The birthday event with 25 guests or so had been organised with the restaurant in advance. Guests had selected their set menu items and a la carte items in advance. However, the restaurant failed to prepare the dishes for our arrival and took our orders instead. I waited for over 2 hours from my arrival to being served my starter. It took 1.5 hours for a person to take my order. I overheard the waitress apologising for the delays, which I was happy with, but that information should have been from the manager. My friend asked for a mocktail which never arrived. At the till counter, I stated clearly the items I would be paying for, but I was promptly told what about the 3 other items. I spoke firmly again saying what I would be paying for and insisted I would not be paying for the other items. The other patrons who were not in our party we served promptly. And had left the restaurant before all of our party had finished their first courses.

Pre theatre visit, chose as near to New Wimbledon. Was very impressed with service, environment and food was delicious. Chicken satay was the best ever. Would highly recommend.

Service was very good, Papaya salad and Tom Yum soup were good. Panang curry was very poor. Dry tough sliced beef dropped into the curry sauce. Much better to be found in Hare & Tortoise. Overall, not really good value for money.

Amazing good quality Thai food and fabulous service. We were a group of 12 and service was efficient. Some had special dietary requirements and that was no fuss at all for the chef to accommodate. Thank you for a memorable birthday experience.

Food was fantastic, but service incredibly poor. Had to wait over 80 minutes just to get the first course. Only knocked of 10% off bill to compensate. Prioritisation clearly being made for takeaways - constant stream of deliveroo collections in the meantime. So highly recommend for takeaways, but stay away if you want decent service.

Thai Prawn Crakers Jungle Prawn Curry with Jasmine Rice Banana Fritters Every bite was delicious, really enjoyed the food. The Jungle curry was spicy and well balanced and delicious. The Banana Fritters, best I've ever had. The service provided by Ann was warm, welcoming and caring, thank you. I'm so glad I chose to have my evening meal here and look forward to coming back one day soon.

This was my second visit to Imm and it will be my last. The first time, on a weekend, it was fairly empty but the food was pretty good so I thought I'd introduce my partner to it. We planned to go after a meeting. When this meeting ran much later than expected, I rang Imm at 9:14pm to assess the feasiblity of still going since I had read that they closed at 10pm. The man I spoke to said that, after 9:30pm, they only did takeaway. I specifically asked if that meant the restaurant was now closed to walk-in diners and, as such, we shouldn't bother going. He said, if we got there soon we could still dine in. We arrived at 9:21pm. Upon arrival, the man we met (don't think it was the person who answered the phone, but I could be wrong, as there appeared to be 2 male waitstaff there), told us that as the kitchen was closing soon we'd have to order everything at once. This actually didn't bother us as we usually eat Thai that way. However, as we sat down, he made a point of stressing that the restaurant shut at 10pm. I asked whether that meant we would be kicked out of the restaurant at 10pm even if we hadn't finished our food ... which I estimated we might not receive until around 9:40 giving us a strict countdown in which to shovel food into our mouths as quickly as possible. Clearly with the restaurant being empty (one table of 4, ready to pay), the staff didn't want to be inconvenienced with additional business which might keep them slightly beyond their posted closing hours. Given how unwelcome he made us feel, we decided to leave and eat elsewhere earby. With this lack of customer service, no wonder Imm was empty both times I visited -something which appears not to have been just my experience. I have read other reviews saying they were "surprised" Imm was empty. Given this expereince, I am not. I note we went a few doors up the block where we ordered food by 9:35pm and incidentally finished our meal and left by 10:15pm... We didn't plan to loiter for ages at the table. We just didn't want to have a metaphorical gun to our head to finish super quickly. The other restaurant made us feel welcome, even at the late hour, while Imm made us feel like pests. I used to own one of North London's top restaurants so I say the above as someone with significant industry experience and empathy. I "get" that staff don't want to stay very late for a few new customers but allowing a mindset of "we're chucking you out at exactly 10pm" is bad customer service. At my restaurant, and many others I've eaten in, there is usually a grace period for closing times. It's not like Sunday trading hours where by law you have to close at a certain time. Had the waiter said, "Just to remind you we close at 10pm so, whilst we can stay open a bit longer so you can finish you meal without undue rushing, please be aware we can probably only extend this a little while for you", we would totally have understaood and been ok with this. Equally ok would've been them saying "... we can only extend our closing to XX:XX time." I do wonder if their rigidness with the closing time would’ve been the same if the restaurant had been more full... Alternatively, when I called, they could also have discouraged us from going in at all if they plan to have a rigid 10pm closing time. Arriving before their 9:30pm switch to takeway only and within 7 minutes of my phone call qualifies as "soon" and should've entitled us to a pleasant dine-in experience. Being so dismissive of customers tells me the restaurant doesn't value them, an attitude which may show itself in other areas. And, in so doing, they are dooming their restaurant's success. After all, "A happy customer tells a friend; an unhappy customer tells the world.”

Love this place and some of the best Thai food I’ve had in London. Live locally so have visited regularly but always a bit dismayed to see that never as busy as should really be so felt inclined to finally leave my2cents. I would recommend the mixed starter, pad Thai , red and jungle curry , chicken and cashew as my fav dishes. They also make a great margarita! Only slight negative I would say is that is slightly on the expensive side for a local Thai restaurant so don’t expect to stumble upon and pay street food prices but I cannot fault the quality.

Absolutely adored it here. I came to Wimbledon for business from Nottingham and decided to get some dinner. I was contemplating takeaway but the restaurant was quiet so I stayed in. Service was wonderful, the man here is so kind and sweet. The food was absolutely delicious too - best pad thai I think I've ever had and it was out within a matter of minutes. Real fresh cooking! Since the shut down from covid I have been waiting for a return visit here. Having bragged about their Great Thai food and exceptional home made icecream, not to mention the Thai red wine, I was delighted by the spicy deliciousness or the Jungle curry and Jasmine rice I had, followed by more red wine and an off the menu taster plate of three scoops of icecream consisting of coconut, green tea and another, sorry forgot the name.. Outstanding, well worth supporting to survive these difficult times.

Spacious restaurant situated a short walk away from the railway station. This restaurant has extremely friendly and attentive staff who from start to finish ensure you are well looked after. The mixed starter was delicious, followed by the prawn and scollops with egg fried rice. Very affordable and will visit again!

We went to celebrate a family birthday and wow, the whole evening was wonderful. We were warmly welcomed and service throughout was lovely.I shared the vegetarian mixed starters which were gorgeous. I especially loved the corn cake and tofu BBQ.For mains I had the chicken teriyaki with sticky rice, and again, fabulous. Sadly, no room for dessert.What a wonderful restaurant, and I wish I lived closer to it.

I was blown away by this place. My starter was the Vietnamese fresh spring roll, this was beautifully presented as a wrap with a crown of lettuce and an excellent healthy option. My main was the red thai curry, again excellent. Service was excellent. Recommended.

I had visited this Thai 3 times previously for dinner and thought food was fantastic and service good, I even placed previously a five stars review for this restaurant . Today, I decided visiting the restaurant with a friend, i live a bit far away but was happy to make the travel to Wimbledon as previous experience were so good. We arrived at the restaurant just before 2pm, it was empty which to me is not a problem, we were greeted by a grumpy older waitress. I wont go into detail but as a brief the whole service was rushed, unfriendly and hostile, we were rushed to order, were not offered the drinks menu at all , we felt this staff member was so unfriendly that made us feel unwelcome and totally ruined our experience, we had our mains and left to a nearby cafe to have coffee/desserts. i apologised to my friend for suggesting this place for our meet up. What a shame that this experience has now put a shadow on previous great time we had here before. I am not sure after today I would return , food is great but today’s service was shocking.

We went on New Year's Eve. This is usually a bad idea at most restaurants in London as there is usually a set meal. At Imm we could order whatever we wanted from the normal menu or the Christmas menu and all for the normal prices. All our dishes were lovely. I had chicken penang. Beautiful - the best I have ever eaten. I had an excellent chicken pad thai too. The restaurant is elegant and nicely lit. Prices are very fair. I would say much better priced than the other Thai restaurants in Wimbledon. We were treated very well by charming and efficient staff. A really lovely evening. We will be returning soon!

So gonna have to say, eaten a lot of Thai food and given its special place in my cuisine heart I can only say I will praise the great and despair of the worst.Over dramatic introductions aside, this place is absolutely brilliant. Great atmosphere, lovely modern styling that feels nice and busy whilst also not being overbearing.Food was great. Thai Mixed starter, which is usually something that feels like bits of others people's plates that fell off and then shoved together with generic garnish actually tasted really incredible. Sauces were amazing, the satay sauce especially had a propr disctinction of its flavours. Mains of sweet and sour prawn with egg noodles was of a high quality. Special mention must go to the desert though. The Panpan crepe was something else. Light, flavoursome, perfectly portioned for the end of a great, filling meal. Service was excellent. Hostess was charming, polite, welcoming and despite being busy was always on hand. Thank you to everyone here for an amazing meal.

Booked for our 9th wedding anniversary. In honour of our honeymoon destination. I mentioned this during booking and I have to say that I’ve never had a restaurant pay so much attention to an occasion. They contacted me in advance, asked if there was a particular dish that reminded us of the honeymoon, there was, and then it appeared with very little fuss alongside our main courses! Not only was it free, it was also something that isn’t on their menu and tasted exactly right. Simply amazing service.

Selected Imm Thai largely because our usual Thai was full. Wasn't expecting a lot but boy were we surprised. The food was great, reasonably authentic and with an authentic amount of heat.

We went for one of their set menus and everything in it was very nice. The sea bass was great, it was a really nice thick fillet. We could not actually finish all the food there was so much. The bill was around £70 with a couple of drinks and service included so pretty good value. Will certainly return.

Wow. What an awesome place. They squeezed us in on a busy Saturday evening as a walk in. Very nicely decorated and clean restaurant and staff very friendly and very helpful. The mixed starters were fabulously fresh and very tasty. Presentation was very nice. We both had chicken pad Thai which was simply scrumptious. Very tasty, very filling and very reasonably priced. The dessert (coconut filled Thai pancakes with ice cream) were so very delicious and so different to any dessert I've ever had before. The ice cream was unusual but completely gorgeous and creamy. This three course meal was the best meal out that I've had in a long time. Exceptional standard and very recommended.

We have eaten at Imm Thai Restaurant several times and the food is always lovely. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is becoming more popular as word gets around. They are also one of few restaurants that have a decent GF menu. We have tried many of the dishes and have never been disappointed.

The Pad Thai here was simply amazing. Definitely the best i have had in a while and also in Wimbledon. Also would highly recommend the Summer Rolls which are also delicious. Only criticism is that the food came a bit slowly but still a great overall experience.

I have been here twice now and had the duck teriyaki both times as it was so delicious! Nice and quiet so that you can actually chat without shouting and the atmosphere is good. I love this place!

We enjoyed a lovely dinner each of eating different dishes all of which were very tasty and good. The accompanying wines were also very good. The service was attentive, given a Friday night and a full house.

Imm Fusion is much bigger and more elegant than you might guess from the outside and with good service it would be a nice place for a special meal. There are some slightly different curries on the menu from the average Thai. The spring rolls were unusual and the food was presented attractively. The prawn tempura was very ordinary. However, the wine list was limited especially in the cheaper options. I think 19 quid for house is far too much in an ordinary part of London i.e. not Soho or Chelsea. The next bottle was £24 and after than £28.00. There were a limited range of styles and grape varieties at cheaper prices. I thought it was all rather over-priced with coconut rice at £3.50 for a tiny portion and a beef curry coming in at 10,95 without rice. Our bill was £67 including service for a bottle of wine, two starters, two mains, no sides. This included service and also a mysterious 'tax' of £2.75. When we queried this the waitress tried to tell us it was VAT which is by law included in prices; she then said the machine was malfunctioning and took the 'tax' off the bill. You could call me suspicious minded but this is the second Thai I have been to with a cash register that malfunctions and adds a tax. I'd be interested to know how often the happens. I'd try a set pre-theatre menu again here but think it's poor value for a local midweek supper.

Il locale è bello e pulitissimo. Il personale incredibilmente gentile. Il curry è fatto da loro in casa e si sente. Purtroppo per ci come me va in Thailandia spesso, i gusti risultano poco decisi. Il green curry aveva un retrogusto di green curry, e anche la Tom kha e il Singapore noodles sapevano di poco. Buono, ma lontani dai gusti che i piatti thai hanno nella realtà, sia in Thailandia, sia in Italia e uk. Ottimi i dolci.

The food here was very good. The service was impeccable. Central spot not far from Wimbledon station. Parking may be an issue. The interior had charming Thai style paintings and idols. Which was lovely. We would be back as we liked the food here

Really enjoyed my visit to this lovely restaurant on the quieter end of Wimbledon Broadway. Arrived early on a Saturday evening to a friendly welcome and delicious cocktail menu to enjoy before ordering (I recommend the Imm MaiTai). A huge basket of prawn crackers while perusing the excellent wide fusion menu. Our starters of seared scallops and Thai prawn tempura were fantastic. Our mains of Sea Bass in tamarind, Beef Pad Takrai and chicken pad thai were superb. The Thai Chenin Blanc complements the food wonderfully. Highly recommended

This is a cracking little place with really good food. It is at the wrong end of Wimbledon and is a long thin dining area. But the food is really good particularly the starters. Ours were superb Fresh spring rolls, chicken satay and tempura prawns. Main course from a good wide ranging menu - chicken stir fry, pak choy, soft noodle rice and an aubergine tofu dish. We had a good value rose and sparkling water. To be honest the service was a little sluggish to start with but we arrived at a time whilst there were not many in the restaurant the one large table was being served. However the excellent food makes up for this.

Food was very good and nice, service was not the fastest but still of an appropriate speed considering how busy the restraunt was. The staff were extremely kind and nice and it was a very joyable ambient atmosphere.
