I don't think I recieved the correct order. I recieved prawns with mushrooms when I had ordered Szchuan style prawns and prawn with chilli.

Been ordering from lots of rice for years, food always arrives fresh and piping hot! Never have any issues with delivery or any of my orders, top notch food highly recommend! Kung po chicken is the best!

Ordered a chicken curry which tasted chemical, the rest of my order was fine, I don't know what curry sauce they use, all I can suggest is a change

Prawn toast was OK. Veg was all fresh and still crispy. Sadly Most of the rest of the food wasn’t particularly tasty- the seaweed was very salty. The sweet and sour chicken was dry and chewy (more like fried skin) and the crispy noodles were less crispy and more uncooked/dry. For the price I’d want better quality food. There was indeed lots of rice.

I ordered at 7:15 and it arrived at 8:45. I’m on my own and unable to get out of the house and was so hungry. Was very disappointing service. I had already called the take away and they said it would be earlier than suggested and then I had to call again as it still hadn’t been delivered.

Ordered the Imperial Hor D’oeuvres which should come with vegetable rolls but mine had meat in them. The prawn toast had the same texture as salmon which I’ve never seen before?? Couldn’t taste the black bean in the black bean sauce with beef.

The chow mien tasted like it had coffee poured over it chips where hard not nice at all very dissatisfied with the meal sorry won’t be using again

We used to order food from them from 2019, unfortunately after what happened today, we won’t order food anymore! When THEIR driver came to delivery food, my dog went outside to bark. He is a small dog who always barks to new people but he NEVER bite anyone! NEVER! This gentleman kicked my dog away and he made a whimpering cry noise. This is cruelty!

I have been ordering meals for some time now and will not waste my money again on this place. I have repeatedly told them the food is tasteless, only once did I get a great Won Ton soup. But once out of so many orders in the hope of getting a great treat is not worth it. Enough is enough. Food is shockingly unacceptable. Perhaps the food agency should take a look at this place as the food here is of very poor quality.

I ordered the Aromatic Duck with pancakes as a starter and the Kung Po King Prawns with egg fried rice. Everything was perfect except for the Hoi Sin Sauce that accompanied the Duck which was very thick and salty. The delivery was on time and food was hot. I will be ordering again as everything was delicious but please do something about your sauce! Thank you

Food took 2 hours to be delivered, 4t minutes late. I phoned the restaurant to ask why it said it had been delivered and was told they must have accidentally said it had been delivered... so basically they lied. When the food eventually arrived it was freezing cold... Very poor indeed

Excellent one minor drawback was sweet and sour sauce was a bit vinagry.

It was very disappointing to have to wait for a delivery for well over an hour while starving.

The rice dishes are good but the meat dish had a quantity control issue. It looks and taste nothing like it normally does and I've been ordering this dish for years. Although the ratio of meat to vegetables was much better this time than it has been in the past. The sauce was abysmal, it was thick and tasted powdery.

Food is great and the quantity is also very good. Its worth the money. Always gives you the prawn crackers as a complimentary. Overall very good food with very good portions. Can’t go wrong 👍👍

We have always loved lots of rice have ordered for a lot of years now but last two orders (yesterday and in June) it has taken over 2hrs to arrive. Not sure why or what’s changed but it’s making us think for next time we will have to pre order really early! The just eat estimated delivery time is also wrong as always says 45-60 mins. Food is very good but if we order at 7:30 don’t really want to be eating at 9:30. Also did not complementary 1ltr drink like usual and spent over £55 on 8 items…

The restaurant could not locate driver and it’s only a 7min drive from my house it showed up cold and 45mins late and I have medical conditions and had administered my insulin In time for the arrival for the food.

Again and again this place is just the best, delivery is always fast and the potions are so worth it and food is always nice and hot and warm, delicious food all around.

The chicken balls were not crispy, but a bit soggy! First time that has happened to be fair, but very disappointing.
