Decent breakfast/lunch spot with good vegan/veggie options, drinks and some quite customisable options. No reservations so be prepared to wait outside. I had the vegan bagel which was a little plain but quite hearty for a vegan breakfast (defo needed sriracha, which was offered upon it being served). Nice coffee, too. My two little critiques are that the plate was unnecessarily large and empty for just a bagel, and we were initially greeted with quite rude, blunt service.

I was just passing by but the cakes looked amazing and home made. Rhubarb muffin was superb along with a v n coffee. Defo going back. Great service too - friendly and quick.

Very friendly, lovely food. Had to wait but worth it. Book if you're going to endcliffe Park. We did parkrun, which was busy .

We nipped here from brunch’ and it was delicious. Quick service and excellent food. I had the eggs florentine with a side of hashbrowns and halloumi. The eggs were poached perfectly, hollandaise sauce perfect and a good generous amount of fresh wilted spinach. My husband has the vegan bagel and loved that too. Coffee was perfect too. Would highly recommend.

Lovey place in the heart of Sharrow Vale. Really good food and super-friendly staff. We had the do-it-yourself brunch which is good value for money and the food quality is great. Definitely recommend a visit.

First class poached eggs and flat whites

Great food but I’ve been overcharged twice - once they charged £2 (to share a plate) because my daughter was having a full breakfast after training and I just had a cup of tea. The last time my husband went the waitress was very rude and grumpy. Not a great experience overall so we don’t go anymore.

Good cafe that does breakfast food all day including gluten free options.

Fist time we have visited this cafe. A friendly welcome. We sat upstairs and enjoyed a tea and coffee and shared a chocolate brownie delicious. We will be calling in again when visiting the area.

Have been here a few times in the past and always friendly service and good food. However, my experience today was very negative. Our waitress was quite rude and abrupt at the offset. I asked for drinks to come with the food and they forgot about this. Half way during meal, I politely reminded another waiter. Due to the delay, he offered to take drinks off the bill. Once it came to paying, the older female waitress asked for the full amount which I happily paid. She did not acknowledge the delay and made the whole encounter awkward. Food was nice as always but service poor.

Had a great breakfast here today. As others have said the Veggie Burrito was excellent as well as the Veggie bagel. Extra points for serving Sriacha too! The people were lovely and the place had a vibrant atmosphere. Will visit again when I the area. Bill total was £25 with drinks which seemed quite reasonable.

We had to wait a bit outside because they were busy, but the food and service were worth the wait! We were able to order promptly after being seated, and although seating was snug, we were comfortable. Great coffee and tea selection, and everyone loved their breakfast. My husband said the breakfast burrito was the best he's ever had. Our table also ordered eggs benedict and eggs on avocodo toast which were tasty and cooked to perfection. We all highly recommend! Sorry there's no photos! We were so excited to eat, we forgot to take them!

Food good but not impressed with general cleanliness and there was a dog around in the cafe. This is second time in the last two weeks that we have been and been disturbed by dogs, round customers and children. Not hygienic so won't be returning.

Regrettably, I must give this a low rating. The standard is just so high in this area that businesses cannot afford to have unsmiling staff with frosty attitudes (only towards men, we observed). Perhaps the ladies had an off day, but we shan't be returning to confirm. There are simply too many other, wonderful options available, such as nearby Caffè Tucci, which has a professional, friendly team and beautiful delicacies. Reply to the owner: Thank you for your response, though it comes across a little unreasonable? I disagree that the bad experience was my 'problem' as I am a regular customer with your local competitors, who have always given me excellent customer service. However, I appreciate your time and hope you make improvements.

WOW WOW WOW just read the review below by JSK W and prompted me to write a review. We love this place, food and service always impeccable and our must go to place when in Sheffield. Only thing frosty we've ever found in here is the Iced Coffee.

Absolutely wonderful place to visit with some of the best food I've ever tasted. Has a chill atmosphere which everyone can enjoy. Can't recommend enough!

Incredible veggie breakfast burrito 😍 flavours & textures were everything & omg the hash browns in the burrito 👌🏽 beautiful fresh lemon & ginger tea. Really lovely friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely chilled vibe and nice window seat overlooking Sharrow vale. Lovely experience

The lady that served me was very polite and professional. Disappointing that we couldn't order bacon and egg sandwiches. Even though those items were on the menu, just as part of a much bigger sandwich that we didn't want. Flat white, very small. Same size cup as an Espresso in most cafes. £6.40 for a brownie and flat white did seem high.

Great coffee, lovely atmosphere & the chocolate brownies are to die for. The breakfast burrito is a winner too, I didn't want to move after I'd had it! I would highly recommend this cafe!

Special treat. Very worthwhile eggs are always golden perfectly cooked for my taste. Great drinks I had a ginger lemon tea .

We came today for brunch and it was so delicious! Really well priced, nice staff and nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

It's a cafe, good spot on Sharrowvale Rd, can get busy.

Breakfasts were great, fresh and tasty - eggs however you like them. Accommodating for us vegetarians and those who like a sausage, you can personalise your plate with up 6 sides for a reasonable price. Couldn’t resist a peanut butter jelly flapjack and rocky road en route out of the door! The flapjack was 10/10 but the rocky road needed less marshmallow and more biscuit. Overall, would definitely recommend!

The best fry up I’ve had in years. Came to visit my brother who lives around the corner and he recommended it. Easy menu to navigate along with the kindest host (all those trips up the stairs and back!) Super friendly and kind, I’m always particular and it wasn’t a drama Food was incredible, hash browns were the best I’ve possibly ever had, sausages and bacon were fresh along with a big slab of toast. Already waiting to go again on another trip

My go to for quality comfort food.

First time visit today, for a drink and piece of cake. Welcomed very warmly even though it was really busy. Nice cake selection that is reasonably priced. Everything, served quickly and with a smile. The food that was served around us looked beautiful and will definitely try it when I next visit.

It’s a lovely little cafè down in Sharrow Vale, and they do very nice coffees and brunches. Lots of love has been put into this shop and the food they serve. Highly recommended to everyone coming down to Eccy Road!

I have been visiting made by jonty for many years now with my family and their service has never disappointed. They prepare high quality breakfasts, with their crown being their poached eggs! I'll happily leave 5 stars.

Oh! My goodness. What a wonderful, wonderful place. The downstairs betrays it's real size as there is a lovely seating area upstairs with a nice view of Sheffield. I had a meaty breakfast which was absolutely delicious and brilliantly priced. My wife has an intolerance to gluten and milk which they catered for exquisitely. The staff were nice enough if a little bored and not really up for any conversation but that's fine it was a busy brunchtime. Atmosphere was nice. Would highly recommend if you're in this area of Sheffield and looking for a delicious affordable brunch.

Lovely cafe on sharrowvale road, the coffee was brilliant and the service was quick. Iced coffee was great and had dairy free options. The carrot cake was a little dry and the frosting was sickly and not cream cheese but maybe that’s a personal preference! We couldn’t finish it, but the raspberry almond slice was amazing! Very small and cosy, if you can get a table definitely visit, staff were nice and parking nearby

Lovely Cafe, great food and friendly staff. 1 star lost as we had ordered 2 breakfasts but only 1 was put through so the food came separately. Not much of a wait though and staff very apologetic. Mistakes happen and it wouldn't put me off visiting again.

I had a delicious almond croissant and latte here recently and thoroughly enjoyed both. I was served by a lady called, I think, Romeo? She was really attentive and helpful! Will recommend this place to all my friends.

Popped in today for coffee but it was so cold and unwelcoming we didn’t stay. Staff were off hand and cakes looked uninspiring so found a much better place round the corner Hi Jonty, thank you for replying to me. I appreciate heating bills are extortionate and apologise if you found me over critical but actually your staff didn’t offer me any other seating - I wasn’t aware there was an upstairs. However, in view of the fact that I was with my 88 year old friend we would still have declined.

Lovely little spot to have a coffee. Great, friendly and personable service. Highly recommend the Dirty Latte. Venue little bit on the small size so expect to wait for a seat if busy. But worth it, adds to the cosy feel. Far more heart and soul than a mainstream coffee chain...

The place is nice, staff are friendly but I'm absolutely not happy with the food. I ordered a vegan bagel, it was small, tasteless, expensive and I felt like that was the easy and quick option for them to put in the menu that there is a vegan option. Not recommended for vegans, ok for a coffee but I wouldn't even bother tbh.

Waited outside for coffee for 10 minutes. Was completely ignored by all the servers and the woman at the counter just smirked at me while chatting to another staff member. Ended up leaving after 10 mins since nobody who worked there had even the basic courtesy to say “sorry we’re really busy, I’ll be with you in a minute”.

Superb as usual. Also got a quick service takeaway hatch.

We've had 2 really disappointing experiences here , both with a young child, where we felt like the staff were surprised and almost irritated to have to cater for. On both occasions service was awkward and inattentive and a little unfriendly and on the second occasion food was burnt and dry and shouldn't have been sent out to us.

Go to breakfast place. And lunch. And just coffee. Sometimes afternoon feed. Does it all.

Friendly, inviting, waffles were amazing. Second time we've been and consistently brilliant.

The vegan bagels are gorgeous. One of our favourite lunch stop. Staff are always nice.

We went there for brunch and the food was top notch. The brunch menu is centred on eggs and although there are dishes you could order, you could also add your own sides from a selection to your eggs...a bit like pick and mix. What made our whole dining experience truly memorable was the very friendly, accommodating and attentive staff. We highly recommend this place and we'll definitely visit again when we're next in Sheffield! Thanks to one and all at Made by Jonty!

Change the menu!! If you like poached eggs or omelette this is the place for you, if you want anything interesting or for lunch, rather than breakfast, go somewhere else. Also, don't waste moneybuying 'large' drinks,they are teacup size. Very poor value 😔 Wow!! Great reply from Jonty, way to go calling your customers names. BTW, your large cups used to be a lot larger than they are now. I've been coming to your place since you opened when you were an interesting place to eat but think it's time to move on. Your arrogance is unbelievable!

Great local cafe/eatery. I've only been for brunch but found the menu options and pricing to be good. Food was quick to arrive and tasted great. Staff were friendly, nice decor/venue. It's also a lot bigger than it looks from the outside.

Wonderful little coffee shop with great selection of light bites.

We ordered three coffees and two cakes.. And ask for water for the child. Water never arrived. And no welcome smile nor a bye bye.

First time but not the last time. Lovely place with seating upstairs as well. Friendly staff. I went for the cheese on toast and added mushroom and bacon. They cooked the bacon crispy as I had asked and the whole meal was delicious.

I came in with my family after my graduation and our lovely servers were super polite and fast with taking our orders and bringing the food. The food was delicious and at the end one of the waitresses (Esme) gave me a free brownie to say congratulations - we had a lovely visit and will be returning soon! Thanks again!

Lovely tasty food very small but tables well spaced out only downside we had to go upstairs which was a problem as my friend has arthritis and struggles with both climbing and descending stairs
