Wasn’t great, fruit fritters were undercooked. Spare ribs were horrid tasting. Nicest thing was rice and curry sauce. Used to be lovely this place.

Food quality is so-so. The prices have gone up and the quantity and quality has gone down a lot! Not worth the money. AWFUL!

It was late and no communication from the provider to inform us how late… continued to wait.

missing salt & pepper chips ordered here lost of times this is a let down

Food was delicious, fresh and still really hot after having delivery. We are only visiting York but this is the Chinese we use every time we come. Would definitely order again!

Chicken was not cooked properly from the chicken chow mein

best chinese i’ve had in york. cheaper than other places and food is delicious. arrived earlier than expected. big portions. nice delivery driver. i had sweet and sour chicken balls, chips, and duck pancakes. really good. only complaint is that the sweet and sour sauce was a weird jelly consistency and tasted odd.

Still not got the food!!! Not answering phone. Saying delivered and it’s not. Not good guys.

Placed my first order last night! Delivery stated 60 minutes, was here in 35! Food was absolutely beautiful! Had as a Friday treat and still had enough for my tea tonight!! As I said, first order placed, will definitely not be my last! Best Chinese takeaway I e tried in York so far! Keep it up

If I could mark it out of 10 with 10 being the best? I would 100% give it a 0. It tasted appallingly bad. I'd even go as far as saying it was absolutely disgusting. I am so disappointed as I was so looking forward to it. I ended up throwing half of it in the bin and giving the dogs the rice. They enjoyed it and delivery was impressively quick so those were positive aspects.

Delivery was super fast and the driver was nice. The food was hot and delicious. I even had leftovers for tomorrow. Will definitely use again.

I ordered my meal at 5:54pm, the estimated delivery time was 6:50-7:10pm and I didn't receive my meal until 7:52pm, two hours later! I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to follow up on what was happening and every single time I called I got "line busy". Disappointing service and unfortunately the meal wasn't even good enough to make up for it.

I was 30 minutes late collecting my order, however this should not affect the quality as it did. Everything was over cooked and flavourless. There was no meat on the ribs and it was tough & not worth eating. The chicken satay was so dry it was awful, literally no sauce at all. Wont be ordering here again.

Pekin dumplings are not cooked properly

Arrived late, rang restaurant 6 times to try and see where order was no answer. Food arrived, wrong dish was sent, cold, poor quality. Gutted as wasn’t cheap. Won’t be ordering again anytime soon.

Disgusting service. Horrible food. My food came in polistiring and had melted to my food. I ordered and won't order again. These are a discrase and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Awful, fried rice is bland , curry sauce is bland and the battered chicken balls were tough and dry , didn’t eat any . What a waste of money

Took 2 hours from ordering to arrival. Food like warm but a quick blast and ok. However missed off cans of pop. Tried ringing but phone just rings out. Will not be in a hurry to order again

Ordered crispy shredded salt and pepper chicken but it wasn't crispy shredded just normal and the salt and pepper chips had no salt flavor come on send what we order

The duck kung po is usually a decent dish, however in my most recent order it was completely bland and devoid of all flavour. I complained but didn’t get much of a response.

Just ordered a Thai Green Curry. It is simply the worst TGC I have ever had. It isn’t even green and has the texture and taste of wall paper paste. They shouldn’t be able to sell this can call it Thai Green Curry. Avoid!

Mushy Foo young, limp chips and small tasteless ribs.

Won tons had zero filling inside! Egg fried rice had no egg. Very disappointing tasteless meal.

I don't like to give negative reviews but all good from our orders and our friends (we ordered the same evening) were really bland, lacking in colour/flavour and the crispy chilli beef was particularly bland/soft (as though prepared significantly in advance). I'm afraid I won't be ordering again... definitely not for me

Iv used lucky dragon for a while now ….but my recent order had a crabs claw in the chips and was really late and cold and when we rang up they didn’t seem to care .AVOID

Order was late despite 2 phone calls. 1st call told wasn’t cooked 2nd call was told it was on way still took 15 mins in total was 1hr 10 over its estimated time

Tried to give no stars but it wouldn’t accept it so reluctantly gave 1 but deserves nine. absolutely shocking service, still waiting & now been told it will be delivered 2 hours after ordering & this is on a Monday night the quietest night of the week. Will be deleting the just eat app & never using again.

Prawn crackers were extremely stale, and therefore could not be eaten. “Duck in plum sauce” there was barely any duck. All portion sizes very small compared to other Chinese and the quality was not very good. Would not order again.

Food amazing as always. Delivery man is also just as lovely, always kind and has treats for my big dog. Will always order from here, brilliant all round

Disappointing and underwhelming. The delivery was great and within the estimated time frame but the quality and taste of the food was not good at all. Chips were soggy and the Thai curries had little authenticity to them. Chicken was soft but boiled. King prawn and Pineapple was the same consistency as the Thai curry… none of the dishes had a lot of colour or fresh vegetables in them. I’m sorry to leave a negative review but it was such a disappointment. Would not return.

Lovely fresh tasting food.Starters are excellent especially the starter for two.Main course always fresh tasting especially the duck.The whole experience including the lovely people who deliver is excellent.

I went here as my usual Chinese was shut but never ever again. I went and picked my Chinese up and as soon as i walked in i wanted to walk back out. The lady that served me didn't say hello or crack a smile... Clutter all over sides, tubs, cans of pop etc everywhere it looked dirty and in need of a deep clean!!!! The food was bland and i left alot of it as i just couldn't eat it after seeing the shop. Won't ever go back... Don't recommend at all

The food was shocking cold the curry sauce was mushy and the onions in the salt and pepper chicken and chip tasted sour and out of date

When I booked the food it said 45min. 1hr + later it arrived. Food was hot and tasty. Delivery was shocking....

Given an estimated delivery time of over an hour, was presently surprised when got an on its way notification not long after order was placed. Food was fresh and piping hot, and the portion was enormous. Definitely more than worth the price

Food was lovely what we managed to save delivery driver practically through order at me and sweet and sour sauce was everywhere in the bag

Pre ordered the food at 6pm ready for finishing work. Somehow still turned up late. Food was average at best. The starter bits had so much oil on them & very overpriced for what we actually managed to eat. My main had no flavour whatsoever.

A regular customer but my last order of Chicken Chow Mein was terrible

Firstly got delivered the wrong order, soon got the correct one. Bbq spare ribs were grim had more nobbly bits than meat and tasted about a week old. Chips like rubber the duck was like a sparrow and my garlic chilli was more just water than sauce. Spring rolls were awful so won’t be ordering from here again. Had food from there before but after that there’s no chance

Our delivery driver was lovely and despite having an injured leg and needing to wear a space boot he still brought my order up 2 flights of stairs so thank you very much

From start to finish everything excellent. Good hot tasty food delivered by a well mannered young man.What more could you wish for.Try the assorted starter with ribs pancake roll prawn toast seaweed and skewered chicken.FANTASTIC.

Crispy duck is better by far. Better meat quality as for the overall quality of food. The chips were warmed up aswell! Bog roll in fridge tonight!

Just getting slower and slower to delivery. But food is good

Been using this takeaway for ages but had really bad food this time. Ordered a mixed starter and got a delivery time over an hour later. That was not an issue but when the food arrived after an hour it tasted like it had been sat somewhere for that hour. Everything was cool and nothing was crispy. Disgusting. I ended up binning most of it.

Ordered food come on time, but was cold, the egg fried rice tasted like it had been sat in a tub and just reheated. Definitely wasn't freshly made! The chips had a disgusting flavour, soggy and the chicken batter balls, such a thick coating of batter and just dropping with oil. Honestly it was disgusting.

Food very poor, rice was a block from been so over cooked and main was only half full. Most went in the bin. Used lucky dragon for years but last two times have been terrible.

This has to be the worst beef fried rice I have ever had, I think it was boiled rice which had been quickly fried, I will never order from here again.

Took 2 hours for our food to be delivered and when it was it was like water! Didn’t order much at all and terrible service and was told for 30 minutes that the driver was on the way when we live 10 minutes away , called after an hour and 10 minutes of waiting to be told it’s just cooking now

In my opinion this is the best Chinese takeout ever. Food was delivered quickly.It was hot and very tasty.I cannot fault this place .Everything I order tastes fresh and full of flavour.The food is just wonderful.I have never had a bad meal.Try it for yourself.

Second time ordering from these guys last night and second time it was spot on. Ordered chicken curry, salt n chilli chicken, salt n chilli chips and a chow mein. We ordered delivery by phone which I do advise as you save a few quid dodging third party delivery services and the woman on phone was very polite as was the driver who delivered our food despite an address discrepancy she still found us n we had our food within 30 mins. Food was hot on delivery and have to say was extremely nice and no sore tummy next day deffo be using this as my regular Chinese from now. Keep up the good work
