The best pizza in the world. I have to control myself not to go there every day. They have other things like kebab or other type of food but I haven't tried those yet.

I had ordered my food from many restaurants and food courts but they had a worst customer service i had seen till now ..... i had ordered a food at 6:15 and suddenly i got pop up of 20 mints I waited atleast 30 mints but I didn't get any order and then i did order from outside but after 2 hours near about 8 o clock ...... one stupied delivery boy came and shouted outside and when i said i cant take this order now you are late they started shouting and kicking my main door very pathetic service i had seen till now .....so i please request everyone they are very rude and disrespectful so please never make order.

Title: Disappointing Experience Across the Board I had high expectations for this pizza restaurant, but unfortunately, they fell short in every regard. First off, the delivery time was unacceptable. I was told my order would arrive in 20 minutes, but it took an hour and a half for the pizza to reach me. To add insult to injury, the delivery guy asked for a delivery fee upon arrival, even though this was never mentioned on the website or during the phone order. When questioned, he said that the information on the website differs from phone orders, which I find misleading and unacceptable. Lastly, the quality of the pizza was a letdown. It wasn't cooked properly, leaving me with an overall poor dining experience. I cannot recommend this restaurant and will not be ordering from here again.

Criminals!!! This place is involved in criminality. My phone was stolen on a night out and the thief gave these people as they all work together. They know each other and work together, this place is a front for laundering money. On Uber Eats called Turkish Kebab but on Tripadvisor Mama Mia pizza? Criminals involved in this place, do not order, hopefully authorities will investigate and arrest those involved. Scum.

I ordered food from this place today on Sunday 9th April 2033 and when they called me the first time I didn’t hear my phone and same with the second one and that’s my fault but I called straight away afterwards. The restaurant owner was angry over me not responding straight away and I apologised straight, went downstairs at the Raddison Red Hotel to pick up my food and pay for it, as soon as I got to my room I realised they have me the wrong order, the owner called me again telling me so and I was irritated at that point and told him about it, he already knew it and said the driver will wait 2 minutes in a very aggressive way, told me to piss off ended the phone cancelled the order in just eat and took my money I would like something to be done got it as it isn’t my fault that I got the wrong order got attacked Hey and they also stole my money for it

Halal. They make amazing pizza. Their large pizza easily feeds 4 people. And the person taking order was kind enough to let us know that we were ordering more food than we can eat, and advised is to order less. Hats off to his honesty

Went in tonight to order a kebab. Was told "nah, they take to long". That's a first!

Home delivery pizza under the guise of ‘Milano Express’. Always very tasty pizzas.

Very very bad service. I ordered my food via Deliveroo around 3:40 am in the night and it showed restaurant was open in the app. After waiting for an hour there was no response from Mama Mia and I tried calling them many times and the line was busy or not working. Then I checked Google which showed they are closed. Well then I should have received the ordered. I called Mama Mia Uxbridge around 2:30 pm and guess what they said food was left outside because I never picked my call. Well this is a big lie since I never got one. Very bad service and bad business done by you guys. Poor very poor.

Ordered a 14” meat feast pizza and some curly fries. The price of the pizza very much did not reflect its quality. The toppings and meat were quite nice and flavourful but the bread was like rubber and took large amounts of effort to bite through. The curly fries were all soggy and had no seasoning. All in all would not recommend you spend your hard earned cash here.

Joke joke joke!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely fuming at this place. Ordered food at 5.20. Told food would arrive between 6.05-6.25. Long wait but hoped might be earlier. How we was so wrong. 6.30 no food. Message just eat they said that the restaurant would not refund and the food will now be there at 6.45 driver stuck in traffic. On a Sunday????????Not happy at all. We waited and waited. 7pm comes and all this time tried contacting the place but constantly engaged. Very very angry now and just about to get in my car to go to the restaurant the just eat guy turns up. Tell him what a joke the place is and asked him how was the traffic. He said no traffic at all. Weird that. So I tell him to tell the restaurant that they are out of order. Get the food in and guess what. It’s freezing cold. £32.00 down the drain. Honestly to be treated like this is terrible. Don’t expect no reply from them Or any money back. But that would be the right thing to do wouldn’t it. Avoid avoid avoid. Terrible terrible service. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

The pizza was tasteless. Hardly any tomato sauce. The grilled chicken also was dry and tasteless. The delivery did come on time though and the guy on the phone was friendly.

This is how my large chicken Shish looked when I opened it (after being delivered). First, it looked half eaten - apparently a ‘large’ shish has only 5 pieces of chicken and barely any salad (I suppose you get 2.5 pieces in a small?!) Second, it looked like the moped had crashed on its way. Called up to complain, only to be told there was nothing wrong with it, “it just looks a bit mash up.” Had to physically take it back to the shop and demand money back. I’m sure the guy working there would love me to ‘mash up’ his dinner and charge £7.50 + £2 delivery for the privilege! Used to order weekly but never again

We had a large pizza to share with our 2 kids one is 3 other 7 years old. Small one was vomitting all night and other had stomach ache now both have diarrhea. We , adults are ok. They have not have anything eat after the pizza. Obviously some items chickenn or pepperoni was not fresh or handled wrongly. Please think twice if you buying anything for small kids from this place.

I ordered two lamb doners which arrived literally after one hour , no salad inside and literally dripping with mayo, and the bread was all moulded this is what they feed their customers it has gone alll to the bin. I called them and the guy said sorry we are too busy , this is their response disgraceful pls avoid I will attach pics too

This is the worst place I have ever eaten from. Do not order from here. We called about our order and the manager started swearing down the phone. Order was wrong and so expensive for a tiny little wrap which was meant to be mixed and only came with the thinnest bit of chicken which was burnt. Do not order from here.

They always my order wrong , the service is atrocious, the staff are rude and laugh in your face , they charge your extra and everything is expensive as it is . When you complain the staff don’t do anything I would never recommend to anyone. 😡

One of the most rubbish pizza I have aver had in my life and they send me smallest pizza and Charged me for large, when I complaint they were rude the staff has no manners how to speak to customers

not very happy with their service, been back 3 times since the new year and had endless problems every time. first time they give us the wrong pizza and wouldn’t change or refund us our money… secondly they are displaying an old menu in the shop which makes us think we’re being overcharged every time and now today they gave us the wrong size pizza, was reluctant to drop the price to the correct one and was very intimidating towards my other half (2 members of staff) . also standing at the front door smoking, arguing with my other half from our car.

Visited here this evening and paid 8.99 for a kebab and chicken kebab Then 2 pounds for some chips Wife had mozzarella sticks and wrap and we paid extra for mushrooms and fried onions Well, the size of the meal was laughable except it was no laughing matter 9 gets you about 6 strips of kebab and boatload of garnish and 3 mushrooms I swear if I glued them back together there would not even be one mushroom So to charge a quid extra for them is scandalous My wife's food was cold You pay extra for peri peri chip spice I swear to god someone has taken a shaker pot shown it to the chips then laughed and put it away Are you on a diet ? Then if so brilliant this is ideal If not then find somewhere that gives a human portion size

Trustworthy takeaway. The pizzas which are my main are delicious and well proportioned. The shop is clean and the owners friendly and customer driven. Totally recommended.

Pizza was delicious. Staff's are very friendly and excellent service. No dine in, only takeaway and deliveries. Can be done online order for all major delivery company (Just Eat, UberEats and Deliveroo). They do Kebab and Burgers also. Plenty of parking spaces at the front of the shop.

Lovely, Hot, Delicious Pizzas. The BBQ Chicken wings were perfectly cooked as well. Thank you for lovely dinner. Will definitely order again!

We order from here a lot, the boys are friendly and always got a smile on there face. Food is as good as it looks. And if you order on there Web site you not only get discount you earn loyalty points

Ordered peri peri burger and peri peri wrap they both turned up burnt and unedable called up the shop and got told well it ant my fault I don't cook never in my life had someone so rude answer the phone from a takeaway I am a regular from this shop but after this I will never order from them again

(This restaurant is on uber under TURKISH PIRI PIRI) I ordered from Turkish piri piri before it was awful I ordered here couple months back had hair in my food. However my partner accidentally ordered from here without telling me last night. Unbelievable 🍟 you could have thrown them at the wall and they would still be rock hard and taste like day before..wrap was rank. All the salad was brown and slimey. Took one bite and thought f that ain't worth getting sick for. In the bin it went. Partner rang the place. They fobbed us off saying I made these items fresh myself. I even put the piri piri on the fries. What mate you covered the fries (from 24hrs ago) 👍good job. Now taken up with uber as my 5 year old has made better quality grub. I'm not even trying to be mean. Or unfair the level of quality and service is not there. Do yourself a gooden and order from your normal place. You will be fairly disappointed..don't know what the other restaurant is like they have two company names at the same establishment. Bit wiffy fishy 🐟 if you ask me. 🤔

I ordered a 20 inch margarita pizza, garlic bread and jalapeño cream cheese with a fudge cake. It was all so worth it! They have amazing service and top quality food. Better than most chains and I definitely recommend. They’ve got a loyal customer in me now!

I am writing this review as a deliveroo driver. I had the worst experience with this restaurant. Rude and arrogant people. Not following SOP’s of Covid 19, never see them wearing face mask, no social distance. Secondly if your ubereat or deliveroo order getting late that mean they are not ready to hand over order to vendor drivers instead giving priority to their own private drivers(staff) those who work’s privately plus with their ubereat or deliveroo app on. They get pis**d when someone else come and pick up the order from outside . So this is how it works when vendor driver’s arrives they tell them 15-20mins wait time even order is ready though and then laugh to see driver leaving without order. I have raised this issue with deliveroo and ubereat as well. Being a Muslim this is my advice to all Muslims reading this review. Do not eat from this restaurant not because of my personal experience but when they selling pork using same utensils.

This shop is not halal at all. They sell pork and using same utensils to cook other so called halal food.

The burgers and fried chickens are delicious and crunchy. They also are not oily and the package absolutely immaculate. Seems they’ve very high standard on hygiene for food! I think this is the best halal restaurant in uxbridge! Will order back soon!👍🏻

Ordered a hot shot pizza And a few sides from here states HALAL. Ordering the 2nd time and on the phone he asks me do you want the halal pepperoni or other? I was shocked I had previously ordered this on just eat and this option was not there now I may have eaten the non halal. Very very wrong of the owners doing this who are apparent Muslims themselves. Feeding other Muslims pork without us knowing

I would put 0 stars if I could. They are absolutely rude! I went there and waited more then 8/19 minutes And they didn’t even talk to me asking if I want to order something, even if they weren’t busy AT ALL and I was trying to ask them if I could order but they were keeping ignoring me.

The food arrived cold, pizza was horrible and burnt. I don't recommend this place.

Tried them for the first time tonight, ordered at 7:50pm and it arrived at 9:40pm, pizza was stone cold as a result. Also ordered garlic ciabatta bread and had normal garlic bread delivered instead. Dont think we'll be ordering again, bit of a shame really.

My pizza was like a slab of oil, will never be ordering here again

I previously gave this place 4 stars as while they are usually good, there was one incident that let them down. However I have gone back today and the food was back up to the expectional high standard I have come to relate to this place. Pizza's were perfect, garlic bread was great and the hot wings and chicken wings were the icing on the cake. Great local and will continue to be my regular. Great food and great customer service

Wrong order delivered and then when they finally came with my order over 2 hours later there were no chips... “oh but you got 2 lots of chips with that wrong order delivered an hour ago”!!! That aside, it was the worst tasting food I’ve ever had the unpleasantness of attempting to eat. One slice of pizza eaten and a few bites of a burger and both deliveries binned 😞

The food is fantastic. The kebab here is absolutely delicious, along with the burgers and pizzas. The staff do sometimes make a few mistakes but otherwise they are very friendly.

Best pizza in town and fast delivery. Said 45 mins but came in 20 mins. Kind staff, always friendly on phone and at the door. Can’t fault this pizzeria. Mamma Mia is best.

When it first opened food was lovely then over time it got worse every time we ordered food. My partner found what looked like a toe nail in his chicken wrap!! Also have other friends who have ordered from here and their chicken was raw

I just had to do that. This restaurant is abbadabbado.....Right that's enough of the puns. This is a fine restaurant and I just loved the authentic Italian food. I always enjoy places where the passion for food comes through. Marvellous!

Beautiful theater and good performances

I haven't visited the restaurant but ordered some food for takeaway. On Just Eat site was many different restaurant, and because I like to try new ones I chose them. Choice was quite wide, with pastas, drinks, dippers, starters, pizzas, desserts etc, and in a very good price. The restaurant confirmed back the delivery time but the delivery was much faster than expected. Food was fresh and hot, for my taste the chips was a bit raw, I prefer if it's more crispy, but otherwise taste was good, pizza was nice, and the portions was very huge, price was excellent. I got about double of the food for the same price than from other takeaways. I will definitely order from there next time, too, and I can highly recommend to anyone.
