Lucky View in South Lanarkshire

Ordered Sweet and Sour prawn balls and my husband had Chicken curry - both with fried rice. Both were excellent, the portions were substantial and tasty and the cost is great. Well worth a try. Did not have a problem with delivery as it was collected.

I placed an order for chicken chow mein. Prawn crackers and a bottle of diet coke. Honestly the chicken chow mein was disgusting 😒 😑 I mean the coke and prawn crackers mixed together would of tasted better

Loved this place but after tonight I will be going elsewhere Curry saucy was watery and bland, duck with cashew nuts..... erm where is the duck??? 4 wee bits Come on guys get a grip ur food was good and now it’s rubbish

Placed order just after 6pm to be told at 7.15pm,when we phoned to chase it up, that order was just in kitchen now!! By 8pm still no sign of order so had to go out to get food from elsewhere. Got a call from delivery driver at 8.20pm about the order and I sent him packing. This is not the first time we've had issues. Previous midweek orders have either turned up well over an hour late or the food is stone cold. The food is good but ruined by really bad service. If you want your order to take well over a hour to arrive and be stone cold when you get it then this is the takeaway for you!! Won't be using again.

Absolutely delicious, Lucky View is my fave Chinese takeaway. Breast chicken curry was fabulous. Fried rice was also fabby, chips were average Big portions and delivered before time stated. Can’t wait to try something else on the menu

Ordered a take away, it was frozen when it arrived, and I only live 5 mins away. When called to complain the person on the phone was the cheekiest person I've dealt with. Basically said "it wasn't their fault" It wasn't too appetising to look at either. Rice, with a couple of pieces of peppers and a couple of strings of onion thrown in. Do yourself a favour, avoid this place like the plague.

First time ordering from here and it's the last. The chicken in the king po was soft and spongey and the chicken in the curry was hard and dry. First taste of the salt and chilli chips was really nice them after 4 all you could taste was salt. I eat a lot of chicken and this was defo not the best. Really don't understand why this place gets 5 stars. Don't waste your money on this place.

This is our favourite Chinese. The food is always top notch. We order a range of food from the menu and usually get starters also. The Hot & Sour Soup is delicious as are the ribs, they come in various sauces. I'm about to order a meal for my family just now. The only thing I'd say is I think for a loyal customer who buys a lot from the menu regularly there should be free fritters or starters if you say spend over £20

Very busy when I visited so had to wait a wee while but excellent food well worth waiting for. I will be going back again

This is our families 1st choice Chinese takeaway. We have enjoyed every meal we've had from them and get 1 most weekends.

Have been to this takeaway on a few occasions and is always good value and good food! Family run and staff are always pleasant. Service is as you would expect for fast food and there is never an overly long time to wait for your meal. Particularly like the chicken fried rice and the Chinese curries.

Good consistant food, great value, tried others but this is consistantly good.
