One of the nicest Chinese’s we have had in a long time! Really enjoyed every bit of it. Especially the crispy shredded beef.

Salt and chilli king prawn was delicious! The service was also fast and efficient Highly recommend 🤤

I went I after been there the week before and had a really nice Prawn chilli Prawn, after a couple of pints went back and told her lovely meal, but could I have a few extra prawns which I was willing to pay for, and was abruptly told you have to pay double, not paying double I asked just a few extra Prawns , luckily there were a couple waiting for there food , who heard the conversation, the woman ,lady needs to learn some manners.

I just came to lucky house today and their food is delicious! The sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style is probably the best chicken I ever had and the salt and chicken tastes brilliant! I have never tasted something this great in such a long time and the boss treated me with respect. I will come back here next time with my friends and family.

I've had some good meals from here in the past but after the one I had at the weekend I will not be returning here again. The beef mushroom was awful, tasteless and the meat was horrible, very chewy and like rubber I don't even think that a dog would have eaten it. The chicken curry was no better, again it was the meat, chewy, gristly and the curry sauce was tasteless. The onions and peppers are never cooked out for long enough and are far too big. I really don't know what has happened to this place over the last year but it has gone downhill rapidly. The only good thing is that the portions are massive but what's the point in this if the food is not very good and then most of it ends up in the bin! The young lady at the counter is always polite with me and I've never had an issue with her being rude or abrupt like some of the other customers have been complaining about.

Wow where do I start!! We order EVERY week from here because the food is good. But my god the young girl who works their is absolutely vile on the phone her repeated use of the word "ye ye ye" is awful, a couple of times things have been wrong and when I ring and politely say something is missing her response is vile... well tonight was something else 😂 as usual rude dry when she answered the phone, then I had to ring and say my 2 pots of curry sauce were missing and her response once again was "ye" then she said "just come get them if u want them YE" at this point I was fuming and asked will they be ready when I get there... she replied with "probably" and hung up 😂😂 . When I went back for it she was even more rude and dry. The other 3 people in the take away were all passing comments on her attitude. One of them even told her to have a nice evening and maybe practice smiling a little more as it was the worst customer services she has ever had.!! The other lady I must add coudlnt of been more apologetic and SO lovely cant fault her at all... shes lost a good customer this evening.

We had several dishes for a friends take-away night in. All were good value, hot and tasty. We ordered by phone and the food was ready at the time. Well packaged.

Let's start with the miserable teenager on the counter! Rude, brusque, insolent, churlish, bad mannered - I could go on forever! If she hates customers so much why doesn't she go and work somewhere else??? The lady who actually serves you your food couldn't be more different. However, the food also lets this place down- on the low side of average in quality, swimming in very non specific sauce and either brown or red in colour. There are some new things on the menu. I tried the salt and pepper chicken wings......my god!!!! Covered in a thick oily semi burnt batter and overcooked to the point of being almost inedible. The only good thing I could say about the food this time was that the portions are very big - but who wants big portions of terrible food???? Don't think I'll be going again.

Will not be ordering from this place again. Awful behaviour, disrespectful young girl Made to feel I welcomed when ordering food. Quite sad really to think my order came to around £150 for the family. Absolutely disgraceful.

I am not happy the woman on the counter, quite young I’d say still in school spoke to myself and my friends very rudely. I am not happy with this, I felt like we had done something wrong by asking for our order. She spoke to us with no manners, no customer service whatsoever. This was so uncalled for. Her customer service was absolotely stinking! I can’t believe how uncomfortable she made us feel for ordering Food we are PAYING FOR!! Do not recommend, the attitude stank, the facial expressions were absolutely threatening! Ordered chips and curry (1 of many orders) her response was “you want what?” With awful facial expressions & a huge sigh… maybe close to closing time? She also had a young child with her, maybe this was the cause of the huge anger with the customers??? Do not recommend. Will not be visiting again.

What a terrible customer service from that young girl behind the counter. Me and my friends went in for a late night first ended up being out of by the way she spoke to us making me uncomfortable about what I wanted to eat !! The cheek on her to say you want what ! When I asked for a change in what I wanted and the face on her ! So I think she needs re training on her customer service skills there was no need to speak to us like rubbish.

OMG - talk about the worst food ever, if you like soggy, dank and moldy food then this is your deal. Completely disgusting, soggy, wet and not fit for consumption.

I think the reviews here are ridiculous and way too critical, the food here is very nice they are quick with service the portions are big so you get your moneys worth and personally I have never been dissatisfied Amazing place!

Stay clear.. stay clear.. stay clear.. unless you want to keep walking in time and time again, for them to ask what your order was again and again, they hadn't even started it untill the 4th time I asked. Food rating 2 out of 10.. the new management are nothing short of useless.. never again.

You cannot complain about the quantity of food you get from this establishment, the problem is you get lots, and lots, of pop quality food. Anything deep fried and batter is coated in a really thick layer and when cut into reveals an inner layer...

Always a good quality and tasty take away. The large pancake rolls are delicious and the Hong Kong sweet and sour pork is very good.The staff are great, friendly and accommodating. You may have to wait a while for a walk in take away as they are busy but phone orders are generally on time.

Looks run down - but is clean and serves freshly cooked food of a good standard - try the hot & sour soup, prawn toast, Nazi goreng chow mein, sweet and sour king prawn and duck with ginger and spring onion. The salt and chilli dishes are great too - and their chips (are well cooked & crispy) and curry sauce is lovely!! Well worth it and reasonable too.

The place looks really run down and and quite seedy but don't judge a book by its cover, the food is really fresh and tasty and extremely good value for money.

We had takeaway from here and the food was okay and plentiful. I would've liked a little more flavour as some of the dishes were a little bland.

We had a great takeaway this evening from Lucky House. Lemon chicken, crispy beef, duck and rice with a barbecue sauce, sweet and sour chicken and rice. More than we could possibly have eaten! Good value for money.

Tasty, good portion sizes, well cooked, always hot .... and they do the large pancake rolls filled with beansprouts....yummmy. Quick service. A large selection of dishes with new ones being added regularly.Simply our favorite takeaway in Amlwch.Only downsides are that they don't do deliveries and don't take credit cards.

Never have any complaints about this takeaway, I visit here nearly every night and will never have a bad word to say about this place! Fully recommend going here! Lovely staff and amazing food

Easy to order, changed one of the set meal items at no extra cost and was ready on time. Also sell the large pancake rolls which are really good. The hot and sour soup was also good.

Ordered from here on our holiday we never ate from here in the past so thought we would give it a try, found the food pretty average tbh. the egg fried rice didn't have much taste, and the prices could of maybe been abit cheaper.

Oh what has happened, this used to be a cracking Chinese restaurant. We've been coming here for 15 years on and off and always used to get our takeaway from here. It used to be an 1 1/2 wait minimum because it was always so busy - a reflection of how good the food was.My wife had a takeaway from here on Saturday, my friends and I had an Indian takeaway.She had the mixed starter and it was poor - burnt over cooked spring rolls, quite good prawn toast and about 10 battered onion rings - I didn't know they were Chinese!!The chicken sweet and sour HK style was ok and the egg fried rice ok....but it used to be so much better! I should have known by the fact they could get it ready for when we wanted to collect it and there were no customers waiting, even though it was a bank holiday weekend.Will try Lucky house next time.

They don't do delivery.Not the best Chinese in the world but it's ok, some of the food is nice, but there are nicer ones on the island.
