I made a mistake ordering online and the staff were fantastic, a big thank you !!!!!

Dry dry and dry ....Chips were like crisps...fish okay...not all that....moody service

Delivery was wrong. When rang to tell them that delivery was wrong they read a different order which did not match ours and insisted that was correct. Chips arrived stale and burgers had no salad or sauces inside although we specifically requested for them too (although this should be something standard). Used to order regularly for them and food standard and taste has progressively gone downhill.

Very good customer service and very good fish and chips.

Used to be brilliant. Nothing but problems recently. Disappointing. Very disappointing. Staff are rude and like to argue on the phone when they make mistakes also. Considering they rep luton town. Embarassing. Sad also as the manager is a very very nice guy.

Great little chippy. Ive only had the cod and chips from here but that's all I've ever needed from here. Decent pricing and they don't skimp out on the fish or chips. Will definitely come back when I get my next craving.

When I first moved to Luton I tried a few chip shops, which weren’t bad.. then someone recommended Luton Town & it really is different level. I’ve been using it for years now and the food is always on point.. service fast and friendly & the owner always has time to pass pleasantries.. truly a hidden gem

i feel very faint hearted to leave this review as i’ve been going to this establishment for years but quite frankly i was disgusted with what was served at my last visit. Thursday night me and my family decided to treat ourselves to a chipshop tea but what was served was disgusting. my 2 grandparents got an all steak pie and i got a battered jumbo sausage. the chips were rock heard and i couldn’t get my knife through my battered sausage. safe to say i wont be attending this establishment again nore will i be referring them.

The quality of fish and chips in this place have deteriorated over the last two years. Either the staff are lazy or the management is failing to give proper instructions on how to cook. I’m very close to quitting buying from this place. Here is the issue I have with the fish and chips. 1. The crust on the cods need to be smooth and only slightly crunchy. Your cods have too much crust. Also the internal part of the cod break to pieces easily. This means you are using low quality cod. 2. Your chips are too hard. They are supposed to be soft and moist. Either your staff don’t know how to cook, or you are just warming chips that were cooked hours ago and just pass it on to the next customer available. Please pull your socks up. Cook your fish and chips properly.

This place has always been our favourite but last three visits have been disappointing, especially given increase in prices. Tiny pieces of fish coated in batter, and lukewarm limp chips. Don't mind paying extra to reflect rising costs of ingredients, but expect quality, and portion sizes, to remain the same.

I have been going to this place for quite some time.very lovely workers who welcome you. Always give you fresh food made in front of you. Thanks guys keep it up

Chips are okay but not as nice as other chippys but the Pukka pie i had had a top crust that would break your teeth it had been in the heat cabinet that long. Not impressed and will bypass this place in future. If your paying good money on food then you should get quality food and this place lacks exactly that. Threw it in the bin.

Ordered 7 large cod fish and chips (£70 almost.) Unfortunately the fish was so thin and I have my doubts if it was even cod. It was as though I ate only batter with minimal fish. Chips were very small pieces (like crisps) & as though cheap Asda potatoes were used. Fish very oily to, I'm a regular customer but I will avoid from now on as £70 is alot of money in today's climate.

Been my local for years, and It has gone down hill. Not happy with recent order. Ordered fish n chips x2 the fish was dripping in oil and was un eatable, litteraly soaked, stuck to paper, and non crispy. Very small portion of chips, curry sauce was watery didn't taste nice, ended up in bin. Delivery driver was unsure if the order was ours and requested we undo food to check!!!!! Really??? Very disappointed, as used to be good. Will not be ordering again. Loyal customer lost.

Was rather impressed with this place..The fish batter is very crispy. Chips are pretty decent too. Loverly service. Really enjoyed the dinner .. extra Large Cod was massive.. kids fish n Chips could’ve been a touch bigger as my boy ploughed through it.. fantastic fish n chips. Well done chaps..

Sorry bloody rude and awkward haven’t seen any customer and bad attitude no fresh food the lady at the counter was extremely rude and talking against me while I was their already, bloody non sense idiots, we buy don’t take for free if you can’t serve properly then why work bloody owner needs to take action n train idiot staff with basic manners annoying I travel from so far unacceptable

I ordered a cod and chips large plus another portion of chips along with a few other items. I visited around 8pm on a Saturday and it was surprisingly quiet. On a positive note service was very fast. The cod was nice but the chips contained a large amount of little bits of chips which could not be eaten.

I went today brought chicken donner with pitta, they said it will take 20-25 mins for it to be ready and as I like fried onions on top the workers their refused but m not sure the guy who he was said yes will do it anwys tasted good but needed to be bit more cooked and they need to deal with customers with respect and care not hang up while still placing order. Quite rude frankly

I Would Never Recommend This Shop. Today I Ordered Food On Ubereats And I Never Received It When I Rang Them They Saying It’s Been Delivered When It Hasn’t And They Took The Money.

Food mostly was hard and cold. The only thing that was at least edible was the quarter pounder burger. Bad first experience overall from this restaurant, will be reluctant to order from there again

3 people in my household have diarrhoea and sickness today after having fish and chips from here They were perfectly fine b4 we ordered definately won't be eating or ordering from here again

The place has gone down hill the fish gets left under the heat for too long n it drys out the fish n the batter is hard n thick with grease chips are re fryed and are so greasy, I don't think they care when it's almost closing time either, it's appalling the amount they charge and what you get it ends up in the bin things need to change or just close the place down

Lovely fresh cooked fish and chips still piping hot when we arrived home near Dunstable. Friendly,polite and smiley staff. Well worth a visit will definitely be going back. Thank you

Ordered a chicken kebab but it was a soggy pitta bread with what looked like dried red dried god knows what in it. No salad which you always get at other places. One taste and it went into the bin.

Recently moved to Luton and was craving fish and chips from a “proper” chippy and this place did not disappoint. The owners/staff were friendly and welcoming. Ordered cod, scampi, chips, garlic mushrooms, curry sauce and an apple pie, nothing was greasy and oily and it had the right amount of salt and vinegar (for my taste). Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a proper chippy and will be going again!

Food is always lovely and service is always excellent. That lovely young girl with the dark hair that works in there works her socks off! She is always running back and forth, taking orders, payment, packing orders etc. Im sure shes probably not paid as well as she should be though as i think they would fall apart without her!

I was really impressed with their chips not too oilly/soggy. Second time was a bit but 4 stars from me. Pies are nice too.

Called in quickly on a Sunday to get chips to go with steak and mushrooms at home OMG massive portion of chips and that was just the regular size how big is the large 😂👍

Really disappointed. Went there tonight and don't mind waiting when busy but our order was all wrong which we didn't realise until we got home. Half the items were missing, despite paying for the full order and I had to zap everything in the microwave because it was barely warm. Not sure about ever going back.

The best fish and chips in Luton

My Mum isn’t on trip advisor so I thought I would write this for her. A few months back she got a portion of fish and chips that weren’t up to the normal high standards. So she went back and complained and they said that she was right and the fryer wasn’t right. Where the great customer service came in was the guys promised that she could have a free portion and said they would prefer to be told than for her to go somewhere else. Since then they have always been lovely to her and she appreciates it. Keep up the good work.

took ages and not great ... main man good but the other staff had Bad Attitude don’t seem to know what each other are doing ...waiting for fish then waiting for chips and I defently got a racist feel from the staff 👎🏿

I have used this chip shop for many years and have no issues with the quality of food , BUT what I have noticed is a huge decline in the portion size of the chips even the large chips dont look much bigger than the regular chip size of previous , i have heard other customers questioning is that a large chips too, i dont know if this has happened since a XL portion is now available to buy and that must now be the large chips as the others have gone tiny, also the cod has got very small, dissapointing after this chip shop always being generous with the portions.

As we were staying local,, popped in for fish and chips, the fish was ok the chips were lovely, staff member was Friendly.

I've always had good experiences here, personally. My only issue is that sometimes the chips get wrapped so tightly that they stick to the paper... I love the mixed meat and chips... sausage in batter to die for! Mum bought some fish last visit and it was ginormous!

Bought cod & chips today, very surprised because it's usually very good but got to say the fish was tasteless & the batter not crisp at all, very disappointing.

Best fish and chips 😉 been going there for over 10 years.. never ever found a bone in the fillet..!! Chips great too. Always busy with a huge queue on a Friday, says it all. Once again a stunning piece of Cod tonight... Best in the area, keep it up guys.

This is the best chippy in all of Luton, in my opinion. Mixed meat and chips with extra sauce is heaven in a styrofoam box!

Good food and reasonably priced

Yesterday brought some fish and chips, while we where celebrating eid in the evening. The brother even threw in two extra drinks for our celebrations. Just want to say excellent customer service and great tasty fish and chips. Would highly recommend
