McDonalds Restaurant in Conwy

We visited with a party of 14 young people following a visit to Sandycroft Carting. It was. Saturday afternoon and really busy. We were greeted at the door by Mark and Donna with Mark taking control and supporting the huge order in a very calm and organised way. We were all seated and the order arrived promptly- all correct. Mark was the ultimate professional and represented McDonalds brilliantly. His customer care was amazing, he was very patient and made the experience very enjoyable for the young people and us the three adults with them. To be fair, both Donna and Mark organised the very busy restaurant making sure that all visitors were treated with the same courtesy- it was clear that the families there were having a great experience and that the Covid arrangements did not spoil the experience. Congratulations

Absolutely disgusting chips where cold and rubbery like they have been cooked and reheated, I Ate a few as im hungry but wasted them in the end I threw a few to the seagulls even they refused to eat them so I put them in the bin , The burger is slightly warm ,soaked with grease not happy at all what a waste of money will not be stopping here again!! I expect that, when I order a certain item (in this case four) pretty much you'll get what you ordered. Sadly got back to hotel and found this was not the case, which spoiled the kids' meal.Not the end of the world, not "terrible" but poor IMHO. Try to ensure what a customer clicks on the ordering screen is actually put in the bag in future?

Order wrong, items missing. Didnt realise until I got home so too late. Unsurprisingly when the staff were gossiping taking no notice what they were doing. Chips were terrible quality today also. No the first time this has happened recently. Will stick to the junction restaurant instead. Never had problem there.

Missed out half the order practically blamed us for them not doing their job properly manager Jessica didn’t care at all Jesica showed no compassion what’s so ever after we have had to drive away and then drive back 30 mins later we finally got our food had to wake our son up to feed him because he fell asleep waiting for his food. Told the manager Jessica about how our children were crying because it was their food missing to her reply I have a child appalling service will definitely be leaving a formal complaint never offered anyway of resolving the situation worst McDonald’s we have ever visited. The manager should not be in a managing position to employing people that can’t get a basic order correct what a joke. Absolutely disgusted never been treated this way before definitely would not recommend such a terrible disgraceful service not happy at all

Unbelievable ! Ordered a Big Mac and i got a Cheese and Egg Sandwich along with a chocolate bar. Expect better !

Hard breakfast bagel, luke warm hash browns, the app is useless. For a change though they didn’t get the order wrong!

Place is clean tidy etc but STAFF need a complete hearing test also ignoring customers orders even when written down in plain english.i live locally and it seems they always get our order WRONG, PLAIN BURGER TO THEM SEEMS BE TO ADD CHEESE? even when i underline?Got drinks order wrong and left out fries to meal order.MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO OVERHAUL AND TEACH PEOPLE TO LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS

Ok, yes I know it’s McDonalds so didn’t expect much. Ordered our food via the touch screen ( with a pen) Gods knows who has touched it. We had to wait 20 mins for our food to be prepared. While waiting I watched who I think was the supervisor ( she was in a different uniform) making duck face while texting on her phone. The place was filthy, I watched one of the crew members prepare food without gloves touching her bum then the bin then her face then the food. When our food finally arrived I was just given the food ( not prepared by bum hand girl) then handed a bag, ok so I have to order my own food then pack it myself the fries were the only items that tasted fresh. The rest was awful, cold tasteless, as for the pop it was warm watery and flat. Yes it’s a fast food prepared by teenagers but still, maybe the duck faced supervisor needs to look up from her phone and crack the whip.

Went in for a breakfast wrap on a saturday and the staff need a rocket up their arses! The whole staff dont seem to move at all, multiple people coming in and complaining the hadn't had their orders after being parked up for over 15mins! I'd avoid in future absolutely no management that I could see....

A bit of a joke. To start the woman who served me was very rude. Went through the drive through tonight ordered 2 large meals and some cheese burgers. Got all the way home to notice that the large fries were not in the bag! Very disappointed

Such bad customer service, every single person that ordered something while we were there had to go back and complain about at least one thing as they got everything wrong and just didn’t seem to care, one lady stood for a good ten minutes waiting to be served I saw one of the staff look at her and turn away to stand behind the wall so he didn’t have to deal with her, how rude!!

I’m sat at MacDonalds Abergele - a Branch I visit regularly for breakfast and business meetings with colleagues throughout the day.This branch seems to be run by kids with little (if any) work ethic! Apart from a handful of competent staff including the Customer Experience Manager and Sean Ponytail who both work their arses off to make up for the incompetence of others I have little positive to say about this place! Standards have slipped dramatically since the departure of Beverly Hardaker to the greener pastures of Caernarfon and it’s a shame that the franchise owner appears oblivious to the problem he has!Out of stock everyday items this week ranges from no salt to maple syrup. My own favourite Cheesy Bacon Flatbreads have been out of stock on the 3 occasions I've ordered them - yet available at Caerwys restaurant a few miles up the road (owned by the same franchise owner?). Of course they’re going to use the old ‘Bank Holiday’ excuse but there’s nothing difficult about Stock & Order (plus an extra allowance for busy periods).BRING BACK BEV - she’ll shake the place up!The only consistently good thing about this place is good coffee - that is if they remember to order the sugar and sweetness!!!

This is my local McDonaldsAbsolutely unbelievable place, not once in last 5 visits has my order been correct, if you can’t make a cappuccino, why have it on the menu ? The staff making it must surely see that it’s just water and the cup only half fullObviously don’t know the difference between a quarter pounder and a Big Mac , or the difference between hot and coldPerhaps if they spent a little less time talking to each other, maybe they would get orders correct sometimes Come on McDonalds. We call in this so called fast food restaurant now and again Its normally busy on a Sunday afternoon due to the tourists going home But this afternoon was a joke we ordered on the screen too be told when our meal was ready half of the items they didn't have Why not take it off the screen the kid behind the counter just smiled Good old mac d,sss

Me and my colleagues visited this fine establishment tonight and were overwhelmed by the top notch staff, great tunes also. Chips cooked to perfection and floors were sparkling. Would recommend to a friend!

We come here all the time but didn't know Peter Griffin worked on the drive through 'K anything else' he sounds just like him😂😂😂

Went here after a long day as its not my choice of a meal.

Shockingly bad, wrong order given twice and then on the third the standard looked as if picked of the floor and swimming in grease.

Called for a bite to eat on our way back from holiday in Ireland. Service was quick after we ordered at the screen and food served to tables. Sadly, once again part of the meal was lukewarm. This seems to be a common occurrence now in McDonalds and I had to join the queue to ask for the dips that were meant to come with the nacho cheese wedges; though the girl did apologise.4

This is a pretty standard McDonald's but for a drive through the service was incredibly slow with most of the users having to wait on a car park with not enough spaces to park in. The food wasn't hot when it arrived. Obviously I can't say it's like this all the time but I wasn't impressed by this visit

Speaking as someone who used to work for McDonald’s. I thought it was vile that the two girls on booth 3 had a lot of hair coming out of the front of their hats as well as no hair net on their actual pony tail. I understand they’re not working on the line in kitchen but I for one do not want hair in and around my food.

Had a nice treat. Kids loved it and always know what you are getting. Chocolate milkshakes had run out again but apart from that all in order. !!!

I think they need a new set of photos to actually match what they are serving, reputation should mean a lot, but clearly not in this case

what an mcfflury, no caramel sauce, what an milksharke, no strawberry flavor, i should never of stop there

Took them several attempts to get my small order correct. Staff were surly, accusatory and aggressive. Food was very poor. Phoned head office who took complaint but said because it is a franchise she could only pass the information on. Forget about standing up for your rights you'll end up getting banned. Ronald McDonald would be ashamed!!!

We have been going here about once a fortnight for a treat as the the nearest one to us in Llandudno Jct always serves nearly cold food. The food here is always nice and hot, but for the first time today it was as bad if not worse than Llandudno Jct, i.e. nearly cold.

Recently Visited a few times and was served by Megan and on another occasion by Joe, very lovely people. But on the other hand there are a few members that are very moody and dont smile and place trays angrily onto tables

Every single time I go to my local mc Donald's I always ask for ice and they never give me any! And also get my order wrong every single time and over charge me! Also the staff in there are really moody and looks like they hate their job!

Omg when did it become a fly breeding zone never have u been to a McDonald's and had to spend more time wafting my hand over my food because of the amount of flys don't they have means to keep the flies at bay and the numbers down

There is a trades description issue here, fast food?? It couldn’t be slower!! Every time the same, so not a one off. Sort it out!!! How hard can it be

its your average mcdonalds like any other i guess, went in orded a bite to eat,friendly staff all young like kids,clean,didnt wait long,toilet was spotless, just handy if you need a quick bite to eat

Myself.The Other Half & The Girls have just eaten here on the way back from The North Wales' Coast.The Drive-Through was really busy so we went inside.The Staff were polite,efficient and helpful.The food was ordered and paid for and we sat down having chosen table service.Within minutes it had arrived.perfectly hot and a complete order.The food was tasty and good value.Would have no hesitation in eating here again.One of the best McDonald's we have visited.

Sat for almost 20 minutes in the drive thru queue, just wanted two lattes, nothing else, just coffees. Got to the order point only to be told no latte available, just black coffee, tea or hot chocolate. I understand things can go wrong with machinery etc but surely a small sign could have been put up before the start of the drive thru??? It would have saved a pointless wait. Last week they had no soft drinks and there was a sign telling you this. Why no sign today???

Just popped in this fast food restaurant for a quick snack and drink. Again McDonalds were once more excellent in their food and service. Well done.

Popped in for a quick lunch between meetings. Had to use the dreadful self service menu which wasn't easy with the queues of people waiting to order and collect their orders. This system really does not work in a small restaurant. The staff that you could see seemed to be working slowly or standing around doing nothing while customers waited patiently. The whole experience took approx 15mins. The food was ok though. I would call again but the drive through would probably be quicker (though the queue there seemed slower than most other McDonalds).....then, park up and grab a seat!

Cannot understand some of the complaints about Mc,s, they are what they are a fast food outlet and generally inexpensive. They should not be compared with other levels of food establishments. My only complaint, and one that occurs too frequently, is that too much food is prepared up front and often one gets served fries, nuggets and other items which are barely warm. However, we just ask for them to be replaced but it should not be difficult to serve hot Fries.

Great for a brekkie for your hangover if you cant be bothered to go to a local caff. Otherwise awful just awful. Why are they so popular?

Ordered on 21/03/2018 for Breakfast. No pancakes no stock. So ask for other items. Telephoned Mc Donald's after I arrived home to mention about my incorrect order. Could not believe how rude the Manager of this store was. He said now you have that off your chest. I said that many times my orders where wrong at this store. He said not worried about other orders . I have contacted Head Office. If ever a Manager needs retraining it's him shocking Customer service from Him .

Just had brekky here and absolute disgrace. See pik below for the quality of their breakfast wrap. They also charge 89 pence for one hash brown. Tastless lifeless and bland. Not been to a maccy Ds for years and certainly wont be going again. Considering the money these franchise make its a disgrace. I wouldnt eat here if it was the last takeaway on the planet. Only possitive were pleasant staff .

Coffee and tea are good here; along with the usual McDonald's fare. Staff are pleasant and service at a decent speed. Occasionally busy but always places to sit and eat

Visited today walked in as drive through was busy so I ordered on screen and ordered sauces in child's happy meal wasn't recived incident number 1. Number 2 I finally got my order in a post small bag no handles which I payed 5p for a bag happy meals were open I had to close myself food was going cold as boxes were wide open i asked for a handle bag that I payed for to be met with WE don't have those I had to juggle my food back to the car. I'm sorry totally unacepptable I spent near £20 in restaurant today I doubt I will be returning in a hurry. 3rd I noticed a lad in back on burgers dropped a meat patty on floor picked it up by hand threw it away and carried on making burgers not washing hands yuck terrible get your act together and sort it out.

Mcdonalds is always hit and miss. It can be good and it can be truly terrible. Drive through seems to be hotter. I hate my food cold. Fries are always cold. Staff on the whole are pleasant but the odd one or two need to go to charm school. If one paying I want it hot no excuses.

Quite a good McDonald's. Order was complete with no problems which is quite a rare thing as our local ones usually end up giving us our order with items missing! Service was fast which again is almost of unheard from by where we live.

All we wanted was a cup of tea and coffee and a couple of muffins/cookies. This took around 15 minutes and then we were given the wrong order when we got back to the car!!! It seemed odd that this order couldn't be sorted in a couple of minutes!! We would not return!

Went yesterday with the family used the drive thru ordered then went to pay and they had lost the order so had to go through the order again 2 big Mac meals 2 chicken legend meals 2 cheese burgers chicken nuggets and a coke went to pick up window got passed 4 drinks and told to park up and wait so 5 mins later the food comes told the girl a drink was missing so she ran to get us one shaved it in the wife's hand and run off didn't get chance to tell her there no chips with the legend meals so won't be using it again

All the money spent on refurbishment and yes the same old slow paced fooling around staff, drive through takes forever and often what you want has run out! Wake up your a seasonal take away (clearly no restaurant) trade will increase by over 30% !! Be prepared

We were to early for our hotel and the McD,s is very close to our destination. The restaurant has had the refit withe the new computer wall units to order faster ( if you wish, staff are still ready and willing to take your order if required ).The food was great , well cooked and well presented. My meal was spoiled because I forgot to order my apple pie and the others thought it funny to ban me from getting one ( or two or three ! I love them .) Though the restaurant was full ish and the drive through was equally busy there was little to no delay served by happy smiling staff in a clean atmosphere. . PERFIC.

Terrible customer service and I will never be going back again! I visited abergele McDonald's and received my coke half full when I requested another drink the manager refused to fill it up and said I was lying saying "for all she knows I could of just drank it to try and get another drink" I was completely embarrassed as she said this right in front of several other customers! Shocking service!

Just as a McDonald's should be. Quick and efficient fast food, fast food served hot with fresh cooked fries by the looks of them.

This McDonald's next to the Abergele exit on the A55 in North Wales, has just had a complete refurbishment with the main benefit being that all meals are cooked freshly to order.My wife and I popped into the restaurant and ordered two Bacon Tasty medium meals, which came with fries, a cappuccino and a latte. We chose to enjoy our meals in the restaurant.The Big Tasties were exactly as described - big and tasty! My constant gripe before the new system was that the fries were left to languish under the lights, becoming limp, luke-warm and tasteless.However, under the 'cooked to order' system, our fries were crisp, tasty and hot. - great improvement!As ever, the McDonald's coffees were excellent. (You can always depend on a McDonald's coffee!)We both enjoyed our meals and to top off an excellent experience, my Wife won a FREE McFlurry with a Monopoly sticker. So I bought another McFlurry and we finished our meals in style.To sum up, McDonald's Abergele is brilliant, it is staffed by smiling helpful people and the food is great.

Clean with very pleasant staff and good quality food. What you would expect from a quality brand. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Nice clean restaraunt with great quality food you can expect from McDonalds if you can understand the accents when trying to order :-/ The ice creams were the smallest we've ever had from any McDonalds though.

I went to the new ' refurbished ' Abergele yesterday which was very unfortunate for me as I was behind someone from a ' care establishment ' who was ordering 1 meal at a time for about 8 people - order 1 pay for it, order for next person pay for it - the young lady serving was getting a bit fed up as she kept looking at me but y didn't she ask for another till to be opened? After nearly 10 minutes standing there & with more people behind me & not looking to b served anytime soon, I turned & left to go up the road to KFC where I got my food. The problem with maccies now u can self order automatically on screens then pick up or have it delivered to ur table but that's only if ur paying by card - cash wise u queue & queue like I did, please maccies if u see someone queuing for a while open another till!!!

This McDonald's is excellent after it's refurb!! Staff so helpful and friendly! There was a lady on the door to help with the new ordering system, explained it all. We ordered, printed our receipt then sat down and waited for our food to come over! Themis is really good for families as you can be sorting your child's seating out and coats while waiting for your food to be brought over to you! They seemed tone very on top of keeping all areas clean. Found it welcoming :-) my son loved the new outside area, slide, even though it was freezing!! :-) :-)

Newly refurbished very nice, pleasent staff. Now with children play area outside. And computer tablets indoors to keep kids happy.

My McBig McTasty McBacon McMeal was just as expected. But the wife's Mcfilet of McFish was a bit mcdry so she had a McCheese Mcquarter Mcpounder instead.

Just had the WORST experience at our local McDonald’s Restaurant. As a special Christmas treat our Managing Director decided to treat us to a McDonalds breakfast. We called the order through in advance and then went along to collect it. Our order was all bagged up ready to go but when we got back to the office there were a number of items missing which was obviously a disappointment to those who did not receive their breakfast whilst their colleagues tucked into theirs.I called the Abergele branch straight back up and we were told "sorry about that, do you want to call back and we will sort it out" - great I thought. We got back and one of the lady supervisors started to gather the remaining items for us. She kept heading over to the assistant manager and we could see him moaning and shaking his head. Eventually he came over and at first we thought it would be to apologise - however, he proceeded to question us about our order and began to argue with us in front of a whole queue of people! When the MD (who was with me) asked for his name he rudely pointed to his name badge which said "John" but would not give out his second name despite being asked multiple times. He then went to snatch the food bag away and said "well you aren't having your food then" - there were no apologies for our inconvenience, no items thrown in out of good will and no Christmas wishes.John was rude, unprofessional and quite purely a disgraceful member of your team!!! Very disappointed.

Great to find tissue paper stuck to your sausage, can only assume it had been dropped and picked back up, disgusting.

Visited while on a weekend in Towyn, ordered a big order, I ordered it with special requests such as some without salad, some with different sauces on burgers and some drinks with ice some without considering the amount we ordered I thought by the time I got to payment window at drive thru we would be asked to park up and wait for food. But when we got there the food was ready every detail was correct and was piping hot and tasted lovely great customer service would highly recommend this McDonalds.

Popped in on our way to Blackpool. It was the change over from the breakfast menu to the day menu. Both my father and step mother had a Big Mac. Both buns of the Big Macs were black and burnt. Staff did replace and gave a extra portion of chips. With our order, me my husband and little boy had to wait over 10minutes for our meals to arrive. Staff did not seem bothered when my husband went to complain. I do think a customer service course would be handy for the staff in this McDonald's.

I received poor customer service from a blonde haired young lady,I was waiting to get served with my father,just to see her purposely ignoring me and more or less refusing us service for 15+ minutes until another member of staff had to come out and serve us!

This is my favourite maccies in the area. I know some may think well what do they do different to others? Well I always find here my food is fast the staff always friendly and food always warm. The big plus point for me here is the presentation of the burgers, I find that here almost all of the time it is presented just like in the pictures which makes a change from most places looking like they've slapped it together and some even rivalling the leaning tower of Pisa!

Typical McDonalds but very slow on drive through. Been a least 8 times in the last 2 weeks and could not get strawberry sundae they always seem to run out of the juice and then we have to go further afield to Holywell.

Called in a few times on the way back from the coast & it gives fast food a bad name as there is nothing fast about the service. There is always lots of staff but they seem not to be doing much with the result that you have to wait a long time to get served & then a wait again for food. Me and my father just brought food for the family just now and when we were home we noticed that the food was under cooked and soggy, The chicken nuggets were cold for the kids, we had to heat them all before we had to give them to the kids

Busy on drive thru. Que in both lanes. However didnt have too wait too long.Assistant very polite on the intercom.Assistant who took payment was also polite etc.Meal was ready at next window. All correct and hot.Very quickly prepared.Cant fault it.Well done

I visitied this place June 8th awful service, went through drive thru order 2 big mac meals, 2 apple pies, mc flurry and 20 chicken nuggets. Paid, got to last window, given drink and mcflurry and told to park up. 27 minutes later this sour faced lad bought the order practically threw it through my window and walked off. I live 5 minutes away so i took home, absolutely appauling Rubber chicken nuggets, Big mac with a couple of pieces of lettuce and no sauce. And a melted mcflurry. I made a complaint to be told its a francise this man contacted me saying he was a manager. Said he looked at CCtv and cant find i ever visited. thanks for the feedback. DISGUSTING customer Service, rubbish everywhere on carpark. NEVER AGAIN. If this is the way they treat locals who supports them all year round there is just no hope,

We don't eat McDonalds food often but when ever we have we haven't been disappointment. The staff have always been friendly (a little rushed off their feet though) and the place has always been clean. The food is nice and is perfect for a treat.

I got a nasty fine for overstaying in the car park. Unfortunately I hadn't noticed the cameras and my kids like to take their time eating as they are only little. I think that it's very mean of McDonalds to have these cameras, the experience ruined our holiday and we won't be going back.

We visited this evening just to pick up a meal for my nephew....20 minutes from ordering to receiving our meal.....my coffee was stone cold but that might be because they made my coffee when we ordered so it sat on the side till we got my nephews meal..hence cold coffee..!! This "fast" food restaurant needs a major shake up and new management.......seriously bad....try the next outlet at Llandudno Junction

Always a must when visiting the area as a treat for the children, always clean with friendly staff, or a sneaky ice cream.

Waited ages to be served. Then served by a sad faced kid. Paid by card, it don't work, " try again, try again, oh just try it again, ok its done it " said the kid serving and disappeared. Waited waited and waited approx 35 mins. Can I have my order please? I said to another kid that got close to me He grinned and said hang on I'm serving. So I waited and then saw the first kid to which I lean't over the counter to him and said Wheres my order I placed 35 mins ago. Kid then said ok Its coming now. It did arrive and I walked out in disgust. Never again shall we dine at this Mcds.

The staff in this place are so poor it's a wonder they can get themselves dressed in the morning and actually function throughout the day, order at the drive through and nearly always end up having to park up and go into the restaurant to get the missing food items or exchange the wrong ones given. When you watch all the staff running around like headless chickens it's clear they have no clue about customer relations or being efficient at their job, it's like disorganised chaos in there!

Had a wrap & fries and mc flurry, it didnt last long as it was so good. Its disabled & family friendly & cheap, what more can you want.

McDonalds seem to have a problem with the Credit cards machines on Drive Thru. Despite having a well used and funded card I experience a great number of problems with them accepting mine. This McDonalds had some very unhelpful and rude staff. Trying to make out it was my problem and my card when it wasn't as I had just filled up with diesel an hour previously.Obviously I won't be going back

Not a place that I would generally visit being gluten free but the wife just fancied the sweet chilli wraps. I asked the assistant at the counter if they catered for gluten intolerant people and out came the manager with the allergy book indicating that all the burger are gluten free and the fries cooked separate. Opted for a bacon and cheese burger which he went to make personally. Another lady then came over to check the book to see if I could eat the sauces ( her daughter is a celiac so she understands the situation.) The burger and salad was tasty this is the first time I have eaten in a McDonald's since being diagnosed. Great service well done will return

Today i went to McDonald's in Abergele and i got a Medium McChicken Sandwich meal with an extra drink (Regular Caramel Frappé) which comes to £4.29 for the meal, and £2.19, this totals to £6.48 so i gave the till operator £20 and got £7.82 change??I discovered this when i got to the table and went back to the till and explained what had happened, so they went off for 10 mins and came back trying to say i had got the right change?? So i obviously argued my case. They then took my number and name saying they would ring at 4.00pm and i waited, expecting a call at 4.00pm bang on. It is now 8.25pm still had no call so i decided to write this review as i am truly dissapointed i lost £5.70.

On my latest visit to this fine establishment I was once again blown away. The crew and crew trainers in this establishment can only be described as legends. Names that impressed me were once again crew trainer Sam and Crew member Cameron, these guys know what they're doing so well and its clear to see they are professionals. Others that have really stood out to me in my recent visits were crew trainer Jake, crew member Harry and crew member Maisie. The day these guys leave McDonalds will be the day the Abergele branch see's a serious drop in profits as the customer service on these guys is so good its like they've sworn an oath. Overall once again extremely impressed by these individuals and hope the managers recognise their dedicaltion, hard work and passion.

Many people give this McDonalds greif as they believe the service to be inadequate, however while this is true in a small minority of the staff, there are a select few who really stand out and have the passion for good food and good service, on my last few visits members of staff such as Sam have provided me with excellent service and a friendly approach, however an employee named Cameron is possibly the human embodiment of good customer service. His appearance is spot on, his service perfect and his approach to customers amazing. All the staff here deserve recognition due to their desire and passion.

Since my last review I thought I would give it another try and guess what, same again wrong order!! You honestly could write it, best I give up and admit defeat!!

the service is very good. Inside was very clean and staff are always cleaning the tables which was good. The food is nice and I come very regular.

I love taking my son to McDonald's the food is ok but my son loves the toys he gets in the happy meals and the staff R ok with the kids

Well, this McDonalds in fairness is as good as any in my experience. The interior is clean and we have found the staff to have always been very friendly and helpful. In particular, the guys who clear the tables couldn't be more helpful. Considering the mess that some people leave behind them, I have never seen a raised eyebrow or frown. We do use the drive through and it is worth checking your bag/ order before you drive off as it's not unusual for something to be missing. That said, the staff will helpfully sort that quickly, and this is not only an issue in this venue, I think it is a common problem.

(no1)The first time after moving to the area. we as a family went to md`s in abergele it started as I opened my much needed bigmac only to discover there was a pubic hair in my with my burger, yes that's right. on quickly returning it back to the window and explaining to the halfwit on the other side she burst out laughing in my face and quickly went to replace it did not say nothing thought fair enough. (no2) Now my 8 year old daughter is allergic to onions at the order point NO ONIONS on the cheese burger happy meal please (yes sir no problem) after getting home and thinking nothing more about it my daughter came running in crying . yup you guessed it a nice 6 hour sit in a+e for our troubles while she was on a drip. called the store was offered a free happy meal next time we come without onions asked how would they know it was us, priceless, I don't realy know was the answer from the manager.(no3) tonight after sitting in traffic on the a55 for near 3 hours missed tea time mrs calls me up you may as well go to kfc, I will stop at mcd`s I told her and yup another less serious mistake made to be fair, the guy says after ordering my meal would you like some cheese bites with that sir yes please I said, had 2 wait 5 mins for the blasted things as they were not cooked ok ok so they bring me my food to the car and the young girl opened the bag says everything is there thank you. after she had gone I checked "being had before and all that" aghhhh I chicken mayo missing I big mack missing and no bleeding in the whole building what was ment to be part of something the manager sold me. I despair I will never go back to this ill run macdonals ever ever again shocking I would much rather travel to Llandudno at least the ice cream is cold and the food is hot you get everything you order and don't get me started about the manners you receive.

I have visited this store on numerous occasions over the past few years...I honestly believe on every visit there has been an issue. After visiting last night I had to vent my frustrations as I can't believe how they can keep getting it wrong with no improvement what so ever.Last night they took my families order, I asked for two happy meals to have fruit bags instead of chips...guess what - chips in the happy meal!! When I pointed it out he went to get the fruit bags asking if carrots were ok!!! There was delay on the Big Macs and he said he'd bring it over as he handed me the fries! No, I would like my meal altogether pls!!!Family half way threw their meals...still no sign of my meal. Went back to find out what was going on...he not only had totally forgot but hadn't put the order to the kitchen I believeThe store wasn't busy but was in a hell of a state with dirty tables and food on floor. Despite lots of staff behind the counter doing not a lot, not one took it upon themselves to clear or wipe down the front of house.Awful experience yet again
