All McDonald's branches are slow at getting food out. It seems to be all the deliveries being prepared.

Busy McDonald's. Drive through can often require parking up to wait for order. Car park is small and only allows 90 mins stay

Probably one of the most exquisite evenings I’ve had! Nuggets were gormet, the table layout was stupendous, despite the whole system shutting down for 30 min we were delighted by the friendly staff even dancing for us!!! Would recommend this venue for any special occasions!

Good service, self order option. Have some vegetarian options. The staff is friendly. Overall, a good outlet.

Clean environment, nice helpful cheerful staffs I have never seen in any mcd ever.

Staff are incapable of reading Uber eats orders properly. Not once have I ever received a condiment that I ordered. Just lmfao how can you fail that hard.

We had to go up 3 times to get our order corrected and as a vegetarian, the options are rubbish.

Not once in the past few months has this chain had milkshakes available. Also mcflurrys and any ice cream. Pretty poor.

I have arrived there when the tablets for kids wasn't functioning unfortunately the staff unable to speak English and I have been advised to costumese the food from panel The tisu s was with hair and potatoes was cold and untestee THEY PUT ACCENT MORE ON THE ORDER FROM UBER EATS KITCHEN WAS MESSY AND GREASE AND SPELEGES ON THE FLOOR BAD MANAGEMENT TO HAVE A ARMY OF PEOPLE THERE AND TO DON'T KNOW HOW TO MANAGE NO OTHERS MEALS RECOMANDED

Barely warm chicken selects how that meets food hygiene standard I don’t. Fries only just met warm and only the ones in the middle. The burger served upside down in the box and then looked as if it had been dropped I had to reconstruct it and barely warm once again. It’s as if having put it on a tray they left it next to an open window. Expensive and really poor quality. A disgrace of a restaurant really. Seriously thinking of contacting food standards as someone is going to get sick if this keeps happening. Management should be ashamed. Time for more training and a change of management.

Friendly and efficient service. Tables cleared and cleaned quickly Kids enjoyed their Happy meal.

Thr last 3 times I've ordered McDelivery from this store. There has been at least 1 item missing. Poor standards from everyone involved

Avoid this Mcdonalds if you can, especially at the weekends. 2 happy meals took over 35 mins all because they tend to service ubereats/deliveroo drivers above all other customers. At one point I counted 16 drivers crowding round the counter. The staff have no clue and each time I asked about my order I got fobbed off with some excuse and they would then tend to the delivery drivers.. Avoid at all costs.

Bobby at McDonalds very polite, professional and shows it costs nothing to be happy 10 💫 service from this man. Always a delight when we visit this McDonalds.

Popped in for breakfast. Standard McDonalds food and service, which was fine. Busy and not many places to sit. Car park is not layed out very well.

I think McDonalds workers are on the same line as NHS workers, they are key to British lifestyle and should be respected more. Without the consistency of McDonalds, where would we be? 100% recommend, they even gave balloons to the kids. Thanks!

It's McDonald's! Toilets quite icky. Service slow.

The food is delicious and they are open until very late

the tim was 7:08 on december 17th the black teenager taking the drive thru orders had and attitude for no reason

Nice and clean place to enjoy hot and tasty meal. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always love to come this place on my time off from work

I'm sure there will be atleast 1 person there who speaks English, please put that person on the drive thru to take orders.

The service we got this early hour morning after a long night shift was incredible the manager helped us out so much and guided us on advice and even though they were closing for maintenance/health and safety the manager let us have food even though we weren't able to get it. Ontop of that all the times I've been in the managers have been so well presented and have dealt with any situation promptly and well presented. We come some way to get maccies and we are left with a smile on our faces everytime 110% reccoment this place and will always and forever be going back for more great service and great food. Thank you to the manager on this shift you are a legend!

Paid for a drive through breakfast, was told to park up, had to leave without getting the breakfast they took so long!

Very busy on weekends and cant even step into the building. Food is like any other McDonald's.

Access from a main road, car park quite small, and mostly taken up with the abundance of deliver-uber-roo drivers. The restaurant itself was clean, but for some reason still had the AC on when it was 9°C outside. Food was made with a fair portion of condiments and toppings.

Always cold food 'awful staff who are rude and dont help... delivero turned up 20 mins late with missing items that the shop said we had to go and collect if we wanted them...discusting cervice.. awful food

We ordered online and almost all of our order was missing this has happened a number of times Make sure the staff are not retards and actually know how to do their job.

Orderd through just eat, absolute pile of poo tried to contact camberley mcdonald’s and they took about 5 years to pick up called them over 8 times when someone did pick up he was a right bum hole and was not helpful at all shocking customer service should be fired, food was grim aswell chicken mayo taste like bum hole was so grim and bitter- should of had the sausage and mash my mum offered me

literally every time i order from here for a delivery you forget my dips like without fail EVERY TIME and i just wanna say i used to work at maccies and putting dips in the delivery bag is literally the easiest thing to do it takes 2 seconds just read the receipt and PUT THE DIPS IN!!!!! u guys must have worms for brains

Service is hit and miss, day time is fine but some of those on the later shift hate working those shift hours just as much as most of us would and it shows

Orders for just eat/uber eat are made slow without care in the world, staff chatting between themselves and laughing regardless of drivers waiting ages for the food that needs to be delivered

Unusually, the food was actually hot!

Possibly the worst meal I've ever had a mcdonalds chips were burnt soggy cold and there was no salt on them milkshake was supposed to be strawberry tasted initially of banana then tasted of nothing cheeseburger was tasteless and soggy last time they forgot my brownies

I had Bobby as my server for the Drive Thru and he was absolutely lovely and really perked up my day! He’s a great asset to the team

It is decent for a McDonald’s. I’ve never had problems here, with food or otherwise, and if you’ve been to a McDonald’s it’s very much what you’d expect. I reckon this place gets a worse review on google maps because people tend to review it when they have had a bad experience!

Just waited almost 2 hours I'm not sure what went wrong but it's a ridiculous time to wait for a MacDonalds just not good enough!

не плохо , хороший персонал и вкусная как всегда еда . Меняю мнение , заказаоа доставку, ладно он опоздал на 30-40 минут , ладно он брал только сам заказ в ресторане 40 минут . Он уже приехал чуть ли не под дверь, но прошла минута , пропал курьер, обновляю програму , а он уже доставил еду , но не мне , клево. Пришли в мак разобраться с этим, объяснили ситуацию, они не приготовили снова еду , не вернули еду, а просто сказали " простите, мы не можем вам ничем помочь" , + в помощи в проге был записан именно их номер , звоня им у них или занято или они просто не брали трубку. Ужас.

Normally pop in here around 6:45am as I'm working round the corner. For a Mcdonalds it's very good, clean and tidy, food hot and staff are very friendly. What more do you need?

Place is way too busy with deliveroo orders and the like. Had to wait 15 minutes just for ice-cream.

I ordered to be delivered the druver from just eat never showed up the order was ment to be delivered by 20.28 it has not come i am very disappointed

2 people were pretty useless and didn’t even know how to count how many sausage and pancakes were in a bag. Hire some colleagues who know how to count instead of hanging up a phone and being about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

The restaurant forgot one of our pancakes and sausage we ordered, rang the restaurant up and the staff were very rude! First person hung the phone up on us and the second person wasn’t understanding and very rude aswell. Wouldn’t recommend, need better staff!!

Binoj was really good to us had very good customer service. Should be praised he is good at what he does.

I won't eat at McDonald's, my friend wanted to go. There were flies around the sauces. The food looks pretty grim, the tables aren't clean. I had a few of his fries and I really just don't understand why people eat there.

Food was as expected. Warm. Fairly quick to come out, however no straws, milk, sugar etc we're bought out with the drinks. Which made table serving pointless as we had to join the queue to obtain these.

I've been to this mc Donald's a couple of times and every time I went it was so unhygienic and they forget lots of your food its such a long wait and the iPad are so greasy

It's a McDonald's drive through. Had trouble with them not hearing my order correctly which was quite funny. They corrected at the next window. Always check your order before you leave!

This is a great McDonalds with out dining in and a drive through available, there is enough space to park if you want to dine in and the service is relatively fast.

And the guy who was cleaning gave the grandson a balloon 🎈.
