McDonald's Restaurant in Barking and Dagenham

Terrible, Waited over 25 minutes for drive thru, was no where to wait and was told “that’s not our problem” when it clearly is.. why are they making deliveries a priority over people who actually get up and go there?!

Stopped here with my son and his friends for lunch yesterday. They forgot to put fries in all 4 of the happy meals. They did fix the situation pretty quickly, but then when i bit into my quarter pounder it was pink inside. I Asked for a replacement which took 10 minutes and when it arrived, the burger was practically raw. Another 10 minutes for a replacement and this one was cooked, but practically cremated. At no point did anyone apolgise. Utter shambles. Would avoid at all costs.

I am disgusted that you don’t cater for vegans or Vegetarians in your breakfast menu. Going forward this should be updated

I've been here two separate time this week and both time something has been in the food I had eggshell in the egg and the other time there was hair in my son's nuggets

This place is terrible. Fast food?! 20 minute wait for a happy meal and a 6 nugget meal is not fast food! Thought id go in rather than ordering for delivery this time as they always forget something in my order or just get the order wrong altogether plus always cold. But its just as bad inside as it is on delivery

I know that this company are notorious for hiring absolute morons but Ballards Road is on another level of idiocy. For always arrives cold no matter what you order and they don't hold the ability to keep the drink in the cup before it arrives to the customer. The staff and management in this mcdonalds all need sacking

Worst mcdonald's ever. Nearly empty place but yet you still wait 15 minutes for your food! Always worrying about their delivery drivers first rather than the customers sitting in waiting!! Very rude staff always on the drive thru windows! Every time I have been here they ask you to park up and you wait 20 minutes for your food. You go in and sit down and ordered at 11:36 and you don't get your food until 11:52 when there's only 2 other people waiting . Always worrying about their delivery drivers first! Pisstake. Shouldn't have the fast food title

Nobody ever checks the order always gets delivered with half the order missing there customer service and task force is appalling

I think this must be the one restaurant that is overseen by absolutely no one from HO. The chips had no taste and were not cooked properly- we did ask for a replacement which we got but the problem was the same. The coke was watery and the cleanliness is not that great at all. I have visited this place 3 times and each time something is wrong with the food. Won’t be wasting any more money here. Disappointed with Macdonalds for not keeping this place in check

Used Uber to get a delivery! Yet again missed items from the order! This has happened several times before! Will not be using this McDonald’s again!

Very slow. Rude staff. Food cold. Always missing items of my orders multiple times, which I can get a refund or won't give me the food even when I show them the receipt

If people are saying slow service, a solution. Pre order on the McDonalds app 5 minutes before you arrive then practically straight away when you arrive. Simple as

I cannot believe people are getting paid to be the slowest fast food restaurant!! This is not a “fast food restaurant” more like SLOW food restaurant

It's obvious they can't handle having uber eats using it as well. If you visit don't bother with the drive through, you get a long wait for cold food that will most as likely be short of items as well. The staff are a collection of the rude, the disinterested and the inefficient. Just close it down and replace it with a Burgerking....

The food is not up to standards and the drinks are filled only 3/4 of the way. Staff are rude however, one member of staff named Radosveta was exceptional. She has an overall positive attitude and is very helpful.

Maximum 90 minutes parking stay and managers said they ‘couldn’t do anything about it’ and this rule was because they ‘do not want their customers to stay more than 90 minutes.Although, their profit only from our visit was £50, they do not care that you have to pay the parking fine which is £50, and didn’t seem to have any sympathy for their customers when they said ‘many come to complain’.In general, how I understood it, is that you can stay 90 minutes even if you are not customer, and if you are, they do not want you to stay there for long which is just unfair!

last 27/05/2019 at around 18:30 to 19:30 i have visited the restaurant as a customer but unfortunately i received very terrible service by manager Tony , I orderd for a coffee and i saw my order is ready but did not handover to me after waiting 11 minutes i approch to him to see how long it take and i mention that i can see my coffee is ready please handover to me if possible as i am getting late , rather than serving me he become so rude to me and said if you cant wait take money back and gave me money, but the question is as a customer should i receive this service or this is the way you serve customer. In the last 6 months we constantly have items missing from our order. Mcdonalds blame uber and its clearly not them taking the items as the bag is sealed To top it off last night i got food poisoining after having a chicken big tasty. Chicken was tough and barely edible but eat it as was so hungry. This place needs shutting down.Staff are terrible as well. Rude beyond belief.

The last three times I have been to this restaurant through the drive through they have missed items off the order!

This McDonalds has now been upgraded to self screen ordering and table service. I prefer the self ordering as it gives the chance to take a bit more time to peruse the menu. One draw back of this is the screens themselves are always dirty finger marked, I often resort to cleaning it first, but this one was clean. Food ordered it wasn't too long a wait for it to appear at the table with a "sorry about the wait", even though there wasn't really. Then the flaw appeared that I've encountered many times in different McDonalds. My toffee latte had obviously been made early on and was now sans cream. As I walked to the counter to ask for a replacement a floor staff member immediately took control and I soon had a fresh one. I surely cannot be the only customer who has to get replacement lattes. Some co-ordination is needed....... what a waste of coffee and cream. Food was standard McDonald's fare. Staff pleasant.

Servicio pobre dieron la orden completamente equivocados cuando llamé no había disculpa el gerente era muy grosero y al final tuve que escribir a la oficina principal para obtener compensación. El personal no son claramente capaces de tomar una orden. Conduzca a través de la doble parece que han hecho cosas peores, ya que se tarda más tiempo para conseguir su comida ya que estaba cambiado.

very clean, staff polite, service was very fast and very efficient would re-visit here again top marks

typically average fast food .. quality depend on the time of day you visit ..most of the time is nice fresh burger buns and crispy chips .. around lunch time the quality seems to go down a little .. dry buns limp barely cooked chips

Prefiero este McDonalds mucho más que el otro en Dagenham porque siempre hay un amplio espacio de aparcamiento, justo al lado de la bolera y estás fuera del camino y muy cerca de la A13 y acceso a Londres o a Dartford. Es conocido en boletines de tráfico como la Goresbrook Interchange. Durante el periodo de Navidad me uní a la cola para entrar en el drive-in como de costumbre. Cuando me habían llamado de mi pedido me preguntó la señora hacerlo (via la recordaran) si pudiera ver en pantalla, así que sé lo que cuesta. Ella me dijo que la pantalla no funcionaba, lo que parecía una cosa rara que decir. Aparte de eso estoy casi siempre feliz con su comida.

Convenient location - we visited here after being at the Namco bowling alley nearby and then for desserts after going to the nearby Vue cinema. Gets busy but with good staffing levels.
