Culchy central. It was like a farmers market with brown shoes,blue jeans and body warmers everywhere.

I have emailed mcdonalds directly about this. Order - wrong Food - cold Service - not good,even though we corrected our order, she still got it wrong

Very appalling staff, wouldn’t recommend for anyone, member of staff that drives blue Citroen should suck my fat toe as she was nothing but rude and disrespectful to me and my family, not helpful at all and got food wrong 😡😡

This is one seriously popular McDonald's, especially since the new facelift. Great fast food & super efficient staff. No matter the size of the crowd you do not have to wait long for service . Update March 2024: The miserable penny pinching franchise owner now has the absolute cheek to charge for condiment portions! I mean this particular outlet is super busy and is clearly making massive profits but it seems they want even more! I've dropped my review to 3 Stars, the miserly franchise owner has seriously irritated me!

Very disappointing range for wheat/gluten free. Considering mainland Europe McDonalds serve GF burgers etc ... its time NI got its act together... There are more and more food intolerant people every week.. you guys are missing out on our custom!!

So I was starving and I thought to myself “Hm, maybe I should get a lovely take out from McDonalds!” WRONG IDEA. Don't get me wrong, the food is amazing but the takeout service? no. I ordered a 9 Mcnugget meal, no problem with that. When they handed me that bag of gold I felt euphoric. We parked in the car park and i opened up what I thought would be a meal to remember. I took out my fries and my barbecue sauce but there were no mcnuggets to be seen. NONE. I was devastated. No, I WAS DESTROYED. The hanger inside of me began to grow. We drove back into the takeout line and waited until we got to the last window to state what had just happened. We explained the nugget situation and even showed the receipt. After a few moments of convincing that they did in-fact forget my nuggets, the lady asked the cookers or whatever to make me some new ones. We got them and i opened the box, expecting an extra one as an apology. There were 9, the number that I had asked for in the first place. What’s even worse? THEY DIDNT EVEN SAY THEY WERE SORY FOR THEIR MISTAKE. 0/5 for service, this is disgraceful.

A great mcdonald's really good service and quick even though they were really busy

Asked for flatbread without cheese for flatbread with only cheese. Not very apologetic.

It was just its very busy usual place. Click and serve never seems to b open. Everytime I go I put un my order to get through it and realise it isn't working and have to go in or through the drive thru.

Called in for lunch wanted Sauce for my fries they told me there is now A 20p charge for A sachet of sauce this is A joke there not worth that I've decided now to boycott them this is A rip-off been A customer for years

ordered through the app with card payment but it gave me a code and said i had to ask a worker for help, the order went through with the payment but didn’t go through with the food so i asked what to do and the workers said i had to pay again and the previous payment would go back into my account after a few days, the workers were really nice obviously wasn’t their fault but their system in unacceptable. The food was also cold after waiting 10 minutes for two meals

Less waiting time due to young and active staff, hats off for them. Food is tasty as always with McDonald's.

Ordered off of user eats but I opened my burger and it’s a total mess sauce is everywhere there’s that much sauce the wrapper has tore not one bit happy McDonald’s staff need to use the correct amount and not make it like that!!

Need new staff 😂 couldn't believe the way we were spoke to & treated. Bruce if you're reading this "ho ho ho" to you too, the cheek of some people. My burger was wrong, it got tossed jnto the bin and chocolate pies slapped into my hand followed by "ho ho merry Christmas" in a not so friendly way. Then when my burger was brought over to me, the correct one, the attitude we got to the point I had to shout "have a bit of manners". Won't be back lol Also was told these pies were unable to be sold, which I was given 2 :)

Ok for kids dine in until I took wain to toilet came out they lifted my tray when I thought was going to enjoy my meal unbelievable

Best McDonald's by a country mile. Food was fast, tasty and piping hot 🔥 the place clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and so happy to recommend 🙂

Was only a pit stop and I was not in the building but service was fine.

Good classic McDonald's food, make sure to check for dips with meals as you most likely won't have them in the bag unless you ask!

Terrible staff manager Sylvia, hates children, would rather watch a child suffer than allow them just one sip off water. Food’s ok, but it’ll ruin your health

My 5 year old child was feeling a bit sick and thirsty. The unbelievably unkind manager Sylvia refused to provide the child with a drink of water. She informed me that McDonald's is losing too much money to be able to provide a sick and thirsty child with a drink of water. Utter disgrace.

Had the new phily stacked burger and fries..tasty, freshly made.coke was not good though.didnt taste like coke.tasted watered down with a strange taste.

Ordered through the McDonald's app food missing phoned the Coleraine store was told it wasn't there responsibility gave me a number to phone and was told I would get a refund in 10 to 15 days and I should reorder my meal but I would have to pay delivery again a total disgrace from a big company

Awful awful managers half my order was missing and when I went back to say I was missing half my order they wouldn't give me my missing items because apparently I already got them.The way the mangers treat their customers is a joke!!!!

Called in late on Friday night. Drive through was busy so parked and went inside to order a McCrispy Chicken burger which they have on a limited offer at the moment. Really enjoyed it😀 and will be back for another one😀

Great and ice cream was better than other McDs. Victoria who was working on the floor (she was new) was very friendly and the fella who took our order I forget his name - began with E and he had trainer on his badge was an asset to the restaurant.

Always check your order and what they charge! Every time I go through the drive through they get the order wrong.have been 4 times in the last 4 months all wrong. This last time they overcharged me I paid by card and they didn't give me a receipt. Only when I went to window to collect did I realise they charged me for someone else's order. They gave me cash which wasn't the full amount, couldn't refund to the card without having to get out and go see the manager. When I pointed out they reimbursed (with 42p extra) When the server asked me what did I want I said I wanted the food and an ice cream as a gesture which they did.

Messed up order, things missing and was originally put on a tray despite being marked as for takeaway. Didn't realise what was missing til we got home. Wasn't overly busy at the time so no real excuse.

My father brought home some food and I opened my burger and I went to start eating until I noticed a short blonde hair in it! So disgusting couldn't even get to enjoy my food, mcdonalds staff need to be wearing proper PPE because clearly they don't! Sadly my camera will not focus so I cannot provide a picture

Stopped on the way through for a quick snack on the way home. Was not so busy at 11:30 and food came in reasonable time even with special requests. It's McDs.

It was terrible man well brought it licked on soggy bag open and melted not happy.man well did not wave back at me and made my darling wife feel disheartened due to the fact she’s a fat babe and wanted to enjoy her large chicken select meal.

Kids love McDonald's. Had a little bit of a wait today for 2 happy meals and two single cheeseburgers. Given a full refund and the young girl that came to our car was lovely! Always so busy, we know to expect a bit of a wait. Lovely customer service today 🙂

As one business owner to the next, I will say that this establishment is top notch, The bůrger mannific and my fries, *chefs kiss*, my nuggest just above aldente just the way I like it... My coke had the same stutter affect on my tongue as a 2008 madza with a tri cylinder engine... All in all it was a fantastic experience shall come again, uppa mcdons down with the timmy horts The attached photo is the carnage that ensued when I got my lips around the delightful culinary master piece that was my meal. For any new comers I can tell you this, she's quare and deecy

Coleraine McDonald's is easily the best and busiest McDonald's in NI. With 24 hour fast service drive-thru AND restaurant plus no closing toilets at 11pm (Belfast McDonald's opposite Primark take note)!!!! Update: as of 2023, Coleraine McDonalds is no longer offering 24/7 service and closes weekdays at midnight. Such a shame.

ragin, small order of a plain double cheeseburger(which I repeated twice) and they put all the toppings known to man in the burger. I've had nothing to eat since 12pm and was starving so I got a McDonald's around 7.30, couldn't even eat my dinner

Has gotten really slow wrong orders twice now ordered a mc crispy meal got a big tastyweek before ordered 3 crispy strip meal got 2 in the box two cars in front off us must have gotten wrong meals as well as they were handing items back again going down Hill

It's McDonalds, what do you expect. But what you don't expect is the traffic chaos this causes for other road users trying to get in and use the other shops and facilities surrounding it! Absolutely nightmare and poor design! Hassle stress and car wrecks waiting to happen!

You don't go to mcdonalds for the atmosphere. Got a quick coffee a d went on to work. Nothing to write home about but ok coffee.
