Mandaloun in Hammersmith and Fulham

The place is cozy and very relaxing! variety of great food and efficient service. A must try restaurant. Very accessible and easy to locate.

Firstly, toilets out of order. Only disabled are available and totally disgusting. Ordered mixed shawarma no lamb, so I went for just chicken. Came out cold plated, not much flavour. Wife ordered shawarma wrap. The wrong dish arrived. Sent back. Food arrived 10 mins later. Still cold and tasteless. Chips greasy, no taste. Cheap sauces in plastic cups. When you order a Shawarma and the rice is the best on the dish, you have a problem. Definitely avoid overpriced rip off

One of the worst meals out I’ve had in a long time. Extremely lazy service. Three waiting staff - two of which were sat down and the other one leaning behind the bar and all on their phones. The chef (visibly on display) was walking around the kitchen eating and then playing up food. The toilet was filthy. A cigarette butt lodged in the sink and a disgusting toilet seat and floor. The restaurant also smelt of the toilet (we were in an almost empty restaurant at the back). The waiter seemed perplexed when I refused to pay the 15% service fee. Avoid.

Really bad food today. I’ve been here a few times and generally like the food but today it actually tasted off. The homemade lemonade was way too sour and falafel was dry. I don’t like places that are inconsistent so don’t think I’ll be returning.

I came yesterday with my family, had reservations for 6 people. They sat us down very quickly, gave us the menus, baby chair and asked us what drinks we like. Attended to us very quickly. Food was amazing, drinks were chilled. Would recommend groups all the time.

I went to the restaurant on 02June23 for dinner & shisha.My recent experience has left me disappointed and frustrated. The staff who came to take the order was so rude. Attitude of the staff was very unprofessional and lacking in courtesy. This negative atmosphere made us feel unwelcome and undervalued as customers. We ordered drinks with out ice. He bought all with ice. When we told that we ordered with out ice he said “ye ye i know”. When he got the ordered main meal we asked for cutlery, the way he got it like for sake of doing. We all were 6 people. He came & kept the cutlery in one person & went. Didn’t even bother to go & give it to everyone. As a customer, after this experience, I will not recommend to another.

After shopping with my daughter all morning, we decided to treat ourselves to a proper lunch and early dinner ( NOT the usual hamburger or pastas which we always end up with…) we went for this Lebanese restaurant. Food was great and well prepared. Excellent choice of drinks, and amazing service. Great selection of dishes. Staff were friendly, and cannot say one thing wrong with this restaurant - love it!!

The service is extremely welcoming, friendly and efficient. The food choices are plenty, with many options for vegetarians. Great drinks menu. Above all, the food is delicious and portions are generous. Will surely return!

For my cousin's birthday, we went to Westfield for some food and a movie. We'd both never tried Lebanese food before and, because of the similarities with Turkish food, we thought it would be a nice treat. Generally, they did their very best to accommodate us even though they were more or less fully booked. And service was super fast, which was impressive because we were starving. My cousin and I chose virtually identical items from the menu (lamb couscous, virgin pina colada and she had the lamb and I had the chicken hoummous shawarma). Both of us didn't think much of the main (we were expecting some kind of tagine but it was a lamb broth). The shawarma and virgin cocktails were nice though.I would say we got there before 5pm because we needed to vacate our table by 7pm because of an existing reservation. This matters because apparently they do a lunch special - 3 items for less than £15. There was no signage to suggest this when we got there but it was out at the front 1.5hrs later when we were leaving to go see a movie. Our meal ended up costing us £63, which I feel is rip-off given the food was mediocre and they had a deal going and did not have any menus or signage to say so. To future patrons, beware and always ask for a lunch menu even if you don't see anything visible to suggest there's a deal going. Chances are there is a deal but they just don't want you to know about it. This applies to any restaurant really. Frankly I don't think I'll be eating there again.

Lovely location and amazing interior, however felt let down by customer service . Delay in food coming out and drinks felt a little disorganised. Came with family and felt let down and made to feel like we shouldn't have entered the outlet. The food was lovely once we received it. Plenty of tables available and it was not packed out at all.

Have been here twice in a week as I enjoyed the food so much. If you are in a group can get few dishes to share. They have superb variety of food with great choice, both vegetarian and for meat lovers. Good wine selection, service was great as well

Popped in at lunchtime to try their 2 course deal lunch menu. We took the famous trio for the starters and and lamb tagine and samke for the mains. We weren't disappointed, and in fact it was probably the best meal I have had for a while. The portions were just the right for the lunchtime. Will be back for sure, want to try some nice cocktails they have on the menu.
