Got toffee latte an was more toffee around the cup than was in it an no cream

Awful. Staff rude and facilities disgusting. I will not be back.

Very disappointed,wasn't so busy and the food was disgusting. Couldn't even eat the chips they were over done really dry and crispy. Asked for a chicken burger and they charged me 4.15. Was absolutely ragging. Won't go again

I don’t understand why the food is always freezing cold. No matter how many times I visit it’s always COLD!!. Prices are going up so find it unacceptable to serve freezing cold food to people. When I stop in Coleraine mc Donald’s the food is always piping hot so it’s obvious there’s some kind of issue with the Omagh restaurant.

Waited 20 mins for my meal an fries were cold wen I finally got it. Sent them back for fresh fries only for them to be put back into the fryer an reheated

Went through drive through got pancakes and syrup for myself and daughter as a wee treat. Was lovely.

Avoid if you are in a hurry. Disastrously slow service for standard menu items. Nobody seems to try or care. Ordered a standard mcmuffin meal and had to park up and wait 10 minutes.

Much over 10mins waiting time for apple pie. Marked as done after 3 minutes. Rest of time waiting without number on screen.

Good staff, easy to order on the boards and very friendly people around you, Fast and good service, deffinetly recommend it for people that live or come to visit omagh.

Went in to get my child a meal the machine you order w your food wasn’t working so I approached the counter to place my order were the member of staff told me he was on his break so he couldn’t take my order one question if you are on your break why were you standing behind the counter was sent back to the computer not helpful at all

McDonalds is McDonalds, but the service here was excellent and the staff where very friendly. A staff member helped me take my large order to my car.

Unfortunately the app didn't seem to work, so I spent 10 minutes trying to sort that. Would have used a human to order, but they weren't around, people waiting.. Ordered and received my food, but it had an aftertaste you don't normally get with the McMuffin, so not sure if the oil was old or what. Sadly, not very good experience.

Fries were cold, milkshakes bulging over edge and spilt all over the place, customer service is terrible!! 100% will not be going here again as this is a recurring Experience!! Deserves no stars!!!!

Rude staff on speaker complete language barrier and lack of customer communication skills!! Landed up driving round the drive through without placing an order. Then ordered inside where a nice man with people skills took our order in seconds. Halloumi fries were extremely salty and over done manager woman gave a refund and was very rude! We eat there very often and we're given lots of stupid excuses 2why it was all bad today! None of which made sense 😕 lack of training and people skills is what I think.

employees don't wear gloves at all when preparing burgers very unhygienic .. they prepare the food with their bare hands 🤬🤬

I came to omagh for a visit and called in for breakfast. Standing at the counter waiting in my breakfast only to find that the staff when preparing the food they were wearing disposable aprons but failed to be wearing gloves when making the food which I thought was very unhygienic. I work in catering myself so I know it to be compulsory. Not happy about that!!

More short pot bellied Romanians with size 5 feet than chips in this Mcdonalds. Staff focus more on delivery drivers orders than actual customers in the restaurant. Terrible service. Five Guys is vastly superior.

Received the fries 🍟 hot which made them a lot nicer than where I normally get them where they are usually Luke warm. The two of us really noticed it and appreciated it. Meals were delivered quickly.

This place has gone downhill lately, especially in our case, nearly everytime we have gone for a drive-through or the order through the app, we have not gotten our order. Reccomend that you check everything they hand you. They cant seem to count past 2 orders. If you only want a couple of things, then go for it.

Ordered a bacon sandwich at the drive thru’ The bacon was barely cooked, instead it was just grease and fat. £5 straight into the bin. Will never try this place again

The only mc donalds that i know that when your willing to pay for extra sauce on your burger your not aloud ... And the staff seems that they don't want to be there they see you standing at the counter and walk straight past you ..... I'll never be back .......

I drove through on Thursday 15th December at 13:00. My card got declined 3 times and even though I cancelled my order the amazing staff gave me a free late as a gesture. So kind and made my day. Thankyou♥️

Went to get a coffee for my dad this morning, ended up with a cold latte with syrup in it which was not what was ordered. When I looked at it when I got home it was clear it had been a coffee that had probably been made earlier this morning then poured into another cup should have checked before I left. Ended in the bin this is the second bad experience I have had in omagh Mc Donald’s in the past month, the last time the food was cold.

Long wait for simply Big Mac meal. Popular place in the evenings to late where young generation tend to hang around.

Good one. Huge parking space. Staffs are ok. Not so friendly enough for a McDonald. But the food is really good. The recipe works out very well.

Stopped for breakfast after a very long journey with the family, it was superb. Easy parking, polite and quick service with a smile and when an order was made wrong they changed it with no issue, excellent.

Went here today the two stars are for the hot chocolate it was lovely, waited ages for the food when we got the food and took out to the car it was cold all the food was cold. The hot chocolate was hot but I have had it lukewarm out of here, not worth while going here food definitely not good.

Its a McDonald's! Right!? Yup. But I went through the drive through. Staff were really pleasant and efficient and I got my order in a timely fashion and everything was correct.

Disappointing service at the drive thru today. Order taker clearly bored and seemed annoyed that I wanted lots of different items. No ice cream or milkshake either. Then after being parked up they forgot one of the items which we had to go back in for. Thankfully the food was good! Update. Today we ordered via click and collect (which means no sauces!). Waited a good few minutes for the order (it was busy), when it arrived it was not as warm as it could have been. Okay, it was busy. However this time three items were missing from another admittedly big order. Unfortunately we were away before we realised.

Ordered through app today. Really disappointed as went order came out it was missing a drink. Unfortunately did not check rest of order until halfway home, then realised a full meal was also missing had to return to restaurant. Really poor service, thought the click and collect service was supposed to make the service more convenient, definitely not the case. Really disappointed.

I'm very upset with the food I have received the last few times I have been. My orders have been far from wrong and leaving us not even eating our food.From leaving stuff on and not even bothering to listen I have been very disappointed.

Was there in March 2022 , very few wearing masks, be careful, wear a mask and use hand cleaner .. COVID-19 on rise !

Exceptionally clean, covid measures in place and plenty of space between tables with screens. Food hot, and table service was prompt. Polite server.

Avoid avoid avoid avoid. 35 mins for a drive up wait is completely ridiculous. Only looking for an ice cream. Just left and went across the road to super market and got what I needed. Too small, pokey car park and "I'm not loving it"

It's a McDonald's what more is there to say.

Food has always been fine. But staff are incapable of getting a single order correct. I don’t know where or how they hire their staff, but let’s say that these bunch of brains would not get hired in any other job. I just can’t understand what is so difficult, are they not giving any training? Can they not read a screen to see how to pack a paper bag? Maybe they just simply cannot read? Maybe they just don’t care? I don’t know, but this has happened repeatedly over the years and I’m finally fed up. Again it’s not the food that is the problem, food is typical McDonald’s nothing more, nothing less. And seeing that this is a fast food outlet and with food not being the problem, that only leaves the staff too blame. Either close it down or get robots installed is the only answer for Omagh McDonald’s.

The car park is an absolute disaster but the restaurant is pretty well organised at present and the staff are helpful. We always call here on the way through, can be difficult to find as Omagh is a nightmare for traffic.

Burgers weren't that great, bit dry I would say.

Quick pull over to drive thur for veggie wrap & kids meals. We drove to a picnic area to eat & a stretch. My veggie wrap was in a veggie cover as I ate half way i realized it wasn't veggie dippers in it but chk gougons, raging I was. I threw it in the bin as couldnt go bk to queue up to say. Kids meals were cold. Not great Omagh team

Excellent service food was fresh and hot milkshake were just as you would expect them to be and very friendly staff.

McDonalds Omagh has got quite a rough press on this site but as someone who has eaten here many times I have had no problems with either staff, food or cleanliness and covid prevention measures seem good. The choice in any McDonalds is quite incredible when you consider how much you are paying and I sometimes wonder how there are so many restaurants which can't serve up food as good and charge multiples of what you pay here. It's a McDonalds after all and not a (so called) fine dining experience!
