into the store to ask for refund the woman said “ I’m not the manager who deals with this” blamed someone else and told me to come back tomorrow

Just received a delivery via Just Eat. Multiple items missing from the order and the food was cold when I got it.

Incredibly slow and poor service. After ordering my food and waiting for a long time I had to refund my order. Really disappointing.

I ordered twice in 2020 and once this year, in 2021. All 3 times, things have been missing. The first time, there was a missing burger and I was absolutely gutted about it. The restaurant is about a 20-minute drive, so it's not like I could've done anything about it. The second time, I'm not sure what was missing but I knew it included dips. I was also gutted at this. I was wanting to give them a second chance to redeem themselves but they let me down again. That was the last straw. By the way, yes... I did get refunds for these missing things but that isn't the point. The point is, missing dips and a missing burger can ruin the meal for somebody. Now, I ordered from here maybe a month or two ago and guess what? They missed all 5 of my BBQ sauces/dips! What the heck?! How can you forget 5 sauces that somebody has paid for? This truthfully ruined my entire experience/meal. I ordered 2 large meals that came with 2 large fries and I had no sauce in the house... This once again ruined my McDonalds experience and meal. It's safe to say that I'm never ordering from this restaurant again. The only positive I have to say is that the food does taste nice when it's actually THERE! Otherwise, this place is appalling to order from. The delivery charge is a joke within itself and 95% of the time half of your order is missing. It's truly not worth ordering from this place at all. I will stick with KFC from now on. At least they don't forget anything that I ask for.

I have visited many McDonald's but I always happy with the service of this branch. Guys keep it up the hard work.

I’ve never wrote a review in my life but my god this was appalling , picked up 6 double cheeseburgers with bacon from Eltham McDonald’s and to my surprise 5/6 of the burgers had no pattys inside just bacon and cheese , so I only had one burger that actually had meat inside and that was stone cold just wish I would have checked my bag before I got home (5min drive) I don’t know how stupid you have to be to miss out the main ingredient of the bloody burger I am fuming I’m unwell and this is the last thing I needed , never visiting this store again should be burnt to the ground !

Ordering through Justeat is just not working. They are 'assigning a driver' for hours, and no delivery happens. When you try to call the restaurants number, no one picks it up (tried 15+ times everytime that happens, they never answer the phone) !!! Where is the manager on duty, and what the flying pig is going on in there?? Is it acceptable? I think the staff should be sacked, because every 1 out of about 4 orders are problematic, and it always happens at the Eltham High Street McDonalds. 0 out of 5 stars. Im trying to be loyal, but this is happening too often! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Stomached it for the first couple of times, but frankly had enough. Not only does the food arrive stone cold, from about a 10 minute drive, but the order was wrong again. The ticket on the outside of the bag was correct, but every single item inside was wrong; that takes some serious incompetence No one is asking for a new COVID vaccine. Put a burger in a box and then in a bag Possible the worst McDo on the planet.

Visited McDonalds Eltham this evening with my family. Before I even sat down, I felt something hit me in the back of the neck. On turning around I saw a bunch of 'unwashed' giggling youths, who were taking up a load of tables behind us. It turned out one of them thought it would be great fun to spit a piece of chewed up paper at someone who had their back on them! Obviously, they all thought it was highly hysterical - but being a cowardly bunch, not one of them had the guts to own up to spitting! What amazed me, was that not one of these delinquents had a drink, let alone a meal in front of them! To the staffs credit, they did turf them out in a matter of minutes, but not before they received a barrage of foul mouthed insults from the said low life! Needless to say, before we had finished our meals, they had returned 'unchallenged' to the premises! Heres the thing McDonalds - you promote a happy family place in which young families can take their children for an occasional treat. So, what the hell are you thinking in even allowing the likes of these individuals within half a mile of your premises. Get a grip McDonalds, or throw in the towel and shut up shop. Because this branch is rapidly heading for the skids!

Extremely unsafe and dangerous, avoid if you visit with your family or partner... just witnessed a gang trying to rob a homeless person who was trying to have a meal inside the restaurant and both myself and my girlfriend felt quite threatened. No security guard at the restaurant and when speaking to the staff they had incidents where they were beaten up or threatened by the same group of people in the past and nothing has been done so far - it's outrageous that the biggest fast food chain in the world doesn't invest in their customers and staff security - Shame on you McDonald's!!

We do live in Eltham and time to time we get some food from here. However I am not sure what is happening in here but the stuff is having slow motion. And yes, the delivery orders are prioritized above the walk in customer. I fully understand that people who made an order they need to get their food too, but i believe for this the company should find another solution. Staff is not very pleasant either, on their face I can see most of the time only they are annoyed (and am not talking about the same staff every time, next time I will mention name too). My husband asked a lady about our order after 15min, and her answer was like: AAAAAA?????? I dont think so this is a polite way for a staff to answer for a customer's question anyway. Make your staff happier pls.

Well McDonalds in Eltham High Street has certainly changed. Previously the scene of Weekend drunken Eltham Revelers it now feels very different. Visiting late one evening ( around 10.30pm-ish ) I was first jostled by a man who I promptly maneuvered out of the way, along with a giant box/bag. Queuing seemed an alien concept and only when he was told off by the ( one ) Staff Member on duty did he realize that Delivery Drivers also have to wait for their ( Customers ) food and don't simply push in ! A sign on the wall reminds these Drivers they should transport food in the correct containers. One using Delivery Apps can only hope they've not been pinching their fries or scratching their nuts ... The Staff Member who greeted me advised she couldn't serve me. Walked over to a friend/family member to her left and continued her conversation whilst serving her food ??! After waiting 3 to 4 minutes A guy in his fifties appeared ( like Mr Ben ) and took my order, insisting he repeat back everything I said to him at less than half the speed.. Producing a ten pound note then elicited a slight frown, combined with confused look. Cash is apparently no longer king ... As I only wanted a milkshake and small chicken burger ( getting smaller by the day !! ) this took a mere 5 minutes to arrive as I clang to my ticket watching every dysfunctional human within 5 miles descend on the restaurant. I watched 2 workers shout over to one another in the kitchen. The second one squashing my chicken into bun ( by hand no gloves ) and randomly scattering some lettuce. It was then slung like rubbish down a small chute to the talkative girl, now in conversation with a Eco Protester looking Lady whilst ignoring the 5 or 6 Customers behind me. No doubt her friend's multi-coloured hair and nose rings were far more exciting than serving paying Customers stood in line, surrounded by lunatics and itching to leave. The "New" ticketing system made me feel even more worthless and depressed than a usual visit to McDonalds...although I did end up with a special number on my print out !! ( which I won't divulge ) This cheered me up for precisely 30 seconds.. Making a mess attempting to use the ( broken ) tomato sauce dispenser I sat down to watch a middle age man breeze into the restaurant, look both ways suspiciously then snatch a large chuck of tissues from the dispenser. Nervously stuffing into his rucksack he then sauntered off like the true thief he was.. This reminded me of a large Lady I saw empty an entire box of sugar sachets into her handbag at Marks and Spencers, Lewisham ( more on them another time ) A kid of around 15 or 16 sat 2 seats away, giving me an occasional dirty whilst blaring drill "music" through headphones and charging his smart phone. Unable to keep still he eventually upped and left .thankfully. I watched as confusingly the Manager ( who appeared to be around 17 ) let numerous shady characters pop in and out of the toilets..whilst pretending not to notice and seemed intent on cleaning ( already spotless ) glass panels instead. All this whilst the floors and tables throughout were genuinely filthy ( something I've never seen as a 40 year Customer of McDonald's ? ) Fortunately the chocolate milkshakes are still delicious.....+ I was able to pick up some tissues on the way out :-)

I was a regular (once a week), but now visit occasionally - the last time of which was last week, after work. This place used to be good, reliable fast food, usually received within 3-5 mins tops. However, since they’ve introduced McDelivery service via online ordering, the waiting times have been constantly creeping up. If you visit after 7-8pm, as I do, you will have to consistently wait 10+ minutes. Usual waiting times nowadays is between 11-17 minutes, and I know as I measure every time. Personally, I think that’s ridiculous. You get in, there’s 2-3 walk in customers usually, and about a dozen of delivery drivers waiting to collect their order, yet somehow they get prioritised over the walk in customers. It’s pointless, it defeats the object of having food fast, therefore I don’t go that often now, maybe once every couple of months, and that’s after I’ve double checked there’s no deliveries happening. I think they seriously need to think a different way of managing their demand and prioritising the walk in customers.

Came for breakfast yesterday morning which took nearly 20 mins for this world famous fadt food restaurant, still no apologies from a manager who said it only takes 2 mins to prepare the porridge. In the meantime, my tea was sitting over 15 mins brewing nicely. When I confronted this rude manager, she suddenly decided to give me a full refund even though I didn't ask for it. It was basically a nasty way of punishing their customer who make complaints while they are super disorganised and take more time to prepare than Weatherspoon. Riducuouls people.

Having a home delivery of McDonalds is a novelty for us who we are staying in London with family. Sadly, we will not be using this branch anymore. Every time we have ordered the delivery was incomplete. Very disappointing for the grandchildren and frustrating for us adults.

Came with the family after the panto at the local theater. We all love Mcdonald's. Quick service, food just what we expected but even late on Sunday afternoon impossible to park.

Clean and very friendly staff is benn done beautifully and very child friendly is very busy all time

Friendly service, trouble was ordered and paid fro two cheeseburgers, having got home, two Hamburgers in Cheeseburger wrappers ...too difficult to add the cheese ?

Having machines to order your food. No choice as human had large queue. Machine needs common meals up front like go large. Good was OK but not over warm.

Called into McDonald's at millennium park at Greenwich before getting the train from North Greenwich station. Clean quick and good normal McDonald's food. Drive through at the site and plenty of parking nearby

Cant go wrong with a good Mc D'z. generally quick to be served when in line, and usually hot food. However always lots of loud kids hanging inside and outside this Mcdonald's at night so usually better for take away.

I think it looks nice now but McDonald's has gone downhill since having its refurbish slow service food is cold staff all standing around no one getting the food out to customers can go in on lunch brake and wait 15mins for food 😡

Bom para refeição rápida para quem tem pouco dinheiro, serve lanches, refrigerantes, e sobremesas. O custo beneficio acaba sendo bom porque não perdemos muito tempo.

I visited on Halloween 2014 with a friend, we each had a burger which was alright. The service was slow despite the place being nearly empty.
