Second time on the run something has been missing from the order. When you call to tel them something is missing they speak to you as if you’re lying. Waited almost 2 hours and some of us have gone without food

Absolutely disgusting, wouldn’t waste my money on ordering again, we ordered a hot a spice pizza, the only hot thing on it was the green chillis, was ment to have pepperoni on it but we got salami instead 🤮 I would give it a zero star if I could!!

Ordered online, received a message said food will be ready in 20 mins for collection. =) turn out the shop was close and already change owner . They should have shut down their website or at least put a notice on their website.

We didn't actually visit we ordered and not for the first time we ordered and something was missed out, this is the second time I have ordered and something was missing and when I rang to complain the guy moans about how tired he is, well if you don't like the job get another one, its not surprising stuff is missed out of the order when the guy tells you he can't be bothered cos he is tired, then the food I did manage to get I couldn't eat cos the Honey BBQ wings are as spicy hot as hell, I can't eat hot or spicy food so my dinner then consisted of a side salad and a corn on the cob cos the chips were missed out the garlic bread missed out, the salad on my partners meal was missed out and the wings were too spicy so what a crap tea that turned out to be, such a waste of money, go somewhere the staff are awake and will make your food properly

I ordered the garlic bread, cheesy chips and burger. Upon receiving it, the friendly lady commented on my third nipple which was surprisingly great! The food was top notch and great value! As a frequent foodie of takeaways I think this is one of the best in Runcorn. 10/10 will order again.

The website said free delivery with orders £10 or over. My food was £14.70. I was charged an extra £1.50 for delivery. The garlic bread is not cooked fully in the middle. Pizza is barely warm and burnt on the bottom. It arrived 30 minutes late, 1hr30 in total to arrive. I would rather be refunded and return the food

The chicken tasted like it had stuffing in it, the pizza base was burnt & the chocolate fudge cake was dry but the service was amazing

Honestly don't get the bad reviews. I was abit iffy to begin with but went ahead and ordered. The delivery came 15 minutes earlier than expected, food was hot and was cooked to a good standard. Downside - Noone phoned when outside so I wasn't sure if it was the driver. Also, the sauce had cracked open inside the bag so it went everywhere. Other than that, I can't fault this restaurant and hope people give it a go like i did, instead of basing it on the reviews. Will order again from here!

i ordered a deep pan pizza but it was short crust. not meaty at all. just a lot of tomato source and cheese. meat lover special no mince and saugsage and it was full of cheeese. i want someone to contact me as soon as possible. me dog wouldnt even eat it amd thats say something so we binned it. im absolutely disgusted with the food.

Absolutely disgusting service was told the food would be delivered by 19.45pm at 20.15pm I called they said the driver is on his way and it was because the driver had broken down. I was told the food would be hot. By 20.30pm still no sign so rang again about 3 times and got no answer. Still no answer and still waiting at 20.50pm

Was 20 minutes late and wasn’t a weekend or a particularly busy night. 2 of the pizzas were black from being burnt on the base. The kids meal was missing an ice cream as advertised, they sent a can of coke as a drink for a child but no option to choose a drink when placing the order. We ordered at 6.30 and arrived at 8pm. shouldn’t really take that long for couple pizzas and some fries.

Ordered Margarita pizza with green peppers and garlic base from the options. Choosing garlic base turned it into a 16" garlic bread. No tomato sauce & cancelled the extra topping of green peppers.

food was lovely but the order was set for delivery at 19:55 then they added 10 minutes on so 20:05 but didn’t turn up until 20:35 and both the pizza and garlic bread were stuck to the roof of the box.

Will not be using this restaurant again. All 4 pizzas were overcooked. One of them had so much tomato sauce I could have drowned myself in it, cheese on them was like a slab. Chips were undercooked, soggy and cold. Kids meal is supposed to come with ice cream, we did not receive this. Never again!!

The food was delivered on time and the pizza was ok but the base was a bit wet. The kebab was absolutely awful. We ordered the lamb and kofte in a naan and believe me the kofte looked like something a dog would leave on its daily walk. It tasted like someone had got burger meat and rolled it up into a tube shape. Also make sure you order your own salad and sauce as they don’t offer it and it doesn’t come automatically. We ended up unknowingly dry meat. We food we would give this place a chance despite a the ratings and ordering three meals we thought they couldn’t mess this up but seems they can’t deliver good quality food.
