McDonald's in Aberdeen City

The burger is very small and the juice comes in a paper cup with a non-tight lid. In addition, a lot of ice in the glass. I asked for an additional bag, but they said they didn't have any!

A simple McDonald's aura you expect. Sweet staff. Good food.

Asked for no salt fries as McDonald’s standards are too much for me. Unfortunately as I wanted to salt my own fries I was lectured about requesting this. I’ve never had this previously and feel pretty offended by this. After this Liv and Jamie were talking about it behind the counter and this made me and my friends feel very uncomfortable. Super disappointed by the lack of profesionalism….

The hot chocolate was completely lacking in any richness, quite unpleasantly so, with a clear bias on water over milk in the ratio, leading to thin consistency and a distinct lack of taste in any comprehension. Although, the temperature was quite reasonable, and the view of the graveyard was nice. 1.5/10

Dirty toilets, dirty tables and chairs and a noisy person disturbing everybody.

One of big no no mcdonald's... security inside makes you feel uncomfortable

Today around 18:30 an unpleasant situation occurred. My boyfriend took a seat upstairs, when I got our food I went upstairs and the security guy was upstairs and started yelling at me for not being able to come up here, he said that it was illegal and that I had done something wrong, he He didn’t let me say that my boyfriend was there, the guard stood on the passage and didn’t let me pass, although I just wanted to call my boyfriend downstairs. He spoke very rudely and loudly to me, not allowing me to say anything. As a fact, a group of guys were sitting on that floor and my boyfriend also went there and the security didn’t say anything to him, although he saw him and the entrance to this floor was open.

Everything is good but the atmosphere isn't. Whenever you go there, you can see a group of school students chit chatting inside without even food and sometimes they just buy one fries and 10 of them will be there inside. They occupy all the spaces inside and outside. This matter seriously needs to be taken care of.

It is McDonald so... what else to expect. However, I was disapointed after use of man toilet... the smell was terrible...

Food is always, always always COLD!! It's not acceptable to keep burgers in hot hold ! They are NOT hot or even warm ? When did all McDonald's become Greg's with cold food 🤮 not just this one but them all. So fed up with this!!

The place looks spotless clean which is nice, but that is all. Food was awful. Chicken fillets cold and hard, tasted like it was cooked a day before and left there. Burnt fries also cold, no flavour. Bic mac was not fresh, tasted bad. We asked for a sit in service, got food packed in a bag instead. Can't say anything bad about customer service, staff seemed friendly, just the food quality let this place down. Will never go back there again.

As expected from McDonalds. A great system they have. Fast, efficient, cost effective.

Absolutely terrible performance from the store manager who screamed at my friend for not clearing her tray I had cleared 1/2 but I don’t have 2 hands and hadn’t even binned the first one never mind being able to pick up a second and she was shouting at my friend for not picking up her tray, I was going to pick it up but is that not part of the job anyway? Absolutely shocking, needs training and concerning this is a manager

I arrived at 11:30 in the last half hour of business hours, but the security guard did not allow me to buy takeaways. I was very disappointed with such a service.

I have ordered from here for a while, recently they have had missing items. 2 times in a row in fact, I don’t even get how you missed an order like that it was the same order and they’ve forgot the Big Mac which was in a meal and they still delivered the drink. Despicable, we couldn’t get refund either. There is also almost always a leak when delivered

Am not new to McDonald's. As always lighting fast service, great burger (big Mac is the best in the world) and wonderful fries. McD cannot go wrong .

Me and my friends were out for lunch at school at mcdonald’s today and my friend ordered a mcflurry after winning it from the monopoly thing and grabbed a table number (299) and an employee named sarah-jane shouts his name and he puts his hand up and she says ‘if you ever make a up a table number again i’ll come to your house and shoot you’ we were all taken back by this and by the fact he didn’t even make up a table number. We found this extremely rude and would like to report it.

Cheap, consistent, fast - always a great cheat meal!

Mcdonalds quality of food has went down hill. Chios are constantly under cooked soggy mess and today I had a double cheese burger and half the packet was covered in grease ended up throwing in bin made me feel sick looking at it. There customer service team are impossible to contact you can click help but all you get is links to FAQ's and a chat bot that is next to useless I am not impressed with the lack of customer service

Really quick survice and good food and the ice cream machine is constantly working, staff are really friendly and are always there to help if you need. I wouldn't recommend eating downstairs though. It gets very noicy with everyone ordering and dilivery people coming in and out but if you just go upstairs it's great

Just wish they are able to keep their shop and the entrance much cleaner. As a former McDonalds employee myself, I wouldn’t go in and eat here.

I visited with my granddaughter at a very busy time today, my mobility is not too good and the lady at the front of the restaurant was very helpful finding me a seat and pointing me in the right direction to order food. I don't know this lady's name but she never stopped clearing tables, emptying bins and helping customers all the time I was in she is definitely a good advert for McDonald's.

Had an interview last week... The hiring manager had very poor approach. Asking me how far do I live from mcdonalds then opening google maps to check... okay. Edit: Everytime I think about that stupid manager I get annoyed. Please learn how to conduct interviews. You have kids dont you? Would like to know how you would feel if they were they way you treated me.

Going in at this time of the day, twas quiet, as everyone has had a busy day (18:30pm). Had some bbq burgers, salad, fries and cold drink. Still my go to place for quick fill 😋 Rest room and tables were spot on neat 👌

My children's all time favourite when come to fast Food and mine too. You can always trust the quality of food in McDonald. The only down site is the restaurant cleanliness still need to improve.

The food was very oily and staff was very bad mannered including the managers absolutely disgusting how they acted when I went to complain about my food!! I will never step foot in this MacDonald again

As usual, I couldn't get the order screen to work, or even to acknowledge that I was trying. Unless accompanied by a teenager, I nearly always end up needing personal service, and the young people are always polite and helpful, but this time the person serving was exceptionally good so I'd hoped to give her a namecheck here, but it's not on the receipt, which is disappointing. McDonalds have offered a special code for me to register my "thoughts" with an incentive of some kind of delicious food on my next visit. I'd really like to do this for the sake of the unknown server, but there's always a catch with these offers and I really don't need a plethora of publcity or marketing emails. For what it's worth, McDonalds food doesn't seem to be quite as substantial as it once was. The Mighty McMuffin breakfast was tasty, but overpriced for what it contained. Everything was clean, including the tables and the toilet, but the size of the portions doen't quite match the pictures. Well done to the server, however, and I'll make more effort to read name badges in future.

This is actually one of the poorer mcdonalds we've been to. Circumstances meant we were there 2 days running. None of my kids finished the food. It was somehow both oily and dry. Service is slow. Staff are tripping over each other with no clue what they should be doing and the toilets upstairs stank so badly of urine. I'd suggest avoiding. There are plenty of other options in Aberdeen.

Unfortunately attempted to grab a quick lunch with friend, and charge my phone as waiting on urgent phonecall.. Unfortunately, between 1 and 4pm it was full of older schoolkids and after waiting an hour for a seat downstairs my lunch was ruined and binned. We all need to eat/drink but one milkshake between 6 taking up seats of others paying? Wasted my money and time.

Maybe my age but the music was very loud. Some downstairs seating has been removed to make room for uplift delivery people. I cannot get upstairs as i use a wheelchair and there is no customer lift to upstairs seating

Very busy but happy with the food

Quick stop for 9 nuggets and a small Coke Zero. Prices certainly risen lately. Was really busy but served quick and delivered to table. High table viewing onto union street.

Very clean place, good service. I didn't like the idea of having bouncers on the door. It is not a night club it's a fast food place. get rid of the bouncers please. It's very off putting.

Worse time to try and grab a quick work lunch is during school hours. But It was only a short wait from placing my order to sitting down with my food, place is noisy as always but that means it just a popular place to eat

A glaring incident occurred today on 01/18/23. The guard did not let out into the institution holding the door on the other side and asked if we wanted to make an order? What's this? Face control? Dress code? New McDonald's feature?

The food was good and hot. The man cleaning the tables and welcoming people is brilliant. Makes everyone feel welcome. With his lovely polite attitude!

Grei McDonald's restaurant. Flott beliggenhet og over to etasjer. Mangler litt vedlikehold (ødelagt bord, en av bestillingsterminalene som ikke funka...) Da vi var her for å spise frokost var vi nesten alene på restauranten, men allikevel var det mange av bordene som ikke var rengjort.

I ordered pancakes & syrup twice and both times they were cold and once they were hard all around the edges!

Very busy place.. staff are helpful and quick service. Receipt printing is most of the time out of order and its difficult for anyone who need it for official purpose.

I orders from this McDonalds on union street and got: - a hair in my 20 chicken nuggets. - chicken Mayo had pickles when was supposed to be completely plain. - Big Mac bun wasn’t even toasted was just raw - chips stone cold - practically wrong order and just thrown in the bag - phoned to complain over the phone and declined my phone call. Terrible never order from this place later on at night or ever. Disgusting.

Great fast food to go with friends

Used the McD app to get delivery to office (as I've done on countless occasions previously). This time however I had to go visit due to a glitch in the system. So despite paying for delivery, I had to go pickup. As I was walking back, the food was cold by the time I arrived. Most disappointed - won't use McD's app again! Burger King is closer ;-)

Visited this McDonald's quite a few times traveling the country for work and by far this Mcdonald is the worse service ever. Fast food? I waited 20mins on a large meal and it wasn't busy. Total disgrace and what you get in the bag don't look like the picture that got you to pay money to McDonald's. Rip off or what! In future I will not visit any more McDonald's.

3 of us went for lunch, easy to order & pay for on the screen, short wait & collected. OK so its fast food but it was just what was required.

I ordered for a meal and there was no sauces added though I requested for these (this is not the first time). Half of the drink was also gone when it was delivered. I know they will blame the delivery guy but whoever prepared the drink should have used two covers to ensure it doesn't spill. Not so happy about this. Their fries 🍟 also come cold like a left over food.

Always busy McD restaurants right in the city center. 4 touch screens for individual orders or 2 positions to be ordered from the counter. It has a small space with a few tables on the ground level and a larger room on the first floor. For a quick take-away snack or a meal with the whole family inside.

For those who make deliveries, excessive waiting time, I do not recommend this shop, grade 4 out of 10
