Gone down hill since they do the delivery. Waiting so long for food

20 min wait for food ..freezing cold burger and raw chips. Toilets rancid.

My wife placed an order for delivery as I was to finish late from work the delivery was missing 80% of what was ordered and to be told that what you orded is all with you and thatits not our fault I know different and have the proof will never be ordering or Evan call into this place again

Most of the time you will get your order promptly and correct for what you pay for. However, their off days are more frequent than they should be. Tip: If doing a drive-through, check before driving off that the correct items are in the bag and boxes.

Always really long queues here. I'm not sure why they haven't tackled this as it's such an ongoing issue. Food was ok, a little cold but still edible. We had to park up and wait. The staff member who brought our food out to us was pretty rude.

Excellent customer service - despite having to wait, and a mix up with the order - the staff were very courteous and polite, and the manager was extremely polite and helpful. Food was very fresh too!

Typical McDonald's food although the fries were fresh and hot. Service was fairly good although it was very busy, staff were all friendly and the restaurant was clean. Ladies toilets were were also fresh and clean.

Quite simply, the worst McDonald's I have visited in years. All efforts concentrated on Drive Through and just eat drivers. In 30 mins, not one meal was prepared for the restaurant. Made a complaint but no one seemed bothered! When the food finally arrived, it was cold.

To be quite frank, I am appalled at the service I received at this Mcdonald’s today. I went through the drive-thru. Firstly a meal had been missed on the order and a drink on the order wasn’t given to us. They told us to go back around the drive thru to fix their mistake. 2 ladies laughed at us at the payment window and made us feel like we were stupid. At the next window, a lady did the same. She was wearing a North Face fleece so we couldn’t see her uniform or name badge which we thought was odd. She was short with us and talked down to us. Collectively, the 3 ladies that served us refused to give us a receipt so we could check we weren’t charged for the forgotten meal. This was so unprofessional. Really not impressed. Definitely won’t be returning. Mcdonald’s you need to train your employees and teach them some lessons in how to hold a polite conversation.

Right that food was crap they cant even pull a single smile food was like rubber the staff was really rude to me the bathroom was flooded

The only problem with this McDonald's. It cuts off the entrance to park up and eat in the restaurant. The company needs to make another entrance to the drive-through

Absolute joke, machine requests a table number to eat in and nothing turns up. Not just us but multiple people had the same issue, meanwhile there's staff just standing around for doing sweet nothing having gossip near a bin. Meanwhile the drive thru orders are flying out. Why offer table service if you can't fulfil it, better off selecting take away and waiting for it yourself at the counter. Clearly prioritising the drive thru!!!

Llanelli mcdonalds is a pissing joke ... they wont let u get extra sauce on ur burger... avoid llanelli at all cost

Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to! Half an hour waiting for drive through order and still had to go in to find out where it was! Loads of cars being asked to wait and guy in front of me demanded a refund from the Manager and she blamed the wait on not being able to cope with Breakfast Wrap being on the menu. What a lame and pathetic excuse. Wasn’t told there would be a delay and if I had been I would not have ordered. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

Been there a few times in the morning and noticed the same Managers always turning up late.Not very professional.

Ordered 2 meals didn’t get any of my medium fries. Missing mozzarella sharebox been trying to get in contact with the store via phone call. No answer and called several times. As an employee of another store very shocking. Also took money from my account for this order and again from the same order!!

Second time this week food missing and haven’t been given a receipt either to be able to make a complaint. Just throwing money down the drain going here

Ordered from Uber eats at 5:05pm delivered by 5:22pm the food was not the best the mayo chicken was alright but still cold the fries were cold some where hard where it felt I was eating cardboard and the grilled chicken with lettuce and cucumber was a bit warm the lettuce was disgusting the only good thing was the cucumber. Very disappointed.

Ordered online through their app. Over an hour late. I called and it was nothing to do with Uber. The staff at McDonald’s said they were sorting the food out and it would be fresh. Food arrives, missing sauces, fries cold and stale, could tell they were sitting in the box for ages due to stains and to add insult to injury the order was wrong. McFlurry might as well have been soup. Disappointed and would not recommend.

One of the worst McDonalds in the area, very slow service. Staff are always too busy, if paying cash expect a long wait. Drive through I've had items missing on many occasions. Carmarthen McDonalds is much better.

Went to breakfast and the double sausage and egg was dripping grease as was the hash brown. This was about the tenth time over the past year I have complained about this and yet again nothing has changed! I have no intention of going back to the Carmarthen branch. Obviously I don't expect grease free, nor do I expect to have to ring out my food before I can eat it.

Called in for lunch was very nice good service.

my food didnt turn up, ordered it at 22:20 and didn't get any updates that it wasn't coming and i was still charged for it. never ordering from McDonald's in trostre ever again. waste of time. if i could give it zero stars and still post it i would but for some reason you have to give it atleast 1 star

Everytime I go here it's can you drive to the front and wait even small orders fast food it really isn't and 90 percent of the ti.e its cold

Ordered via app. Every order I've made in the past year has been missing main items (this occasion was mig Mac burger and triple cheeseburger), and cold when delivered.

By far, the most efficient, friendly, clean and well kept mcds I have had the pleasure of eating in. A great team of staff, well done 👏

This McDonalds has to be the worst I've visited, can't flag a table because someone will sit at it and get your food delivery, so table service is off the cards. You've got to wait a minimum of half an hour for your food, whilst trying to remember the number the machine never gave you a reciept for and then you don't get so little as an apologie for the pleasure of waiting for this not so fast food. Prioritising every uber driver under the sun has ruined in house service at mcdonalds. We all think it, I've said it!.

Service is dead slow and the toilets are not very well maintained (both the toilet paper and soap needed refilling last time I visited)

Thought a 3rd McDonald’s near me was pointless until I tried it. Very much outperforms the older ones. Keep it up !

Shocking drive thru 1 window serving 3 cars to 1 on second lane. Became clear at pay window as red head girl too busy playing on phone. 4/12/23 @ 19.00 in the evening . Waited 8 minutes for food. Served drinks and ice cream first. So warm icecream cold coffee and food. Well done.

Since McDonald's at Llanelli took away the kids soft play area, it's got no atmosphere and quite dead

It's McDonald's 😏 Awful food, awful service, gloomy atmosphere, gone are the days where you could go to McDonald's for a treat and see kids having parties. Everyone smiling, now we go there the food is drab, staff look like they want to shoot themselves, not a smile in sight. And the place is full of troublesome teenagers with foul mouths 😔

Always quite slow service and food not always the best

Some of the staff are mostly friendly and some don't look like they are enjoying any part of the job at all, the restaurant can get very busy on some days but it depends on when you go there.

I didn't feel like having anything to eat but my mum had a breakfast muffin and orange juice and I had a coffee the place was really nice inside haven't been into the actual mcdonalds till this day but the only thing that kept annoying my mum and me were the flies around you where your eating not nice yukky! You think that to spend the money they did on doing that place out is that they'd do something better with regards to the flies etc around you and it's not although it's warm weather or the bins so what is it I've remembered from before a good few times with flies there that's a problem i think mcdonalds has pretty much had for a long time down Llanelli.

No service really, you order and pay yourself and young kids pass you the food through a counter while totally ignoring you

WHY? JUST WHY? I WANTED A BIG MAC AND FRIES BUT I COULDN'T GET IT. Their stupid fries machine is broken, almost NOTHING available on drinks, and there's gum under the tables. I had to be issued a refund. Also gave me buffalo sauce when I was hanging out with my friends and I wanted sweet N sour. This is the worst McDonald's in Wales, and I got to say these 4 words: burger king is better

I consistently encounter issues with orders, such as missing items or incorrect items. Today, I was informed that the fryer wasn't working after I had already placed my order. I had to wait for 20 minutes with three young children, only to discover that the fryer was out of service. Subsequently, I had to queue up once more for another 10 minutes to obtain a refund. This experience was a disgrace for a restaurant. I won't be returning, and I hope others follow suit.

Two wraps of the day takes 30 minutes to make apparently, horrific service. Manager had no interest in customer service.

Called into the drive through last evening, as usual there was a queue, eventually ordered our food another wait. We drove to the Tesco car park opposite to “enjoy our food” only to discover the burgers were slightly warm and the fries were stone cold, how can fries be stone cold with such a queue. I returned to the store and probably stood there for at least 5-10 minutes, plenty of eye contact from staff but No one asked if they could help me, I eventually asked could I speak to a supervisor (who had seen me waiting) she asked everything ok? No my food is cold , Sorry about that I’ll replace it which they did. I know now why I haven’t been to Llanelli Mac’s for a few years, it will be long until I go again, Review Tips-Mac’s train your staff , how to cook the food and customer service. Give this place a miss

I've moved to Llanelli this past year so I'm not used to the Standards of this McDonald's. WOW!! What an eye opener. Near every order from the drive through is wrong in some way, waiting times are always long but worst off is the food quality. It's just aweful. Dry buns and stale cold fries on a few occasions. Never going here again.

Awful!!! Ordered online and the delivery driver had to wait 40 minutes for our food, arrived cold and missing two items. When we tried to ring to complain they hung up before even answering.

Order took 25 minutes to complete. Big Mac was cold and salad had cucumber that were well past their best. Massive queues caused by slow service and possibly the preference seems to be to serve delivery drivers over in person customers.

Had a long day out with the kids and figured we might as well treat the kids to some nuggies. We go in order food, drop £71 on all 7 of us on food, and have it served to table. Food arrives at the table, so we hand out the food and me and the wife sit at a different table for a moment of pease. The restaurant is about 1/4 full and a security guard with a body cam is doing his rounds. Later in the meal 2 young boys walked in, stood next to my daughters and started taking nuggets and the double peels off the food box's. My daughters got upset, my wife shouted at them, both ran off, security nowhere to be seen. Whoever runs this franchise and Llanelli as a whole has a problem. We will never come back to eat at that building again.

They are the most incompetent restaurant. They can successfully get an order wrong better than they can get it right. We have had numerous deliveries with them and had something missing, but enough is enough now, we have once again I admit foolishly spent good money there to not receive 2 happy meals, everyone's drinks are missing and no mcflurry. Having to explain to children that we have to share the food that did turn up is not on!!! Sort it out McDonald's, it's daylight robbery and you have done it once too many times now. Will never order from them again

Had to wait over 30 minutes for a double quarter pounder, chips and milkshake which cost me nearly £8. When I finally got to eat it, I discovered they'd only given me 1&1/2 burgers. Won't be using this one again.

Shockingly bad food - I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese which looked nothing like the menu photo - it was just thrown in a box, had dried out snd tasted and felt like shoe leather. Absolute rubbish

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been this used to be a family establishment I used to come here every Saturday with my dad I took my kids here the new referb is just for profit not for the kids at all it is a children's brand for children and naw its like a restaurant with hardly anything for thr kids no play area who ever the franchise owner is shame on you our food took an hour to come all for profit never again

It's McDonald's, no more to say, apart from cold food and terrible service, and always check your food before you leave the drive-through window. There is a 50% chance you are missing something in your order is wrong due to some of the brain dead staff they got working there

Waited over 25mins for drive thro to be delivered to car..then order still not right..had to go in and sort out...absolute awful customer service..

give this review being a disabled person they day i went in there were no disabled space were corned off so had to go and park right at the end of car park and walking was very pain full but other than that staff inside very helpful

Coffees were cold! When I asked for a new ones he didn’t even reply or apologise…. Rude!! Gentleman before me wanted new hot drinks as his was cold too.10 cups waiting behind counter standing getting cold!! Basic manners here are in the car park!!

Service would have been awful if it wasn’t for one of the workers angel, who was really helpful and helped us with our order after the rest of the staff messed it up and left us waiting for half an hour, definitely deserves some credit compared to the other staff

Do not order McDelivery, so far every time I have there's been something missing, a few months back they didn't give the chocolate milkshake I ordered, can't get through to them by phone, called UberEats they said they'd refund, never got the refund.... Today ordered again, this time missing a burger, again cannot get through to them by phone, and I'm not going to bother contacting UberEats for a refund... I think I'll have to drive down to give the manager a piece of my mind.

Drive thru cue blocking access to carpark. Went to place order on screens but when we went to pay and machine kept coming up payment failed even though it hadn't prompted for payment. Had to pay at till. But stood there about 20min while staff ignored us even though there was no one else at till. We then had to wait 20 to 30 min to get our food. The food burgers were OK but the chips were undercooked. Tables were stinking with salt all over them with a uninterested member of staff walking around pretending to clean them. Haven't been here for a few years. Hasn't improved if anything it's got worse with removal of tills as staff can avoid customer good service. Wasn't going to wait anougher 30min just to complain.wont be back.

Genuinely THE slowest McDonald's in Britain, it's midnight on a Tuesday how can it take 20 minutes from order to service?!

I can't believe I ordered a hamburger and I told the guy who gave the orders that if I could remove the mustard as I have an allergy I told him the order number and he said yes and surprise surprise he gave me the order with the hamburger with mustard which I had to throw away as I could not eat it because of the allergy. I love how little concern and responsibility they have as I am talking to him about a food allergy that if I think he doesn't have trusting him and I eat it, it costs me to go to the hospital.

I’m astonished with the lack of effort the workers have. Ordered a meal to the table and about 20 minutes later decided to go up and ask where my order was because it wasn’t busy at all. To later find out that they didn’t have my order and that someone might have taken it. I’m sorry but it’s not good enough when u just want a peaceful meal with a friend

Absolute rubbish. Tried conning me off with a single big mac in a double big mac box. Straight back in. They always mess my order up. I alwaye glance in the bag to make sure everything is there before i drive away. Now ill make sure to open the boxes and inspect the food now too before i drive off.

We went in to order. We had to wait about 30 minutes from ordering until our food was ready. The food wasn't that great 😕. Lots of cars beeping in the queue for drive through- presumably because they'd be waiting so long too. Not really a "fast food" place.

We had an issue with our fries being half empty and Julie was an absolute gem. She saw my mum walking to the service counter to mention it and Julie asked as she was walking what was wrong, and immediately rectified it. She even gave us large fries back and a tip regarding the 1.99 fries and big mac! Five stars from us!

Always missing items with delivery. This is the forth time now items have been missing. Ordered breakfast and missing 4 hash browns. EVERY TIME. THE DELIVERY DEIVERS HAVE TO BE STEALING THE FOOD. NO WAY THIS MANY OF THE SAME COMPLAINTS CAN BE COWINSDENCE. Always try phoning time and time again with no response (trostre llanelli) Will contact just eat to sort this out. This is getting ridiculous now with missing items.head office needs to step in and get this sorted Last time I went back to complain and the manager was very rude. Not a good example to set for the staff. No wonder this place is run so poorly and getting bad reviews.

I pop in early in morning for breakfast most mornings, service is poor today, told drive to window than sat for 5 mins waiting for staff to pay, then man came in rolling his tongue in his mouth, ignored me and took the person behind me order on intercom system. To be fair the other staff always pleasant but your complacency astonishing, I then visited Costa they value there customers .... thank you Mcdonald for you discusting customer services. Good day.
