I never got what I paid for. Sometimes just a dip for a salad, but sometimes one of the main dishes. Terrible service and rude staff.” Do you really want this?” they asked when I realized there were no fries. Unfortunately, this is the only McD's nearby. Avoid if you got a choice

Always asked to pull up and wait when it is usually only myself wanting 1 meal. After waiting for a while, food delivered to your car window cold. Experienced this at least 4 times and will not be returning to use the drive through.

My daughter has become accustomed to disappointment - no McFlurries again and items missing from the order, which we didn’t notice until til we got home! I called the Red (I use that term lightly!), and they asked me to come back - I asked if someone could just drop it off on their delivery, but of course, that’s not possible - it seemed an easy solution to me!

Ordered £37 meals. Items missing. Told to take pictures ???? No interest in customer satisfaction. Wont be ordering from them again.

Terrible service. Always messing up orders and when you ask them is it all there and right they say “yeah yeah” too busy talking and messing about to care if your order is right. It’s not good enough at all!! The staff need sorting

I used my loyalty points to treat myself at mcdonalds Langley mill and used the mcdelivery service.. ive recently just recieved my mc delivery app order via uber , using the app . i even used my built up award points and ordermyself a tasty few treats , consisting of mc crispy , fries and a mini mc flurry my order number or code on the reciept is 7NWC-CTFZ-96YD i am honestly hand my my heart dissipointed and upset, the food after it eventually arrived was stone cold and i mean stone cold .. the mcflurry was melting too ive been unable to contact the langley mill store direct , uber eats wont answer the phone so ive taken to email I am 1.3 miles away from the store and a 4 min drive.... ONLY so no excuse for such a long wait and to receive STONE COLD FOOD and a poor experience i am totally gutted your ruined my saturday night in treat . i waited a age. and then got a miserable delivery driver, who was not aplogetic in anyway . IVE RANG UBER THEY SAY. THE DELIVERY DRIVER DELIVERED THE FOOD IN A ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF TIME.. MCDONALDS STORE MANAGER I EMAILED SAID ITS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM I GOT COLD FOOD AND TO CONTENT UBER..... end if the day facts are facts 1.3 miles and supposedly 4 min drive. Shouldn't equal to nearly a hours wait and stone cold food and zero customer service from uber and mcdonalds. AVOID THEM..

What you see is not what you get! Cold food yet again - thank the lord for microwaves! Why do we bother? I’m honestly not sure! Very unusual to see the McFlurry machine working - that earned you the one star!

Comedy McDonalds. Fancy a milk shake or a McFlurry? You won't get one here. For pity's sake get the machine fixed! Every time I go the machine is broken. And while were here...... Pay attention to me when you're serving me and stop nattering between yourselves. Clean your serving hatch - it's disgusting. Don't call me "Mate". Got told to wait in car park where it was full and about 10 cars waiting then half hour when by so I went to ask and they lost my order then another 20mins to get it with just a sorry then got the order wrong, god help this place

Today was a fourth time in row I had wrong or not completed order. 25 minutes waited and went home with the bag of wrong items. What happened if they will give a wrong food to allergic people? The idea of fast food was get something easy and quickly ( Langley Mill McDonalds will not give you anything easy and definitely not quick) Avoid if you don’t really hungry or check everything what you ordered.

With McDonald's, you generally have an idea of what it will be like. However, there is one exception to the rule which is Langley Mill McDonald's 1. The food is usually cold as was this order 2. There's usually something missing or wrong (in this case a missing burger) 3. This order was missing Ingredients (no mustard or onions on any burgers) 4. Stale buns 5. The state of the food preparation area was disgraceful on visiting. 6. They try to pass the book to UBER and give out the wrong phone number. 7. The manager became evasive and unhelpful. 8. The phone number given was for pending orders only. Took ages to find correct number on the internet to initiate a refund. Higher management/franchisee take note. Instore management need reevaluating and monitoring. All staff need retraining and incentivising. There are times when the food seems ok but never a great experience, the quality and service is seriously irregular nowadays. More often bad than just acceptable so, I won't be visiting this branch for a couple of years. Hopefully it could be great in the future.

Normally ok but on this occasion sent me 3 crispy wraps instead of grilled wraps, now might not seem a lot to complain but how does that happen?

Terrible absolutely terrible McDonald’s…. The staff don’t care and the service is shocking. This time we had a just eat order we was missing half the order. And even if you use the drive thu at Langley mill they can’t get that right either

Rubbish rude service - We ordered with Uber and only got part of the order. When we complained they told us there was nothing they could do, we asked to speak to the manager and was told we were speaking to the manager (we was not) and he put the phone down. We then called back and we were then advised to fetch the rest of the order, reluctantly I went to collect the order and spoke with a young lad who told me I couldn’t have the order because I had been rude. I asked to speak to the actual manager who did eventually come to speak to me, he apologised and gave me the order in the end.

Don’t waste your time! The wait in the queue is torture! But, to get to the ‘order point’ and find out that, once again, they don’t have the items you want, especially McFlurries! I’ve never known a McFlurry machine break down so often!!

Went to collect a meal at 9.30 pm. Place wasn't busy. Got home and one veggie burger was missing also both dips for the other two meals were missing. So three meals were spoilt. Made a phone call and wouldn't refund. The only thing we got was a code for one burger but we had Three meals ruined. Tip. Take everything out of the bag to check before leaving or be prepared to have a sour taste in your mouth.

I’ve being going to this McDonald’s as it’s close to where I live. Lately every time I go the burgers are warm at best but mostly cold, it just shows when the cheese slice has not even started to melt!! Useually the fries are nice as is the milk shakes. A busy McDonald’s. I do go here occasionally as it’s the nearest one to home and called in 21st December in the morning for a breakfast wrap. Can’t fault the food but the car park was flooded and when I mentioned it to a staff member he said it always does that when it rains heavily. We popped in here for a late bite from the station, I can honestly say the standard of “food” using that word loosely was not fit for consumption. The cheese burgers and Big Macs were ultra thin with no taste, flavour and over cooked, the machine for McFlurry and milkshakes was broken. How McDonald’s can charge for substandard food in this day and age is beyond me.

We nipped in on the way by as the kids had been bugging us. Ordered our food and waited quite a while as they seem a lot more interested in sorting all the drive through out first rather than people who has actually bothers to get out of their cars lol. As a couple we walk to this fast food outlet 2-3 times each month. The staff are excellent and really helpful. We use the Automated ordering system and it is really quick and efficient. They bring food to your table and do so with good grace. In the area including Derby, this is the very best McDonald’s.

Oh dear, if this chain cannot get its act together to serve food at the legally required temperature, then it should be closed down on the grounds of health and safety. The whole store seems to be staffed by teenagers, who appear not to be supervised, and if they are it's not working. Shabby indeed.

Muy popular cerca de Asda en Langley McDonalds Mill. Aparcamiento es particularmente irritante, mal organizados, difícil entrar o salir, pero aparte de eso, está abierto las 24 horas del día y es popular entre los lugareños. Conduzca a través de servicio es bueno especialmente que puede utilizar ahora pagar Apple, etc. El personal es amable y está a sólo un par de años, así que las instalaciones son limpias y bien cuidadas.

Speaking to locals, they were excited when Macdonalds arrived. God Langley Mill needs to live a little. Food is served under temperature, hot holding processes are not a suggestion, they are law! The staff is always young, and any parent knows we don't leave the children in supervised. Saying that, they are always happy, although a few steps in training have been skipped, so don't go off script with them , it dies not compute. Credit card machine is always broken, so you queue and then cannot pay, it's annoying when you have for cars in front of you, and cannot escape. Just look at the images of your food, and not what you are actually putting in your mouth, or you will be very disappointed, Google juicy hamburger pics on your tablet and keep that in front of you when you injest or you could look at this anorexic ,flattened , uninspiring been around longer than Bruce Forsyth patty, you are really eating.

Sirve MCDONALD'S muy buena comida y coca cola, si no quieres comer en hay un drive de piedra y cuando dices que no te voy lo puedes conseguir y luego conducir un poco y pagar luego esperar en el aparcamiento y la gente lo llevará a usted, así que no tienes que ir y te dan la comida.Incluso hay espacio para las personas en silla de ruedas, así que llegar allí y no esperar en el clima frío. Cuando hace sol se puede salir y comer porque hay sillas fuera.Incluso hay un protector en el piso donde usted puede jugar con sus pies y funciona muy bien.
