McDonald's in Flintshire

Food cooked was very hot and very polite staff will be coming here again, I will definitely come here again

Unbelievable... you always seem to outdo yourselves.. get alll the way home and you’ve forgotten my 6 nuggets.. I drive back down there and the attitudes r like it’s my fault... don’t I get any refund for driving all the way home to find that I’m missing an item I’ve paid for and is on the bastard receipt... ohh well you’ve got your food now.... what a piss take ...

Last three trios they have always had items missing. Bad deal at this place. Your paying for nothing as you simply dont get it. Staff training needed in checking your order at the drive thru.

I went through the drive through this evening and staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt really safe and enjoyed my hot food with no wait at all

Same as all McDonald's clean and fast check your bag if in the drive through just in case it's the wrong order or they have missed stuff out.

2 Bacon Rolls.....thats all I ordered. What did I get? 2 Breakfast Wraps. Didnt realise until I opened bag some 20minutes and 10miles later. Total rubbish!

Fries always cold, always mess up the order, and they make you wait for the poor service in the grill area, certainly not fast food,avoid at all costs

I work as Customer Care in a different McDonalds and your job is to make sure the place is clean. This shop was filthy and the staff weren't cleaning at all. The food was okay, but the toilets were vile. Popped in going through Flint and will NOT return. New staff needed desperately on Dining Area.

Flint McDonald’s must be the worst in the country, been to different McDonald’s abroad and they are fab . Just for a cheeseburger 99% of the time you are told to park up , they eventually bring it and it’s cold. Absolutely terrible service

My ginger dad that has a croaky voice works here! Dad, if you see this, hi go have a bath! Ive been here omce but it was good, i had two hash browns, a oreo mc flurry and a coke. They were great! I love hash browns but any my dad is greedy so got a fat meal for himself. Can’t understand some of the horrible reviews on this restaurant, I have taken my grandchildren to quite a lot of McDonald’s and this is the first time in this one, the chips were actually hot for once and tasted nice, restaurant was immaculate as was the kitchen side, didn’t really say much to the staff only to order but overall my grandchildren said it was the best McDonald’s they have been to and told me to thank the staff, considering all the bad reports business looks as though it’s doing well

Yesterday I decided to have my monthly treat from flint Macdonald's. Ordered the food the lad was polite, paid, the lad was polite, collected the food and the girl shoved the bag thru the window looking the opposite way as she done so. My husband asked her politely for BBQ sauce she grabbed 2 and practically chucked them at him, not once did she look or speak which I found rather disgusting. Day before yesterday my husband took my youngest daughter and same thing happened. Macdonald's you really need to sort out your staff or you will end up with lots more bad reviews or maybe you just don't care that about your customers.

The food is the same everywhere, but they must insist on keeping these places clean, neat and tidy! Like the fact that there is now table service at these places.

Stopped at Mcdonalds for a quick snack My partner having the cheese burger and fries, me having the deluxe veggie burger.To be fair to the cheeseburger ( same as usual) my veggie burger on the other hand shocked me to the core.For £3.20 I got two tiny strips of er something ( not burger shape) a small leaf of lettuce and a blob of mayo Nothing else!Took the thing back and after a good ten mins got my money back Never again!

Pedestrian entrance is a little dangerous as you have to cross the drive through road from the car park.

Unusually I had some spare time and was thirsty. Thought I would try to buy a milkshake. Foolish I know but I'm persistent like that. Typed my request into the giant iPad. Swiped my card. Sat down. What could possibly go wrong. My botty had hardly made contact with dirty plastic seat when..."You'll have to AVE anuvver drink. The machine is having its weekly clean." I deduced the young lady meant the milkshake machine? She did. She gave me a cash refund and yet again I left the establishment thirsty...yet wondering why they couldn't be bothered to indicate this at the point is sale? I guess I'll never know????

The worst McDonalds in north Wales. I hate going to this McDonalds all the staff are damn right rude and always get the order wrong. I can guarantee we will always get parked up whenever we go here it's just hopeless and when you are parked up you wait about 15 minutes for the food to be brought out by which point it's cold and disgusting. Honestly save your time and go to lloc instead. Flint is the worst one in the area.

Quick service, friendly staff and good value. There was no sign of anything negative mentioned in recent reviews. Everywhere looked clean and there was plenty of sugar, salt,serviettes etc. Would definitely return,

Sigh...I didn't want to go but the person I was with did. The bench line test for me is the milkshake machine. Guess what? It wasn't working. It hardly ever is. The truth of the matter is the machine is difficult to clean so the staff tell you it's not working to avoid using it.

The antithesis of everything McDonalds have achieved since their business began, cold food that’s if you manage to get any, rude atrocious staff, managers in a state of complete and utter denial. A drive thru service offered that is anything but, more of a drive thru and park up and wait for 20 mins until we bring your cold food to you in what is essentially a plastic bucket, throw it through your open car window, shrug of the shoulders and a sorry for your wait comment that comes across as deeply insincere and insulting. The place is a nightmare and an embarrassment to the town it’s in.

Dirty tables. Staff hanging about. Then suddenly a mad flurry of activity. Everyone cleaning. Worried faces. Stern orders being issued. Turns out they were having some sort of spot inspection. Hence the sudden passion for clean tables. May have impressed the bosses but not me.

Miserable staff, they always look at everything and everyone with disgust. Half of them don't even wear hair net.

Went here for breakfast one morning ordered my food at the drive in, got home stuff was missing out of the order, so I've not been back since. But the place and surroundings are clean. Cause I went to the toilet, smelt nice.well done to the cleaners.

This is a typical McDonald's food , good menu , clean , and very friendly atmosphere . The staff here are really helpful, me being a senior .

Usually flint is a good today was terrible. After parking up and waiting for a simple breakfast wrap 35 minutes later I left and am now eating a proper breakfast bap from a local vendor. One customer lost today and I was a regular

Worst McDonald's in the UK. Always park up in the morning for breakfast. I'm currently stuck in with 8 other vehicles waiting for my order. Useless franchise.

My wife and i have been for the last 2 nights running, just to get out of the house mainly, but this McDonalds is absolutely spotless, there is always someone cleaning, when a table becomes free it's cleaned, and the staff are friendly. I really don't understand all the negative reviews, they just seem to be about the drive through, but we would rather sit in than use the drive through. if there is one small criticism it would be the restaurant allowing large groups of youngsters to sit in when they are not eating or drinking, that takes up valuable space for paying customers and it's intimidating. apart from that, we love this McDonalds. Thank you staff for your friendliness and cleanliness.

Never been impressed with this drive through but new system means if you order virtually anything you have to park up. Nobody behind me looked quite inside and yet I had to park up even for just 3 lattes

I have been to this place a few times and when I got home there was always an item missing in the bag, so check yours,

went for a take out spend £20 no bag given but that's another issue fries not only soggy but found long hair in 2 out of the 3 portions

Been on 2 occasions and endured long waits at drive through to be told no milkshakes available. Surely it would be common sense to place a sign in window/ entrance to drive through that advises no milk shakes available.

Called in with my husband for quick bite to eat but wished we hadn't bothered. The place was full of teenage girls and boys occupying at least 3 tables and who weren't even eating. They had obviously come inside to escape the wind and rain and the manager there was clearly letting them. They were already sat before we got there with nothing to eat, one table with 3 boys on had one boy eating an ice cream. They were loud and rowdy and spoilt our visit. The whole time we were there they didn't eat or drink anything and this isn't the first time I've seen them taking up tables that could be used for people genuinely wanting to eat and drink. I won't be going inside to eat again in fact I only called there because the other local one is being refurbished as this is never full of rowdy teens just keeping warm.

Estaba oscuro y la distribución de la entrada a la unidad a través de no fue clara. Las dos plazas de aparcamiento para que te están esperando su comida casera están en el centro del aparcamiento, así que los coches literalmente tienes que conducir. Muy extraño! La comida no estaba caliente o a pesar de esperar ser preparado. El servicio estaba bien, pero no el mejor. Nos dio la impresión de que las dos personas que tenía tratos con estaban hartos.

Just a pit stop here with a colleague, good coffee, comfortable booth, plenty of free parking shared with adjacent supermarket.

Each time we have visited this McDonald's the service is poor and the food is cold , many times we have had to complain, this has been on many accasion, but it makes no difference, they offer a free meal next time you visit and take your name ,but is does not improve . Many times just for a burger they ask you to park up and you have to wait at least 10mins , we have now given up going

Todos los McDonald's's son iguales, pero me quedé muy impresionado con el servicio hoy en día. Visitamos justo a mediodía, así que estaba esperando a ser un poco loco ahí ... También tengo que decir que el mejor chili envoltura de pollo dulce hasta ahora. Miembros de la Señora del personal de recepción fue muy atento. Es sorprendente lo que diferencia en una sonrisa y gran actitud puede tener en una escapada rápida de almuerzo.
