Outstanding. The lamb shawarma wrap was delicious and I loved that there were so many options for customising the wraps and bowls. The food takes a little while to prep but it’s 100% worth the wait. The food is fresh, delicious and prepared to perfection.

This is a great stop when visiting Harrods and looking for some tasty affordable food close by! Lamb, chicken, and falafel shawarma wraps were all excellent and very reasonably priced. The decor and aesthetic in this place was also very interesting with a modern and slightly eclectic vibe.

Food was soo good, staff extremely helpful and patient. Wasn’t busy, but I visited during the afternoon. Definitely would come again. 🙏🏻

Very accommodating. We’re vegan, and had a lot of good options . the staff and owner were very friendly. We went with 2 kids and the shop immediately gave them coloring pages and crayons to keep them occupied during the wait. They also had an open kitchen. So the kids enjoyed seeing their “pizza” getting prepared and cooked. Really nice people and food was delicious.

The chicken shawarma bowl was delicious and the portion was very filling - great price for the quality! Lots of customizations options too. 10/10 would reccommend

Mams in Knightsbridge is an Arabic cafe that has quickly become a favourite of mine. Located in the heart of the upscale neighbourhood, Mams serves up some of London's most authentic healthy Middle Eastern street food. I recently visited the restaurant and tried a few dishes that I just had to share. First up, the mixed shawarma. This dish is a must-try for any first-timers at Mams. It features a combination of chicken and beef shawarma served with pita bread, salad, and a side of tahini sauce. The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the tahini sauce was creamy and flavorful. The portion size was generous, and the dish was definitely filling. Next, we tried lamb shawarma. This dish was equally impressive. The lamb was juicy and tender, and the spices were just right. It was served with the same accompaniments as the mixed shawarma and was equally filling. We also ordered the Manakeesh, an Arabic-style pizza. We opted for the pesto, mozzarella, and sundried tomato flavour, which did not disappoint. The crust was crispy and slightly chewy, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. We also had the Lahmajan. It was a unique twist on a classic pizza and was definitely worth trying. We also enjoyed a bowl with a choice of protein, grain, and vegetables, topped off with a delicious sauce. We chose the grilled chicken as our protein, and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. We added quinoa as our grain and a variety of fresh vegetables, including cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. The sauce was a delicious blend of tahini, lemon juice, and herbs. We finished off our bowl with Halloumi. The combination of flavours and textures was simply outstanding, and it was a dish that I could eat every day. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Mams. The food was excellent, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. If you're in the Knightsbridge area and looking for a taste of authentic Middle Eastern street food, I highly recommend checking out Mams. Wonderful spot. The wraps were delicious and my friends and I were even gifted free baklava for desert which was amazing. The staff was also very kind. Truly recommend this place.

Great little find. Staff were extremely friendly, in particular one man who really took the time to go through the menu and recommend various things to try. We had a flat bread with pine nuts and red peppers, it was amazing then we shared a chicken bowl with plenty of veg, salad and grains, the food was plentiful and delicious.

This place is unreal. Super cool place and the quality of the food is exceptional. We had an Akkawi cheese and a lamb shawarma. Only negative is that we don't live in London otherwise I'd eat here everyday. Everything looked delicious and the coffee was brilliant as well. Five star must visit. We'll be back for sure next time we're in London.

Despite being a Knightsbridge goer forever, I had lost hope of good quality restaurants/cafes opening in the area as everything seems to have plummeted downwards in quality BUT I am so glad I walked into MAMS with my mum and we tried their Manakeesh Zaatar...

Booking system is a shambles. Made a reservation and when I checked again close to the date I was told it was not being held for me. No one senior was willing to discuss it with me and nothing offered for the inconvenience. Checked out other one star reviews on Google and people have complained of seeing rats, such the venue confirmed in its reply

This was a different and enjoyable take on the traditional English Afternoon Tea . Really nice to try Middle Eastern Food in the surroundings of a lovely restaurant. Our host was very welcoming and explained the menu to us and when the tea stand arrived she went through what was on each tier. Watching her pour the Mint Tea from a great height was impressive.The selection of savory dishes and cakes were very good. We left feeling full but didn't feel we'd eaten too much sickly sweet stuff which can happen with an english afternoon tea.This experience had been bought for us by a friend for Christmas and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I'd definitely recommend this place to others.

This was the second time I have visited for the afternoon tea. It was absolutely delicious with a decent amount of both savoury and sweet foods. We came away stuffed! The staff were very friendly and very attentive too. We later had cocktails. They were a little pricey (probably standard for the area TBH) but really nice. I would definitely go back again.

I booked afternoon tea for 2 as part of our London Xmas visit . Unfortunately , i typed in the wrong location ( Mayfair instead of Knightsbridge ) and consequently we missed our booking time . Contacted the restaurant from the sister lounge and despite the fact that the afternoon tea session was finishing , they very kindly accommodated us .After a very warm welcome , we were indulged with a rather fabulous afternoon tea. It was unusual and absolutely delicious . Thank you to the staff . Excellent customer service .

The young ladies who served us were attentive and delightful and the food was delicious. There was a great selection of gluten free delicacies for me and I especially loved the little milk desert served with pistachios and date molasses. We also enjoyed the green/mint tea. It was a lovely afternoon tea and we will definitely be returning.

We were given a voucher by our daughter for our birthdays for Afternoon Tea with Champagne at Mamounia and really enjoyed the experience. As well as the champagne (always a nice way of starting a meal!) there was a lovely selection of savoury and sweet treats all served together with a pot of Moroccan Tea. The whole thing was delicious and our enjoyment was made even better by excellent service from our waitress, who made us feel very welcome.

Booked the champagne afternoon tea. Easy to find, great staff. Very lovey setting. We had Moroccan tea, which was delicious. The food was outstanding and even though we didn’t get the champagne, we really enjoyed the afternoon tea.

I was looking for a different sort of afternoon tea experience in particular and happened upon this one. The location was a major draw as I was able to pair a visit with shopping. Too many people on the service floor meant that things were a bit of a shambles. Several people waited on us but no one communicated therefore no one knew what we wanted at any given time. I did feel that despite all the confusion the food was pleasant and the male manager on duty very accommodating to our requests. The portions did seem a bit mean though as I am not a fan of being forced to saw in half Petit Fours like a savage. I wish that dessert would be served in an even split so that everyone could enjoy the pastries.

What a great take on an afternoon tea! Middle Eastern flavour snacks to start - wraps, bruschetta and samosas, followed by date scones with fig jam (you get strawberry jam too but who needs that?) and cream. Then a lovely milk pudding with pistachios and then a selection of baklava and little pastries. We had champagne and Moroccan green tea with mint to drink - all wonderful. Definitely worth checking out the lunch and dinner options as well. Our only teeny niggle would be the background music - too loud and monotonous when we were there at lunchtime.

I’m a bit sceptical when it comes to Middle Eastern restaurant’s service when you book through Groupon voucher. But to my surprise this place has really caring and friendly staff.

Well, I thought we have had a Moroccan lunch but this is debatable, some say is Lebanese!

We were invited and treated to Dinner at this Restaurant. Pleasant decor, good and authentic Moroccan food, and very good service, we thoroughly enjoyed the evening and will return.

Definitely not worth the visit. The restaurant is proof that being is a good spot means you can deliver average food and charge excessive prices for it.

Warm and friendly staff, authentic Moroccan food!

I had purchased a voucher for a 3-course meal at this restaurant. It started off badly as they didn't have a record of my booking made via the booking system of the voucher company. However, they were able to accommodate us and gave us a nice table, despite the restaurant being quite busy at the time. This was our second time dining here. The food is excellent. Everything we ordered (from the set menu) was good. Portions are not large, however if you have 3 courses, you will certainly be full by the end. I would have liked to see more choices offered on the set menu, considering their extensive a la carte menu. Ambiance was good, if a little noisy due to the number of diners. I did note that some diners brought a small dog into the restaurant and it was allowed to run around and even sit on the bar stools. Staff were polite and efficient. We did not have to wait too long for our food. The offer I had was very good value for money and I would certainly return if I can get the same offer again. However, the regular prices at this restaurant - even for the set menus - are very much on the high side.

Despite booking afternoon tea 2 months' in advance, it took 35 minutes for our mint tea to arrive at our table and even longer for the food. Despite the food being tasty, there wasn't a great deal of it and not enough to redeem the lateness or terrible noise from the traffic outside. Staff were apologetic but not very "on the ball" to rectify their errors, nor seem to care enough to provide any form of compensation for the poor service - admittedly I wouldn't return anyway. Huge shame as was very excited about an alternative afternoon tea experience.

El servicio al cliente fue excelente y Mamounia Lounge hizo que la celebración del cumpleaños de mis amigos fuera muy especial al sorprendernos con las bengalas y la canción de cumpleaños. El té del Medio Oriente fue una combinación perfecta de bocados dulces y salados que dejaron el paladar satisfecho. I’ve had many afternoon teas but this was by far the best! We devoured the date scones which are the best we’ve had even from many 5 star hotels!

My partner bought a voucher for this place from groupon and i didnt know what to expect. Restuarant decor was lovely. Staff friendly and attentive. The food was 10/10. Yummm. Really enjoyed my time here! One of the waiters also had a dj mix that make me dance the whole way through my meal . Perfect date !

We had a very enjoyable Tea !! - at 1130am following a trip to the V&A; (Mary Quant).

Dined with my family, food was nice, service was attentive. My daughter enjoyed the soup and bread. Located not to far from the natural history museum and the V&A; so walked to restaurant.

Called ahead to advise of garlic allergy and was told not a problem. When we arrived, told that everything has garlic! Staff did their best to accommodate.

We were bought afternoon tea by my daughter who’d purchased this through groupon. The restaurant was easy to find just 5min from Knightsbridge tube station and opposite Harrods. The place is very nice and I enjoyed the savoury selection & tea but the sweet stuff wasn’t to my taste. We got charged and additional £7 for a bottle of water!!!

We are returning customers after having a delicious Middle Eastern themed Afternoon tea at Mamounia a month ago, and the husbands wish to try their delicious Mahalabia once more. This time we decided to return for a three course meal and we were certainly very impressed with the delicious array of food that arrived at our table. The mixed mezze platter and mains were of such high standard as well as the drinks. The mains consisted of Farrouj meshwi and a mixed grill which we were blown away by the taste. We were so well taken care of by Zac who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable and talking us through the menu which added that personal touch. We were treated to a special passion fruit mocktail sharer bowl which was so refreshing as well as a pot of traditional Moroccan mint tea. The desserts definitely finished the evening off perfectly and hubs even got to have the Mahalabia he was craving. Overall the customer service, food, ambience was absolutely excellent. We will definitely be returning again soon! Thank you again.

I booked the afternoon tea through wowcher.com. I phoned them before to ensure the voucher would be valid for when I wanted, to which they said they had availability and the voucher would work fine. I also asked if they cater to a gluten free diet and she assured me they did, which was really reassuring to hear.

My boyfriend booked this for us after he had come back from Marrakesh and visited the Mamounia Lounge there, so we were both looking forward to visiting the Knightsbridge restaurant. He booked it through a Groupon deal, with a 3 course set menu (£29 each).

Ayer, un par de amigos y yo decidimos visitar el restaurante Mamounia. Fue una experiencia increíble. Pedimos la fuente de mezcla que llena de sabor, las raciones eran muy generosas! Después de nuestra increíble cena, salimos al frente para disfrutar algo de shisha, y debo decir que soy una fumadora frecuente de shisha, este es probablemente uno de los mejores lugares en los que he estado para shisha. Lleno de sabor, buen humo y duró aproximadamente una hora y 30 minutos. No suelo fumar doble manzana, ¡pero esta se hizo bien!

As west Londoners we decided to pop into town for dinner ( a rare occurrence). We were delighted with our decision. Mamounia is a Lebanese/Moroccan restaurant. We went early so missed the ‘entertainment ‘ so I’m not sure what that was. We had a mixed mezze for starters and it was the best I’ve ever tasted. I followed with fish tagine (sea bass) full of lovely vegetables. Pudding was a crepe with nuts, fig and ice cream. We had 3 glasses of wine and a beer for £35 a head. Such a delicious meal.

Three course Groupon meal was superb. Sharing platter to start delicious, mixed grill and fish tagine, cooked to perfection, finished with the best cheesecake. Service was unlike anything I've experienced recently, establishments can learn a thing about customer service from staff here at mamounia, very impressed and would definitely dine here again, a most enjoyable experience.

Mamounia lounge is some what more than a restaurant, not only do I go there regular to eat /dine but feel as if I’m obligated this is solely due to the staff. I’m welcomed & always asked how I am, together with any requests I have in terms of my order my seating arrangements & all else I need.

I bought the voucher from groupon and on the day there were delays on the trains . Had to call to reschedule for an hour later and staff was happy to do so . Upon booking I wrote if they could write happy birthday for my husband on the dessert to make the meal out special . We were greeted by Darine . She was fantastic and went out of her way to ensure that we have a great time . Customer care from Darine and the rest of the team is 5 stars . Restaurant , kitchen and bathroom all were very clean . There are better seats at the back though.

Food was good. Waitress forgot a few things but we did have 12 people .... have to say that Zack made a big difference, was helpful and funny. Kept us all laughing through the complaining, ended up being a really fun night

Arrived at the restaurant, waited to be seated politely, only to find that the table offered to us was the size of a matchbox in the corner shopfront. We asked for alternate seating and was offered a cosy elbow rubbing experience with another dining couple. Off course we declined and left, and instead enjoyed a wonderful dining experience at Zaika which we would very much recommend if you happen to decide to leave like we did! I am glad I did not spend my hard earned money at this restaurant.

We arrived late in Knightsbridge and decided to try mamounia as it was very close by. The staff were all very welcoming and we had some excellent cocktails at the bar before we sat down for our meal. Food was fantastic the humous and bread we couldn’t get enough of and we’d highly recommend the mixed grill. The price we felt was very reasonable for the area and the staff were hugely accommodating. I hear they have a second one in Mayfair as well so we’ll definitely try that on our next to London. Overall can’t wait to go again.

As far as I been in many places this was the most amazing place i’ve been to, i was with my husband walking by Knightsbridge till we saw this fancy place with gorgeous decorations so we thought to stop for some drinks, the manager I guess was from Morocco was really polite and suggested us some drinks and did offered us to try the electronic shisha indoor for the first moment we thought was a joke as we didn’t expect a restaurant providing shisha indoor but he brought it for us the taste of it was amazing so we decided to to keep it and smoke it the price was a bit high for it but it was worth it for a happy ending night.

The Guy called Zackaria he’s the manager and he was really helpful and excellent costumer service, good ambiance, music and food.. I really advise you to visit this shisha lounge and try the food and the amazing costumer service 👍🏽

Try the truffle hummus. It’s amazing. We had a mixed grill to share. The waitress suggested chips, but we said no, we should have said yes. I will be going back next time I’m in London.

Ive been going to Mamounia for some time and love it. The last time couple of times i went it wasn't great but was really pleased when i went last week for a quick bite to eat. I tried a few dishes that i would usually order and was blown away. When i ask the waiter Zakaria he told me they have a new head chef from Syria. Going back for more mezza soon!

My husband and myself were gifted a groupon voucher for our anniversary. On the voucher the only exclusion was Valentine’s Day 2019 and expires on 30/04/19. So with this in consideration we booked for 28th december and noted that we we will be using a Groupon Voucher. To our disappointment when we arrived at the restaurant, the manager turned us away saying that the offer isn’t valid until 2nd Jan 2019. He offered us a 30% discount if we ate that day but we refused and rebooked for Feb 2019. I’ve been to Mamounia Lounge a few times before and have never experienced such a mishap as this. It was very unfortunate that his approach and solution was so poor, I won’t be visiting again after we’ve used our voucher.
