Taking 1h to prepaid 2 burgers and deliver to home..... Terribly slow service.... Never again

The time kept changing, and then the delivery driver was rude. Wanted to make sure the code number was correct, as I got wrong order this morning, and he just said 'phone them if you got a problem' waving towards direction of McDs as he walked away 😞 xxx

Ordered McDonald's from ubereats here and food order was wrong, called McDonald's and was told to contact ubereats who then told me someone will contact me within 24 hours. Because of McDonald's mistake, I had no lunch. Also got no straw with my milkshake

Never turnt up! Driver no turnt around on the drive and then drive off.

Driver dropped my drinks they went everywhere

Worst Mcdonalds we have ever tasted. Chips under cooked. Dry old Fillet and fish, and the Big Macs had the little burgers from the small burger buns. Will never order from the Straight Road, Harold Hill Mcdonalds again.

My double Big Mac was not double !!!

Getting a refund isn’t the point ! I order because I want to eat it there and then but there is always an issue !! Half my coke was spilt all over the bag ! The fries were meant to be medium yet they were near enough empty and the food is always cold

never order from here. the right items never turn up. I ordered food coming up to 26 pound and they gave me someone else's order! I'm fuming. some nuggets and 2 chicken mayo. 26 pound for nothing. thanks again mcdonalds.

food was cold and drink leaked so only half full plus straw was open and looked like it had been used so ended up in the bin

The deliver courier had my drink side ways, so half of it spilt out into the bag and all over my living room floor - not impressed.

Much better temperature of food and speedy delivery.

Missing items in order!! Is it really that hard to check the order?

Initially told the food would arrive at 4pm but then updated to 4:25-45. Food wasn't very hot, no sauces with nuggets, no milk or sugar with tea and the straws were wet. Nearly £30 I won't get back.

How hard is it to put what you order into a bag? I ordered 2 bigmacs and 9 nuggets. They forgot a bigmac and no dips for the nuggets. Useless.

Driver took it to the wrong house (number 2 not number 9) just by sheer luck when looking outside I saw a neighbour asking another neighbour if they had ordered anything. He told me that he said to the driver that he hadn’t ordered anything but the driver was adamant that he was at the right address. By the time I got my food it was freezing cold. I want my money back. TELL YOUR DRIVERS TO READ ADDRESSES PROPERLY. Utter disgrace.

Ice cream machine is always broken, never any ice for iced coffees or frappes (but they serve it in the cokes etc.) I’m sure this McDonald’s 100% lies about the McFlurry machines not working.

Food came cold, had to reheat everything. The delivery estimate time kept changing where it end up showing that I ordered 38mins ago. Usually this location is really good all round (food quality, delivery time,etc) but today may have been busy.

Thought I would be waiting ages, so pleased it arrived earlier xxx

Really pleased with the quick delivery will use Harold Hill McDonalds all the time now as I’ve had bad experiences with the Romford branch food always takes a long time and arrives cold 5 star service in Harold Wood McDonald’s well done

Food partially delivered as missing one of the main components a sausage and egg mcmuffin. I also order a porridge with jam. Received the porridge but no jam or spoon. Simple basic stuff that staff are incapable of doing. pathetic customer service.

Always love McDonalds, it’s always the same for me, Big Mac and chaps and coke, can’t beat it, love McFlurrys also.

Got charged for a milkshake and never received and on receipt it stated no milkshake and different cost amount but charged for the milkshake not using just eat anymore disgusting plus 20 minutes late

Someone took a bite out of my burger I’m outraged as I’m bedsat and I can’t get out of bed to do food shopping I have to order on numerous but at this price I thought I was getting a good deal but then as I open one of the burgers a bite has been taken out I will be filing a complaint I expect a full refund and the other burger has been squished I am sending proof I expect this to be dealt accordingly

The place was a little dirty, one of the managers needs to take a course in communication as he doesn't know how to speak to staff.

Never order takeaway from here and if you do always check the order. They never send the dip sauces, I had 4 today that I ordered, 0 sauces were sent. I ordered a large box of chicken selects and they sent me chicken nuggets which I don't eat. Yes, Uber will refund the money but that's not the point, because you want to eat what you ordered, you don't want the money. Of course you can't order again as you are starving and don't want to pay the astronomical fees twice. Honestly don't bother ordering from here ever.

I ordered a mchicken sandwich with no sandwich sauce but you gave me sandwich sauce and no lettuce it was cold as were the fries and quarter pounder the drinks were only 3 quarters full and had no fizz in them absolute worse meal I from mcdonalds

Pay attention to customer requests asked for no egg in muffins both came with egg. Sounds trivial but allergy to consider when dealing with food

Hello I ordered two large chicken mcspicy meals today. Both burgers are shocking! They are not fit to eat they have been overcooked. The chicken in the burgers was tough and therefore ruined the whole meal.
