Kebabs were like chewing rocks, not fresh like menu suggests definitely microwaved for 2 long! Not going back.

Food late and really cold - the cheeseburger was that cold the cheese had melted and gone hard. The worst part was how rude and arrogant the staff were when I called Macdonners, no apology and then said they would send the driver back to collect the food if I wanted a refund - great customer service. This used to be a great place to get food from but won’t be back and will make sure I tell others to avoid.

Late phone off hook chips cold and soggy pizza cold will not be ordering again

App said delivered but no food arrived again when I live so close as well. I've ordered from these guys loads but some drivers from Just Eat are letting them and us down.

Ordered at 7.01pm,just eat say it was delivered at 8.20pm which it wasn’t. My son called the shop and it was even cooked yet

I do not recommend. Delivery was very delayed. The food was cold. I called the restaurant but the service was very unpleasant.

Delivered to the door. Then stated 'are you hungry'. Could be a karen and complain full on but will probably fall on deaf ears. Shocking delivery service whether its a joke or not, someone could take that to heart and potentially end up somewhere they shouldn't be because of a delivery drivers comments. disgusting. That may well be my VERY LAST order from this place if that is what's to come from now on.

App marked delivered when it was not. Phoned restaurant and got told it was an automatic timer thing. Told that order had just left restaurant and might be 5 or 10 minutes… turned out closer to 20 mins. Very poor.

The pizza was thin but still doughy, arrived cold and the sauces I paid for were half filled tubs that tasted off. Really gone downhill and I won’t be buying from here again.

I have never had such amazing food before in Glasgow. Quantity with quality both are good. Their sauces are great literally.

absolutely not happy with this munchy box firstly let's talk about the kebab meat it was disgusting not fresh it was over cooked and could not eat it. Next let's talk about the chips they was not fresh in fact they was extremely soggy could not eat them now let's talk about the chicken pakora simply soild overcooked same with the rest of the pakora the whole munchy box picture has been taken and being submitted to justeat for a refund

Great pizza, asked for it to be nice and spicy and they never let me down. First time ordering from here and I wasn’t disappointed… Order arrived early and was nice and hot… Great work folks.👏👏👏

Pizza was very chewy and like rubber. Chicken had a smell. Not happy with order.

I was really impressed with the food. First time ordering (st Vincent street) Pizza was perfect, chicken karahi and mushroom rice were beautiful with perfect spice. The chicken was cooked to perfection and loved the chunky bits of ginger throughout....only 1 tiny thing is the curry could been slightly less oil. Other than that it was 10/10.

Burger was burnt. Pizza was ok but dough/base tasted weird. Garlic sauce was a disaster, watery and smelt off.

DISGUSTING SERVICE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! This is not the first time this restaurant shocked me with its negligence but it will be the last. This time it is nothing to do with the food, literally nothing. I made an order, they accepted it, marked it as delivered and closed the shop. I tried to phone but of course, no one was there. I have paid for an order that does not exist. Refund request denied. Trust me, your better off at Mcdonald's👍

You can’t dine-in here. Small place. Fast service, overall good halal food, and very reasonable prices.

I am not from Glasgow and was lucky enough 2 try this takeaway it was the best kebab I have had and I have tryed many takeaways if there was more than 5 stars I would give that great service absolutely spotless clean perfect

The food is quite nice but the last two times I ordered they didn't deliver everything I asked for then didn't answer the phone.

Our food not only arrived extremely late it was a stone cold and not able to eat. I have ordered through just eat plenty of times and always had fantastic service. Could you please either refund me my money or contact the restaurant and get them to refund me. I also informed the hotel I was staying in at the time: The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Glasgow about this service and although there's nothing they can do about it, understandably. They said they will not recommend this takeaway service to their customers in the future. Thank you for you continued service.

The chicken pakoras were really disappointing, dry and very hard, we couldn’t eat them. The chips were soggy and cold and not seasoned and the sauce tasted off and was badly watered down. Not the good quality this place used to give. The donner tasted really nice but was unfortunately cold. Please raise your standards to the way you used to be because this please used to be lovely.

Nowhere else does pizza like this. Spicy veg pizza isn't just a veg pizza with a few jalapenos, like most places, it's spicy right through. Visiting after moving away 6 years ago - still great!

One of the most filthy take aways in the area. Price on board only for show as they charge double than what it says on the board. No hand washing from any staff as one guy constantly coughing and not washing hands whilst still preparing food. Avoid this place at all costs.

As others have previously mentioned, just ignore the prices and the menu altogether per se! They literally make prices up as they go, no rhyme or reason. Don't be so silly to assume just because their own menu states you receive a Capri sun with your child's meal, you'll actually receive none. Oh no no, with 3 separate orders, you'll receive 0 Capri suns. Macdobbers food is actually really good, there's zero complaints on that front. The staff however are beyond inept. From staff who are ignorant and can't count, to delivery drivers who despise hot food and insisit on delivering it only when cold.... You're best staying clear. If you're not ordering in shop, and forcing the staff to use a calculator, then don't bother.

Their hoagie gave me food poisoning. Also, their atm says it charges £1.25 for withdrawals but it is actually £1.75. Would not recommmend

The food was squashed when time it arrived. And because the delivery took so long (most of an hour from the time it set off from the restaurant) the food was obviously cold when it arrived too. Given the look of it I think it would have been a disappointing pizza even if it was on time, warm and not squashed. Won't be ordering again

Pakora was hard/dry and inedible. Pizza tasted ok but was luke warm and the delivery guy looked like someone had just stole his telly!

The food was good but it was cold when it came which was disappointing and they accidentally put donner meat on my pizza which wasn't bad but not what I wanted. Overall the food was decent but yeah coldness and unwanted donner meat let it down😐

Very tasty food. Only problem is, the prices on the menu and on the display boards are wrong, so don't be surprised when it costs more than you expect. May be best to order online and pick it up, rather than order in the takeaway, that way you know how much it will actually cost.

Ordered hot lamb madras, and it was absolutely awful, I’m a Pakistani and we know what the meaning of spicy or hot is, this tasted like they just dumped a whole packet of red chilli powder in one container. I’ve ordered this exact same thing before and many other things for years and years, my family knows the owner and this is definitely not the same standard of food as we once remember.
