Pity they can't read orders ordered malteaser mcflurry and received smarties and food cold can't understand always busy but not caring about service

Delicious food oh my word once l got it l kept going and excellent service and very quick 😄

How do McDonald’s, a multi Billion pound company, not have a working card machine?! Absolutely bonkers…

Quick service, had to wait for an item, it was prepared quickly and delivered with a 😊

whenever i went round the drive thru firstly they told me i couldn’t order what i wanted but that wasn’t the problem the staff were ignorant and not well mannered, the boy taking the money was fine but we got to the last window and the girls attitude was appalling she told us to park around the front to wait for our order…….little did we know we would be sitting waiting 20 minutes for 5 things when they eventually brought it out they forgot the fries in the bag and the food was cold even though we sat all that time waiting, i went back in again and got the fries that were missing and when i brought them out they were the wrong size after he red the receipt and were also cold. no napkins in the bag or with the drinks no straws i will not be back.

As it should be. Fast service, clean and hot food.

4 times I asked for a plain philly cheese stack and 4 times they got it wrong...either need to train your mong staff better or close the place down....seen a rat at the bins also..

Philly is scrumptious, everything you see on the adverts it is & does'nt fall apart when you eat it, delish! Staff friendly, fast service, nothing missed on order. It was extremely busy due to charity run for the air ambulance charity run, our order was large and we only waited ten minutes. The staff were friendly extremely busy and toilets clean. Well done best ever.

The girl at the checkout was friendly, helpful and well mannered. A combination rarely found these days. Shame I didn't get her name.

So slow in all McDonald's with the new way of trying to deliver food. Forgot all 3 if the salsa sauces which should have been with the mozzarella stick!!

Friendly staff and quick service

I bought today big mak almost don't see meat in it!Also got fish fillet burger dry old fish looks like week old it's not usible.

Everyone loves a cheeky MCDs every now and again, but this one really needs a good clean and it's food quality as much lower than other franchises, if that's possible. Always cold regardless of what's ordered, menu items often out of stock and order items usually missing or wrong.

Service is so slooooooow and they close the sitting areas sunday earlier !!

Went hear today from Portrush with the Sunday school trip Every one got served got a table .

In and out in a flash, was well impressed, the girl at the pay hatch was lovely

Its okay but people thowing out there Rubbish from cookstown to tullyhouge is shocking dirty Animals take your Rubbish and put it in the bin

Good quick service even though it was busy on a Sunday evening.

I have to say I am so impressed with this McDonald's, It was so much better than my local McDonald's In ballymena. The food was delicious and served really hot. The portions of chips was what very good and the staff even helped to get us a table. They even called over to see if our food was good and if there was anything else we needed.

Its always really cold in this sit in and it means your food goes cold vert quick as well as not beinv comfortable to stay in

I wanted extra sauce even would’ve paid for it and wanted barbecue sauce too also willing to pay for it and they refused my money if they can’t use ask me updated your machines so they have more options to customise my own burger

There's nothing quite like a McDonald's

Probably my least favourite McDs. When ordering via drive thru, they often mix up your order. I also flat refuse to order pancakes off the breakfast menu as 9 times out of 10 they’re hard as a rock. I have flagged this with the store, but haven’t had a positive experience since.

Foods good obviously it's McDonald's but ye call it fast food? Must've been killing the chickens out the back, took about 20 minutes for my order. All women behind the counter 0 Men.

Waited for ages, orders were being called out after my order was placed, after 30 mins I went up and asked about my order and they forgot about it, later on both me and my partner started feeling sick and now have food poisoning. Don't think we will be returning.

Customer service was appalling, the timings on the website said they were open until 2:00 when in fact they were only open to 11:00. Had to either use drive through (but the queue was massive) or order on the app, which wasted more time. Then asked to receive ketchup and the packets were thrown at us. The employee was very rude and did not treat us respectfully.

False opening times, not open as advertised, rude customer service and abismal manners. Appalled by the disgusting attitude displayed by what was previously seen as a respected and enjoyable establishment.

Really nice staff, the restaurant is very clean, only downside they had no sausage mcmuffins at breakfast time.

Food order didn't work properly on the app. Went in to pay. Mix up on the order and was left standing for over 30 mins. Staff were great when rectifying the situation but still disappointing experience.

Cookstown McDonald's. Poor service and waited for table service but food was cold when we eventually got it, wrong order waited at counter for a long time before someone helped!

Really enjoy their coffee. Got a breakfast muffin, not a great taste. I love their crispy chicken wraps, flavourful and 2 big lumps of chicken. Get the wrap of the day, excellent value.

First order came out wrong items fries cold and hard must of been cooked heated severaltimes,then ordered 3 ice creams waited 15 mins had to go and look for them .poor service

Food hit and miss. Traffic cues can be horrendous depending on time of day and toilet aren't always the cleanest.

One star because I can’t not give any but I could even go to minus 3 stars. Ordered grand Big Mac (bacon) only to get home and find not even a hint of bacon in it…took it back and they gave me another one with one strip of bacon ONE! what a disgrace. The other time I ordered Fanta, only to get home and find out it wasn’t Fanta but tasted like soda water… it’s so not right.

25 min waiting to get food and then it's just warm

Went into cookstown mc donalds today to sit in. placed our order for the counter pick up stood waiting 25 minutes seeing alot of orders sitting under a heat light alot of costumers coming back up from table after receiving wrong food and then witnessed our order number being wiped of the screen then after calling staff to solve this problem eventually handed food from one of there lazy staff she had the cheek to roll her eyes while saying sorry for the wait. Food was disapointing it was cold and drinks were flat. yes the mc donalds was busy but not overly busy.will not be back very embrassing for myself and this mc donalds

When for a Maccies wasn’t open when it was suppose to be. Only wanted a chilli chicken wrap

Way too slow for a drive-thru and they cannot even get an order correct! They don't even bothe to try sort out the problem. Worst McDonalds ever encountered!!! Disaster.

This is a great McDonald's but this morning I travelled 10 miles for an egg and bacon muffin meal only to be told there were no hash browns. I was disappointed but understand there are transport issues due to brexit. There was further disappointment though when I discovered there was no cheese in the muffin.

The girl was taking my order and then she was gone.when she came back,and when i asked her why she was hesitating to finish my order,she said she is taking orders and making ice cream.customer services is awful,food was ok.

Feel sorry for staff there on at Patrick's Day. Promised kids Mac Donald's and then turned into 50min wait. Think driv thru was worse. Not fault of staff, just too busy. They did miss a large fries on my order but the kids stuff was right so I'm not worried. Probably should avoid on busier days, weekends, holidays, etc. Otherwise clean inside and staff very friendly

Went on 30/12/20 to get food, the main part of the order being the new curry McNuggets. Unfortunately when I parked up after the drive thru, I realised that they had given a portion of plain McNuggets instead. The rest of the food was good, but when I came specifically for the new nuggets, I was quite annoyed, and the drive thru line that day was out onto sweep road, probably 50 or so cars long, and the queue for inside was also quite long, so no chance of me waiting that long in line again.

Nice atmosphere with friendly staff.

Who doesn't love a McDonald's? Sometimes the queueing is ridiculous but that's not really their fault

Absolutely hate when I order a burger without the bap McDonalds staff serve it in a large flat box. meat and cheese in one corner, onions in another, sauce in another. Why not serve it up like you would any other burger!!!!! What a mess and tasteless! Horrible

People might say this is only a McDonald's. However I grew up in Belfast and they were just passable. But since moving back to N.Ireland after live in London for many years, and my parents moved to Coach and now Castledawson. I am finding that McDonald's are much better outside of big cities. This McDonald's - all the staff are so nice. The food is always fresh and hot. And standards have not slipped, during lockdown. Drive through service is great and food again is super hot (obviously not the ice cream - that would be weird!!).

McDonald's je tak, ako všade inde obľúbený fastfood. Tento v meste Cookstown je po čistotnej stránke naozaj dobrý. Teraz počas pandémie je vidieť, ako to McDonald's myslí vážne, pretože sa tam stále dezinfikujú stoly a všetky povrchy. Kvalita jedla je naozaj dobrá. Rýchlosť taktiež. Samozrejmosťou sú dotykové stojany na objednávku jedla, alebo aj platenie bezkontaktnou kartou. Z vlastnej skúsenosti môžem tento McDonald's odporučiť.

We went to MCD's for a wee treat.....drive thru, this was a very efficient service, the food was literally ready in minutes, hot and tastie..

Coffee & scones not bad but not great for a home bakery. Hygiene at tables poor, service slow.

Quick and clean. Ground were being tended to while I was there. Same great food every time.

Just wish they would put the breakfast bagels back on the menu

Just had to say really clean and tidy. A member of staff is always cleaning and organising seating. For somewhere thst has loads of kids the place is a credit to mcdonald's
