Went last minute for a quick kebab. Very succulent and excellent service

horrendous and rude customer service! lied about cancellation and said they called us but never did. when we phoned them they said “we are too busy bye”. no apologies or anything. don’t use this snotty and rude shop.

Don't order on just eat wait 55 minutes to then see they cancel your order. So I called directly some rubbish couldn't call me. I checked right phone number and I haven't been on phone so it wasn't engaged and no missed calls. Stupid excuses. So I used somewhere else. Not good business practice

Ordered through Just Eat but then realised it was showing as 'no delivery'. Cancelled order but refund refused. I have lost £28 that I cannot recover.

One of the best Kebabs in Luton and super speedy delivery! Just wish the menu was fully reflective of what you can also order in store like Kebab wraps and that they would allow you to add all the sauces you usually would in store (like lemon, chill & garlic) Other than that - we're regulars and will continue to order from here

The donor meat was dry and the lamb Shish was also dry. We thought we would try somewhere new instead of Pinar and it was disappointing.

I've used LKH many times, but tonight I have to admit it wasn't the best I have had, food was Luke warm, and delivered late, which is a shame. I will still use them going forward though, as everyone has an off day..🤷

The 1/4 was seriously overcooked and unbearably dry. The chips were ok. The bogof Ben & Jerry's ice cream pots have gone bad - they have been defrosted and refrozen, leaving chunks of ice amongst the ice cream and a nasty sticky gunk on top of the cardboard lid on the inside. I binned the chicken and ice cream. I regret spending money here. Delivery driver was friendly.

The portion sizes on the kebabs are extremely small. 4/5 pieces of chicken and 2 koftes. Tastes nice just very small portions

Do not order from here! Paid £13 for a kebab which was a tiny portion and got another kebab that looked like a child portion. Rang the takeaway for the man to be rude and very unhelpful. Food was dry and horrible. Waste of money!

Been using Luton Kebab house for a number of years. Delivery is typically on time of early. Food is of good quality and a good size. A good Kebab.
