Lost and Found in Coleraine

I have visited the portstewart branch 3 times in the past year - friendly staff, great location. But long waiting time even for coffees. The first time I did enjoy the food - had the breakfast bap which was tasty. But returned another day and the breakfast bap wasn’t good this time. Just very bland and wasn’t an enjoyable experience. Thought it was probably just a one time thing and went again and had the burger - it was absolutely disgusting. I had one small bite and then gave the whole thing to the dog. I was desperate for something to eat as well but decided to go hungry rather than have another bite of it which goes to show how bad it was. Definitely will not be returning.

Lovely spot in Portstewart with great views but definitely NOT great coffee! Ordered 2 cappuccino which were extremely overpriced considering the size of the takeaway cups, also asked if I would take them without a lid as they were running low to which I refused as it was freezing outside!! Plenty of other lovely coffee shops close by with more to offer for less of the price. I would not return again.

I visited the portstewart cafe to get some lunch with friends. The young blonde guy behind the counter was incredibly rude and arrogant. Firstly we asked to simply remove one item from one of the menu meals. This apparently was impossible and would completely undermine the whole menu which was “specially curated” and I was told “The chef knows much better than you” and so we decided to just get drinks. After finishing our drinks we asked to put the paper cups in a bin (we couldn’t see any bin on the shop floor) we were told to find a public bin further up the footpath outside. A terrible experience.

About six weeks ago*I, accompanied with two friends, had the misfortune to choose Lost and Found for coffee and scones. The service was poor and the owner / manager was exceptionally rudeWe were served with warm scones quite quickly. As we had been waiting for the coffee for more than 10 minutes my friend reminded the staff of our order.An and older staff member came over and stated that the cafe was very busy.Within about 3 minutes the same server arrived at our table with the three coffees. He continued with his rude behaviour by stating, “there you are, three coffees in just over 10 minutes.” We assumed he was the owner as no member of staff would continue to be employed if it was his habit to demonstrate such a level of rudeness to customers.Should the owner / manager continue to treat customers in such a rude manner, the “problem” of being very busy would soon be resolved as recipients of such rude behaviour would vote with their feet. * I have decided to write this review now as I just recently discovered that my friend, having committed her concerns to print, received as rather rude response from the Owner / Manager.

Lovely menu, great location just off the diamond in Coleraine. Clean and spacious. I had the most delicious granola ever. Generous portions and great coffee. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I discovered Lost and Found Portstewart on a sunny day in June while staying at 'At The Beach' B&B on Strand Road. I try to get back as often as possible!It's a great '3rd wave' cafe with space, light and stunning views. A quality addition to a gorgeous coastline.It has a simple but unique menu with consistently well made coffee by attentive and engaging staff.

Visited lost and found in Portstewart yesterday. The location was beautiful with views of the ocean. The staff were polite, super friendly and wonderfully welcoming. They have a very diverse menu and the food we got was so delicious and filling. We loved it that much we went back for a take away cup of tea to keep us warm while we walked to the beach. Highly recommended for The coffee lovers and the people who love high class service with a smile.

My husband and I stumbled across this place while shopping in Coleraine and it’s fab! The coffee was excellent and the food (while based on a small menu) was delicious and clearly homemade. Delicious looking homemade snacks like cruffins and doughnuts too. Would highly recommend if in the area!

Popped in from the rain. Met with a lovely, friendly welcome. Excellent, strong coffee as an americano and flat white. The donuts are something else too. The custard donut was amazing and fed 4, the s’mores donut was good too, but probably your day’s allocation of sugar. A tasty, laid back, experience with a happy welcome. We will return soon.

I have just visited lost and found on the coast path at Portstewart and I found it appalling. On entering we were met by a very rude blonde haired girl who hardly gave us the time of day. I ordered toast and tea, granola with an apple juice, orange and cranberry scone with a latte, a cookie with hot chocolate. It cost £23. You would think that at that price you could have butter with your scone but too. We were dismissed and told they had run out! We then asked them if we could have jam and were told no they didn’t do extra. So my husband ate a dry scone and his latte was half filled small disposable cup. The tea came already milked Again in a disposable cup and the teabag still in and the sourdough was burnt! The granola did not taste of granola! We then had to clear our own table. Will not be back. Too expensive, not good quality and very unhappy unhelpful and rude staff!!

I love Lost and Found. Its the best coffee and the food is amazing. I totally refute the nasty comments below. You want a bacon bap, go to one of the other cafes in Coleraine, theres plenty to choose from. The staff in L&F are always super friendly and helpful. L&F staff, please pay no attention to the negative nonsense!! Our kids love the atmosphere too, they sit at the breakfast bar upstairs and chat to however is baking. My family and I will continue to eat the yumminess and drink the amazingness! Thank you for providing it!!

This is truly one of the most disgusting experiences of customer service I have ever experienced. Completely incompetent and ignorant staff who are clueless. In short, my friend wanted a breakfast bap without an egg; apparently it would have ended their whole business model. However, they were quite happy to charge the full amount for part of their menu which had missing food parts. We even asked for toast; no ; apparently that would also be impossible as they only serve set menu; unless they don’t have the ingredients in which case they are happy to charge. Truthfully a disgusting experience where the chief is an ignoramus. Lost for words; businesses like this don’t deserve to be around

Just awful, words can’t describe how shocked I was after my experience at Lost and Found. Service was all round poor, very little effort to right their wrongs and made us feel very uncomfortable for experiences our disappointment. There are so many other lovely places to go eat in the area, please don’t waste your time with this one !

It is hard to put into words how overpriced, disappointing and rude our experience was. I was told it was impossible to get a bacon bap (as this was not part of the main menu), yet they were serving bacon and had baps?? I said I was happy to pay whatever just to eat some food with my friends over from England. Any conversation was met with this is not possible here and they do not have extras such as ketchup as their food “tastes good enough”- how arrogant! Staff were extremely rude and had the audacity to ask one of my friends to stand due to social distancing- yet they had tables with in cm over each other, no staff worse visors or had masks and there was no hand sanitizer available. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

After following their page on Instagram I decided to try out their cafe in Coleraine on my Staycation trip. After travelling around Co.Sligo and Co.Donegal. The best part was our sour dough bread and I believe coming from another bakery in Ballycastle. Coffee served in disposable cups no excuse and unable to give tap water! Also toilet facilities were not very clean. Was so disappointed as we made a big effort to visit this cafe.

We’re at the Lost and Found on the coast path at Portstewart. Great location, great coffee and tray baked.Shame about the use of throw away cups and trays - no need for it (most cafes aren’t doing this) and terrible for the environment. Recycling isn’t a sufficient excuse.

Our go-to place in Coleraine for coffee and for lunch. Limited choice but everything is delicious and really well thought out. I could choose anything off the menu. Fab kids meal too. Great cakes and lovely staff. Once you visit, you’ll go nowhere else!(Really pleased you see they’ve taken over paper fig in Portstewart as well - another must if you’re walking from the beach towards the promenade)

Coronavirus outside food - very good maybe slightly more expensive than normal but food was good! Self service, shorter menu but friendly staff

Really special place. I love the coffee the food the atmosphere. Cant wait to get back. I could spend a afternoon people watching out the window.

i went in here for lunch and what i can say is it is a very dead atmosphere with extremely expensive prices, £6 pound for a hotpot which was just tomato and beans like it was such a boring lunch, the food needs a complete revamp

20 minutes for french toast like wat mate? How does it take 20 minutes to give me two slices of bread way a bitta bacon on top for £6 !?!?!? Near died when I seen the price , pile of folk way a midlife crisis in there lol nrs

Best coffee in Coleraine, no question! Food is of a very high standard also, beautiful space and friendly staff, don't expect lightning quick service, but remember good things take time.

Lovely decor, beautiful restaurant, great food and value l. Just make sure you keep on top off how quickly they bring you your drink. In the first 15 minutes we did not receive a drink or have our order for food taken. You only have 2 hours of unlimited drinks. Later on in the day I approached the bar because we had been waiting for our drinks for about 20 minutes.. however as I was embarrassed I approached the bar and said we had been waiting for 12 minutes. The bar lady sarcastically replied ‘12 minutes?!’ And I was mortified. On reflection, it’s not brilliant to be waiting for 20 minutes for one drink when the drinks are pre-poured and under a time limit. Did not feel awfully welcome even though I had been looking forward to this day all week.

My husband refers to this place as my safe space, probably because I am guaranteed to feel satisfied by a visit here. We come to the North coast on holiday, and this week we have loved the coffee, the french toast and the soup. Always such an interesting menu.

I had a poppy seed and lemon ‘scuffin’ - a cross between a muffin and a scone. It was light, delicious and one of the best things I’ve eaten with a coffee in recent years. Highly recommend!

I finally got to find out what Coronation Chicken was (curried chicken salad). My husband had good french toast, and one of the Portuguese custard tarts (authentic). Excellent coffee and tea selections (not as many for non-caffeine people). Very busy, so we were lucky to find a table for six (they don't take reservations).

Although I don't drink coffee(preferring hot chocolate instead) I'm told that it is excellent, as was the chocolate! Good brunch options including Eggs Royales and Eggs Benedict. Casual and relaxed ambiance. Friendly owner and staff.

Love this cafe. Very cool interior with lots of exposed architecture. Food is always casual and imaginative and these guys are crazy passionate about their coffee

We had Lunch in their newly opened Portstewart eatery - food was excellent, lots of healthy options locally sourced, helpful friendly efficient staff, very clean premises with sea views towards Donegal.

If you want a perfect cup of drip filtered coffee anywhere north of Ballymena, this is the BEST choice. We’ve never been disappointed.

Eggs Benedict, coffee, pastries - unbeatable! The relaxed setting, friendly staff and delicious food on offer make this our favourite brunch stop when in the north coast.

This place is just amazing, the decor is brilliant, the food and coffee and little treats are delicious, friendly staff and also love seeing the pictures of this establishment on Instagram and Facebook as they do it right! What they post makes you want to visit, most of the other establishments in the triangle could do with following suit! Brilliant all rounder is lost and found, can’t wait to visit again soon.

This review is for the pop up in portstewart. Two coffees in takeaway cups to sit in and one pain au chocolate was £8.60. The baristas looked as though they were on punishment duty. There was bread for sale at £2.60 for a slice!! We sat on “garden furniture “ on a concrete floor. The lost and found in coleraine is excellent. This was awful

Nice atmosphere for sure and friendly service,but the food to be honest is pretentious,overpriced nonsense.

Upon entry to Lost and Found, you are treated with a very warm welcome from staff who will explain to you how the menu works and are happy to help you choose your coffee and can explain which bean to go for in your filter coffee with ease.

Slightly over rated and over priced...had to wait a very long time on our order...with 2 small children, not the best experience of breakfast we have had 😬

Visiting Coleraine and decided to go here for lunch. Although lost and found was busy, there were plenty of staff and we found a table which was communal. Not that we minded as it lent itself to the ambiance of the place

I've been a regular in the summer months since it opened. This summer I've been highly disappointed maybe I'm just a creature of habit but I'm disappointed with the food changes for cakes and sweet stuff.

Called in for lunch on my own after enjoying a family lunch there last week. This restaurant serves really fresh delicious food the home made chilli on sourdough that we had last week was fabulous and the homemade soup I had was really nice and very substantial. The coffee is good and the bread is ursa minors ..always a fan.. they also serve fresh made buns and pastries which we took away with us. Nice friendly staff too even when its very busy. would highly recommend.

Two "gentleman that lunch" had a great visit. The cafe was busy as usual with a friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. The two lunches, while appearing small, were filling and tasty. We followed up by having two puddings and drinks. Very good again. Upstairs there appeared to have been a delivery which was just left on the counter. It would be good if the menu was a little more extensive. It is a useful town centre location and well worth a visit.

Unfortunately the popular tomato and red pepper soup was sold out . We decided to try the celeriac and Apple. It looked like thick wallpaper paste and tasted the same. I have never eaten such a bland soup in my life. Tried seasoning but had to admit defeat and just eat the bread. V disappointing .

I had a beautiful home made scone and tea. Delicious! I would highly recommend this café right in the centre of Coleraine.

My Wife, Daughter and I all love this place. The food is delicious and unique, whilst the drinks excellent. Good character as well. Two days in Coleraine and had lunch here both days. Keep up the great work.

Regular visitor, staff are always friendly and courteous, food is excellent as is coffee, surroundings are contemporary and quirky. Always great music. They do pizza nights BYO which are fantastic.

A very pleasant cafe located conveniently near the town centre, we stopped here for coffee. Great cake selection: however, only limited gluten free offerings but that which they had was excellent. The coffee was so-so.

Had expected more after had seen this place recommended, however was very disappointed. Having tried to join the queue with a double pram and courteously waited off to the side so I wouldn’t be blocking customers coming in and out the door, one of the staff rudely told me I was in the wrong place and would have to go to the other side, effectively having to go to the back of the queue again with 3 young children!

Popped in for a bite and a coffee, coffee was nice but had the usual look around for sugar (I’m the uncool sugar taker!) They were busy with only one chef in the kitchen and could only order from the menu board (it was Easter Monday, of course you were going to be busy!) kids just wanted sour dough and a sausage, had to order poached eggs with sour dough and a side of sausage, after checking the sausage was dairy free as one of the kids has a dairy allergy, we sat down. The kids were then served burnt sour dough, buttered with a sorry looking skinny wee beef sausage & no egg! The dairy free kid got their food replaced but our food wasn’t great either, Not great impression at all.

Had lunch here and enjoyed it. Limited menu but better to do a small number of things really well than a lot of boring fare. If you appreciate good coffee then this is the place for you. It offers quality rather than the range of tasteless coffee offered in the chain coffee shops. Good quality food and coffee such as on offer here takes time to prepare so accept the wait is worth it. The staff and the decor were excellent. Would recommend it.

We went here about 2.30pm for a late lunch and unfortunately the special had run out and the menu is relatively small with brunch style dishes and/or cakes. There were some interesting egg dishes but as we'd had eggs for breakfast this wasn't for us.

This is a top spot in Coleraine. ‘Proper’ coffee. Super cakes. Tasty savouries. I love the hotpot- delicious.

I had heard such good things about this place & was so looking forward to my first visit. Majorly disappointed..... firstly no skimmed milk?! The next customer also asked for a skim coffee, seriously people there’s an M&S; right by you - just buy the skim or at the very least semi skim milk!

This is a cute little coffee shop right in the center of Coleraine. The staff is very friendly. However, we had to wait a really long time for our coffees to be served, and they came in waves, making the coffees of those of us who had to wait cold. It was also fairly pricey.

We are regular visitors to Lost and Found, coming up at least once a month. The coffee and food are excellent, always an interesting menu and the scuffins (scones/muffins) are amazing! However I must admit I am going off it just a little. I think it might be a victim of its own success as the time it takes to get your coffee and food can sometimes be unacceptable. We were in on Saturday morning and they were fairly busy but not madly busy. We ordered 3 coffees, one eggs Royale, one cake and a scuffin. The eggs came after 10min but no coffees or anything else. My partner had to start eating as it was getting cold but the rest of us were sitting with nothing. The coffees and bakery items didn't come until he had finished his food. I actually had half my coffee drunk before the cakes arrived. Why couldn't everything be brought out together? The people on the next table ordered toast each and it came without their drinks. They didn't get their coffees until they had finished their toast and were not too happy. I appreciate it is very good coffee and takes time to prepare but orders should be better coordinated with the kitchen. My coffee was also rather lukewarm by the time it made its way to the table. Lost and Found is a lovely place, the atmosphere is very special, the staff are beyond polite but the system of food coming out before coffees and having to eat without your drink is just not on. Other independent coffee shops make excellent coffee much quicker. Please sort this out as you are a great place and I want to keep coming to you!

We came out of our way to stop here on our drive to Derry but were shocked to find that they refuse to sell non-dairy milks! Apparently raw peanut butter slices are a priority, but catering to vegans and the dairy intolerant is not. We walked out and found another coffee shop a few steps down the road. Time to enter the 21st century, people!

Coffee is decent and the food is ok.

True Italian ingredients paired with passion and I real desire for excellence delivers pizza meatballs and bread of the highest quality standard. Classic and modern pizza selections make for an exciting evening for all ages the atmosphere is relaxed and the service is excellent smiley and professional. 5 star pizza 5 star staff and 5 star effort. As a chef I Would highly recommend.

In the main shopping area, this restaurant is an interesting and different twist to the normal high street eatery. Service could be much faster, simple dishes which tasted excellent actually took much too long to arrive. The menu is interesting and different, with plates such as chili con carne with chorizo and tasty open chicken sandwiches.

The staff are friendly the coffee is amazing the food is amazing what more could you ask for. We will be back again ☕️

Quite overpriced, for what you receive. There was nothing wrong with the food but charging £6.75 for a bog standard bap with a sausage and egg is a bit of a stinger.

Lost and Found provides a mouth watering array of menu options and really nice traybakes to chose from. Their traybakes accommodate those who are vegan and those with allergies such as their gluten free signature cake. The only flaw would be their lack of gluten free bread. Although despite that the touches to their dishes give Lost and Found the edge over other coffee shops- such as the addition of sundried tomatoes with poached eggs.

The notion of "artisan" food has become a bit of a cliche....but, wow, this charming cafe is really just that. Beautiful to look at, and flavorful beyond belief. We can't wait to get there during our trips to the North. Last meal was a soup with chicken and vegs, piquant spices, and a killer almond cake. Prices are very reasonable, service is warm and efficient. We come from a real foodie town, Portland, Oregon, and I can't recall having a better lunch back home. Location is nice too...smack in middle of Coleraine shopping. Do not miss this place. The reviewer who complained of food smells is nuts...the aromas are part of the atmosphere...food lovers unite!

Three of us went for a hot drink to warm up on a cold and wet Saturday. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere conducive to good conversation. The prices are reasonable when compared to the large chains and the drinks just as nice. A couple nearby raved about the free range eggs. The general ambience makes this place special.

The coffees are nice and the Swedish almond cake was lovely but the whole cafe REEKS of cooking food. Doesn't the kitchen have proper ventilation fitted? It was unbearable downstairs as well as being incredibly warm. Ruined what would have been a pleasant experience.

We decided to have lunch at Lost & Found, and were visiting from England. Wow what a choice; brilliant meal of Paprica Chicken followed by date and cinnamon scuffin and a beautiful latte. Three of us dined and we all thoroughly enjoyed a most exceptional meal. Will definitely come again.

Very quirky and hipster vibe to this place. For some can be off putting but staff are warm and very welcoming. Filter was lovely and the buns so tasty, I am already considering the 40 mile drive for another chocolate chip shortcake

Visited today with friends for brunch. Lovely restaurant and staff food was beautiful. We were disappointed as there was no gluten free option so one of our friends had to have poached eggs on their own served in a bowl. We were told we would be charged same price as eggs served with bread! One staff member started to explain about sourdough and how it is suitable for gluten free diets however as it was wheat based our friend could not chance this. Surely it is possible to provide gluten free pancakes/bread in a coffee shop as many do. Staff should not be advising sourdough bread is suitable for gluten free diets as they do not know medical reasons as why some clients have to stick to strict gluten free food.

Called in for a take out coffee. After it had been paid for, I was informed it would be 10mins. I remonstrated that it would have been useful to know before paying. So sat for probably the ten minutes plus some where upon we were given pretty measly sized cups.The americano I bought was lacking in flavour, body and strength.The combination of all these prompted me to return straight away leaving the offending cup and ask for a refund.Having explained all of these issues the member of staff was quite condescending.He insisted the beans used were of a higher quality than normal and I did not'Understand the flavour'. He went on to suggest I have a filter instead!I am not a coffee snob but do know what to expect and this was sub par.Having read through some reviews here I was surprised by how many mentionedthe good coffee. Perhaps it was just not made correctly this time.They certainly don't believe in the customer being right.

Visited today with family for lunch! We ordered a variety of things including the chicken tacos and the poached eggs. Each dish was amazing! In particular the sour dough bread was incredible!Really nice filter coffee too and they serve breakfast till 3:30 in the afternoon which is always good! Staff are really friendly and service was quick!

The food and the coffee is always excellent. It never disappoints. The menu changes to feature seasonal delights.

Walked past this dozens of times, but I had one of the nicest burgers at lunch. Good food, not too badly priced, friendly & efficient service.

Had the Italian egg. Was very tasty lots of flavours. Not usually a fan if poached eggs but gave it a go. Was a breakfast item but still found I was quite hungry after it. Ended up ordering a brownie which was very nice. Excellent fancy breakfast and the service was 100% with the girl offering to bring it down to me. Will defo call back.

We stopped in Coleraine specifically to go to Lost and Found as it had been recommended to us. We weren't disappointed. We had brunch at about 11. The menu is small and simple but delicious. I had eggs benedict on possibly the most delicious sourdough bread I've ever eaten. My husband had poached eggs on toast with grilled chorizo. Service was great, atmosphere was relaxed and chilled and food and coffee superb. Nom!

Fabulous little gem in the centre of Coleraine, perfect for family/ couples/ friends. Soup and burgers are absolute must

This place was so good we went back twice in one day. I had the Coronation chicken on sourdough bread for lunch and it was exceptional. Everything seems to be made on the premises. Great ambience, lovely service, a great range of coffees. Sophie was able to tell us the reason for the name, where the tables had been sourced (chemistry benches from UCD) all the staff were very friendly, enthusiastic and engaging. This will be a destination now when in Coleraine Lost and Found should be very proud of what they have achieved and have really raised the bar.

My wife and I had joined the Healing on the Streets team outside the Town Hall on what turned out to be a wet and chilly morning, so we were glad to be directed to this café where we found a seat upstairs on a shared trestle table. We ordered the soup of the day and a hot chocolate each to warm up, and couldn't resist the Swedish Almond tart. We especially enjoyed the soup!

Located in the centre of Coleraine, this coffee shop is worth looking out.We had coffees, scone and Swedish Almond Tart. The eats were excellent and couldn't fault. Especially the Almond Tart. Rich and creamy.Not the cheapest place in town but good quality for the money.Interior decor a bit alternative and did remind me of a few places in the Baltic.Enjoy!

I've visited Lost & Found several times and although it is slightly more pricy than your average coffee shop in Coleraine, the quality of the food and the knowledge of the baristas is like no other. The coffee menu changes regularly and the baristas always know about the origin and types of coffee they serve which is fantastic. The baked goods which I believe are made in-house by an independent baker are amazing and the bread is delicious. Will definitely be back :)

The coffee here is absolutely delicious, the brownies were sensational and the staff were very friendly. We just stopped for a coffee and cake but I wish we had stopped for lunch because the food looked fantastic!

I am a regular to lost & found and love it, decor, food, cakes and buns and of course the coffee. Great coffee served at the correct temperature in the correct size of a cup, no shots of syrup, no extra hot, no crap. You can get that anywhere up the high street. The owners and staff are passionate about what they do and when it comes to coffee they are serving it the way it should be served and how they have been trained . Bravo for not compromising A happy and helpful bunch, haven't spotted a snob yet!!! If you ask the barista why he only take the milk to 65 degrees , the answer is rewarding and gives u an understanding for the search of the holy grail which is the sweet spot with your coffee, when it pours perfectly and you have extracted as much sweetness from the grind as possible, too short and it will tasty salty , too long and it leaves an ashy sensation on your tongue. So have a heart when sipping you coffee and think about the real time and effort made into producing the best cup that can and do.

I've been going here on and off since it opened and have to say that the coffee is, on the most part, stunning. The food on offer is also quite a varied and delicious selection. Staff however have, over time, become almost a parody of the stereotypical hipster coffee snob. I like my coffee and agree with a lot of what this company stands for but I also believe that a paying customer asking for their coffee a certain way, that is well within the ability of staff, is entitled to it. For staff to turn into pretentious coffee snobs, deny the request and then belittle the customer with their attitude when they say they weren't happy with their coffee is inexcusable. Definitely made me think twice about returning. I would think customer service would be especially important to a small independent coffee shop just like this.

Good hipster atmosphere to this place with high ceilings, benches and tables attracting a mix of people in this university town. The coffee is the star, made with care and knowledge of how to produce a great taste from the bean. Any plantation owner would be pleased to witness how their produce is delivered! The savoury food and sweet treats are of the highest standard and worth visiting to experience. If you want to know about coffee, ask!

Just discovered this restaurant recently. We went in for some lunch, and I was so impressed I went back again myself some weeks later for a coffee. Both visits were very pleasant. The food is ever so slightly different, but all delicious, and there is plenty of choice.On both occasions I noticed that the majority of patrons were young, and I got the impression that it is probably a 'cool' place to be. Staff - also all young - were very pleasant and helpful. Only complaint was the volume of 'background' music - more in some areas than others, depending on where the speakers were. When requested, the staff did turn down the volume (slightly).

Bar is really lovely and atmospheric - great interior and central location (close to the train station). I went in with some friends this evening and (I've been here a few times) where it's not very busy in the bar or restaurant, however it took more than 25 minutes each time we went to the bar to order a few cocktails. Come if you're not on a time restrictive evening!!

We always love coming here whenever we are in Coleraine! It's a calm and chilled out little place where the staff are always friendly and eager to help! There is always a good selection of baked goods to tempt you and the coffee is awesome. Worth a trip.

Had fantastic brunch here with family. Would strongly recommend the french toast and Huevos Rancheros.The latter was particularily tasty and very filling.The staff are very helpful and friendly.Well worth a try if you enjoy good food in nice surroundings.

Great little place with a great atmosphere. When we went in it was really busy so we had to wait for our food but when it arrived we were pleased as it was all home made. Very tasty. Would recommend a visit.

Small menu but done well. Coffee very nice! 'hipster' sort of decor and feel but because the staff are so welcoming they make it full of warmth. Very much recommend. Queueing is very confusing. I think they want you to queue from the furthest side of the bar not from the door when you come in. All a bit awkward but again staff that great it's ok.

Food, cakes & coffee...all amazing !! Try the almond slice! Really friendly atmosphere. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or just a quick cup of coffee and a catch up.

Firstly: BEST BROWNIE I'VE EVER HAD!Anyway, I came here with our youngest whilst the others were at school. I have traditionally avoided Lost & Found as I know they are proud Coffee specialists and unfortunately I don't drink coffee! However, I read some good reviews about the food so thought so would give it a try.GREAT IDEA!I got a chicken stew thing which was just amazing and my youngest got a cheese and ham toastie. Thankfully she could only eat half so I got the rest and that was amazing too! To top it off I got a brownie and as a complete chocoholic who has eaten MANY brownies in my life time I can honestly say this was the best. I suppose it depends on preference but it was not airy but thick and rich. Just how I like it. I paid around £14 including drinks which I thought was acceptable. On a side note my daughter managed to smash our sugar holder causing a complete mess but the staff could not have been more gracious and welcoming. Very impressed.

The decor in this place is amazing and the food is all so fresh and well cooked. The staff are so helpful.

We love going to L&F. Everything from the Staff, right through to the food - Incredible. If you want good food, and even better coffee, then look no further. The team at L&F are so passionate about what they do, you can taste it in everything they leave at your table.

Had a coffee here while in Coleraine. The staff were very friendly and the place was packed. Loved the free cake on offer. I had a cappuccino and my husband had a flat white.. Really good! We will be back ;)

Came in with my best friend for a catch up and I couldn't have picked a better place! Amazing food & atmosphere! Cocktails were perfect. Thank you for an amazing night. We will defiantly returning x
